4/5 還不錯 有停車位，附近有超商，老闆人很好。 房間老舊浴室有發霉跡象，地板是木頭的樓上小孩一直跑很吵。

Very cute hotel, well run, close to the lake and to hiking, family friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast. We communicated with the staff in Mandarin, so I don't really know how easy this place is for English speakers to navigate. But it's a great place to stay.

家庭旅遊四人房1晚 優點 服務很好,房間夠大很乾淨沒有怪味道,實木地板溫暖舒適,大窗戶光線明亮,空調會冷,浴室乾淨有浴缸可泡澡,水壓夠熱水很熱,附早餐還不錯,價格算CP值高 缺點 停車位很遠,床很硬,電視有點小畫質不太好,空調有聲音,盥洗用具沒有補,垃圾桶沒有分類.

The location is very strategic near the night market which serves a lot of typical snacks although for vegetarians there are not many choices. This hotel is very comfortable with a small balcony that allows each occupant to sit back and see the view while enjoying snacks.

很有特色的旅館，服務親切，早餐好吃

有門禁限制,外加淋浴跟浴缸ㄧ起使用衛生堪慮，且浴缸與地板高低落差太大對予身障者及腿太短危險，半夜又有不名人仕或靈異現象有轉門把情況，早餐供應時間只有一個小時太短

可能就是一間老旅宿，距離纜車真的是不遠，走路15-20分鐘左右，距離伊達邵老街蠻近的，不過住宿方面，房間整潔度有待加強，飯店人員態度也不能與市區的相比。

Not worth the money paid, the hotel needs modernising. Even though english wasnt spoken by the receptionist she did her best to help. We didnt get up for breakfast so no comment to be made. Good tv channels and balcony was good with a small view of the lake. The area however isnt great one or two restaurants with english and no bars around. Close to the ropeway station and bus stops.

THE ROOM WE STAYED IS NOT SO CLEAN, THERE HAVE ANTS AROUND , TOILET WAS OLD AND RUSTY, CANNOT CONNECT TO WIFI, BUT SERVICE IS GOOD, LOCATION IS GOOD, CLOSED TO BOAT PIER

大都好，只是床垫久了，会出现凹凸狀況，小孩都不睡了！

It was great experience over all

Chambre propre avec petit balcon vue en biais sur le lac( baignoire à changer ). Le personnel ne parle pas anglais mais la dame souriante à l'accueil se débrouille très bien avec le traducteur du smartphone , même petit déjeuner buffet. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale près de l'arrêt de l’autobus, du lac ,du téléphérique, des chemins de randonnées

除了三樓陽台看出去是兩個超大水桶，房間暖氣壞了，浴室拉門壞了，其他還可以。如果早餐有蔬菜就更好了

簡單來說就是便宜!~至少不是鬼屋~服務都很親切喔!清潔度可以再加強一點，無線網路應該是故障了

交通方便，酒店在路邊，但車位得3個，如無位要轉去附近免费停車埸泊車，房間整潔，可能人手不足，没有打掃房間，要找人打掃，早餐簡單，可以在酒店買九族文化村和日月潭票，好方便和較平。

The room seems to be renovated recently. But cockroaches were found in the room.... Need improvement on cleanliness.

房間非常大，木地板十分乾淨，房間放置物品的地方很多，再多行李也ok，三樓陽台側面可以看到日月潭，可惜正面是兩顆大水塔，不過這個價位可以觀景已經很滿足了。 早餐是中式清粥小菜，西式就只有吐司，清粥小菜好吃。飯店人員態度很友善，十分親切，出遊時遇到這種店家倍感窩心。 缺點是盥洗室比較有歷史感，使用痕跡明顯，但是熱水夠熱，備品一般。

房間髒，有蟑螂。早餐很單調

It is nice location where you can easily walk to minimart and nice market. Also, there is a shuttle bus taking you to Sun moon lake center point with cheap price.

很髒，霉味很重，灰塵多，不值得這個價格！

it's okay, but I should not accept upgrade to higher level for NT 500, it doesn't worth it.

夜市が広がるエリアのすぐ近くだったので、夜の外出も問題なく楽しめました。 ボート乗り場やロープウェイ乗り場も近かったので、チェックアウト後荷物を置いて出かけ、遊び終わってから引き取りに行くのも楽でした。

房間很好很乾淨, 也算便利, 床也很舒服, 服務態度不錯, 但開了很久才有熱水, Wifi 很弱, 沒有護髮素

我住的房間有大陽台,熱水水壓足夠,櫃檯也親切 4人房價格合理 唯一美中不足是床底下沒有清掃很乾淨

門口有3個停車位，算是方便，離碼頭近，離覧車也近，夜市也在附近，值得再次入住

房間整潔

お値段に対しては十分良質なホテルです。きれいで広い部屋。日月湖にも徒歩圏内です。駐車場は3台分。

旅館服務人員態度親合，旅館環境、內裝很有原住民內涵，房間素質、望外視野好、高CP值，惟房間隔音需加強。

CP值來說還算滿意，只是房間有些霉味，另外傢俱與浴室的設備已經使用多年沒修繕，隨處會看到破損，期望店主能加以改進。

服務態度不錯，臨近老街與碼頭，下次可再前往

Good value local hotel. But Hotel.com provided link to the Google map was not correct and took me to the wrong location. Finally, go to the tourist information centre to find the correct direction for this hotel.

不求品質 只求就腳 可以一住 完

濕氣重房間發霉，霉味重空調品質不佳。廁所不是乾淨，有上位房客留下的月經血滯。床翻開白色底襯都有霉斑。 早餐有中西式自助式，這招待算不錯。男老闆很客氣，女老闆態度似嚴肅。

清潔、房間舒適, 但下了長途巴士, 仍有一段距離, 要留意, 總體而言, 就在日月潭旁邊, 很方便

Initially when enter the room, was quite happy as the room is spacious but when check out the balcony, found the glass sliding door was damage--door cannot lock, inform the counter staffs but was ignore. Instead of replacing another room, the staffs asked whether we want to checkout of the hotel!!
