Crossfield Country Inn

Price at that time

Absolutely terrible experience. And door key works opposite way when you open. No elevator for luggage. Phone was not working. TV doesn't have any channels. Very terrible squeaking bed. Unbelievable. Noone at reception. Away from calgary.

Sehr freundliches Personal und super Lage. Nahe Flughafen, tollles, richtig kanadisches Restaurant neben dran. Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen!

Location, parking for truck & trailer. Clean room and friendly staff.

Nice clean quiet

Wonderful room

The person in the room above has heavy feet and I was awake until 1:30 am

Clean, friendly

Convenient restaurant 100 ft from hotel. Clean & quiet. I arrived at 11pm and check in was fast and easy. Lots of parking.

No complaints!

Older, but Very clean.

No breakfast included. No places close by for breakfast.

A basic small town place, super clean, quiet, functional!, Nothing fancy but great value.

Descent

It smells like someone have been smoking in the room #209, the smell lingers already, and the bed is not so comfortable, we’ve got a sore back in the morning and it was making too much noises because of the spring

Good size room, clean comfortable, fridge, microwave and a full size coffee pot with coffee and fixings.

Beds were really creaky but still very comfortable

Bedroom and baths were clean.

Should improve ventilation.

The location was good

We booked a no smoking room and clearly the room had been smoked in heavily. We would have left but there was nowhere else to go

The location and price are not that bad, but the attitude of the employees are rude.

The rudeness of the employees who are also the owners. Then the price of the accommodation is per person not per room, for this hotel/Inn. The Staff blame Booking.com for that matter.

Nice family run facility. Quiet and peaceful.

Nothing

Staff friendly. Location great.

Location was excellent and quiet as well Room was absolutely spotless. Looked like there were new bedspread, some new linens as well. Bathroom sink and counter have been updated. Would stay again. Also, we had arrived early and was able to get into our room. Thank you.

Nothing

Perfect resting spot on the way past Calgary.

Great clean economical spot for a quiet nights rest!

Cheap stay. Close to airport. Very very clean however you can hear everything above you which kept us up for a little until the people above us went to sleep. Restaurant in parking lot was great too

The property was well cared for. Friendly staff. Price point was awesome given updated bedding, cleanliness of the room and size.

A comfortable lodging for the price. You would appreciate the owners doing their level best to see that guest get a comfortable stay.

Friendly service, very clean and excellent price!!!

On site restaurant was excellent. Wonderful customer service too.

It’s cleanliness

Central located in the town and close to Airdrie, and Calgary

The lady owner was so pleasant. She even offered to help carry in our luggage etc ;) Room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, etc. Very happy, in small communities, you never know what kind of hotel/motels you will find, and this one was wonderful! Across the parking lot was a restaurant, food was excellent, service great and was a two second walk!

Close to Calgary and price is right. Staff friendly, rooms clean and quiet, restaurants nearby, Would recommend to all.

Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The owners are terrific!

I consider myself lucky to find a stay near Calgary at a reasonable price. It is a little way off but I can't complain. Overall good stay.

Fine basic accommodation. Hallways very dark. Needs improved lighting

Conveniently located next to a sports bar and grill. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Only problem was the two electric outlets closest to my EV were not working.

Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and spacious. Good value.

The property was clean and quiet The staff was very helpful

This little hotel was perfect for our stay. It is dated, however, in good condition and very clean. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Extremely clean & comfortable! The owners are amazing & helpful! For the price and location and wicked food from the restaurant/pub that shares the the parking lot!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. When we needed anything, we were able to get it right away. The owners were very helpful and friendly

Overall good

The room was clean, our beds were comfortable (very noisy though), bathroom was clean, quiet area, AC worked great. We have stayed here before and will definitely come back again.

Very clean, large room, great bathroom

Hot water could have been a little hotter but otherwise excellent!

I saved about $200 from any other hotel I could find when I needed one in this area. Excellent restaurant beside the building. Lovely owners. Very clean room. Air conditioning was welcome on the hot day as was the refrigerator as I was bringing freshly caught pickerel back with me.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Thin, hard and squeaky so I didn’t sleep that well.

Stayed 3 gifts. It is a nice and well maintained older motel. It works well for doing stuff in Calgary.

Didn't have breakfast

Everything was fine

Clean and quiet and handy

In an isolated place and not good for family stay

Convenience

It was clean and in a good location...access into the parking lot is nasty if u have a low vehicle

The beds are hard and noisy... they squeek when you move. If you like a hard mattress, then you're in luck And for that reason we will not be returning in the future.

Hotel was great Restaurant harvest grill had great food and service

Clean and polite staff

Beds were pretty stiff and little out of date.

Nice friendly staff

Clean and comfortable. Only issue is bed was very creaky. Noisy every time you moved or rolled over.

Location, cleanliness, and bonus restaurant right beside

Well kept and it was relatively close to the function we were going to

Creaky beds, rough access from the street

Away from highway noise

Terrible beds. Dirty room.

Surprised by how clean it was. Quiet too. I would definitely recommend ppl to stay here. The owners take pride in their motel and it shows. It was spotless. Comfortable too. I didn't expect it . I will use the hotel from now on

This was a great property for the price we paid. A clean, spacious room. Every other hotel in the area was twice the price. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this is perfect.

The property was reasonably priced. They had good coffee in the room.

It was very dated.

Good!

Terrible experience… The person at the reception had hard time talking in English. He mentioned that we underpaid for the stay via expedia and we should pay more there at the reception. Room was average but host was very bad… wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Clean room with good amenities

Inexpensive but excellent property run by decent people.

Was good for my stay

On the whole this is very good value for money. It took a while for our reservation but the staff came through. The location is now in the commercial park as the town has grown out to them. Nevertheless we found it a quiet and restful spot, which had everything we needed for an overnight rest stop. We would come again!

Clean and tidy room

the cost versus benefit is correct. I have no complaints.

Great value!! Super clean and quiet

The hosts were really supportive.

Great little hotel with great pricing. Would stay here again

Easy to get there.

They phoned us at 4a.m. to say someone was pacing . We were sound asleep. Ridiculous

It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

N/A

The room was clean, quiet and just the right temperature. Highly recommended.

No lights on in halls and stairs when left at 11:00. Too semi dark using stairs. I’m a senior and l need light to see where to walk !Exit lights NOT working. In case of fire you don’t know where to EXIT. Trying to save on cost of electricity ???????

Close to the highway, clean, friendly staff

Nothing really
