The dinner was one of the best meals we've ever had. The room and bathroom were exceptional. I especially appreciate the fact that you had a face cloth! And blow dryer! Breakfast was great as well. The location is amazing!

The food was good, as was the room but there were problems 1 the floor in the room was very dusty and clearly had not been hoovered for a while I used bath mat to dust it all over to remove dust and hairs. 2 this really needs to be sorted, the water in the shower came out so hot it would scald immediately that combined with controls that are not clearly marked and don’t work the way you would think is clearly dangerous even disastrous for the elderly

Hotel seems to be run by the bar staff, who are excellent. But not what you would expect from a hotel of this status. Lack of a dedicated restaurant is pretty poor for a hotel in such a unique position.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lands End Hotel. The walk along the coast was beautiful and the crowds seemed to be dwindling by the time we were there. Breakfast and the restaurant in general was very good. Our studio room was perfect. The staff was so helpful and very attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Food at dinner was average which was a little disappointing considering this is a lovely hotel. Mixed reception from staff. Most were helpful. They seemed to be short staffed. We were a group of 6. I had a single room and paid the same as 2 people in a double- this included breakfast.

Devo dare un giudizio totalmente diverso tra la mia camera, che non mi ha soddisfatto, e la struttura, che è invece molto bella, con un bar ristorante più che soddisfacente e la cui posizione è letteralmente strepitosa.

Purtroppo mi è stata data una camera diversa da qualla prenotata con largo anticipo, quindi posso valutarla troppo cara per ciò che offriva. Ho prenotato mesi in anticipo una stanza vista mare proprio nella speranza di poter ottenere un buon trattamento e mi sono vista alloggiare invece in una stanza molto piccola e al primo piano, con visuale ridotta e parziale. Ma ciò che è stato peggio è che la stanza che io avevo prenotato, con la possibilità di vederla in foto (come si fa su Booking) era decisamete più piccola di quella che mi hanno assegnato, e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni e il cambio, mi hanno detto che tutte le atre camere erano già occupate, quindi niente. Così non si fa.

The place location is wonderful and was so clean. This was the first time for me to visit Land’s End (Cornwall Area), and loved it a lot. People in the hotel, all was very hospitable and lovely people. All foods are very delicious with wonderful breakfast. Highly reccomend this hotel.

The pet friendly room I had was amazing, looking out to the sea with its own outside area so I could sit and watch people take picture of the Lands end Sign. They also provided a towel, bed and water bowls for my dog so she felt right at home.

Having to eat my breakfast in the bar area instead of the restaurant with my dog, made me feel a bit of an outcast, but I totally understand the rationale for this.

The area was beautiful, many parts of the hotel are clearly renovated, and the staff were very friendly.

We booked a premium room with a window and sea view, but the experience fell far short of expectations. The room was on the ground floor facing a public area. Between partygoers, bike marathon runners, and massive crowds gathering for the sunset (and 24/7), we had zero privacy and were forced to keep our blinds closed for our entire stay. Furthermore, our building had no outer lock or security gate, meaning anyone off the street could walk right up to our door, creating a genuine safety concern. Paying so much money for no privacy and compromised safety was not what we expected.

Everything, the staff were so lovely and helpful. Beautiful location, bedroom clean and tea coffee facilities were exemplary and the body wash, handwash provided was luxury. So clean, huge rooms, great sea view. The pinnacle of my holiday

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück soweit lecker.

Das alte Lesegerät für die Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte hat unsere Karten (insgesamt 3!) lange nicht akzeptieren wollen und dabei hatten wir die letzten 4 Wochen hier im Südwesten noch nie Probleme. Die Kommentare vom Personal dazu waren zudem sehr seltsam. Frühstück gibt es für "normale" Gäste (wie wir es waren) ab 8.00 Uhr, für Busreisegäste wegen der früheren Abfahrt anscheinend bereits vorab. Daher gab es am Buffet leider auch einige Lücken und wir fühlten uns in sämtlichen gebuchten B&Bs wohler.

L’accueil était à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend de l’établissement. Cet hôtel est situé sur un site magnifique, il se doit de l’être tout autant. Et il l’est! C’est très calme. La vue depuis notre chambre sur la mer était splendide. Le restaurant est très bon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Le prix est un peu élevé mais la localisation unique de l’hôtel l’explique.

Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien! Großartiges Buffet. Tolle Zimmer mit hervorragenden Service. ( Auch außergewöhnlicher Wäsche Service !!!) Spielplatz und Attraktionen Vorort mit inbegriffen. Unser besonderer Tipp für jüngere Kinder das First&Last Inn zum Essengehen Dort liegt der Spielplatz direkt bei den Sitzgelegenheiten. Ansonsten vor Ort auch lecker vor allem für abends Cocktails & Drinks bei Sonnenuntergang mit Kinder auf dem Zimmer und Baby Phone traumhaft!!! Wir waren ganze 5 Nächte dort und waren als Ausgangspunkt sehr zufrieden. :-)

The views and convenience.

Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Bathrooms excellent. Sea view from our rooms was spectacular. Breakfast was very good. Bar was reasonably priced but did shut at 10pm on a Friday which was disappointing. Stayed to ensure we could get a pitch at Treen Farm Campsite where you have to be early (8am) to ensure a spot. I added our names to their waiting list and returned for breakfast. I recommend the (free if you ignore the £9.50 parking fee) drone and fireworks display every Tuesday and Thursday evening in the summer, but it took 45 minutes to escape the car park afterwards. Be patient - it's worth it!

A lot of stairs which was a bit of an issue for my 90 year old mother. Parking was charged at £7.50 over and above the £200 odd paid for the room - slightly odd as they could easily absorb/include the cost in the room rate.

Everything was amazing! The location and views were absolutely stunning, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel was. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

On second day, no vaccum of the bathroom and didn't refill tea bags or chocolate drink. After talking to the reception, they did it. But, they wouldn't change any used towels.

Excellent location. I really liked the quality of the toiletries, drink choices, and even a very small balcony in the room.

Our room didn’t get cleaned, so ran out of toilet paper rolls so had to go to reception , and the male receptionist didn’t seem particularly apologetic . Which, considering the cost of the room, you would expect it to be cleaned , and apologies when it wasn’t.

The room was brilliant, large modern bathroom with both separate show and large bath. The room was probably the best in hotel, room 26. wow what a view of the ocean to wake up to in the morning. Food is really good but can be a long wait. Breakfast is very good.. By staying at hotel you get the putting and 4d cinema for free.

A great place to relax and explore such a wonderful view, I would love to come back again.

The location of the hotel is very picturesque. The room that we stayed in was lovely and the hotel reception ladies were very polite and welcoming. Our nights stay also included visiting the attraction and its added interactions they had like Wallace and Gromit and no extra charge.

I assumed parking at the hotel came included within our stay. However we had to pay extra for that. The restaurant unfortunately was not good nor were the staff working that evening. We were not allowed to order the special from the menu until a certain time of the evening which when asked, the staff laughed and couldn’t give me a correct answer. The menu was really poor for a landmark hotel which when I complained in the morning about our meal we were told it was due to staffing issues. They also made mistakes with my order and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my order to be corrected. Within that time my partner had already finished his dinner and the food definitely was not value for money. We did receive a refund for the meals but really disappointed that this had happened.

We loved the location. Something magical about being at lands end and loved the magic in the skies. The staff were brilliant. And the food in the restaurant was amazing.

There needs to be more children's choice on the menu in the restaurant. And maybe a shop that sells everyday essentials. As the closest is 30 minute walk when you dont have a car.

We liked everything about it. We stayed in a room in Penwith Studios which is separate to the main hotel and just a very short walk back to the main building for breakfast ect. Your photo of The hotel shows our accomadation on the left of the main building. It was lovely and quiet even though we were in the middle of all the activities especially on the Drone and Firework evening which was absolutely fantastic. Alot of people come for this event and the atmosphere is amazing and all 20 feet from our door. I really recomend The Lands End Hotel it truly is a magical place and we will be returning in the not to distant future. If your into wild life there are seals Tuna and Doulphins playing out in the bay mist if the time

Nothing really. If I had to be hyper critical, the hotel seen a little short on staff but this was not a problem and the staff that were there were very happy friendly and eager to please

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Land’s End Hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with spectacular views of the ocean and cliffs. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A truly special place to stay in Cornwall, and we would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🌊🌅

Die Lage war top. Das Gebäude ist sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Treppen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es einige Attraktionen, womit das Gelände sehr überlaufen ist.

Es gibt einen Parkplatz für Hotelgäste. Man muss aber trotzdem noch etwas laufen und dafür 7,50 Pfund pro Nacht bezahlen.

Das Hotel hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage direkt an der Küste und ist sehr charmant ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Das Restaurant, dass auch den Tagestouristen zur Verfügung steht ist entsprechend einfacher und zweckmäßg eingerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes Mitte August hielten sich der Ansturm und die Störungen durch Tagestouristen vor dem Hotel in Grenzen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bot ein sehr schmackhaftes Full Englisch Breakfast in Buffetform, Toast, Pancakes, Marmeladen, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Joghurt, Obst und Sahne, Säfte.... Selbst der Cappuccino war inbegriffen, den mir mein Mann allmorgendlich ans Bett brachte. Der Zimmerservice versetzte das Zimmer jeden Tag wieder in seinen Originalzustand. Als sei es nicht benutzt worden. Toll!

We had a lovely stay at Penwith Studios and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the great selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The Elemis products were a lovely touch too. The sea view was amazing, and having binoculars provided meant we could really make the most of it. Breakfast offered an excellent range of options, and we also enjoyed an evening meal from the bar menu. There are some great attractions included in the stay. Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views.

Camera molto calda, letto minuscolo, estremamente rumoroso se hai una camera che affaccia sul cortile interno. Fanno musica a tutto volume dalle 10 del mattino alle 10 di sera, almeno in estate. Decisamente rovina l atmosfera del posto. Per il costo non vale la pena, e il parcheggio è a pagamento anche X gli ospiti dell hotel. Poco distante c e un ostello e forse è meglio.

We stay at the Lands End Hotel a few times throughout the year but the refurb has improved the stay even more. Good breakfast as usual and will be back again.

If you book via third party you have to pay for overnight parking, which is written in the hotel facilities for both the hotel website and booking.com but i have never had to pay before did not check. What was annoying was that the hotel website and booking.com price for our stay was the same, so feel a little robbed having to pay the parking!!

The location was phenomenal and quiet considering it was a popular destination. You can step out of the door to fantastic scenic coastal walks

Land’s End je zapravo zabavni park i pokušaj masovnog turizma, a time odiše čitav hotel, usluge, i naravno taj zabavni park koji nije jasno oglašen na njihovoj Booking stranici, a i fotografije s oglasa na Bookingu izgledaju fotošopirano i pojačano. Ako hodate South West Coast Path probajte izbjeći spavanje tu jer uništi zen koji ste možda prethodno postigli.

The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant was a nightmare and over priced.

The restaurant. Open to everyone and their dogs. An overpriced menu with an assortment of "fine dining" ideas that simply didn't work or give much choice, not that you could enjoy a meal due to the multitude passing through and the staff unable to keep up with cleaning the tables (disgusting). A beer and a wine. £17.55 and served in branded plastic pint glasses. OK, it was a firework and droid display night, but evenso there was no consideration for the hotel guests like me who had been looking forward to a nice meal enjoying the view from the restaurant.

On site restaurant bar with vegan and vegetarian option menus. Staff were great in talking through the allergens and ingredients in bar dishes. Main restaurant was closed on the day visited.

Breakfast was a very limited menu for my dietary allergies and requirement’s, even thought I advised of this when booking. Options available were not well communicated despite me asking for clarification. Staff training needed on this.

Room was clean and modern. Views are hard to beat.

Parking situation is so confusing, it's almost deliberate. Aware before hand of the £7.50 charge per night (ok, but there shouldn't be a charge for hotel guests, regardless of how they made a booking, as there are no alternatives to get there). Parked in car park, but advised at reception that this was another car park, and staying overnight meant paying (again) in a separate car park. Signage needs to be clearer. Only when mentioning (again) at checkout was a refund made for the extra charge, as it was a more experienced staff member who was empowered to rectify the situation.

This place is amazing. The location just may be the most beautiful place on earth! The views are incredible. Our rental car had a flat tire and we ended up staying an extra day while the tire was fixed. The staff was amazing, helping us continually. They had a drone and firework show the first night we were there, best we've ever seen. They have a good restaurant on site and also serve a wonderful breakfast.

We had some narrow stairs up to our room, but the hotel staff took our bags up for us. Nothing negative to say, really.

Amazing location with stunning sunsets. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Facilities have just been renovated to high standards. Elemis products in bathroom. Nice tea/coffee tray in the room with good selection of drinks and biscuits.

Reception should warn guests that on Saturday mornings, the hotel breakfast literally get swamped by Park run runners (30 of them this morning) which causes total chaos with staff and stock provision. Service was at a stand still (had to wait 20 mins just for a refill of coffee). This is actually a real lack of communication from the staff who should tell you to have breakfast before 9.30hrs if you can, to have a decent breakfast. Hotel's guests were very frustrated. Bedside lights are more like car headlights than gentle reading lights, shame. Dogs were allowed in the public places, shame for a hotel of this price range.

What an amazing location in far west of Cornwall . Hotel was lovely . Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly. We had a two night stay in August and the hotel was very busy . Restaurant food was a bit basic and seems to cater for the day trippers more than the hotel guests . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend .

Fabulous location

Stunning setting and a very nice hotel, unfortunately it caters for the daytrippers not it's guests. Just a lunch time menu for the evenings as well, yet it advertised fine dining ... fine if you want a burger, fish n chips or a shared platter, not what we expected for the price we paid to stay, enjoy your stay but eat elsewhere, plenty of pubs with far better menu's.

Sehr schöne Lage, kann nicht besser sein. Sehr leckeres 5-Gänge Menü.

Eng, schmale Treppen, kein Aufzug! Wir Ware 4 Tage im Hotel, deshalb erlaube ich mir etwas Kritik. Das Restaurant hat den Charme einer Bahnhofskneipe. Selbst für das 5- Gänge Menü gab es keine Tischdecken, keine Kerzen, so entsteht keine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Personal war teils sehr freundlich, teils gleichgültig, uninteressiert und patzig. Der Digestif wurde in einem Plastikbecher serviert, was zu langen Diskussionen führte bevor wir dann ein Glas bekamen. Das ist unmöglich und verdirbt die Stimmung. Von Kundenservice hat man im Land‘s End Hotel noch nicht viel gehört.

De 2 persoonsbedden waren te klein. Te kort en te smal. Het leek erop dat het ontbijt niet met lokale producten was, gemiste kans. Daarbij veel kleinverpakking en en afval.

Warm friendly hotel & perfect for my 2 dogs.

No slip mat in bath/shower which was a little worrying for some elderly (like me) & kids. No mat for outside of the bath. Had food in the bar . Said with salad but was a small bowl of lettuce. Breakfast was good but food wasn't very warm at times. Room was very warm but only one fan available for a room with the beds either end of the room. Reception did try to find an extra one with no luck. Only a small area where you can eat with dogs & if full no leeway to accommodate somewhere else.

Am besten war die Lage. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer war schon modernisiert.

I had paid extra money for a sea view which I dint get

Spacious room with lots of tea and coffee options. Modern bathroom and lighting. Helpful and welcoming staff. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The location is spectacular. You can walk around the hotel and enjoy the views at any time. Best to do this early morning before the tourist arrive.

Land's End is very popular with tourists and they can visit the area and walk around 24/7. The noise of these visitors can travel and interrupt the tranquil setting. The chairs in our room were very low and a bit worn out.

wish they had started the breakfast earlier than 8am as I had a 8:15am flights from lands end airport but they did put together a breakfast bag for me, but a shame im a diabetic and couldnt sample much from the breakfast bag. Also liked the little things in the room that make a difference, like nice range of coffee/tea and hot chocolate also sparkling and canned water with little sachets of fruit flavours was a nice touch.

not much I didnt like, most of the staff happy, couple look not to happy but neither did I in the late afternoon heat never mind having to work in it.

Everything about our stay was top-class. The staff were amazing — attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. The location was fantastic, and the property itself was beautifully maintained. Great job to the whole team — highly recommend!
