Staff always helpful, and a really very good breakfast, a neat and tidy hotel with central and northern Thai decor, very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the bungalow room was splendid, breakfast was tasty with lots of options, we had really good massage, and enjoyed the time we spent doing a Cycletour organised by a local company Sukhothai Cycle tours

A beautiful resort for quiet and peacefulness. We also had an in room Thai Massage that was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this as a great getaway..

Service from all receptionists was wonderfully warm and welcoming and fluent in English. The main 'home-stay' was very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated, and the dining house (short walk away) was spacious. My room (K2) was large in the bed area but had a small and cramped toilet & sink area in the bathroom. While there was a large window it opened onto a corridor to the entrance and so the room could easily be seen into by both guests and staff, making me keep the curtains closed for the entire visit, just to preserve privacy. The hotel is quite a walk into the village and historic sights but bikes were available to rent here, and scooters from nearby. Breakfast was very local (rice, noodles, curried chicken), with only toast and eggs for western tastes.

Just a lovely place to stay. The Staff are so helpful and Rooms nice and comfy. Pretty much slient all day so good for a chill. Breakfast is interedting, never thought of Thai Green Red Curry but it kind of works.plenty of trad stuff from Egg Station and Sausages etc.Fruit is really good. Walkable to everything or bike rent.

Good quiet location with a nice pool and spacious rooms. All the staff were incredibly friendly with lots of food options around. The hotel offers bikes which you can rent for the day to get around town and see the historical city. Would definitely recommend!

Nice boutique property. I would be helpful is map of the resort could be provided at check in as resort can be confusing to navigate.

I was only able to spend 10 days in Thailand and and the days I spent here were the best. The Staff from the front desk, to the morning breakfast crew and housekeeping were absolutely amazing.The cleanliness is what everyone will appreciate . The Thai Thai Resort is one place I definitely have, on my must return to places.

We loved this place - the little teak bungalows are so picturesque with beautiful plants all around, red lanterns lighting the path. Each one has a porch, and the sounds of the birds ans crickets was so relaxing. Good showers and bathrooms ok. Comfortable beds, ie slighter softer than most I've experienced in Thailand which is quite quite firm. These were pleasantly cushioned (but still firm). Staff was very helpful. We loved it ❤️

Room comfortable and breakfast good. No safe in room and limited storage. Staff would not provide milk for in room drinks even though present at breakfast and in room fridge. Limited local resturant and one recommended by hotel very poor, run out of food and very overpriced for Thailand

We missed very much the service of a pickup from the airport! It seems all hotels agree with the way transfers are done by kind of hustlers at the airport (which is a private airport!) We experienced a sort of ‘unwelcome arrjval’!)l Also we missed the service of free transport to Old Sukhothai or to restaurants. The only very nearby restaurant was closed (because of Loy Krathong!?) when your hotel is remoted you should offer service! Quite disappointing experiences

This resort is absolutely delightful. The staff deserves a big thumbs up and standing ovation for attentiveness to details. Our private bungalow as perfect! We enjoyed marvelous buffet breakfasts with plenty to choose from. The pool was quiet and the water was clean and very warm. The staff provided print out of city map and recommended restaurants and distance from resort. The staff even arranged for private massage in room and my husband was delighted… one full hour at a very reasonable rate. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Kudos to a wonderful staff and resort!

property is very nice and personel is lovely; only problem is when you are a single traveller and you need a support - you are limited to desk hours and there is also no direct connection from your room, you need to walk to the front desk

Bank was an outstanding host and representative of the venue. He really made our stay special and easy to navigate all the amazing sites and places to go around the city. The hotel is amazing and overall the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

The resort is a slightly above above average Thai Style Resort. I would stay again, which the expectation of it being a Thai style resort. It would have been nice to have had hot water at the sink for shaving, but most Thai resorts do not have such. The rooms were spotless, but many items were dated or scared. There are many detail items that were broken, but were not limits to our needs. On arrival we were met with a staff member who may have been new and we did not get some needed details, which was an issue because we were informed later by other attentive staff. However, the initial staff member who greeted us had us park in an odd spot, which resulted in an army of ants covering and infesting our car to escape the rain.

Luxury stay at an affordable price. Absolutely loved it here.Hired bikes on site . Best room we have stayed in on our 3 week trip!

We were not able to sleep early because of constant loud music from neighbors, including a temple. I understand religious festivals--that's fine, but I'm just sharing with others that be careful if you stay here, because from 6am to 11:30pm, the bass was shaking the walls. The room was lovely. Breakfast was just OK, but there is an egg station and this was enough for us. One point to make: one lady at the front desk was quite rude regarding our check out. We asked to extend our check out and offered to pay while we waited for our airport transfer. There was a record heat wave and it was 41 degrees, and this hotel does not have anywhere to sit in AC. Another staff member later apologized for her rudeness, but it struck us during the exchange that she was not at all mindful of tourists not being used to dealing with 41 degree temperatures and the risk this poses sitting outside for hours waiting for a taxi.

Very nice place. Good size comfy rooms. Very clean. Got dropped off near chedi it was 60 baht for a tuk tuk to the hotel. It takes 15/20 minutes to walk back into town. Bring a torch for walking along the road. Swimming pool a good size, breakfast good. And massage in the room for 250 baht. Best restaurant in town is on main street khru ku gao... Although the name is in Thai. It's 2 doors from wagyu kushiyaki restaurant. It's definitely amazing food really authentic not just tourist Thai food. The Tom yam and green curry are fabulous. We tried two other places but they didn't come near this one. Portion and prices are great too. It's opposite the wat surrounded by water.

Like the area it is very peaceful. Don't like there is no elevator, only two stories but with big multiple luggage it is hard to carry up and down the stairs. The room and bathroom are very small.

One of the best hotels as far as hospitality is concerned from me and my husband as world travellers. When we could not easily find transportation from Kamphaeng Phet to Sukhothai, hotel helped us arranged a tax to pick us up. Hotel staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival and waving us off upon leaving. Staff speak perfect English. Breakfast is varied and plentiful with hot and cold. Swimming pool is very nice. Hotel has a nice homey feeling the minute you walk in. Location wise, it is 1K to town/entrance to historical park. Can not say enough good things about it, especially for the price.

The hotel grounds and hotel room was immaculately maintained and clean. Staff was very helpful. Bikes are available on site for visiting the park. With breakfast included the resort would be a great value even at twice the price.

Beautiful room, very quiet, four poster comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower. There's a swimming pool too.

Very close to historic sights

The limited dining is a dampener in this otherwise great property. They only serve you basic breakfast and the restaurant is closed for the day post that. You can't even get a fresh cup of coffee without travelling outside.. I think at least they should make a provision for tea/coffee for their guests.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very courteous. Helpful, prompt service.. Clean and beautiful room with front porch to sit outside. They arranged a van ride to airport along with a huge yogurt and fruit to go breakfast. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel with the great location, just 1.5 km from main attraction in the city. The greatness of the stay mainly from the service and warmth from the staffs. Excellent hospitality and service mind. Lady staffs were very helpful to recommend place to eat and how to take a day trip for attraction. Room was okay as expected. With nice amenities and cleanliness. Only 1 thing could be improve is the shower pressure was too weak. Other than that can’t complain with this price and service overall. Surely recommend to this place!!

Very friendly staff, nice pool- often empty, but a lot of children checked in on my last day and they were screaming, running, doing bombs, parents throwing them round etc so the whole area was soaked. Nice breakfast. Not so close to the historic park and restaurants etc, but walkable. Decent bikes for 50B. Good room and shower. Probably not that secure- drunk neighbours managed to get through the door lock and half break the chain before they realised it was the wrong room- the hotel fixed the chain the next day.

Resort is located in the ‘old’ Sukhothai, hence the Historical Park can be easily visited by bicycle, available at the hotel. Rooms are distributed over several buildings in a quiet area. Comfort corresponding to hotel class, nice breakfast offering.

Staff reception outstanding, overall great place to stay, a little hard to find especially night time

The resort was a lot bigger and more sprawled out than expected. We stayed in the main building and could not fault anything. The staff are veey helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and great to cool off in the afteenoon. The onsite bike hire was 100 baht for 24 hours, and was a great way to get around town. I would have really liked to stay a few more days, but it was time to go to our next destination.

Had a great warm welcoming upon my arrival. Service was top notch. Due to a little construction noise nearby, was upgraded to the superior suite. Rooms were comfortably furnished and breakfast was great. Will book again when next in the area.

Staff is fantastic. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming.

We spent 3 nights here, on our way to Chiang Mai, so we could visit the Old City in Sukhotai and rest after the long bus ride from Bangkok. The room was spotless, and very comfortable. The area we were in shared no common walls between rooms, it was very quiet (except for the young kids in the hallway in one of the rooms). There was a nice patio off the room, and a very useful towel rack or pool towels and laundry. Breakfast was very good, eggs and toast if you want, a Thai dish each day as well (the green curry was great) and fresh fruit and juice. The pool was refreshing, though the 4 elephants on the corners were not spouting water, alas! Staff was excellent, very communicative even before we arrived, and helped us arrange a tuk tuk tour of the Old City. Great place!

Amazing service, great location for exploring the ancient park- took us about 20 minutes to walk there.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover how uniquely charming and well-located this place is. From greeting to farewell, the service was so warm and impeccable. My classic Thai style bungalow was lovely and private, with fragrant fragipani blossoms growing on the trees on the back patio and the sounds of exotic birds when I woke up. Breakfast was delicious as well. Only stayed one night so did not have the chance to use the pool but will have to come back for a longer visit some day. All of the main sites were nearby. Incredible value for the price I paid.

Lovely hotel, staff are so nice and helpful. Beds were a little hard and our window/door did not close properly but still an amazing place to stay close to the old historical town. Would be nice to have a safe in the room also.

Excellent, not a thing to complain about

The staff at Thai Thai Sukhothai make you feel welcome and at home immediately. They greet you every single time you pass through the lobby and check in about your daily experience. They also went above and beyond for me sending a staff person doing in my hour long drive to Phitsanolouk train station because they knew I was not feeling well.

Good room in a nice location for the Sukothai historical park. The usual things for a mid range Thai hotel; clean and functional. Pool was a short trek from the main complex but no big deal. We hired bikes close to the historical park but would get the slightly better ones at the resort for a little more. Don't go to the historical park without a bike as it is cooling to cycle from area to area.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my first time in Sukhothai. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and a lot of service mind. Room is clean and there are bike rental provided. The location is quite a bit far from the entrance of the Historical Park about 1.5km but it's not a problem for me because I rode the bike and breathe the fresh air in the morning during the way to the Historical Park.

Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse is clean very comfortable and very close to old city sukhothai. You can rent a bicycle for B50 to get around town. Massages are available for B200 and in your room. You can't beat this hotel for a price of $25.25 a night. The staff is very helpful and they will go out of their way to make sure your taken care.

My wife and I stayed at Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse for excellent two nights. The bungalow was lovely and well equipped (4 post bed + mosquito net), screened in windows, good hot water heater in the shower, hair dryer, and it was beautifully decorated and in great condition generally. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful with local recommendations - we really enjoyed their restaurant picks, especially the Sukhothai Kitchen which was a short walk away. The resort is lovely and smells of flowers, and the pool is really nice as well. Breakfast was also quite good with a number of different options. Although we did feel that our time in Sukhothai was sufficient in terms of seeing the historical park and key sites, we totally could have spent another night or two here just to relax and enjoy Sukhothai for a bit longer. Thai Thai Sukhothai is probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed and I give it a full endorsement, it is an amazing place to stay in an amazing location.

Close to historical park. Restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. If you don't fancy walking Reception can arrange Tuk Tuk for you at a set price. Worth visiting historical park after sunset as temples lit with floodlights and tea lights.

beautiful cottages, nice pool, super friendly personnel, it is located a bit outside of the old ''city center'' but you can rent a bicycle to go to the temples & restaurants, the breakfast area is welcoming. if you want to stay in old sukkhothai, this is an excellent accommodation

Absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting Sukhothai- could not have been more pleased with my stay. The staff was so nice and gave excellent simple layout of the area and things to do (for a dumb American like me)! Cheap bike rental and overall great value A+

This is an excellent guest house. Staff are really nice and informative. Welcoming and exceeded my expectations which i have never rated any hotel this good before. Gave me everything i should require at check in from the location, area and even sun set and sun rise in the park giving me enough time to get there device decide. I was shown my room and set it up for me. I appreciated so much that the room was sprayed to get rid of mosquitos before my arrival and doors kept shut in case they got in. They also have mosquito nets on the bed just in case but i used it for the fun of it. Condition was excellent and size was very good. Even the shower area was large enough to do somersault lol TV was very good as it was cable but only Thai channels. So i just went to sleep early for the next day which was full of activities. Better for myself. They provided bikes to get around and also able to call for taxi or tuk tuk when required. Can't fault the service here. Three fault i would say is there is no restaurant and no food at all. Not even ice cream which i was looking forward to and started on the welcome papers. But other than that there is a restaurant on the main road 10 min walk away. Not far I didn't use the pool as i didn't bring trunks and didn't see it. When i left they saw me off which i never had before from hotels. Like i said. Service is excellent here. Very much a family feel and words like enjoy your evening, enjoy your breakfast,

We had an excellent 2 night stay at Thai Thai Sukhothai. It was easy to find, quiet, with easy access to the historical park by the bikes provided by the guesthouse. The service was exceptional and always with a smile. Napa at reception was a particular joy. Clean and tidy rooms and a reasonable breakfast. Would highly recommend.

It is very well located if you want to visit the historic park. The staff is amazingly nice, from the first moment they make you feel at home and are always trying to make your stay even better. As soon as I arrived they gave me a list of great recomendations from restaurantes to important places to see around the park, it was very useful. I really had an amazing experience! They made me love Sukhothai

We hated to leave this hotel, fro. The moment you arrive they treat you like family, every time they walk past you they greet you with a warm smile and helllo and ask how your day is. The hotel is easy walking to the histupark and restaurants. Pool is beautiful and warm. I would reccommend renting the bikes for a day and touring the park it is the best way to see the park. The breakfast was the best we have had since our stay in Thailand.

The hotel was quaint and in the authentic Thai style. Had a lovely big pool a short walk away. Just 2kms from the Sukhothai ruins so perfect location. Check in and welcome was excellent and service throughout the stay was faultless. Had an in-room massage and it was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also the Sukhothai ruins are a MUST-SEE. Amazing history and architecture.

Great quiet little resort near Sukhothai Historical Park, off the main strip but only a 5 minute cycle to the park, restaurants, 7-11. Beautiful landscaping. Bicycles for rent on site, 50 baht/day. Nice breakfast, eggs to order. A/C works well, little cabins are lovely. Small but pleasant pool. Put a towel down along the gap in the door to keep the rare bugs out. The usual mosquitoes when the sun goes down.

We loved everything abou this hotel. The staff were so friendly, rooms were comfy with nice Thai touches, dreamy swimming pool and bikes to pedal the 1 km into town and the historical sites. And the breakfast buffet did not come up short like lots of Thai hotels. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Ideal for a time off and relax. Quite area, with swimming pool, good breakfast and very helpful staff. We really enjoyed our time there. We rented a motorbike and we enjoyed visiting the Sukhothai Historical park. It is at a short way from the hotel.

Sukhothai itself was a surprisingly incredible place to visit, but Thai Thai Sukhothai Guesthouse definitely contributed to our experience. From the moment we stepped into the lobby area, we were welcomed so warmly and had everything explained to us so well, including what to see and how to get to places. The room itself was very nice and clean, the decor was beautiful and it was very comfortable. The swimming pool was so lovely- just the right temperature, even for a night swim, and the pool keeper even went so out of his way to ensure a wonderful swim! Breakfast was so lovely with plenty of options. Bike hire from the guesthouse was a breeze and was also very handy, as the guesthouse is about 1-2km away from the historical sites, so cycling was the best option to get there. Overall had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sukhothai!

We booked this hotel as the one we had been told to visit was full, and we are so glad we did! It was absolutely charming, the hosts superb, and the breakfast delicious. Location was phenomena to get to the old city, coffee nearby with short walk or bike ride! Bikes on site to rent were a plus as was the proximityt to the old city. We were very very pleased that we got into what we felt was a far better place than the one that had been recommended!

This guesthouse was the nicest place we stayed on a family vacation throughout Thailand. Excellent value, beautiful facility, and amazing staff. The rental bikes made touring the historical site very convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at Thai Thai Sukothai. The spot was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to make it easy to explore the history and beauty of Sukothai. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming as well as helpful and knowledgeable. Rental bikes are easily available at a reasonable cost. Breakfast was satisfying. And the new pool was a great place to spend the hot afternoon. It was an extremely pleasant experience all around.
