Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Todas las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables. María la Sra. De la cocina es un amor! Tienen un perro lobo cieguito pero es muy amigable y tierno. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind. María, the lady in the kitchen, is an absolute sweetheart! They also have a blind wolf dog who is so friendly and affectionate. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026El desayuno es completo y rico. El comedor tiene vista bonita hacia la naturaleza.
La ubicación de la habitación es sobre el parqueadero del hotel cuyo piso es de gravilla y arena. Se escucha el ruido de los autos que pasan por la vía y de los que llegan y salen del hotel. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado sino ventilador. La vista, por pequeñas ventanas, daba a muros. Techo bajo. Aseo deficiente. La foto principal del hotel que sale en Booking es de la parte interior del hotel y la ubicación de la habitación que nos asignaron es por fuera del hotel, por lo que nunca vimos esa panorámica.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Es un hotel en el que había estado hace unos años y sigue siendo una excelente opción para alojarse en San Gil. Se duerme delicioso y puede disfrutarse de la zona húmeda. Muy bien ubicado.

Las instalaciones de la habitación cuadruple, los camarotes son para niños. Nintendo escalera para subir El baño estaba en malas condiciones, el lavamanos ligeramente tapado, y tenia fuga en el drenaje que al final se encharca el puso del baño. El sanitario tambien con leve fuga y se pozo el agua tambien. En la ducha tambien se poza el agua hacia un lado. Es en desnivel, si vienen ckn adulto mayor o personal con movilidad reducida o asistida consideren esto . Al parece tiene temas estructura y hacia esa parte del baño se esta desnivelado el piso Finalmente en el parqueadero accidentalmente pise mi3rd@ de perro ( es hotel pet friendly) pero no recogen lo d elos perros. Aunque el personal estuvo presto a ayudar, la verdad no vale la pena el hotel por costo beneficio. Mala experiencia

Las habitaciones son anticuadas, sin aire acondicionado, el aseo muy regular, las camas muy regulares, el desayuno no tiene variedad alguna todos los días (3) fue o huevo o tamal, con la mismos acompañantes, no ofrecía bebida fresca dentro de la opción del desayuno; aunque tiene Parqueadeo corres el riesgo de que tu vehículo sufra algún daño debido a lo reducido del espacio, la habitación pequeña no muy agradable ni cómoda. En la página se promociona como hotel 4 estrellas, no llega a 1

En el hotel nos alojamos varios deportistas que veníamos de muy lejos, incluso extranjeros, por una travesía, el hotel no tuvo en cuenta eso, y celebró un evento hasta la 1 de la mañana, con musica a todo volumen que impedía dormir y el buen descanso para un día de mucha exigencia. Finalmente es un evento deportivo que se realiza cada año y con esa experiencia no lo volveríamos a escoger.

We traveled in a big group and enjoyed our stay, the staff made everything possible to accommodate us in whatever we needed. We would love to come back!

La habitación asignada estaba sobre la cocina, por lo tanto, todos los olores se sabían. Además la única "ventana" daba hacia la calle (al igual que hacia la cocina), y al ser vía principal, se escuchó cada vehículo que pasaba por ahí. Recomiendo que por favor desahibiliten esa habitación, no sirve para descansar.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Es un lugar pet friendly y nos dieron cama y bowls para nuestro perrito. Tiene una piscina amplia y los desayunos estuvieron muy ricos. El personal fue muy amable! Había agua gratis, lo cual apreciamos mucho.
Queda a las afueras de la ciudad. No es muy lejos pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta. Desde la piscina a veces suena mucha bulla pero no fue hasta tarde.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025El hotel ya tiene años, la piscina es pequeña y le falta mucha limpieza. Estuve cuando el hotel estaba solo, así que en general bien. La habitación pensé que era mejor, en las fotos se veía mas grande.
Las habitaciones en general, están muy lejos de la piscina y hay que hacer recorridos largos para llegar a ella. Mucha vegetación, podrían podar más y tener menos mosquitos.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025We got a room that faced the main road. It was loud all night long (traffic plus the bathroom had a knocking sound). Not ideal for a light sleeper. The grounds had many amenities and there is access to go the river where you could see the rafters float by. The service was great from the front desk, to maintenance, to the kitchen staff who graciously stored our leftover food and heated it up for us the next day. The location was great because it was outside of busy San gil but still in close proximity to restaurants.
