Reviewed Sep 26, 2025ホテルが古いのかバスルームのドアがかたくて スムーズに動かなかったです。 部屋から眺める海峡の眺望は素晴らしいです。 今回、2回目の宿泊でした、フロントの女性も前回と同じ人だったと思います。とても感じのよい対応をされます。また、訪れたいホテルのひとつです。

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025飯店設計具有古典風格，門口的警衛非常熱心指導停車，雖有接待一般宴客服務，但卻不會太過吵雜，有些房間可以看到藍翼橋，整體而言非常安靜舒適，稍嫌不足的事，這次家人入住的雙人房，其冷氣設施極不穩定，一進門感到悶熱，請工作人員上來調整之後，冷氣機似乎有在運作，但等了一段時間之後還是沒有冷氣該有的溫度，而我們入住的另外一間房卻又很正常，或許該檢視空調系統了

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025門司港レトロの散策に便利というか、ホテルそのものが門司港の景観の一部になっている感じです。 オーシャンビューの部屋は関門海峡、関門大橋が見えるので旅の思い出になると思います。 ただ、周りの飲食店は遅い時間まではやっていないところが多いので、注意が必要です。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025安く泊まれたので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、お風呂の木のドアの下部分が腐食しているのかボロボロになっている箇所があり、子供がそこに足をぶつけたら怪我するかもなと思いました。 あと、これは恐らくゲストの問題ですが、上の階にファミリーが泊まっているのか、朝から私たちの部屋にトントンという音がずっと響いてて、何の音？と全員で気になりました。 安く泊まれたので我慢できますが、残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025大雨の日に伺いました。 チェックインの時間を早めてもらったり、傘やタオルを準備してもらったりしてすごく助かりました。電車や高速道路だけではなく、ホテルの周囲の渋滞情報も教えていただきました。 ラウンジのスパークリングワインやおつまみも美味しかったです。 雨には降られましたが、ホテルステイは快適でした。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025駐車場が地下にあるのですがお盆などの連休の時、満車の場合はHOTELの海沿いにあるスペースに駐車出来ます。 すぐ横の連絡船で海響館などへのアクセスもしやすく便利です。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025－早訂好酒店🏨，亦都有同酒店講好，兩大人，兩小童入住，到正式入住時間，酒店房內只供應兩人用品，枕頭、拖鞋、樽裝水、睡袍全部只有二人！全部無提供，真係失望，只有晚餐餐廳內員工服務態度非常好，反而早餐既男員工態度非常差，無禮貌不特只，言語態度都好差！

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025実は門司港が故郷の私。たまに帰ってくる時はこのホテルを利用します。もう20年以上になるので仕方ない面はありますが、メンテが追いついていないのかなと思う部分も。例えば今回、お部屋はとても良かったのですが、便器蓋が割れてネジが外れており、仕方なく自分でなんとか修理しました。またお湯の出が（外国のホテル並みに）悪かったです。それから以前に利用したときに比べると、朝食ブフェのバリエーションも少なくなり、取る場所も狭く混雑した感じになり、ゆったりとした贅沢感が失われて残念に思いました。 最高のロケーションにある素敵なホテルなので、なんとかメンテもサービスも頑張ってください！また利用します。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025ご案内頂いた客室が電源不良（スイッチが入らない、電気の点滅、異音）でした。状況を伝えると客室変更ではなく、工事担当者がいらっしゃいました。こちらは入浴後、かつ夜間にも関わらず、部屋の扉を開けたまま電源の工事を開始されました。改修頂き直りはしましたが、工事担当者の方の体臭が部屋に残り不快な対応でもありました。 空室もありましたので、部屋の改修はチェックアウト後に頂き、別室へのご案内を頂きたかったです。 門司に来る際には毎回利用させて頂いておりましたので、非常に残念な思い出となりました。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025東京から転勤のため、新門司に夜フェリーで着いた足でそのまま宿泊しました。 新生活に不安を抱いていましたが、快適かつ特別な雰囲気の中で過ごせたことで、良いスタートが切れそうです。朝にホテル周辺を散歩したのも気持ち良かったです。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025駅から近く、海から近く、門司港レトロに溶け込んだロケーションが最強。海側の部屋でしたので、窓からの関門海峡の眺めが素晴らしかった。窓辺に大きめのテーブルと椅子があり、のんびりお茶をしたり書きものをしたり、寛いだ時間を過ごすのに最高の環境でした。今回1泊だけでしたが、次回はぜひ数日滞在したいです。

Reviewed May 1, 2025Directly infront of this waterfront hotel with rooms with the view of the lighted up car bridge and pedestrian bridge, is a ferry that people can take to go to the fish market full of sushi selection a la carte. Quality at fish market is average since there is a restaurant with very high quality sushi around the corner from this hotel. Great tax free shopping for tourists near the hotel too.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2025The suite have the best view in town and a very good value. With around US160 per night ,you can have the whole suite, with a superb lounge access and breakfast for 3 people, which is kind of a steal from my perspective.
