Fabulous location. Good sized room, nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and paper cups but would have preferred a kettle with proper cups. Breakfast was okay but limited in choice and only one member of staff. It was a lot for them to make coffee, prepare hot food, replenish and clear up, which resulted in delays. It would have been nice for the hotel to have provided some information on events happening while we were there. I’m sure reception staff have time to put something together, which would add to visitor experience. When we were there the parade of giants went past the hotel. Fortunately we spotted them from our room but what a shame if we had missed it. I’m sure there were other events taking place which we weren’t aware of.

The hotel could not be more central, and within walking distance of everything that you need to see and do in Reus. The staff (Diana on Reception did not go the extra mile, she ran a marathon to assist us) were exceptional. We were provided with excellent recommendations as to where we should go, and where to dine in Reus. I would not hesitate returning, and will!

Excellent location. I am 86 and can’t walk long distances. This hotel is right in the centre, near Cathedral, lots of good eating places, and interesting places to visit. 10mins walk from bus and trains to Taragona, Cambrils (great beach) etc.

Breakfast area has high stools, but they put a low table and chairs up for me and my daughter. Eggs and bacon were available if you wanted, but not on display. That was an adequate continental breakfast for us. We used the bus to get here, but it is 10mins walk from the bus station, taxis are available, though, and not expensive.

Un hotel renovat i molt ben cuidat al centre històric de Reus. Està aprop de tot. Les habitacions, molt confortables i ben equipades. I l'atenció de les recepcionistes, extraordinària!

Només que la dutxa (nova, això sí) és al sostre i no és telèfon. Tinc clar que no l'ha dissenyat una dona😅

Really accessible in the heart of Reus and super helpful staff. The breakfast in particular was excellent and great value - the best home-cooked scrambled eggs in a long time!

The double windows that provide extra sound proofing are excellent. Despite being Saturday night overlooking a busy square, no street noise could be heard inside.

Ubicación muy céntrica, en pleno centro frente a Iglesia prioral de San Pedro, y a dos minutos andando del Museo de Gaudi de Reus, con un centro comercial al lado. El hotel nuevo, con habitaciones y camas muy cómodas, baños amplios, y limpieza y atención estupenda. Lo recomendamos. Al ser zona centro, la entrada en coche está limitada, pero te envían un QR para acceder hasta el hotel, y se puede aparcar en parkings muy próximos.

Location was super central and dads room had a gorgeous view over the square below and the church. Location is super central and near the main square and the gaudi museum and art nouveau house which id recommend! Beds were super comfy and rooms spacious...shower was lovely too! The staff were fab and so helpful. Would defo recommend and would stay again.

Lovely modern hotel in the centre of Reus. All museums within easy walking distance. Plenty restaurants and cafes all around. Staff were helpful and the hotel has a modern small reception area. Some vending machines and the cafe round the corner on same building provides the breakfast.

Everything the location right in the centre of Reus with all the shops restaurants bar cafes marvellous. Staff a joy to talk to, nothing was a problem.

Descanso: La cama era grande y las almohadas muy cómodas. La ubicación excelente, en la zona peatonal a 1 paso de la Plaza Mercadal, Casa Navas, Centre Gaudí Reus, etc..

Pequeños detalles: Aire acondicionado enfriaba lo justito (teniamos que ponerlo a 18 Grados y a tope para que enfriara algo) y cisterna del WC perdía agua . El resto todo OK.

What a great find! Tucked away in the middle of the old town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Room had a fab little balcony, overlooking a square. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were so helpful and welcoming

Centrally located hotel a short walk from the main square, Placa del Mercadal. Fairly spacious rooms also have balconies which is always a bonus. Staff were very friendly and approachable. I'd certainly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Reus.

Booking in after Reception closed. No night receptionist. We arrived late, tired, after a flight delay and found the automatic booking difficult. Language problems but it was eventually sorted.

The room was lovely - I booked an accessible room with an accessible bathroom. Both bedroom and bathroom were big enough for a wheelchair user. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were great. Friendly, helpful and professional. The air con worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. and there was a fridge, safe and hairdryer. No long waits for the lift either.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la ville et à deux pas de nombreux restaurants. Propreté nickel avec petit bonus pour les produits d’hygiène rituals à disposition ! Chambre spacieuse avec très grand lit, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Prachtige kamer, goed bed en kussens. Zeer ruime badkamer, helaas was de regendouche defect en kwam het water r aan alle kanten uit ( kamer 307 ). Voordeur uit en meteen in hartje centrum met alle restaurants en terrassen.

Wifi was dramatisch, kan echt niet meer anno 2026. Gemeld bij receptie en ze zijn er mee bezig.... Verder niets slechts te melden.

Diana is really friendly and helpful. It is a perfect place to explore Reus.

Está muy céntrico y puedes dejar el coche en aparcamientos municipales que cuestan 6 euros. El hotel es cómodo y limpio con buenos productos de baño y café de bienvenida.

Me parece que la relación calidad precio está algo elevada.

Personal súper atentos Tranquilidad,habitación muy amplia y camas comodisimas.

Teníamos el desayuno incluido y no nos gustó nada que tuviésemos que salir a la calle para ir a desayunar aunque el personal de la cafetería era muy amable y atento.

Hotel muy céntrico, en zona de peatones, al lado de la Iglesia de St Pere y zona comercial. Muy tranquilo, cerca de buenos restaurantes. Cama muy amplia y cómoda, televisión de gran formato. Baño amplio y bien equipado. Amabilidad del personal. Desayuno correcto. Opción de párquing de pago en los alrededores.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Klimaanlage, Schallschutz (ganz wichtig bei der Lage), zentral, gemütlich, sauber!!, sehr nettes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L'emplacement très central. La gentillesse du personnel. L'équipement de la chambre.

Comme dit dans les commentaires précédents les chambres sont situées au dessus d'une place avec des terrasses ouvertes tard le soir, mais les fenêtres sont très bien insonorisées donc cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous.

Las instalaciones y la amabilidad de la recepcionista, muy atenta y dispuesta a aclarar cualquier duda.

La cama, eran dos camas individuales pegadas y a la hora de dormir se separaban y quedaba un hoyo entre mi pareja y yo, pensábamos que estarían pegadas con bridas o pues una cama de matrimonio normal.

Situated at the base of an ancient cathedral this location is a dream. You step out into ancient streets surrounded by beautiful restaurants, a square full of life and plenty of refreshing Vermouth. Diana, Miquel and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful we had a balcony overlooking the cathedral. Travelling from Canada we highly recommend a stay here in beautiful Reus.

Well situated in centre of city. Staff very helpful. Able to leave luggage when arrived early and left late. Coffee machine in room plus fridge with complementary water.

Second time staying at this hotel. Central location, easy access to public transport. Car parking available (payable) approx. €5 per day, arrangements for this can be via hotel reception staff. Ease of check-in and friendly, courteous staff. Room 302 has marvellous views from the balcony.

L’accoglienza da parte della receptionist al nostro arrivo è stata carinissima. La camera era oltre le aspettative: pulita, piú che confortevole, nuova, spaziosa e ben arredata. Il bagno anche questo nuovo, era dotato di prodotti per l’igiene a marchio “Ritual” che hanno offerto una coccola extra al nostro soggiorno. L’albergo è in una posizione ottima, e permette di arrivare in centro in pochissimo tempo.

It’s in the perfect location, the staff are so attentive and Diana was amazing!! She gave me some great recommendations of local places to eat and so helpful. Room was perfect size and had everything I needed.

Chambre spacieuse , literie très confortable

Le petit déjeuner était très limité , il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour aller au bar d’à côté. Il y a peu de choix et la personne qui m’a reçu , m’a donné très peu d’explications. Il n’y avait rien dans le bac à oeufs, et pas de viennoiseries. Ça contraste avec la qualité de l’hôtel.

Staff all really friendly and helpful from check in to check out! Hotel is clean, comfy beds and lovely bathroom facilities and toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner & shower gel) of high quality. Also a fridge in the room which is amazing, especially to keep drinks cool in the lovely Spanish summertime. Location is perfect and central, loads of restaurants and shops around and only around 15 min walk to the train station if you want to travel somewhere for the day. Breakfast spread was small but lovely, eggs/ bacon, tea/ coffee all prepared fresh to order. Lady who checked us in (Diane maybe, I forgot her name) was fab, friendly and really informative and the man who was there on check out (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was amazing, both real credits to the team. First time visitors to Reus but if we are ever back will definitely be choosing this hotel again- for all reasons mentioned above but also location is surrounded by gorgeous historic buildings. A really beautiful town.

The location was spot on just around the corner from Casa Nava. Nice spacious bathroom, excellent working air conditioning, helpful and very friendly front of house staff. Fast check in and are able to leave your bags if needed.
