The ART INN Lisbon

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt und direkt an Zustiegsmöglichkeiten zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sogar der Bahnhof für Ausflüge ins Umland ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet auf der Dachterrasse ist ein Erlebnis für sich und bietet eine einzigartige Aussicht. Es ist alles da und frisch zubereitet. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß, gratis Pflegeprodukte und Kaffee runden das Erlebnis ab.

Unser Zimmer lag im 5.Stock und somit direkt unter der Rooftop Bar aber vor allem im selben Stockwerk wie die dazugehörigen Toiletten. Neben der hörbaren Musik, waren vor allem die lauten Gespräche im Vorraum bis spät Nachts störend.

Escalier difficile, mais c'est un monument ancien et un petit ascenseur peut combler.

Perfekte, zentrale Lage als Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Toller Blick über die Stadt und zur Burg von der Rooftop Bar aus!

Viele enge Treppenstufen und nur ein kleiner, langsamer Aufzug

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Dachterasse am Abend war ein Genuß.

Das Frühstück war sehr mager bestückt.

The Art Inn hotel was perfect. The breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. The room that we got was big and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Eventhough close to the action, it was really quiet at night. It was easy to visit Lisbon from that location. We got a room on the 4th floor which was perfect for my husband since he has a small handicap and that enabled him to be able to take the elevator. Overall we loved our stay at the Art inn hotel.

The location was amazing really in the middle of things. The room was also very nice.

We could not keep the window open as in front of our room was a big machine that was constantly working I assume it was the air condition.

Nothing really but if you’re older/not good on your feet etc or have mobility issues then you’d probably struggle here as it’s an older property with 5 flights of steep stairs

Great location in the City Center, amazing breakfast on the roof top, nice music at the entrance and the roof top bar.

Just to keep in mind - there are many stairs to reach top of the location. Was not a problem for us. Could be a challenge for elderly people.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία του κτιρίου, στην καρδιά της Λισαβόνας, κοντά σε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και με πρωτότυπη διακόσμηση. Η θέα από τη βεράντα του εστιατορίου είναι πολύ όμορφη! Το προσωπικό αρκετά φιλόξενο και βοηθητικό.

Το κτίριο δεν διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα. Η πρόσβαση είναι πολύ δύσκολη και επικίνδυνη, πλήρως ακατάλληλη για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα και για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Το πρόγευμα ήταν αρκετά καλό, αλλά δεν υπήρχε συνεχής ανανέωση του φαγητού στους δίσκους.

We loved it and were very happy with The Art Inn, its friendly helpful staff and the facilities. Excellent location too.

To note there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, which we didn’t mind, does have a small lift which goes to certain floors.

Rooftop Restaurant was spectacular and location was perfect. Room was clean, comfortable, and had a personality!

Hôtel très bien situé proche des différents centres d'intérêt, tous les transports sont à moins de 5 minutes (Bus, Metro, Taxis, Trains, Bus touristique) ainsi que les commerces, restaurants et bars.

Cet établissement possède beaucoup de charme mais n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, voire aux jeunes enfants, en raison des très nombreux escaliers et en l'absence d'un ascenseur.

The stairs 😂 but also it's what made it so unique. Not the most ideal for people with mobility issues however staff will gladly handle your luggage on arrival and departure and don't make it seem like a burden, they are truly exceptional.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Välskött och familjärt hotell med väldigt personlig känsla. Fantastiskt läge mitt i gamla stan, nära till allt.

Krångligt med så mycket trappor i värmen. Personalen hjälpte till med att bära väskorna, men på avresedagen hade de inte öppnat än och då fick vi bära själva. Inte ett jätteproblem, men något att ta med i beräkningen. Restaurangen på taket var varm i sommarsolen. Svårt att hitta någon plats i skuggan.

A szállást központi helyen van, minden könnyen megközelíthető gyalog, de az ironikus 28E villamos egyik megállója is pár perc sétára van. A reggelit,amikor el/kifogyott valami rögtön feltöltötték. Minden nap volt takarítás és kávé, tea feltöltés a szobában...az ott dolgozók mindegyike nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az utazás előtt postos és teljeskörű felvilágosítást adtak az érkezessel-távozással, reggelivel, látnivalókkal kapcsolatban. A kicsekkolás után csomagmegőrzést is lehet kérni, ha később indul a gép és még nézelődnél a városban.

I love this boutique hotel! It was centrally located, our room was artsy and spacious and the rooftop bar was so fun and they had great entertainers!

Despite the many stairs throughout the property, our stay was overall very enjoyable. When we arrived, the staff member who checked us in kindly carried our many luggages up to our room, which we truly appreciated. However, when we checked out at 6:00 AM, there was no assistance available, and we had to carry our bags down three flights of stairs on our own.

The hotel was extremely amazing the views were amazing and the room was gorgeous. My wife really liked it.

El ascensor no funcionaba y mi madre de 70 años tuvo que subir todas las escaleras todos los días de la estadía.

Das es keinen Lift hab, respektiv kaputt war. Für Gehbehinderte oder Menschen mit Gebrechen unzumutbar. Vorallem das dies dirgens erwähnt wurde.

Sehr stylisch, sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man hatte Wasser, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns die Koffer ins Zimmer getragen, da es in die 2. Etage keinen Fahrstuhl gab. Der Hammer war die Dachterrasse. Von dort aus kann man über die Dächer von Lissabon schauen. Der einzige Nachteil wären die Treppen im Hotel, wenn man Probleme mit dem Laufen hat.

Unser Zimmer hatte zwei Fenster. Allerdings hat man beim öffnen der Fenster auf der einen Seite den Fahrstuhl und auf der anderen Seite das Treppenhaus gesehen. Tageslicht hatte man in dem Zimmer leider nicht.

Spændende, lidt alternativt hotel med fremragende beliggenhed. Restaurant med flot udsigt over byen.

Det bør præciseres, at hotellet ikke er for gangbesværede, da mange trapper og ingen elevator det første stykke op.

La posizione top. Praticamente tra il quartiere Chado e Barrio alto. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale sia per andare a piedi sia per prendere mezzi pubblici. Purtroppo manca l'ascensore e ci sono parecchie scale sia per raggiungere le camere sia per andare al roof-garden per la colazione. Qualità della colazione sufficiente ma non ottima. Il roof garden carino ma non curato mancano gli ombrelloni tra i tavoli, quindi se arrivi tardi la mattina e c'é sole non hai riparo. La pulizia in generale buona. L'hotel dovrebbe essere più curato. Il costo è sproporzionato per la qualità

Manca l'ascensore e ci sono parecchie scale da fare. Sinceramente se avessi capito che questo servizio non era previsto non avrei scelto questo hotel

Sehr gute Lage um vieles zu erkundigen und zwischendurch eine gemütliche Pause im Hotelzimmer zu machen. Das Frühstücke auf dem Rooftop war wunderbar🌺. Die vielen Treppen verlangen ein wenig fitness, aber es hat auch einen kleinen Aufzug😅👍

Nice hotel, but reception is about 25 steps upstairs. See picture. Plus there is a very small elevator that takes 1 person per time till the 4 th floor. We were on the 5th floor hence my title. Staff very friendly, who will bring up your luggage to the room from the ground floor. They spoke English. Roof top restaurant is very nice with great views. Close to the central square and public transport, with lots of restaurants around. Rooms are modern. Good Wifi. Offer hot and cold breakfast, with GF bread. Recommended for people under 50 as there are stairs to climb.

Nix für Fußkranke, die Rezeption ist im ersten Stock nur per Treppe zu erreichen, unser Zimmer war im 5 Stock (die Koffer wurden uns in das Zimmer gebracht, mussten nur bei der Heimreise die Koffer runtertragen da der Aufzug nicht funktionierte). Auch ist das Frühstücksrestaurant nur per Treppe zu erreichen , aber es lohnt sich, man hat von dort einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt. Es gibt zwar einen Miniaufzug bis zu 3 oder 4 Stock, aber leider ging der nicht oft, also waren wir sportlich unterwegs :-)

Wenn ich mir etwas wünschen dürfte dann einen Kosmetikspiegel im Bad, der vergrößert - für Brillenträger ein absolutes Muss. Danke, das wäre wirklich das Sahnehäubchen!

I stayed here with my adult son for 5 nights. The location is great in the middle of the city. A short walk to different parts of the city. The hotel tries to achieve a vintage/boutique style but the whole thing is more of a flea market style mosh marsh. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel provided toiletries and body lotion. The decor was a bit ascetic, fitting the theme. There was only a drawer for clothes and a bar in the hallway. There is coffee, tea and water in the room. There is no ironing facilities in the room. The reception staff helped if asked, but were not active. The roof terrace was a nice addition, but it closed at 10:30 PM. Breakfast was ok and we ate it because it was included in the room price. Be prepared to walk up old stairs, the hotel is not accessible. The side streets were otherwise quiet, but the musicians playing in the nearby square only finish at 11-12 PM (be prepared for this). The soundproofing between the rooms is in keeping with an old house.

Das einchecken früher war kein Problem, auch alle Infos zum Besuch von Lissabon waren perfekt! Bustickets können direkt gekauft werden! Zimmer sehr sauber und bequeme Betten! Rezeption sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit!!

Die doch steilen Treppen, Aufzug nur bedingt nutzbar! Von der rooftop Bar hat man einen tollen Blick, allerdings öffnet diese erst um 17.30 Uhr!!! Vorher einen Drink bekommen geht nicht! Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich! Die warmen Speisen, waren leider meist kalt! Das ganze mit ungedeckten Tischen zum Frühstück eher lieblos! Abräumen macht man selbst.
