GPS brings you to the back of the hotel in a dead end street, not ideal

They have 30 parking spots and 85 rooms, so no parking basically if you check in later. Theres a parking garage close by though but it’s public and open 24/7. Had an issue with a noise in the room, I use earplugs and could still hear. Every 20-30 secs and the message was basically “nothing we can do even if you can’t sleep” … literally nothing was done or even suggested to do anything about it or compensate in any way … very disappointing

Very noisy from other guests - wooden floors create lots of banging and echoing, electric blinds also super noisy for neighbouring guests. Barely slept the whole night. For this reason only I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Ask for a top floor room if you want a quiet night.

Super nettes Personal- tolles Frühstück- Fahrräder im Hotel zum ausborgen. Lage genial in der Stadt. Schöne Radwege. Fuhren mit den Rädern in ca 1/2 Std auf die sehenswerte Insel Lindau. Würden sofort wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Bad etwas abgenützt, keine Dichtung bei Dusche.

Die Lage ist schon seit ein paar hundert Jahren spitze. Der Renovierungsstand ist sehr gut, technisch alles prima und optisch angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist prima, das zugehörige Personal nett. Tiefgarage ist auch nicht zu verachten (nicht reservierbar):

Die eingentlich schöne, etwas kleine Saunaecke könnte etwas mehr Betreuung brauchen. Ein paar Teebeutel, ein nicht angeschlossener Samowar für das Wasser (also doch kein Tee), sonst nichts. Und für ein Dachbettzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten war Preis- Leistung schon ein kostspieliger Quotient. Aber das ist in der Breite so- zumindest wenn man wie wir in der Festspielzeit unterwegs ist. Da gibt es der Markt her.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer verfügte über alles, was von Belang ist. Das Frühstück whatte eine grosse Auswahl qualitativ guter Sachen.

Die Klimaanlage ist 2 x ausgefallen, der Portier war aber sofort bereit, die Anlage wieder zum Laufen zu bringen.

Es ist alles sehr funktionell - das ist auch in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne und neue Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Super bequeme Betten, wunderbares Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und viel Ablageplatz. Tolle Lage in der Fussgängerzone, wir sind auch zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und zur Seebühne gegangen. Alles ist nicht weit entfernt. Tolles Frühstück, gutes Restaurant und feine Bar.

Die Lage zum See und zum Festspielhaus war sehr gut

Preis-/ Leistung stimmte für das Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück nicht. Der gesamte Aufenthaltspreis wurde zur Zeit der Buchung (ca 1 Jahr vor dem Aufenthalt) fällig und abgebucht. Das Hotel bietet ein Mittagsmenue an, das 1x nicht mehr verfügbar war in der Zeit, ein 2.x war die Beilage "Kartoffelstampf" nicht verfügbar. 1x wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht - bei insgesamt ca 260 ,- Euro pro Nacht finde ich das leider nicht angemessen

Dobra lokalizacja blisko jeziora i opery, dworca. Parking podziemny nie za duży, niektóre miejsca bardzo ciasne, ale mimo wszystko polecam parkowanie. Śniadania dobre. Na plus też klimatyzacja w pokojach!

Ruime en schone kamer. Parkeergelegenheid in de garage, maar niet voor alle gasten. Centraal gelegen in Bregenz. Mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren. Een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, met de mogelijkheid om zowel binnen als buiten te eten.

Location was perfect for access to the town centre, railway station and lake front. We chose this location to enable us to strike out to Lindau and Lichenstein. The staff on arrival were fantastic and gave a warm welcome. Details provided for parking and access to the car-park, which was roomy, but be mindful if you have an SUV, be mindful of the ceiling height. Our room, to the front aspect of the hotel was clean, nicely furnished but also had a decent A/C unit which enabled the room to be kept at a cool 18c; which was certainly refreshing coming in from 29c outside. Breakfast was included was perfect for our needs, lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, breads etc Location was perfect for us as it was literally -3-4 minute walk to the small train station in Bregenze for hitting out at Lindau, 6 Euros and about 8 - 10 minutes later you’re there. You could choose to stay in Lindau, but you will pay more for that privilege. We will definitely return to this hotel as we wish to come back when there is an Opera on at the Seebuhne Bregenze (Open air theatre on Lake Constance) If you like sunsets, head to the sunset bar on the small pier (photo attached) a romantic location perfect for those ‘Sun Downers’

On arrival the entrance to the underground parking was next to the hotel and easy to use however chargeable. Reception check in was easy however we arrived at 3pm for check in but our room (booked a suite) wasn't quite ready but they seemed more bothered about this than I was. They gave us drinks vouchers for the bar and said they'd call my mobile when ready. No issue as the bar was a lovely place to sit and within 15 minutes the call came. We loved our room as we had a suite on the corner top floor with windows to two aspects. The hotel location was perfect for both the town with many shops, bars and restaurants plus a short walk to the lakeside. Breakfast was perfect for our needs being continental with something for everyone. If you are planning a stay in Bregenz I can highly recommend this hotel, you'll not be disappointed.

Where you can usually find a negative about anywhere, with this one I am struggling. If anything and it is only very minor was the in room safe. I had to call twice to reception for assistance as it just didn't want to play ball. That's it.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent location. Excellent breakfast choices.

Shower head could have been better placed, was above bath tub and had to be switched off at times when showering.

For the price charged, a couple of bottles of water would have been welcome. If choosing to eat in the courtyard, beware of the birds swooping onto the tables for food!

Hotel was in a great location, very much updated, which was great, had A/C, which was awesome! Breakfast was excellent and the staff was VERY friendly and super helpful! Every one that I encountered that worked there was super friendly and helpful, especially Emily L. She went above and beyond!

It would have been nice to have extra pillows. That is all!
