Reviewed Dec 7, 2025We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. I liked that it had 2 separate bedrooms with 2 separate ensuites, which made it perfect for us (we were 2 couples).
The air conditioner in my in-laws' room did not cool. The hotel was unable to give us a different room, as it was sold out for the night, which is fine. But what made us angry was that we were told that the person accompanying us to check out the issue was qualified to solve it, when in reality he was just a security guard who has no knowledge or experience working with AC units. If they had been upfront that the issue could not be resolved, we would've at least respected that. They also didn't even offer to give us a partial refund or a voucher for a discounted future stay for our trouble. It was basically "we're lying to make you think we're gonna fix the issue and then, when we do nothing, you just suck it up"
