唯獨浴室設備故障 抽風機跟浴室燈電源是同一個開關 抽風機壞掉 轟鳴聲很大聲 導致上廁所夜間被轟鳴聲吵醒 整晚都沒睡好 一早7點用完早餐 早早經退房驅車回住家補眠了

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The hotel is executive, business like with a very comfortable room on the fifth or sixth floor, a 5 minute walk to the Luodong Night Market and also to the train station. The bed was comfortable, room lighting good, shower all working well and the breakfast buffet room was on the same floor adjacent.
There was a female member of staff who was a little curt when we arrived for check in and who was also simiarly curt when we checked out - something to do with the check-out card which we were not given when we got the key to the room. The lady was not rude, just her mannerism and it was a little off-putting. She was apologetic. Also, we were confused when looking for the Hotel because it is at a higher floor level, so it took us longer than expected to find the place. However, that is not to say the hotel did anything wrong - just tourist be aware and check the information.

內部有很多設計不良的地方，整潔度也不佳。像是浴室洗手台水龍頭離洗臉盆有距離，所以洗完手關水，水就會淋到旁邊的檯面。沒有洗手乳或肥皂，浴室內牆面有老舊鐵架未拆除，可能是以前掛吹風機或燈的。淋浴間放腳踏墊的話，門打開會卡到。浴室很暗，沒有辦法化妝。房間窗簾發霉。放茶包跟吹風機的玻璃櫃上有很明顯的灰塵。外面走廊煙味明顯，房間內還好，但空氣清淨機的葉片中間斷裂然後是用膠帶黏起來的。房間很大但電視很小，跟房間比例差很多。

Reviewed Jul 6, 20261. KTV 跟夜市 都在旁邊 走路就到，而且可以喝個爛醉再回去睡覺，有夠讚的! 我原本以為 早餐是自助式 我一直期待可以吃到 中式早餐，但是 這次定的漢堡意外的好吃，果然是 宜蘭 除了夜市 到處都是美食。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The hotel room is spacious enough for our family of 4. Got bathtub too which my daughter loves it. The home cooked style morning breakfast is yummy! Location is great, walkable distance to night market. Variety of food choices near hotel too.
The building is a bit old but location in Yilan I think it is fine afterall. The guys staff kind of unfriendly. Ladies staff were good. Though kitchen aunty looks fierce, she is actually very nice and on the last day of our stay, when she finally smile, she actually looks great. Aunty should smile more. 😉
