The breakfast is good enough for leisure, and if more dishes available that will be more appreciated. The location of hotel is wonderful for hiking on Maolan Mountain Trail or biking around the Sun-Moon Lake.

Komfortables Hotel mit privaten Onsen und guter Halb-Pension. Personal von “professionell“ bis “freundlich”. Schöne Pools und ungewöhnlich gut ausgestatteter Spiel-Bereich (Tischtennis, Billard, Game-Konsole, …).

Durch die Onsen im Zimmer hat die Ausstattung spürbar gelitten. Wir hätten ein Zimmer ohne Onsen nehmen sollen. Zimmer Service nicht sehr aufmerksam. Sauberkeit war noch OK.

Personeel was behulpzaam.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding totaal niet in verhouding. Foto's kwamen niet overeen, alles was gedateerd en niet zoals op de foto's. Specifiek het zwembad voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. Als je dan ook een kakkerlak aantreft wat ik ook later las op Google review bevestigd dat, het enige hotel in 3 weken tijd Taiwan waar we dit aantroffen. Het duurste en smerigste hotel van onze reis.

衛浴間翻新過很現代，泡湯池使用起來很舒適，但洗手槽還是可以看出黑色黴菌沒有清乾淨。 早餐還不錯。

房間內設備老舊，地毯看起來不乾淨，床頭仕板與角落有大量白色不知是灰塵還是黴菌絲的堆積。

The hotel is a bit pricey. Room is great, breakfast was good. The hotel locates on a quiet side of the sun moon lake , we love it.

飯店的人員服務都很棒，從引導無障礙車位的警衛大哥，櫃檯接待人員，主動問是否需要洗澡椅，房間電視設備有問題，也主動問是否要換房，積極處理。 飯店人員都很親切，並主動提供需要的服務，非常感謝。

部分社施老舊 晚上在餐廳用餐，服務人員是越南籍工讀生，要先收餐具再上新菜，弄得一起，教育訓練不足。

飯店雖然不在湖邊,但走路到街上還蠻近的,很悠靜 早餐該有的都有還有阿婆茶葉蛋,覺得可以再加1-2樣當地特色就100分 飯店每個服務人員態度都很好,也有一些設施可以玩,也可以和朋友在1樓一起用餐喝飲料

飯店大環境都乾淨,但房間靠近廁所的牆,有壁紙剝落,剛進房時去廁所也有味道,雖然多沖幾次馬桶就有減淡,棉被上有汙滯痕

此飯店只有早餐不錯，，唯一缺點就是都冷了，服務人員好心把所有鍋蓋打開，七點多去吃的食物都偏冷。

1.早餐還不錯，唯一缺點就是都冷了，服務人員好心把所有鍋蓋打開，七點多去吃的食物都偏冷。 2.我們很少在飯店看到蟑螂，卻在這間飯店看到3次蟑螂，遊戲室、大廳、泳池，遊戲室引起在場小孩們騷動，服務人員有前來處理。 3.房間的設施要定期確認：剛入住發現水龍頭漏水（只要洗手有用水就會滴到地方）、臥房門口的安全鏈壞了、床上方的燈無法打開（一直閃爍），只有前兩項剛入住有發現，請服務人員處理，有即時維修。 4.兒童遊戲池底部都是小石頭，不安全，在室外，所以有樹葉尚可接受。 5.不是很確定臥房內的湯是否為溫泉，味道不像，戶外游泳池應該也不是溫泉水，總體感受跟台中日O溫泉飯店差很多，價格也只比低一點點而已。另，對住戶提供付費溫泉湯屋，這樣叫溫泉飯店是否合理。 6.不是很確定高樓層有沒有飲水機，但是低樓層確實沒有飲水機，只有大廳一台。Chenk-in時間服務人員並未說明飲水機位置。 這是我們有生以來住過最差勁的飯店，價格並不便宜，設備卻老舊，未定期維護。這個家庭住房價格可以在日本住到2晚，且服務和設施都很不錯。服務人員非常多，態度是不錯，但就是住的品質很差。不推薦。

早餐選擇很多，蠻不錯吃的。如果選擇晚餐的話，平日人太少會變成半自助，選擇就會變得超級少，性價比很低。平日去都蠻好停車的，但感覺假日很容易滿位！！ 房間床很好睡，乾淨舒適。

晚餐自助餐平日的話很少選擇，會覺得很空虛😆

We went there few months ago and we could rent bikes in the hotel, this time we could not. They gave us a bag of cookies when we checked out last time but not this time

שיש שטיח בחדר המלון הוא קצת ישן אבל מטופח שמור ומאוד נקי , מגבות חדשות , הכל טוב

真的蠻髒的，門上都是灰塵，廁所接縫處發霉，洗手檯前方根本沒刷沒清理，廁所地板也都是灰塵髒污，連冷氣出風口都發霉

The person in charge of the meals was very helpful and spoke fluent English.

The staff don't know English at all, made mistakes that cost us a lot of money. The pool was not working well and had limited hours, the gym is a joke. People who don't speak Chinese - stay away!

Very “out of date” looks like it was made in the 70s and never updated. Breakfast was ok, not good. Tried fried breakfast bread and it was hard as a rock, tea eggs didn’t taste anything, fruit was ok

ทำเลที่ตั้งไกลจากทะเลสาป SUNMOON LAKE ต้องขับรถไป และละแวกที่พักไม่ค่อยมีร้านอาหาร และมีทัวร์ลงค่อนข้างเยอะ

不推一泊二食，強推一泊一食就好，晚餐CP不高，給了一盤幾片蔬菜+肉塊，刀子也沒提供，自己走去跟服務生索取，半自助區是早餐的1/5之一，當看到早餐豐盛的自助區時，真心覺得多加的晚餐1700沒有那個價

工作人員態度不佳，在詢問需要兩間等級不同價格，分別的價格要跟同伴說明，旁邊的女性員工嚴厲的說不行，那樣也不行，我想手寫給我也不行。有什麼不方便的地方，可以委婉或是禮貌性地告知，用很直接的理直氣壯口氣連續三次說不行。 反而是面前處理的員工說可以用手寫的部分提供。

有迎賓小點心(餅乾、果凍)、Mini Bar，除了常見的瓶裝水，還有可樂和運動飲料。 廁所內的馬桶是免治馬桶，以一間飯店硬體有配到這種，基本上就加分的。

房間內附的室內拖鞋居然是夾腳拖鞋，非常不習慣，希望飯店方可以改成直接一般腳可以伸進去的拖鞋就好。 房間內的崁燈沒有多段或者小燈，可能是個人感覺問題偏多，不到想睡覺但又希望房間內的亮度不要太亮。

The hot tub was AMAZING. Room is huge and spacious. Would say this is the best or second best hotel I've stayed at in all of Taiwan. The location is fantastic too since you only need to walk about 5 mins to the main bus area and town area. There's also a bike shop just outside the hotel area along the street and you even get a discount if you rent a bike from them if youre staying at the hotel. This is extremely convenient because you dont have to walk far for ANYTHING, and getting around is really easy. Theres even game room, family room, pool table, mahjong table available at the resort. You can rent their ktv room as well. Breakfast buffet line was pretty wide tbh, and they even have a separate section for vegetarians.

Maybe a small shuttle to and fro the hotel and bus station would be amazing? Like a electric cart. That'll probably make this a 5 star hotel. Theres no proper walking path so youre pretty much pulling your luggage along the side of the road. Also going uphill into the hotel property, its bumpy and the luggage wheels gets stuck - so hopefully they can make a smooth walking pathway!

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Standard. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass die Gäste zu 95% aus Ostasien kommen, insofern das Frühstücksbuffet für westliche Gewohnheiten nur wenig bietet. Ansonsten wird allgemein sehr auf Sauberkeit Wert gelegt und unser Zimmer war wirklich absolut ruhig.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man dem Teppich im Zimmer deutlich angemerkt hat.
