The man at the reception was very kind and happy. He did his job perfectly and even helped us get a taxi when we left! The room was spacious and clean.

It is a real business hotel, so the placement of the hotel isnt really fun if you're a tourist. All the hotspots are further away, so keep that in mind. The beds were real hard, but thats in a lot of hotels of south-korea, so we could live with that.

현대적 분위기, 깨끗한 편이어서 좋았어요.

침구류, 세면대 이물질이 있었어요.

호텔이 깨끗하고 가성비가 좋음 욕실 깨끗, 주차 편함 조식이 저렴하고 딱 필요한 것 만 간단하게 있는데 맛있음 주방에 계신 이모도 맛이 어떤지 의견도 물으심

The hotel was good for the type of hotel. It was not supposed to be a 5 star hotel. It was just fine for a 3 star stop.

The location was not the best for us.

Great room, very good size. The bathroom with shower cubicle was large and everything was exceptionally clean.

The bed was a little hard for our liking.

Camera spaziosa ben fornita di tutto e con tutti i confort. Bagno spazioso e funzionale, ottima la doccia. Tutto pulito. Letto per me comoddisimo, lenzuola pulite. Insomma mi sono sentita veramente bene. Parti comuni curate.La zona la sera é molto frequentata ma in camera era tutto silenzio grazie a doppie porte e doppi vetri.Il signore alla reception gentile sempre con un sorriso. Posizione per chi vuole tutte le comodita é ottima ...c'e da prenderr la Metro per andare nei siti da visitare.

Fonctionnel. Les rares personnes qui servent à l'hôtel sont charmantes, disponibles, efficaces.

L'automatisation. L' IA partout. Un rangement pour les vêtements trouverait tout à fait sa place.

Das Zimmer ist groß und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach und sehr gut im koreanischen Style. Zentrale Lage des Hotels mit Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel

Le personnel est attentionné, réactif. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et fournie ! La chaise massante est incroyable !

없음 굳이 얘기하자면 냉장고가 너무 차가워서 물이 다 얼었어용... 상온에 두고 녹여먹었어요🥲

침대가 완전 편하진 않았어요.

The room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate the three of us travelling from Australia. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. A lady served steamed sweet potatoes and explained that they were organically grown, which was a lovely touch. My family and I had an excellent stay and will definitely come back.

Lokalizacja ok dla osób podróżujących KTX lub samolotem a także w temacie 5.18. Super personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Mega wygodne łóżka. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Dużo restauracji pod hotelem, wszędzie dostępne przystanki autobusowe.

Klimatyzacja- za ciepło, słabe śniadanie w dni tygodnia a w weekend ok.

객실이 넓고 깨끗하며 스타일러가 있어서 아주 편리했습니다. 다른 분 들의 후기처럼 조식에 나오는 한식이 메뉴는 단촐했지만 정말 집밥같이 맛이 아주 좋았습니다. 음식을 책임지시는 분들도 넘 친절해서 기대이상으로 만족했습니다.

옷장 대신 행거로 대체한 점

Good sized room and very comfortable bed, my wife loved the clothes steamer cabinet. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants and an indoor golf facility.

Emplacement, propreté, gentillesse du personnel

Nice large room with good seating and desk areas. Vestibule for shoes was separate from room, which added to quiteness of room. Motion detector wouldn't trigger for midnight bathroom runs (the only place we stayed at in Korea that this was true). Good location near restaurants and bus lines. Breakfast was OK, and slightly different each day.

A/C controller was on the TV universal remote, and gave no feedback if you had changed anything.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were so helpful and friendly! The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. The only issue we had was that the beds were very hard. This is largely a personal preference. Would recommend!

Spacious room. Location is great for going out for food and to party. But no noise was heard inside the room. Parking is available.

The mattress was really hard. As was mentioned here before.

The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel is close to the metro station (about 10 minutes walk) and City Hall. The breakfasts are Korean, but there is also toasted bread, eggs, jam and cheese, so if someone does not like Korean breakfast, they always have something to eat. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and we always managed to communicate in mixed Korean-English. Wi-Fi was working great.

The only thing is that the room I got had a view of the wall of the office building next to the hotel, so the daylight didn't reach through the window and the room was quite dark. But it's not a big problem.

외관과 내부 분위기가 조금 달라서 당황했음. 방은 넓어서 좋았는데 욕실이 그다지 깨끗하지 않았고 타월도 산뜻하지 않음! 그냥 보통!

조식은 조금 아쉬움

프런트 엄청 친절하셨습니다. 조식이 정말 맛있어요 방도 넓고 스타일러도 있어요 4박 있었는데 시트가 한번도 교체되지 않았아요.

Great location and staff! Restaurants and shops at walking distance. Comfortable beds and good room size. Free parking was a bonus. Our car came by elevator 😊

The breakfast was okay. A lot of Korean options like ramen, kimchi.

화장실 환풍구를 통해 담배냄새가 많이 유입되어 불편했고,침대가 딱딱해서 불편함을 느꼈습니다.

The room was rather big and as was the bathroom. In the room there is Styler (kind of ironing closet). The hotel is very well situated with lot of restaurants nearby. The personal friendly and helpful although the communication is not easy as they don't speak English (or very little).

The breakfast is included in the price but no breakfast on Mondays...

아주 편안하게 쉬었다 왔습니다.

전기차 충전소 있어서 좋았어요. 간단한 조식 없는것보다 좋아요. 청소 상태는 바닥이 조금 끈적거림 있었어요. 스타일러도 있어서 좋았네요(모든룸에 있지는 않은듯 합니다)

Room being big enough and having sufficient amenities (proper sized, sufficient elevators, LG Styler, good quality bathroom facilities). Beside a couple of great restaurants and Lotte Maxx (hypermart). Breakfast had variations.

Breakfast choices was limited, however it is not a deal breaker and is well within expectations of a 3star hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here during my brief trip to Gwangju. It’s a 15 minute walk from the subway station and the room was clean and modern. Hotel breakfast was good too.

The room was very clean and large with great amenities. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than most hotels in Korea and included.

Only minor annoyances. The view from the room was just buildings and the pillows were too hard.

Facilities were excellent….. comfortable bed…. Fantastic bathroom facilities

Air conditioning….. room was very hot

Nice buffet breakfast, everything was great except for our TV remote had an issue with changing channels. It wouldn't respond or was very laggy. Also, I didn't like how the LCD control panel display for the lights stayed illuminated all night, both the main one and the one by the nightstand. I was able to block the nightstand one with a card holder, but I could do nothing about the main one.

Staff was very good, provided a special breakfast upon request.

Bath tub leaked.

후기가 좋았긴 하지만 별 기대하진 않았는데.. 이번여행의 컨셉과 실용성을 볼때 정말 나에게 최적인 숙소였고 위치도 딱 좋았고.. 청결했고 응대도 좋음 호텔의 여러 부분이 내게 좋았다 일정소화후 호텔근처에서 혼자 늦게 저녁을 먹어야했는데 주변이 워낙 번화한 곳이라 밥집 찾기에 좋았고 지도나 관광책자도 얻었고(호텔비치) 그리고 소화시키기 위한 밤산책도 안전하게 가능했고 옷여벌을 챙겨가지 않았는데 스타일러 있어서 좋았고 샴푸린즈 치약칫솔 폼 클렌징 바디로션 얼굴스킨까지 게다가 드라이어빗(두종류 )까지 샤워타월까지 퍼팩트였음 짐을최소화해야해서 거의 암껏도 안가져감..근데 완벽히 해결가능했음 조식포함이었는데 내가 평상시 먹는 루틴대로 한식으로 간단히 딱 맛있게 먹을수있었고.. 특히 반찬이 맛있었다~ 차는 안갖고갔기에..주차는 신경안썼지만 주차도 가능한호텔 광주시청과는10분거리인듯(버스이용시) 지하철과도 10분거리인듯(지하철 운천역)

비지니스 호텔로는 아주 좋음. 스타일러가 있어서 옷주름 펴기도 좋음. 방음이 좀 안되는 것과 리모컨 하나로 에어컨을 조작하게 해서 세세하게 조절하기 어려웠음.
