Reviewed Sep 7, 2026有專門停車場，晚上開車找晚餐出入方便 房間都是位在一樓，內有房間跟浴室，不怕走路吵到樓下 泡澡的浴缸都超大，按摩浴缸也很好躺 入住贈送泥膜敷感極佳 早餐很樸素，果醬、吐司、沙拉、白粥、蛋餅荷包蛋等等 也不像某些評論說有噪音問題，其實非常安靜 （當天有看到隔壁客人帶了3-4位小朋友，沒有被吵到）
該房間有淡淡的煙味，但我想是其他客人沒有素養的問題 由於房間窗外和浴室外庭園是公共區域 有時候會被路過的其他客人嚇一跳 尤其小朋友不太懂事，有縫都是直接貼臉開大🤣 所以要記得拉窗簾

Reviewed Jul 3, 20261.位置幽靜，不會被往來住客打擾。 2.設在二樓的餐廳沒有電梯，雖然帶狗(推車)上樓不方便，但是員工都會協助住客處理(比如徒手將推手搬到2樓)，且態度親和，值得讚許。

設備可能漸漸老舊需要慢慢更新

Reviewed May 19, 2026Spacious room and huge bathroom. Comfortable and relaxing. Very good aircon. Room includes private hot spring, with the muddy waters that the area is famous for directly coming out of the onsen tap, as well as a hot water tap and a cold water tap. Free parking.
Room and showerhead was a bit worn, showing signs of age. Wifi connectivity dropped in and out

Reviewed May 11, 2026我們帶著老人家出門 櫃臺的小姐非常貼心 安排離停車場近的房間 老人家適合泡湯的浴室 還熱心的提供椅子 房間及周圍的環境整理的非常乾淨舒適，玫瑰花、繡球花開得很漂亮，早餐也有很多選擇，服務人員的態度非常好，有賓至如歸的感覺，有機會一定常去。

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026關子嶺的飯店其實都不會太新，所以去住已經有心裡準備，櫃檯服務人員很棒，我還目睹了直接英文介紹，我覺得很厲害👍
可能因為下雨，所以房間裡面有螞蟻，浴室有螞蟻，爬到室內，我殺了20-30隻螞蟻，但關於清潔可能要再加強，我在床頭發現一個被使用完的面膜外袋沒有被發現，這可能要再加強一下。

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026空間很舒適！餐點很好吃，步行可到竹香園，旁邊還有步道可以散步，外面有庭院和搖椅，整體讓人十分舒適放鬆，溫泉裡面又有按摩浴缸，已經住了四次，住幾次都覺得很滿意。
蚊子偶爾有點困擾，木屋裡面偶爾會有一些溫泉地區都會有的潮味，但不是很明顯，不過有鼻炎的人可能會比較敏感

都很好。小小的缺點是欲步行到主街道時的道路略危險，有幾個彎道很怕車子沒注意到有行人。
