Good customer service and super friendly

The breakfast was nice and adequate. The menu wasn't huge but it was sufficient.

The design of the bathroom was a bit odd.

The location was perfect; great for getting to Dambulla and Sigiriya. The pool area was nice for relaxing and breakfast was very varied and delicious. Staff were extremely helpful

We had a room on the ground floor and the balcony wasn't really a usable balcony. Also had a constant drip from the roof. Sheets had a hole and stain on the pillow.

Location.Some staff were really kind to us.

The reception didn't reply to us. I requested them for slippers 2 times. In both cases they said they will bring it to the room. After a while because there was no reply I called them again and they just said that they don't have it They could just call us instead of being silent.

Service was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms were very good for what you pay. Nice location and was clean.

Food can be improved. It was not bad but there is room for improvement

Das Hotel hat uns rundum begeistert. Besonders der wunderschöne Poolbereich, der einladende Essensbereich sowie die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer mit angenehm heißen Duschen haben zu einem sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen lecker. Das gesamte Personal, inklusive des Hotelbesitzers, war außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Koch war stets gut gelaunt, zuvorkommend und hat uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass das Hotel für uns Safaris, Ausflüge und Fahrten organisiert hat und uns immer dabei unterstützt hat, unseren Tag so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wenn wir wieder nach Sri Lanka reisen, werden wir definitiv erneut in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. Absolute Empfehlung!

El personal, sobretodo en el restaurante. Pero todo el personal en general te hacen sentir que se preocupan por ti, siempre atentos, siempre con una sonrisa, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. De hecho el hotel tiene algunas deficiencias pero solo por lo bien que te trata el personal volvería sin duda. El buffet en la cena también fue muy bueno. Y las vistas a los campos de arroz con atardeceres rojos espectacular. Muy verde todo, la piscina genial.

Estar al lado de la carretera tiene su ventaja y desventaja, estás cerca de la ruta pero se oyen los coches, desde la habitación no tanto pero desde la piscina si, aunque estás rodeado de verde y verde.

Struttura molto accogliente, camere molto spaziose con un ottima pulizia; Colazione varia a buffet. Personale molto gentile, attento e premuroso, il general manager Ashoka, il personale di sala/cucina e reception veramente bravi. Servizio lavanderia perfetto ma più costoso dei prezzi della zona

Prezzi dei servizi un po’ più cari rispetto la zona ma comunque si tratta di un resort

Emplacement en bord de route , la circulation est assez importante avec le bruit qui va avec près de la piscine . Le coût n est pas en adéquation avec la qualité attendu, hôtel vieillissant et dont la qualité n est pas à la hauteur du prix

Mooi gelegen, aan een weg maar geen last van. Schone kamer, ruim. Lekker zwembad. Heerlijk buffet diner, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Wifi was matig. Weinig bruikbare stopcontacten voor alle telefoons en ipads van het gezin

It had a lot of charm about it, the staff were incredibly friendly, but not at all pushy. They made you feel very welcome and relaxed. They served the best curries in the evening buffet we have had so far.

It was obvious that the addition of glass shower partitions in our bathroom had been an afterthought. Unfortunately somebody got their calculations wrong as it was virtually impossible to sit on the toilet in the normal way due to the proximity of one of the glass shower screens to your knees. The only way to do it was to sit sideways on the toilet seat. I don’t know if all rooms are like this. Other than that the room was totally functional and clean and in good condition.

Nothing much to do, no any recreational activities within the hotel and pool is too small... itis too crowded at all times... wifi is a terrible it is better that you are not use that...

Conveniently located by the main road and next to a paddy field.

I asked for a Single queen size bed and was given two single beds. There no phone in the room but the next day they put a phone. Water leaks to the floor of the bathroom when you take a shower.

We liked the buffet, the staff was helpful and the view from the room was nice

Our double bed consisted of two beds next to each other, it wasn't a comfortable set up for the couple.

Very lovely village resort & would highly recommend! The staff were fantastic - so friendly & helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were really big and very clean. Breakfast was great too! We stayed here overnight as it was close location to Sigiriya - I think the location is good but much easier if you have a car/van to get to places.

This was a very minor issue but there was a puddle in the bathroom after we showered because the water wasn't draining very well. But they had daily house-keeping who cleaned it up immediately.

Really friendly staff with everything on site that you need including a lovely garden and pool.

Certainly didn't ruin our stay, but it took about 10mins to open our door each time because of a dodgy lock, and the air con was quite loud. Only mentioning it so they hopefully fix it for the next guest.

A great place to stay while traveling to Dambulla for the Sigirya hikes or cave temples. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. This was one of our favorite massage experience as the staff is very experienced and caring in their session.

Despite the crowded and busy location, the hotel is a gem and can be very relaxing. It is overall clean and well maintained. I was not impressed with some details such as the floor not being waxed or the awkward showers and the lack of tea bags in my room. With that said, the hotel has some advantages going on...
