1階のアメニティバーはこんなにいろいろ揃ってるんだ！と楽しかったです。ドリンクバーとデザートも無料で食べられるのはお得感がありました。 提携駐車場に無料で停められるのは大変ありがたかったです。 ベッドもふかふか、清潔感もあってよく眠れました。 スタッフの方がみなさん親切で安心して滞在できました。

なかなかディープな街中にあるので最初はドキドキしていましたが、部屋に入ると快適であまり気になりませんでした。

アメニティグッツがたくさんあり自分でえらべるところ。 部屋もきれいだしコンタクトレンズの液があるのはうれひかった。

良くないではないが二人で使用するのには少し部屋がせまかった。

・ドリンクバー、ワイン、かるいデザート無料はよかった。

・ベッドメイキングに追加料金800円が必要とは、信じられない。また、タオルの追加はあったが、2日目の寝間着はなかった。ベッドメイキング、寝衣交換は、無料でやって欲しい。 ・提携駐車場までタクシーで片道1,000円も要する。ホテル近辺の駐車場と提携いただきたい。 ・バスに入るには段差が大きく、高齢者や身障者にとっては危険です。段差は低くしていただきたい。

レンタルサイクルを借りれたところと、駐車場が48時間無料だったところ。 ドリンクバーも良かったです

お風呂に入る時の脱衣所的な場所がなかったのがちょっとお友達と行く時は不便を感じました

素泊まり利用。アメニティが豊富、ロビー前のプチデザート＆ワインサービス＆フリードリンク＆粉スープも良かったです。 部屋のジャグジー風呂で子供は大はしゃぎでした。バスソルトサービスで身体がポカポカでした。お部屋のアメニティのパックも嬉しい。 すぐ近くの商店街？は、利用者の層が独特なので、独自の雰囲気をかもしだしていますが、いろんなお店がミチっと集まっていてものすごく便利！ というか子供の事を気にしなければ、関内の伊勢佐木モールのクリーンじゃない雰囲気がかなりハマる。楽しい。夜のドンキホーテの客層とか、昔の新大久保の様でとても懐かしく感じました。 周辺の治安は良くなさそうですが、海外からの旅行者も多くて危険さが中和されてました。 テレビはキャスト機能も使えて、とてもよかったです。

部屋は綺麗に清掃されているが、廊下が清掃不備で埃が目立った。 後は立地ですね。歓楽街自体は別に良いんですが、キャッチであろう男女が道にウロウロしているので、夜は子供を連れて歩くには良くない立地。夜は特に、もはや日本人の街じゃないな〜っていう雰囲気なので…。

Very disappointed, compared to the other Bali a resorts. My spouse and I booked the room for work since our job is to write reviews on hotels. They gave us the smallest room in the hotel. Since we’ve been to other Bali a resorts we know that what they gave us was an efficient room, that they give to only a few hotel guests that requested a discounted efficient room. Yet the bill they gave me was close to 13,000¥. Not the discount price that I booked and paid online with booking. Way different than the one in the picture. For two adults we couldn’t walk around the room without running into something. The sofa was only a tiny one seat sofa chair. Not meant for two people. There was no room to eat dinner that we had ordered take out. The entrance to the room was odd. Hence you had to take your shoes off and put them in the middle right where you walk back and forth to the toilet or shower room. It didn’t feel clean knowing that I was walking barefoot right where outside shoes are allowed and supposed to be placed. The shower room we couldn’t adjust the temperature because the shampoo rack was blocking the nob. The room wasn’t sound proof. We kept getting woken up by the party of guests room next to us. There is no private spa nor stone sauna unless you book an executive suite. The breakfast buffet. There wasn’t hardly any food. Very sad and cheap compared to the their other resorts. They had sweet bread, 3 small meat sides, rice , miso, fish and an empty salad bowl. No fruit nor vegetables. Nor natto. Nothing for a couple who eats plant based food. The billboard states that there is western food but the only thing we saw that was western was the croissants and processed bread. Very hard to relax and felt like we got ripped off. Also, their point system is separate. So our points from this branch to their Izu resort, Bali a Yokohama, Kawasaki and Shinjuku is separate. This resort did not have any type of ambient feeling nor made us feel like we were in the forest.

We went to see the Diakoku car meet and sadly the police cancelled it that night. The room itself for our family of four was wonderful - with a lot of room and we would have enjoyed to stay longer!

This hotel has a lot of ambiance & provides a lot of different toiletries. The rooms are very small. We had to cram our suitcases between the end of one bed & the chest of drawers. The beds are a type of futon. There was one flat pillow provided. The bathroom was a typical Japanese style where a hand held shower head was used to bathe outside of the tub, then the tub was to be used for soaking. The tub is very deep, but short & did have some very loud jets.The smart toilet was great. The service was very good. The staff all spoke limited broken English. We spent a weekend here & the area seemed to attract rowdy, drunk young adults all night. The location is close to a shopping area with every kind of store you might need, as well as restaurants, & a laundromat.

出張で利用 繁華街も駅にも近く便利です。 雨が降る予想なので傘を持って行ってくださいと傘を持たせてくれました。

アメニティも豊富ですし、部屋も綺麗でした。靴擦れで歩けなかったのですが、絆創膏を何枚もいただけました。駅からちょっとわかりにくいのが、難点です。それ以外は最高！

駐車場無料は嬉しい！ ウェルカムドリンクやミニケーキなど気兼ねなくいただけるのも良い。 素泊まりプランで朝食を食べたい人だけ食べれるようになるともっと良い。 ホテルの場所も繁華街にとても近く便利。 フロントの係の方も親近感持てる方で安心してチェックイン出来ました。

エントランスに色々な物が貸し出しされている。

自転車を借りれたのがよかったです。 夜景を見に行くのに時短出来ました。

ラブホイメージかもしれませんがそんな事はないです。 コスパと満足度はマックスです。良いと思います。

I liked the breakfast buffet. I also liked the mini bar. They are very warm and think of customer to make the first floor soda and snake free. This makes the customer feels like at home.

We loved all the little extra touches. The coffee machine in the lobby and the all the supplies of shampoo/ shower gels etc that you could help yourself too. The room looked gorgeous when we arrived, much more than we were expecting 😊

娘と利用しました。フロントの小さなスイーツや飲み物をいただけるのも嬉しかったですし　無料のバスソルトやアメニティ　女性がホテルにこれがあったらありがたいなというものが　揃っていて　リラックスできて　本当によかったです。

Environment was so noisy as someone outside shouted at midnight. For women, it might be dangerous to check in lately. Accommodations is so wonderful!!!!!

Staff is exceptional friendly and helpful. Access to a lot of free little items that were very useful.

Room size, but I know this is standard for Japan, so actually no problem.

The check in staff. We had three rooms booked and the front desk agent made us wait to use one agent meanwhile a second agent assisted other guests waiting in line behind us. The rooms were overly crowded with furniture so there was nowhere to walk or place personal belongings and the rooms were dark and creepy. The toilet room smelled like sewage. The location of the hotel was in a seedy red light district.

It had all the amenities we needed and more.

Loved the 2 hours at the self-service bar. Unfortunately, we underestimated the quality of what they were offering but we’ll be back again to make better use of the 2 hours!

ラウンジが良かったです

スタッフ親切で感じが良い。アメニティ豊富、welcome drink and cake. 綺麗で雰囲気ある、部屋はかなり狭い、価格安い。周辺飲み屋街、楽しいが客引きうるさい。

駐車場、夕方のアルコール、軽食の無料は良かったが、ホームページを見て決めた理由は、開放的な大浴場があると錯覚させれた。ないなら、また、あんなに古い感が否めないなら、行かなかった。

Kind of old wiring in the room( the electrical plug was so old it hardly charged my phone. The room light switch kinda Rome on me. ) A bit tight room.

清潔で良かった。風呂とトイレが別で良かった。二人で寝るにはベッドが狭かった。今回は観光で遊び回り、部屋では寝るだけだったので、全体としては満足。

ホテルスタッフの電話対応も良かったし来館してもスタッフ対応が良かったです。アメニティも充実して居るしワインソフトドリンクプチケーキ ドライフルーツ等々美味しくいただけました。今回23時迄飲み放題でしたが間に合わなかったから次回にでもTRYしたいです。スタッフの方々有難う御座居ました。

ほかのパセラのほうがアメニティがしっかりしてると感じた

部屋はとても狭いが、とても落ち着く。アメニティ豊富、ワイン、プチスイーツフリー。事務的でない、気持ちのおもてなし精神に溢れている。 朝食は、連泊だと飽きる。

The room was much smaller than I expected, but free breakfasts and drinks were so good, so I have no complaints.

価格安く、気分が落ち着く。部屋狭い、セキュリティ預りなし。朝飯品数少ない、毎日は飽きるが、生たまご美味い。自分の部屋の様。

カラオケ店をベットを置いてそのままホテルにした感じ。アメニティはよかったけど、それもカラオケのドリンクって感じてしまった。値段的にももう利用することは無いと思う。

スタッフの対応もとても良かったしアメニティも他のホテルより有って赤ワイン白ワインのサービスも気に入りました。又宿泊したいと思いました。有難う御座居ました。

Truely unique small hotel. I never stayed in a hotel with a free bar before but this hotel has one (5pm - 11pm) every night! The room had a huge flat screen TV and great wifi service. Nice Japanese style breakfast was enjoyable. The bathroom had a wonderful Jacuzzi tub which felt great at the end of a busy day. The hotel is right next to Isezakicho shopping street with many restaurants and bars. I liked this hotel so much that I will always stay there in the future!

Location is a bit far from common attractions in Yokohama but I would still probably stay again. Friendly staff. Bed firm, as typical in Japan, but was still able to sleep okay even though I strongly prefer a soft bed. Lots of free amenities and room much nicer than average in Japan. Don't stay here if you aren't comfortable located in red-light district - this is pretty close to being a love motel. They still use the system where you must turn in your key when you leave every time.

This place was fabulous in every aspect and I would definitely stay with them again! Their staff was totally professional, understanding and compassionate with my lack of understanding Japanese language and still gave me the best experience of staying away from home in Japan. A 5.0 across the board!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and all the extras. With drinks and light meal for dinner and nice breakfast I enjoyed my stay. Room was well set up and felt large. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We stayed here three nights in May and had a delightful time. Yes, the rooms are small, tiny in fact, but this is Japan and we had everything we needed and more. A refrigerator, microwave, teapot, a bird outside the window who woke us everyday at dawn. The bathroom facilities were marvelous. The toilet experience was so much fun - a toilet seat that greeted you every time you opened the door and had every imaginable comfort. Now we want one at our house! The breakfast was great. Wonderful pork stew. My sister thought the eggs were hard boiled, and had a big surprise -and a laugh -when she cracked one and found they were raw. The evening "snacks" that were described to us at the desk as "just some ramen" were plentiful and tasty. Alcoholic beverages were even included. Perfect for a light dinner to end a day of sightseeing. And the ambience was fun too. We were lucky enough to help participate in several birthday and anniversaries that were held in the downstairs breakfast room - with a glowing ice cube champagne fountain, guitar and glitter. The lobby had all sorts of amenities - contact cases and solution, facial masks, soap and even pajamas in terra cotta, sage green and brown. Being the only non-Asians, we decided to try and fit in and wore them to breakfast after we saw everyone else doing that. They were very comfortable and added to the fun. And the breakfast, evening "snack" and amenities were included. The desk was very gracious and went above and beyond to help us get to our cruise ship - imagine arriving at the dock in a van dressed to look like a frog! We were very grateful. The only negative was the location seems a little iffy - many gentlemen's clubs on the same street. But there was a pedestrian mall two streets over and we felt very comfortable. This hotel was definitely a highlight and we thank the Pasela no Mori for a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in Oct. 2017. Because of late booking and a large international conference going on during this time, I decided to book this hotel with some apprehension considering the cost for 4 nights stay. Once I reached from Tokyo to Yokohama and finally Kannai district train station, I was pleased to find how near it was from the train station and shopping area. The staff at the reception were great and the service wonderful. The room was relatively small for a couple but I had no issues since I was staying alone. Most important, the room was clean, double bed most comfortable, all amenities provided and many more compared with some of the 5* hotels in Europe provide. In the reception area not only they have a complimentary amenities corner and drinks but the biggest surprise was complimentary bar in the evening. The reception staff as well as staff down stair in their restaurant spoke good English . There were plenty of food and drinks to choose from for the breakfast. I must say, the service and hospitality provided by Farhan Alao & Motawala Tausif was great. They made my stay most memorable. I would like to thank Yoshida daisuke who was efficient and made my departure most comfortable. I will love to stay in this hotel next time I get the opportunity to be in Yokohama. Strongly recommend others to stay at this place.

I had pleasant stay at this hotel which was convenient to locate during my first visit to Yokohama. The staff at the reception were great and at the restaurant downstairs were hospitable. The room was small compared to European hotels but well equipped and comfortable. At my next visit to Yokohama, this hotel will be at the top of my preference list. I will strongly recommend it to others.

Staffs are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. There were a couple times we have difficulties understanding each other, but the friendly smiles and hospitality overshadowed the small hiccups. Ambiance is great, room is clean, a very nice boutique place for short stay. Room is quite small but well equipped. One of the best things is the complimentary wine and snake. Delicious dessert and wine at the lobby as well. Location is convenient, 10 min taxi ride to Osanbashi pier. Walking distance (less than 10 min) to restaurants and convenient stores.

We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but have never had the service by the staff as we had here...we could only stay 1 night as it was booked out. We were looked after like old friends returning even tho we had never been there before, nothing was too much trouble, one of the staff spoke English which was a bonus as we don't speak Japanese. Yes, the room was small but everything else was amazing, so many free extras we were amazed....would gladly & will stay again...can not thank the staff for all they did for us!!!

Liked this hotel a lot. Rather small rooms but nice and tidy. Nice bathroom with bubblebathtub. Very help staff members. Coffee for breakfast was really good, although I missed some good bread. But they have a large selection of stews, soups, sallads a rice. Surprisingly they have a free bar in the evenings. Recomend a stay here.

Cool place esp for young spirited younger people either friends for a fun weekend or romantic couple. Unfortunately very limited for someone whom is using a wheelchair as the bar/breakfast kitchen is downstairs with no elevator service. Stepping up into the bath/shower can be a pain as well. Otherwise it's in a great location, fantastic youthful staff, just plain fun place.

Pretty decent hotel for the price in a reasonably central location. The double room was of course small by westerns standards, but by Japanese standards I believe it is rather average sized. Not a lot of natural light, but that's to be expected at a place like this. Amenities were quite goo, and the staff speaks really good English. Overall a pretty good experience. One thing which bothered me though was the breakfast, the offerings were rather limited, and stayed the same for the 4 days I spent there. So basically I ended up having the same thing for breakfast for 4 days, which wasn't very pleasing. The location can be a bit sketchy late at night, there are a number of establishments nearby which cater to the red light district crowds. I haven't felt in danger for a moment, but it wasn't very pleasant going back to the hotel late.

I had a great stay here, the location was about a 10 min walk from Kannai station, and it is about 2 blocks from the Yokohama Isezaki Mall, an outside walking mall with a lot of small shops. The place was clean and tidy, and they provided more than I expected. Free and included, breakfast (very good), dinner/bar (kind of a snack and drinks) jacuzzi tub, shower, auto flushing toilets, tv w movies, a variety of shampoo, conditioners, bath salts, oils, aeromatherapy, pajamas, and in the lobby small desserts, drinks, and discounts to places too. All included, yup that's right. Some special drinks and things you must pay for,...the room was standard Japanese size - so small, but nicely arranged. Balinese style hotel, with great amenities for the price, I would stay again.

Although u r in japan Yokohama but this hotel will somehow allowing you to go to another world of scenic jungle stay (environment ) coupled with d Japanese hospitality (some of d hotel staffs weren't Japanese) but all of them are so helpful and friendly. Especially knowing miss haruka is just so comfortable to b in the hotel. After a tiredly day of shopping, outing or just a long day coming bk to this hotel just made ur nakedness gone n wash n purified away by all d bathroom amenities foc (無料). We stayed in one of d suite on the top floor, a bit expensive as its more than 2 twin sharing prices but, u get a massage chair, mini jacuzzi bath tub n also a mini steam bath room for 2.... ya a bottle of champagne too. Its a perfect hotel to stay in Yokohama n believe me u don't get this type of hotel anywhere else so if u planning to visit Yokohama, this hotel will b ur top of the list. NB book much early in advance as our 2 days stay n most of d days r fully booked...

Bali-themed hotel with small comfy rooms and lots of extras such as free beer and evening noodles etc for 2hours a night (must be reserved). Good Japanese breakfast. Area a bit "edgy" but this is Japan, so it is safe. And quiet in the rooms.

Superior customer service

I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and mostly speak English. There is a cafe operating for breakfast with both Japanese and more western items on the buffet. In the evening you can reserve a space at the cafe for free drinks and Japanese snacks. You can borrow bikes from the reception which makes it convenient for any place in Yokohama. It is relatively close to the station and a large shopping street. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others as well.

I arrived late and was immediately helped by a female staff member, I think her name was "Haruka". She spoke English amazingly well and went out of her way to find me a place to do my laundry. She also got a map and pointed out all of the other great places in the area to visit. What an amazing employee! The room itself was very nice and the bathtub was amazing. The free drinks, bath salts, and mini desserts were great and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I really liked this hotel a lot and the staff were amazing.

A comfortable hotel with everything you could want and then more. Free mini desserts, bathroom products, free bar time each evening and buffet breakfast. When something wasn't available the staff went out of their way to find it for you - for example we needed a 3 pin australian to Japanese power adaptor for a laptop and the staff went out and bought one for us to loan during our stay. All the staff speak some level of English and most are highly proficient, although modest about it. Our group had three rooms in total for a week and no one complained of anything. Most importantly for me there was no cigarette smell at all. A comfortable and easy stay within walking distance to stations and other attractions. Cannot recommend enough!
