Had a wonderful experience at GRT grand the punjabi festival which is going is wonderful manash,varma and pinky was kind and did great service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Kakinada. The property is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the food was exceptionally good—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. A lovely touch was having fresh fruits, soaked almonds and cookies kept in the room every day. We were staying here for a skating competition, and the skating rink being just a few steps away was a huge added advantage and made things so convenient for us. The staff were warm and hospitable, with a special mention to Mr. Nasir from Reservations & Front Desk, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He also went out of his way to help us arrange a car to the airport, which was extremely helpful. The hotel is in a clean and pleasant area and is literally around 200 metres from the railway station, on the same road, making it very convenient for travellers. Rajahmundry Airport is approximately 2 hours away. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach is quite far—around 20 km from the hotel—and the route takes you through an industrial area, so this may not be the ideal choice if a beach stay is your priority. But for beautifully maintained rooms, excellent food, cleanliness and warm hospitality, we would highly recommend Grand Kakinada. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay! ❤️

The food here is delicious and flavorful, and the ambience is pleasant and welcoming. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Priya Sinha, who served us wonderfully. It’s a great place to visit with kids as well. The buffet is definitely worth trying, and we would love to come back again. The food is fresh, healthy, hygienic, and served hot. It was also nice to see that even the chef enjoys eating here! Overall, a wonderful dining experience and a must-visit place.

Wonderful location, atmosphere at its peak, rooms are clean, value for money, staff very friendly. High recommend Prashanti (service), Prashanti (Front Desk), Pinky, Suberjit Das, and Shushvitha.

Staffs were really helpful and kind enough and provided a timely help.. Arun ,kumaresan manager, vamshi, udhay, pinky and all the staffs were really awesome.. could not remember all the names..Definitely would choose GRT whenever we come there..

An ideally located property with good connectivity. Friendly staff and good ambience. Only a small observation was the repeatition in the breakfast menu over the 4 days that we stayed. No issues with taste but just the spread.

Nice property with helpful, cooperative staff and good food. Rooms quite spacious and some of the features were unique like Pillow menu, complimentary hot chocolate at bedtime and weather/ humidity updates etc for next day planning.

I had a wonderful stay at GRT Grand. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making my experience truly comfortable. The food was delicious, hygienic, and offered a great variety. The hotel's convenient location, close to the railway station and other major attractions, made getting around the city effortless. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend GRT Grand to anyone visiting the area.

GRT Grand Hotel Kakinada offers very comfortable, luxurious stay. Cleanliness is something to note especially. Courteous Staff, Nice Food and very good schemes (Dinner Buffe, Grand Buffet on Sunday), themes are added value. Safety, Ambience are added advantages. One more thing, I am delighted to take SPA service and its awesome. Overall, it's fantastic experience.

We came for lunch buffet with friends the food was amazing and staff was very helpful to all of us they provided us very good discount as well I really love the dance flashmob they did it was great the mutton biryani was tooo delicious will be back soon

This hotel is easy to access and inviting from the moment you drive up. The fish tank at the front door and atrium in the lobby are delightful points of interest. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. There is even an option to choose your type of pillow! The minbar and snacks gave us a boost after a long day of travel. The dining room had a variety of dishes with low heat/spice options and the staff took care of brining fresh bread and drinks but the music in the dining room made it difficult to have a conversation. The pool was a delightful place to relax. Daisy gave a relaxing massage and was very professional. The "good night" hot chocolate was a soothing was to wind down and get to sleep. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Excellent bakery products by chef Shankar. The chocolate cake and apple pie is to die for! I avoid sweets as I don’t have a sweet tooth, but the cake was so delicious that I must have had at least 4 slices. My wife loved the pie and forced me to have a slice. I ended up having 3 more slices, needless to say I loved it too 😊

Stayed here for a few days with my husband. The staff is so warm and welcoming. You can see that it’s genuine and they are not just doing it because it’s their duty. The food is amazing and the chefs and waiting staff do an amazing job to make you feel special. You can get good food and ambience at any hotel or restaurant but what you get here is not just that but also a great and friendly staff. Simply the best hotel in town!

The facility is clean and comfortably situated in a central location. The service surpasses all expectations, with the staff going out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. The restaurant and its staff cater to your culinary interests with a variety of dishes. The everyday breakfast and Sunday brunch buffets are par excellence.

Food was good, property was clean and room was big. Towels were bad as they were leaving white fibre all over. The service was really slow. I had to ask for iron box thrice over 2 days to finally get it. I had put do not disturb, they still entered the room. I specifically asked them to give grilled sandwich and they gave me not grilled. While checking out they made a mistake and added someone else’s bill to mine. I wasn’t even in the property at that time And my signature wasn’t there also.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms with warm and courteous staff, makes the stay memorable. It also imdpires you to return to the venue if tge food matches with the traditionsl flavors and ambience.
