Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was tiny but otherwise comfortable.

Great hotel clean rooms - breakfast was a bit plain and simple. No oat milk - and the area around the reception compared to the rooms was a bit dated. Overall nice hotel to stay

What a great find this lovely hotel was, I don’t think we could have been any more comfortable anywhere else in Paris. The reception staff were always cheery and helpful, the rooms well laid out and had everything we needed. Cleaning staff diligent and the hotel felt Parisian. Plenty of bars, restaurant, shops and bakeries minutes away and close to a few metro stations and the RER. Very nice area as well. We’ll definetly stay there again.

Such a charming hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were Worm, and clean. Definitely be back for another vacation.

I like this hotel. It is safe and convenient in terms of walking, shopping and transportation. The staff members of the hotel are very nice and polite. Especially Madison in font desk is very helpful giving us detailed directions for our destinies. The only disadvantage is that it is difficult to park in front of the hotel because the street is very narrow.

Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. The property is conveniently located and was easy to access by bus and train. There was a heavy police presence when we were walking back one night, not sure if this is normal for the neighborhood or if it was due to the Olympic activities. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, would recommend and hopefully will return. The staff are excellent, they are so friendly and knowledgeable and were always on hand to guide us.

Stayed here for 2 days as it was convenient for what I needed. The accomodation was very clean and compact, staff were accommodating and friendly, there when needed no matter the time of the day.

Loved that they had received my message on the early check , and the room was ready …something you don’t see in Europe … thank you … the hotel is very cozy and quaint .. loved the service … all staff were super helpful .. the only thing I would have a grouse would be 240 euros per night .. slightly expensive for a room of this size … other than that … located in a very nice area which was really close to the metro … definitely a nice place to stay

I have been to Paris many times before but I would describe my recent stay as simply "Fantastic". The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well furnished. The location is close to everything you need. Would definetly stay again whenever I visit Paris.

Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is clean and safe. The rooms are nice and well maintained. There is no vent in the bathroom and the room can become a little stuffy. However, this issue is minor. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant.

Be careful when you book that they don't try to get you to pay upfront and cut Expedia out of the equation.

Very convenient location. Warm and welcoming staff Who were very happy to assist with any request and to anticipate our needs. Great breakfast with many hot and cold options onsite and snacks and drinks on request. Good coffee and tea with kettle and nespresso machine in room. Room and bathroom were comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return

I had a great stay at this hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff who accommodated my special request. I was always greeted very warmly, and the concierge very kindly helped me practice my French! The property was very clean and the area is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff, particularly Greti on the front desk, were terrific - friendly and helpful! We stayed in a Junior Suite - which was spacious and very comfortable for our four-night stay. We walked just about everywhere - the hotel is very central to many of the major attractions. But Metro and taxi options were also readily available and nearby.

For a budget friendly hotel, I would certainly recommend this hotel. Clean, good area, and friendly staff ( especially Sophie at the front desk). The breakfast is average so I wouldn’t recommend that, but everything else was worth the stay.

Our trip was amazing. The hotel was even more amazing. No way we could have done better. We received a free upgrade after my wife mentioned it was our 16th anniversary.

The Best Western Sydney Opera Hotel in Paris is a very nice place to stay for multiple reasons. First and foremost, the staff there was very friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the server at breakfast, as well as the cleaning staff. Secondly, the hotel was very clean, not only the rooms but also the lobby area. Although some of the rooms are not large (by our American standards), they are functional. (We stayed in a regular room at the beginning of our trip and a much larger (deluxe) room on our return at the end of our trip.) The A/C worked very well in the rooms as well as in the lobby and dining area, and this was especially appreciated during the hottest day in Paris this summer. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is ideal. It is walking distance to the Madeline church, to the Paris Opera, to the stores (Galleries Lafayette and Printemps), as well as to the Paris metro, Furthermore, there are several nice restaurants and bars near the hotel, as well as several small grocery shops, where you can get your water supply and any other things that you might want, Overall, the two stays at this hotel during this 2022 summer proved to be most pleasant experiences and my family and I look forward to staying there again when we visit Paris.

Well situated property. Air conditioning worked well and kept room comfortable during heat wave in Paris. Small but highly functional bathroom. Shower door that closed and kept water in the shower (which is rare in Paris).

I was a bit worried as I’ve been to Paris in 3 stars before and they are more like one stars. But this hotel is more like a 4 star very clean. Friendly staff nice room and clean I would happily recommend this hotel and if I ever went back to pairs I would go here. Also very good location. Thanks

I got one of the bigger ( two beds) room, it had a little living area too, which is a plus in Paris. The room was quiet, excellent air con. Breakfast was good—typical. The neighbourhood is fantastic, lots of restaurants at all budget levels, shopping, pretty too. I would stay there again.

We have stayed here on prior trips and are never disappointed. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the Seine, shops, restaurants and groceries. The staff is bar none very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was changed to an early morning arrival and they hurried to clean rooms to allow us to check in early. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Everyone was so helpful. Sophie even wrote out directions for us ...The young man who was there Tuesday night was also extremely helpful in planning our transportation about town and printed out a map that allowed us easy access to two close metro stations. All the people were helpful and friendly!

Olga at the front desk was really nice and patient during our check-in process. She took the time to explain and showed us the way to the elevator. The hotel also stored our luggage because we arrived before the check-in time. Our bags were taken to our room after the room was available. The room was clean and quiet, but occasionally we could hear the neighbor, though we suspect this is normal for most buildings in Paris. Public transportation and restaurants were close to the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is all about the location. Everything else is sufficient and good value. The location is great!

It was a very small but very nice hotel. The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating!

The room was beautiful. The staff ( especially Kendra) was very helpful! The espresso in the rooms was a special treat!

This was our third stay at this wonderful hotel, and we could not imagine visiting Paris and staying anywhere else. The rooms are modern, comfortable, clean and well laid out with interesting artwork. The lobby and public areas are attractive and comfortable. The breakfasts offer a nice variety of delicious food; the chocolate croissants are heavenly. And the service is terrific, especially from Sabari, who goes out of his way to truly make us feel at home.

Front desk staff, particularly the weekend day person went above and beyond to meet our needs while still giving us our privacy.Paris was so busy and noisy it was nice to make the 20 min walk from the hub up to our quaint boutique hotel with the Best Western standards we are used to. Definitely stay again.

The staff was super friendly, from reception desk to housekeeping to the lady who runs breakfast. Everyone greeted us with a smile, which was refreshing. The rooms are spotless! I am super discerning when it comes to cleanliness and the slightest indication that the room isn’t clean really bothers me, but the rooms were cleaned impeccably well. Our room was small but not out of the ordinary for Paris. The window faced a small courtyard and was really quiet. The hotel itself is really small as well, North Americans shouldn’t expect a true “Best Western” style hotel. Neighbourhood is pretty vibrant, close to Opera and Galeries Lafayette. Well connected to the Metro. All in all, this is my new go-to hotel in Paris! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. My previous go-to, that also happened to be a Best Western (but is no longer) is haunted so I was in the market for a new one! :)

Our stay at the Best Western Sydney Opera was outstanding. We arrived about an hour before the "official" check in time but the room was ready and we checked-in. The room (304) was stunningly remodeled, very modern but the character of the old building was still evident in the old exposed ceiling beams and the shape of the room, sort of the zig zag up from sitting area to the room with the bed. Beautiful well appointed bathroom--all modern. There was a fridge for our use--stored picnic supplies and drinks purchased at a near by grocery. The breakfast was very good--extra 15 Euro/person--usual French breads, meat and cheese omelets, yogurt coffee, tea and juices. The location is about 3 blocks to 3 different Metro stops so we were able to explore the city easily. Also an easy walk down to the Sein through Place de La Concorde. When we are back in Paris for a short stay we will return. There is a small elevator which when hauling suitcases around is a God send.

The location was very good for safety, access to transportation, food, bars etc. The staff was excellent and very helpful in everything from directions, suggestions to visit, trains to take, quickest routes and arranging early am taxi. Breakfast was good and essential items covered. Room was perfect and possibly small for some but we found it perfect for us.

This hotel is in the Madeleine area with lots of restaurants and shops. I was upgraded to a suite - very large room - which was great as I was working.

Very good value for money hotel in this ultra expensive city. Everything except breakfast is above the standard of a 3-star Paris hotel. Breakfast is as disappointing as the other Paris hotels I have visited, so I cannot complain, this is probably the way it has to be in Paris.

Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Gare Saint-Lazare. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Excellent restaurants near the hotel.

Great hotel and clearly relatively recently re-done. Rooms comfy, if a little small but perfect what we needed for two nights. Rooms 601 & 607 are right by the breakfast area, so a little noisy in the mornings but frankly that was our only thought. We didn't have breakfast as a) it was 15Euros, but b) you're close enough to great little cafes nearby! Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again - great location!

This was our fourth stay at the Hotel. The receptionist on duty could not be bothered to help in any way. We were given a room on the 5th floor but unfortunately the lift ended on 4th floor. Trying to get to large bags up a spiral staircase was not easy. The room was nothing like the description. We were booked for 5 nights. On two occasions when we returned after 4.00pm, after being out all day our room had not been made up. The receptionist told us we would have to leave and come back later. No personality at all. Could not help us with directions of all sort. I felt that the Hotel had changed owners and there were not a lot of people in the Hotel.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is great. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There is no elevator but they take your luggage up and down. The room was well equipped with excellent coffee and a great shower. Only complaint is the carpet and sofa needed cleaning.

Sabari, the desk clerk, was warm and welcoming and helpful on a number of issues. The room was comfortable and clean. And the breakfasts were delicious - pancakes, a variety of croissants, muffins, special breads, eggs, granny smith apples and so much more. The location was perfect for the touring we had planned. We've stayed there before and we'll stay there again.

Very pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel in such a fantastic location. Walkable to most attractions. Rani was particularly helpful in making us settle down quickly. Rooms are a bit small but that didn’t affect us as we wanted to spenf time outdoors. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel with great location.

Great stay there, very helpful and friendly front desk staffs. Even room is not big, but it's clean and comfort. We will choose the same for our next Paris trip. The only thing a bit concern is there is no conditioner in the bath.

I routinely stay at this hotel when I come to Paris; I come about once a year. Its location is excellent for public transport and walking. The rooms are very clean, and the internet is quite good. The staff is friendly. Its a very reliable place with very high standards. I have never had the breakfast, but it looks quite good :)

The only downside was the quite inaccessible bathtub...no hand bars, no anti-skid surface on the bottom, and a small glass wall that raised the concern r/t falling...otherwise, the room was almost perfect. Might add more storage...perhaps drawers under the desk?? but otherwise, lovely.

At the fringe of a major shopping street, was accessible but quieter, and walking/ cycling distance to all the major museums, and in between 2 metro stations as well. Some restaurants around. Room and bed was very comfortable and clean, good space to put 1 luggage and a decent shower room with very good hot water and pressure. Staff were really really polite and helpful. Loved it! Chose it as it was 3 min walk to my office. Would have been perfect if there is a gym, but running around the area was fine too. Combined with great weather, completed my beautiful first experience in Paris. Thank you!

Awesome location. In the heart of the theater district, walking distance to the opera & major shopping. Also very close to metro stations. The rooms are very small though. I have stayed in many hotels in Paris and do realize the rooms are generally smaller than the US, but this hotel has especially small rooms. Barely enough to fit 2 people and 1 large suitcase. The bathroom was very tiny too. It's an old style hotel where you need to leave the key at the front desk and pick it up on the way in - very unusual in times when I mostly use my phone as the room key

Sabari and Marco at the front desk are rock stars! They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable and helped with any assistance that we needed along the way, The rooms were great, with authentic Parisian appointments and even though we had a street-facing room, when the window was shut it was very quiet. There was a small issue with the bathroom fan that we were told would be fixed, but it wasn't while we were there. The only drawback was the bathroom would get a bit steamy. Other than that, everything was perfect! I would stay there again.

The hotel was very intimate, and our room ( a junior suite) was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is close to two metro stops and many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff took good care of us with transportation question and advice, which made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this hotel! First things first, hotel is in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help us. Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet also represents good value, when you compare it to local cafes, etc. If I had to pick a criticism, I'd say the sound proofing isn't too great. We could hear the road outside and people using the shower / flushing the toilet in the room next door. It wasn't too intrusive, but it was there. Not a major problem, but something to be aware of.

The Hotel is in a calm side street very close to the station Gare St. Lazare. The rooms are small but have everything needed and are very modern. The breakfast buffet is very good and the staff has been extremely nice and helpful. We fully recommend this hotel for any stay in Paris!
