I did not like this property. Nothing compared to the pictures. I booked for two twin beds and upon arriving they said either you can stay in the room which is literally in front of elevators at the reception or they asked me to take the bigger room in the basement. Only 1 small bottle provided that too only on first day. No water coolers available. Breakfast area is in the basement. Room so small that there is no place for the third person to stand as well. I found the staff friendly though, not rude at all. They charged me less for breakfast as I reached just at 10 am when they were closing. They also did not charge me for 1 extra water bottle. Giving 2 stars only for the staff kind behavior.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. We stayed in the family double room, sleeping areas were on the small side, bathroom good size. Three minute walk to metro made transportation super convenient. Also found a gem spot for breakfast lunch or refreshments at Peggy’s Kiosk near the metro entrance.

Property was nice enough, clean rooms but a bit small. End of line 12 metro, decent bars etc round the main square. Breakfast was adequate. Good for price.

Our stay in Best Western Paris is super the best, comfortable area like home, accessible to Tourist area like Eiffel Tower snd many. The hotel provide unlimited breakfast with friendly staff like Cleofe, food are good and concierge staff are friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Paris, you are at home away from home

I chose this hotel with high expectations, I was expecting to be “Nice” one of the best Hotels to celebrate ny wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by untrained staff who lacked the ability to deliver or knows how to delight its guests. It started at the reservation stage with Maureen, who was unable to apply the same price I saw online. Instead of assisting me directly, she referred me to book elsewhere, resulting in the hotel losing €50–60 in revenue. Wouldn’t it have been better to offer a discount and gain a loyal customer? Then came Charlotte at reception, who mishandled my special request for flowers and room decoration. I clearly asked for it to be arranged at 18:00, which was the suitable time for me. Instead, it was done at 15:00. Do you work to satisfy your guests or just to finish your shift on time? Moreover, I paid for room decoration, flowers, champagne, and spa access. Don’t you think I deserved a room upgrade? At international hotels that understand hospitality, there are honeymoon packages that include complimentary upgrades. Even if you don’t offer such packages, based on all the services I purchased, wasn’t an upgrade appropriate? I requested it during the reservation and again at check-in, but it was still not granted. During check-in, the receptionist asked for a deposit. I offered €100 in cash, but she refused and insisted on a credit card. Excuse me, where is it mentioned that cash isn’t accepted? Who came up with this uniqu

Small but very comfortable room - very very clean. The metro was very close and it was easy to move to and from the Paris Landmarks. Lots of food choices in the area as well.

Très pratique, j'ai passé une seule nuit pour un voyage d'affaire. La chambre est très petite, mais très fonctionnelle. SDB refaite a neuf, très propre. Staff super agréable et très accueillant.

The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area. It’s conveniently located to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed there over New Years and on getting back to our room late on the New Year’s Eve we found a bottle of wine to celebrate.

Great hotel for a weekend stay in Paris near to the expo where I was competing in an event. Breakfast was great with lots of choice rooms were clean modern and comfortable

Practical location, amazing service. We stayed a week during the Olympics. Great neighborhood with services. Super close to the Subway. They accomodated us with the arrival of out flight. Would recommand if you want to visit Paris but stay at a relaxing location.

Meget fin modtagelse i receptionen, hvor receptionisterne talte godt engelsk. Fin service. Rene værelser og AC der virker. Hotellet ligger i en hyggelig bydel med fint supermarked 200 meter fra hotellet. Metroen ligger ligeledes 200 meter væk. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

The hotel is ranked 3 star. For me the rooms and breakfast are 4 stars.Maybe because the restaurant is only for breakfast. The location is close to anything by train. Train station is just 3 mins walk. Thank you to all the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Our holiday in Paris was wonderful.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber und praktisch wie komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt wirklich nichts daran auszusetzen. Die Lage ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die unmittelbare Nähe der Metro Marie D'issy ist ein super Plus-Punkt. Frühstück ist angemessen aber nichts Besonderes. Im Verhältnis zum Preis ist es akzeptabel. Weniger toll sind die eingeschränkten wie kostenpflichtigen Parkgebühren. Das sollte man sich überdenken. GERNE WIEDER

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room also has a fridge and mini kitchenette. We were in the basement and it was cold. The front desk stated the temperature controls were already set in "summer mode" so there wasn't a way to heat the room centrally. They did offer a space heater though. Front desk was friendly and helpful but the taxi they called for us to Orly ended up being dishonest and cheating us. Not the hotel's fault but I was expecting integrity since they called for us. Know the approximate price before leaving. The area around the hotel is very charming as well and seems very safe even in the evening. It is a quiet suburb. Just a 2 minute walk to Mairie d'Issy metro station on Line 12 and only about 30 mins to central Paris.

Je suis très mécontent de ce séjour dans cet hôtel. La nuit fût très bruyante et agitée dans l hotel.Le personnel de l hotel n a rien fait pour y répondre, alors que cela aurait pu être réglé très facilement. Je déconseille cet hôtel si vous souhaitez passer une nuit tranquille!

Hotel récemment rénové. Très propre. Personnel très accueillant . Accueil 24/24. Bien situé proche du metro et des commerces. Petit déjeuner genial et très copieux .

Bon hôtel bien placé (proche restaurant, commodité et transport) Les chambres sont assez petites, le seul bémol c’est l’isolation qui n’est pas terrible (on entend quand les autres occupants utilise les toilettes et on entend les voitures passées)

Pas d’eau chaude ce matin ! Très agréable de se doucher à 5h du matin sous une eau froide. Joint de porte traînant sur le lit à mon arrivée.
