Muy amplio, muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación de tren, la amabilidad del staff, volveríamos!!

・スタッフさんが皆さん優しい。 ・24時間対応でいつでもスタッフさんに頼れる。 ・可能なリクエストに全て無料で応えてくれた。 　バスタオルの増量、ワインオープナーのレンタル ・立地がとにかく良い。徒歩で行ける主要観光施設が多い。 ・周囲に飲食店が多い。テイクアウトも対応している。日本食レストランやおにぎりやさんなど日本食も豊富だった。 ・冷暖房完備。しっかり冷えた。 ・毛布が常備されていた。 ・４人１部屋シングルベッド４台で過ごせる宿泊施設が予算内ではほぼ無く、観光地ど真ん中の立地を考慮した場合、かなりお得だった。

・各居室でシャワーを浴びる時間帯と思われる22:30〜0:00くらいに水圧が無くなり、シャワーが浴びれなかった。時間帯をずらして対応した。 ・バスタブに栓がもともと無いため、バスタブにお湯をはっての入浴はできない。 （洗面台下の床に排水設備がないため、誤ってバスタブからお湯が溢れるのを防ぐためだと思われる） ・冷蔵庫の設定温度がもともと高く、調節不可。常温のものを冷やす場合は時間がかかる。予め冷えていれば保冷機能としては十分。

They gave me a terrible room, right next to the road. I could not sleep at night. Also, the AC was not working, it was too hot to sleep.

Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. In general i liked this hotel and recommend it.

Problem 1: sliding doors to bathroom with huge holes around door and its near bed, meaning if u are more than 1 in room, other needs to exit room to give some toilet privacy. Hope this was only on my room. Problem 2: not a big problem - thin walls, u can hear all neighbors around. Problem 3: bathroom was no clean, there were some dark hair on toilet and sink.

Everything was fine, the location, the staff. It was comfortable and clean. To have good air conditioning in the room was a must. If I go back to Paris, I probably will stay in this hotel.

Not having a refrigerator in the room. Paris was really hot at this time and it was frustrating not to have cold water in the room. That would be the only thing that would make me not choose this hotel

Location was its main advantage - minutes of walk to Opéra and Grand boulevards, great restaurants, friendly staff, tea/instant coffee in the room.

The bath is a part of the room with tiny door and small shower. It was ok by Paris standards but smaller than I expected. The overall style and furniture were way too simple compared to the fotos in Booking.com, so I initially was shocked by the simplicity.

The location was the main reason for selecting this location.

The location, helpful staff, and clean and comfortable room were a delight during our stay in Paris. I would recommend staying here and readily stay here again in future visits to Paris.

The room was very very small, which I expected in Paris but it still shocked me when I first walked in! The only reason I put a lower mark for cleanliness was there was mould on the ceiling and walls near the shower head which smelt damp, so I really feel this needs sorting out for future guests.

La localisation de l'établissement est idéale. La chambre standard est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et surtout avec la climatisation. Le personnel fut très à l'écoute et a clairement répondu à nos questions. Une bonne expérience à renouveller.

La qualité des coussins est peut-être à revoir ou du moins proposer différents types/épaisseurs.

オペラ駅とピラミッド駅が最寄りで地下鉄の利用が便利だったのと、近くにバス停があって95番系統のバスだと左岸にある観光地にも行きやすくて助かりました。 受付の方も皆さん親切で優しかったです。 部屋もシンプルで快適でした。グラス類がなく、かわりに紙コップが置いてあったのも衛生面で良かったです。

The area was great close to everything, metro pyramid and Opera was just a walking distance. Galleries la Fayette 10/15 minutes walk.

The thing I found very hard to understand was, why there wasn’t a fridge in the room. I’ve travelled a lot and this was the first time with “no fridge” especially while we were there the temperatures were around 35/37. Very hot so we couldn’t have cold drinks in the room. I think this should be looked into as a fridge in the room would be beneficial for your guests.

Tutto. Struttura vecchia fatiscente e datata. Per quello che si paga si trova molto ma molto di meglio altrove. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà dei fatti. Allego foto della mia camera standard, poi vedete quelle pubblicate da loro e vi rendete conto! Dulcis in fundo… non è stato possibile effettuare la colazione (pagata nel prezzo) poiché a detta del receptionist il collega era assente . Non è stata data alcuna alternativa sé non quella di andare fuori altrove a fare colazione!La porta non si chiudeva nemmeno a chiave poiché rotta! Rumoroso… non ci dico la stanza che avevamo di fronte all’ascensore…Pessimo e squallido!

La tranquillité de la chambre.

S'il est clairement indiqué que le petit déjeuner coûte 15€ (par personne), il est également indiqué qu'un petit déjeuner moins copieux est possible (8€). Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la salle du petit déjeuner et que nous avons répondu à la jeune femme qui nous y a accueillis que nous faisions le choix du petit déjeuner à 8 €, elle nous a dit ne pas disposer de cette formule. Qui, une fois que nous sommes remontés dans notre chambre, était indiquée sur la carte des menus comme "à emporter"... Dommage, parce que si la formule 15€ semble parfois excessive, celle à 8€ est intéressante... Par contre, emmener son petit déjeuner à, l'extérieur n'est pas vraiment intéresant...

Posizione ottima, vicina a diverse fermate metro ma si potevano raggiungere alcune attrazioni facilmente anche a piedi.

Stanza molto piccola , avevamo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo avuto un letto ad una piazza e mezza. Struttura un po’ datata all’interno. Eccessivo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Wir sind sehr herzlich im Hotel empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war für Pariser Verhältnisse nicht zu klein. Sauberes Bad, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war wunderbar, Oper ,Louvre, LaFayette alles zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns die bis jetzt beste Lage einer Unterkunft in Paris. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in Paris sehr genossen.

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Türen gehen sehr laut zu, stört ein wenig wenn man nicht zu früh aufstehen möchte. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten- wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.

Room was what we expected in Central Paris, quite small but surely sufficient for 2 people. It was very clean and functional with a small balcony too. The location was fantastic - Louvre within a 10 min walk away and the Siene maybe a 15 min walk away. Quite a few metro connections less than a 5 min walk away too. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Nothing to complain about at all. They even held our luggage after check out till evening.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est tout simplement parfait pour découvrir la ville. Tout est à proximité, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements, à proximité de l'Opéra, les environs ont de nombreux bons restaurants et sont proches d'importantes lignes de métro. De plus, le personnel s'est montré très disponible tout au long de mon séjour, et ma chambre était confortable.

C'est dommage, le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais il manque de variété car les produits sont identiques chaque matin, j'ai même regretté l'absence de yaourt nature lors d'un passage. De plus, les serviettes de bain étaient de mauvaise qualité, vieilles et la mienne était même déchirée. Pour le prix de la nuitée, je m'attendais à mieux.

Molto disponibile, simpaticissimo e ci ha dato consigli per alcuni bistrot dove mangiare. Grazie Jeff! Hôtel sicuramente consigliato!

The location is good :).

Unfortunately the employees from reception weren’t nice especially the Asian employees. They don’t say good morning or so when you are there. Also when buying drinks from the reception their attitude isn’t the best and is rather arrogant.
