The waiter Abdullah is the best person in this hotel, only because of him you have to go here. Will serve you for all 100. Kind, polite, very pleasant person italian very good Service thanks 🙏🙃
We had a great stay with brilliant facilities and excellent food. All the staff were very welcoming, but a special mention to Enver, who really looked after us throughout our holiday. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Outstanding service – thank you!
Terrible hotel! Far below the 5-star standard that was advertised when we made our booking. Our experience felt more like staying in a 3-star property and we were left very disappointed. When we arrived, the first room we were given had a squeaky bed and the shower had no light. We requested to change rooms, but the second room had the same issues, which made our stay uncomfortable right from the start. We had also just missed the food service time upon arrival after a long flight and transfer to the hotel. Even though we had booked an all-inclusive package, we were not offered any food and had to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. This was very disappointing given that we had paid for all-inclusive service. On the second evening, we came down for dinner at 8:05 PM and were told that the restaurant was closed. This was unacceptable, as we had taken a photo of the restaurant opening times when we checked in and had not been told that the times had changed overnight. When we explained that we were hungry, the receptionist replied, “I’m hungry too,” which was an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate response. We were eventually given a small meal consisting of plain chicken, a slice of potato pizza, and a mini cold stuffed pepper. This was not the quality or service we expected from a 5-star hotel. Throughout our stay, no one offered drink service, and overall the staff service was very poor. There was also no management available at any point to raise our concerns with, and most of the staff spoke very little English, which made it very difficult to communicate or resolve any of the issues we faced. This lack of support and understanding made the experience even more frustrating. Because of these problems, we decided to leave early and move to another hotel. When we informed reception that we would be making a complaint, we were simply met with a nod and no further response or apology. Overall, our experience was completely unacceptable and did not reflect the standards of a 5-star hotel.
We had a great experience in this hotel! The hotel management surprised my wife by giving her some birthday gifts!!! We went on a tour boat and came back to see the gifts in our room. Cleanliness of the hotel stood out for me. Foods were tasty and amazingly surplus!! We will surely revisit!!
The worst hotel. Ever been in clean big and lovely hotel food dreadful stuff even worse No a fussy eater but the same thing to eat dinner and tea times Breakfast give up for 30 minutes to get a fried egg or pancake while 20 Russians pushed to the front and just grab Still have not seen one member of staff speak to anyone just like brain dead robots ignoring everyone
Not a 5* but there are some really good points about this hotel but equally some points that let it down. Good points are it’s really clean, rooms are really big and there is always something on to do during the days and nights. The evening entertainment is really quite good and we had a good time. You’ll enjoy this hugely if you like a lively atmosphere. Would also recommended upgrading to a sea view room if offered. We were in room 6015 and the views were amazing. Bad points are the food in the main restaurant is hit and miss but I always found something to eat. It gets really busy and some guests can be quite rude but that’s not the hotels fault. There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it. Overall we had a great holiday but not a 5*
Noxinn Deluxe Hotel is the best hotel. Everything was great. We had a great time. The activities were great fun. Big thanks to the best entertainment group. All the people who did the activities and entertainment were really good. Big thanks to all the girls and boys in the entertainment group.
We had a great holiday at this hotel. It's a large and clean hotel, as are the spacious and clean rooms. You can eat in the indoor restaurant and also at lunchtime on the beach. There was plenty of choice. There are several bars where you can get drinks, although the lobby bar is the best, as they also serve imported drinks. They also have the best cocktails. The entertainment team is truly fantastic and goes out of their way to organize lots of activities. Special thanks to Anastasiia! A very cheerful and enthusiastic lady who, besides organizing activities, also comes to have a nice chat with you. She's also a great Zumba dancer and instructor. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday here.
Fantastic holiday! Very well looked after, especially by Animation Team, in particular Anastasia! Great experience, offered good excursion experiences!
The hotel had a nice atmosphere. Most of the staff were polite. The hotel was clean but tired. The hotel food was below expectations. The food was cold, the same every day, no variety. The food has no taste, completely salted and 0 in taste. The chefs planned too long queues at breakfast. People just stand in long queues to get a fried egg. Although the chef could improve on preparing them more in advance. If you want ketchup or mayonnaise, bring your hands with you because it is impossible to get them out of the packages! The hotel rooms are clean and polite, the room service is decent and we were very satisfied with that. The room with a sea view was beautiful but it was impossible to sleep, everything is heard in the hotel room. Impossible to sleep on disco days! The entertainment leaves something to be desired, boring. A lot of Russians and the entertainment focused more on the Russian-language program. The beach was lower than expected, ugly and all the people have to fit on a small area, to get a place you had to work hard and bring towels in the morning. The hotel is definitely not worthy of 5 stars. Expectations were higher.
I travel quite often and have been to 2 star hotel which was way better than this. Shocking food quality (cold, dry and tasteless) it’s given us both stomach issues the whole week. Hotel entertainment etc is tailored to Ukrainian and Russian people which wouldn’t have been a problem but they were really rude and had no manners including most of the staff members. Pools are so so cold barely anyone went in them so the beach was packed because everyone had to go there.Hotel itself is nice looking and the rooms are a generous size. We okayed for a Turkish bath inside the hotel that was the best thing and best service in this hotel. Mexican restaurant was also horrible. Transfer we booked through love holidays was also horrible the way there, we got shouted at by the driver who didn’t speak any English, then he threw our bags on the floor when we arrive at the hotel.
My Daughter and I have just got back from a week in this hotel.. omg it is totally overrun by Russians, I have never come across so many rude people in my life! The hotel is beautiful but they really let it down! Meal times were horrendous, they push and shove all of the time and the amount of food they eat and waste is unbelievable, I wouldn’t say the hotel caters for the British at all! To be honest there was only a couple of the staff in the hotel that were friendly, shout out to the young man in the cocktail bar, also there was a young waiter who was really accommodating, he worked in the main restaurant and also the snack bar, I think his name was Seb something, also the little blonde waitress in the relax bar, all the other waiting staff were really rude and didn’t smile or interact, the transfer from the airport is far too long, between 2-3 hours. The food was nice but always cold, it’s a shame really because the hotel it lovely.
Very good . HAKAN THE BEST . SUMMER FOOD AND DRINK AND POOL AND EVERYTHONG THE BEST HOTEL GOOD There are interns named Aslan Hakan, they were very helpful, thank you to Noxxin Hotel.
Arrived here on Monday night at 10 pm. Hotel nice and clean. We paid for a sea view room and was delighted with large balcony and large room
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It was wonderfully quieter during this time of year. As early risers, we were on the beach by 6:30 AM every day. The new Fuga restaurant is a classy local addition, perfect for post-meal drinks while watching the sunset. It's a fantastic spot for a few special meals during your stay. The hotel is situated on the side of a hill with many flights of steps. While this might be challenging for some, it wasn't an issue for my husband and me, and we appreciated the daily walks. This was our second visit, and I found the food to be tremendous this year. The addition of more small plate servings and staff distributing food helped with portion control and reduced waste. The desserts were outstanding! Lastly, I want to commend the cleanliness. The cleaning team is extensive, ensuring every outdoor area is spotless, and the public restrooms are well-maintained. The beach bar toilets were particularly impressive, always fresh and clean. Overall, a fantastic experience!
ALEYNA and EYLUL best waitress. Thank you for service 🥰😘😍 Noxin deluxe hotel ver good and food very delicious especially aleyna ve eylul
lobby bar aleyna and eylul so beautiful thank you so much good service every time lovely and polite very quickly beautiful face ♥️♥️♥️
Şevval and Eylul are the best waitresses from nox in deluxe. Thank you very much for this experience! It was amazing!!!!
I liked it very much, it is a complex resort with much to do within the day. Food is very good, the beach is extraordinary and the people are very welcoming
The value for money is excellent. You really get a lot for what you pay. The entertainment team keeps the guests in great spirits, with several activities throughout the day. Fantastic job!
Best hotel ever. The pooloarty good servuce especially Hakan yildirim and Aslan good guys and rest of service from Hotel.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We arrived late at night on our first day, lost almost a full day, and when we asked for just two extra hours on check-out for my disabled partner, we were refused unless we paid more – despite already paying €70 for a sea view upgrade. Zero compassion and every request to see a manager was brushed off. The food was dreadful – the same dishes on repeat every day, and even the same song playing on a loop at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It felt like torture. The restaurant was full of guests piling food high, emptying trays with no regard for others, only to dump most of it later. The service was appalling – we were met with glares, ignored when we greeted staff, and instead of a polite hello, staff would ask “where you from?”, which felt like they were picking out UK guests to squeeze for tips. We always tip generously, but not this time. The only friendly people were housekeeping, who we tipped €30. The facilities (pool and beach) were good, but the hotel is absolutely not 5-star by UK standards – more like a poor 3-star. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed, and would not recommend NoxInn Deluxe to anyone.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were fresh and varied, and the entertainment was interesting. Special thanks and appreciation to bartender Enes from the cocktail bar for the great atmosphere, genuine smile, and excellent cocktails. :)
Lovely hotel. Beautiful setting. Modern, clean. Staff great, especially Enver in the main restaurant. Couldn’t do enough for us. Made the holiday very special. After reading reviews I was worried about food. However, couldn’t fault it. Rooms cleaned well, however often you want. Drinks free flowing. Would definitely return.
Lovely hotel, great food, excellent service from waiting staff especially Enver who couldn’t do enough for you. Entertainment staff very helpful and was Beach great too, nice and secluded.
So disappointed, hotel in the middle of nowhere, superior room next to big tank and noisy generator & busy noisy road, cleanliness definitely not high on priorities, aimed at a particular market. The drinks were just awful, cheap wine and barely detectable spirits, everything so diluted with sugary syrup and meal times were feeding time at the zoo, with food cold and mostly overcooked. We tried to make the best of it but night times were party central in the rooms with very friendly, however noisy Russians and Germans who party til all hours in the morning. So unfortunately would never recommend. Stay in Alanya, smaller more attention to each need hotels and a beautiful promenade of shops, cafes and restaurants xx
Hotel is quite good but be careful when you book standard land view room, the view is terrible, all you can see is big dirty wall. If you go to hotel spa I highly recommend massage with Jeyla, she is great!
UK based Couple here. We are currently staying at the Noxx Inn Deluxe, and so far after 3 days it's been great. Hotel is constantly cleaned it is immaculate. We went for the supreme sea view room which is lovely. Balcony is pretty big with a lovely view of the Med. Lager isn't watered down which is great. Lots of different activities throughout the day going on for everyone. Special shout out to ASLAN, who is working at the Flow bar by the pool. He always has a smile on his face and has remembered our drinks order every time we have gone to the bar. Fantastic service. No fighting over sunbeds either. We read so many reviews about this, but haven't seen anyone struggle to get a sunbed. Some get left for hours with towels on, but there are still plenty left to use. Also ANASTASIA from the animation Team. She works well over 12 hours a day and is always smiling and chatting to guests. She had made me and my partner feel very welcome Food is good. Snack bar is excellent by the pool if you want pasta, burgers or pizzas. The Restaurant has plenty of choice, but don't expect a full English breakfast. The again you are in Turkey. Lifts are a bit confusing, and it could be a bit clearer on what floor you need to go to for certain things etc and they take ages to arrive and then stop randomly on floors and go back up when youre coming down, easier to take the stairs if you can. Most of the guests are either German or Russian. There are a few other people from the UK, but we keep ourselves to ourselves to be honest. Everyone has been nice enough so far. Overall it's been great.
This hotel definitely does not deserve its 5-star rating. The room cleaning was careless at best – the shower cabin wasn’t cleaned even once during the entire week, and the bed linen was never fully changed. Housekeeping felt rushed and superficial. The staff, with only a few exceptions, looked constantly unhappy and did their work as if it were a burden. Only a handful of employees showed genuine friendliness, which was appreciated but not enough to make up for the overall poor service. The hotel itself has great potential – the beach and surroundings are beautiful – but unfortunately the property is neglected and badly maintained. The so-called “ultra all inclusive” is really just a name. Although the buffet offered plenty of options, the food quality was very disappointing, and it was often difficult to find something truly tasty. Drinks made with local alcohol were awful, which made the bar experience just as underwhelming as the food. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The location is stunning, but if you are expecting a true 5-star service and standard, this hotel will leave you frustrated. It needs serious improvement in both service and maintenance before it can live up to its advertised category.
I spent a great holiday in this hotel. Everything was really good. The staff was very nice, especially Enes from the coctail bar. He was helpful and friendly. He made the best coctails and his service was perfect, he is the best bartender!
It is abominable that this hotel gets to call itself a 5* facility and not have any institution checking this is the case. I give this hotel 2* for the size of the facility and the quality of the room and the cleaning of the room, otherwise everything here is bad. This was our first time in Turkey and at an ultra all inclusive. We wanted to try something different for our summer holiday, as it can be demanding to find a restaurant for dinner every night and how to get there and etc. an all inclusive seemed to solve that problem. However, the experience here was much more disappointing than having had to make that effort. Upon looking at photos from the hotel, I chose it because of the variety of things facilities and the beach pavilions. I looked forward to using those. But sadly it felt like a scam that we had to pay €30 for the day use of the pavilions. This should be made clear prior to booking that they come at an extra cost. There are 5 pools yes, but in the main pools which covers 3-4 of them there is very loud and annoying music played everyday and distasteful entertainment. The meals are 90% the same, we stayed for a week and there was not much difference day to day. By the end of the trip our digestion was messed up because the food is not very fresh and very greasy. Every night there is a lot of waste, they must cheap out on ingredients because things don’t take very good. The table take a long time to get cleaned and reset for someone new to sit. The workers here treat you terribly and are missing training, in such hotel it should be mandatory to be able to speak english to work there. The workers are rude, lazy and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was good though, and we had our room cleaned everyday which is good specially on a beach/pool holiday. Initially we were put into a room that was very loud, each night they have entertainment and music events which we were not interested in participating but could hear well on our room. We had to go to reception 3x to have them change our room, which ended up being 4 nights into the trip and resulted in us having bad nights of sleep. I would say if your idea of a holiday is not leaving the hotel, eating chips every night and engaging in low class entertainment, then this hotel is for you. Otherwise avoid spending your money here. PS: they sent us wine and fruit to our room twice to ask us to upload a review onto third party booking website we booked from, but I even that couldn’t make me lie about the experience here.
Just spent 2 week in this hotel and if im honest I couldn't really fault it.. it's a typical all inclusive hotel so it is just that. Not good but not bad. Check in. No problem.. Room.. superior with Seaview.. perfect.. nice and clean. Food. Canteen was typical all inclusive Poolside food was ok but you need to be sat at a table. Beach bar was the best food tho..also relax poolbar done sandwiches which were nice. Bars.. lobby bar was a case of being patient..wait to be served at your table then they would come round every 5 minutes or so to top you up. All other bars were fine but served in cardboard cups.. Pools.. chaos near the slides but the 2 relax pools were lovely... no problem finding a sunbed at any time of the day.. Beach.. lovely place..especially the huts.. 25 euros for the day...money well spent. Massage/Turkish bath.. good value for money.. 90 euro for 2 people.. Hotel itself was very clean.. all staff were very polite.. i really can't recall any problems...and we will definitely go back!!
Restaurant very clean, good English spoken. Enver is a great waiter nothing is too much helped us to our table, also provided us with drinks. He’s a credit to the Noxinn hotel.
perfect hotel for holidays with friends and for couples. great beach with many sunbeds and nice walking pier. food at dinner and snack bars was the best part, not especially recomending a la carte restaurants only a mexican one for stunning view while eating. many bars whole day and night open, coktail bar next to the pool absolutely the best drinks but the Omar, night barman, nicest person from the hotel staff. always smiling and serving delicious whiskycola when thirsty;) Ozon from the reception also very handful man, gave us what he promised beacuse of some troubles at the beggining of our stay but at the end we were satisfied of repose.
My stay took place in the second half of August. The weather was very beautiful and sunny, and the sea was as warm as fresh soup🥣. The hotel is clean and has a supermarket, clothing store, spa, hairdresser, gym, etc. The bars are evenly distributed throughout the facility. The food and drinks are delicious and of very good quality. The service is very friendly and helpful, mainly the waiters, especially the two men in the photos below. They kept us company during our daily dinner, but of course, no one would say no to a tip. There is also a one-time use offer at the Alacarte restaurant, where we were also welcomed by friendly service and delicious food. The downside is unfortunately the delicate gates of places both on the beach and by the pools. There was also a problem with the elevators, for which we often had to wait for a very long time. But everything was compensated by regular activities for both the more and less sporty people. There were also evening programs on the beach stage. Maybe it depends on the travel agency, but we also went on a trip to the ancient city of Seide and to jewelry and leather shops that had verified certificates. This vacation was very successful. We will certainly not forget them for long.
This is Best hotel Best food and Best alkoholl seevise porfect Aysegul and Aleyna So very gooddd super i love girls i this hotel its do beutyful
On arrival, my sister’s booking couldn’t be found, and after a 45-minute delay, the manager located a room but blamed the third-party provider. The rooms given were not the superior ones we paid for; I was eventually moved, but my sister and children had to wait until one was cleaned. This left a poor first impression. The lobby had a dog lying in reception, and the smell was unpleasant again not a great first impression. Food in the main restaurant was repetitive, uninspiring, and low quality—we mostly ate kebab meat and chips. Breakfast was the same, the snack bars poor, and cocktails weak and pre-mixed. I didn’t look forward to the food at all unfortunately. We didn’t try the à la carte restaurants. The hotel décor was acceptable and fairly clean, but the corridors smelled strongly of dog, which was off-putting. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. As per a lot of reviews it is not worthy of 5 stars but you get what you pay for.
Hotel is in a lovely location, wouldn’t say it’s 5” food lets it down , also house keeping not great , staff where mainly ok , language barrier for us English , Turkish and Russian is mainly spoken , Aleyna was absolutely fantastic so polite, all of our family loved her , works hard and always had a smile .
Had a lovely time with family at this hotel for 8 days ..special mention to Omer who works at the beach bar lovely guy always smiling and helpful he made our holiday great and to Evani who works in the main restaurant who got our table ready for us every day when we came in. and got our drinks and made sure we were ok another lovely Guy . And to Eylul who worked in the lobby who got our drinks for us in the evening lovely girl always smiling and chatting to us. Thankyou you three you really made our holiday at Noxinn deluxe truly wonderful. Xx
Zeynep ucak is the best bartender in the hotel smiling and making the best drinks of greetings from Poland 😁😁🎊🎊🥳🥃
The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars! It's very clean and has beautiful views. The entire staff is always ready to help, and a special mention goes to the waiter named Murat❤️, a hard-working, caring, and kind man. I give the food and the entire stay a 100! Beautiful place and wonderful people.
Nikolas and Aysegul are very helpful and friendly. They helped us a lot with the booking process. You can speak multiple languages, which is a huge plus. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend them!
Ömer inan is great beach waiter and human being. best drinks father is happy. Happy comunicative and handsome boy. Tip this guy more money.
amazing serwis, amazing hotel and chef Ugur carrying about our drinks and tables throu our holydays makes best memorris
A lovely trip, would recommend. Appreciation for staff member Ozgur, he made our stay even better and makes amazing cocktails, helped with finding us tables for dinner since we were a big group of 10 :) Wifi is a bit slow and sometimes you aren’t able to connect especially the further away you get from the lobby. Food was delicious and there were a lot of choices every single day for every meal. Sometimes the name cards for the dishes weren’t displayed, would be something that could be improved. All staff in general was very attentive and you feel very looked after, every single person had their uniform on and looked very professional which was nice to see. Overall very happy with my experience here :)
The waiter Murat Ali is the best person in this hotel, only because of him you have to go here. Will serve you for all 100. Kind, polite, very pleasant person
Hotel very clean, comfortable, great location, private sandy beach. excellent choice of food in restaurant. Staff very friendly. I must mention one Staff member in particular, Murat Ali, he attended to us each night. We were a large party of 10 and he made sure there was a table big enough for us each night. Kept us supplied with drinks, was very friendly, made us very welcome, always with a smile on his face. Couldn't do enough for us. Overall a very good holiday.
This hotel only caters and looks after visitors from the likes of Turkey and Russia! They demonstrate a demeaning approach to English visitors and ostracise them making you feel you are unwanted. They ignore, lie and fob you off! They tell you on arrival you have ''the best room'' which is the same as all the other family rooms. They put you on the highest floors to give their preferred visitors better rooms and outdoor spaces. You are seen as a hindrance and in the way of who they want to offer their services too. Food = rubbish and repetitive. Cleanliness = poor. Entertainment = shocking and non inclusive. Customer service = diabolical. Management = non existent. Culture = racist. Al a carte restaurants = a complete injustice to Mexican and Italian food! The customer liaison officer doesn't speak English and lies to get rid or cover up any issues. When we left, no thank you for our visit or wishing us a safe journey home.
This hotel truly delivers on the promise of luxury and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to return.
Spent 7 nights here as a group of 4. The hotel itself isn’t worth the 5 stars, more like 4. Yes there are a lot of ammenities, but the overall experience wasn’t 5 stars worthy at all. The food is pretty boring, underseasoned and repetitive, the meats have old animal taste and aren’t of too good quality. Cafeteria lunch is pretty underwhelming so would reccommend the snack bars instead. Also wouldn’t reccommend eating uncooked animal products there, because we are pretty sure that we got some sort of stomach illness from it. The staff is friendly but often undertrained and doesn’t speak english. The sunbeds are fully occupied with towels by 9AM, earliest start appearing at 12AM-2AM so be prepared, because the staff can’t/won’t do anything about it (yes the hotel has sa “towel system” but it’s more counterproductive if anything). The hotel cleanliness is okay but nothing to praise. The beach is made of small sharp stones so definently reccomend to have water shoes to avoid cuts. The animation is good and the night program is pretty fun. It’s an alright hotel if you get it for a good price, otherwise wouldn’t reccomend gettibg something else
We were party of nine including 3 children . This hotel is huge . Unfortunately the facilities cannot support the number of guests . We estimated around 1000 guests and around 200 sunbeds around the pool and same again at the beach . The sunbed war is therefore obvious . Those without sunbeds accommodate the tables and chairs around the poolside lunch area . There is then no where to sit for lunch and staff refuse to serve lunch unless you have a table !! I have 25 years experience of visiting Turkey and always found hospitality is exceptional . Not here!! Staff are rude surly and dismissive .They have a selective grasp of English and seem to play games with your orders or simply do not bring them at all . The exceptions were the Russian girl who does the pool aerobics and the lad in the cocktail bar above the kids club who were both lovely . The food is hit and miss to say the least . Breakfast is appalling . Evening buffet poor . Lunch if you can get it was ok albeit not great . The best place for lunch is the beach bar. We ate out in the end when we could . Our room was tiny . Overlooked a builders yard and was next door to their store . They tend to test power tools around 9 am . Our tv did not work but due to issues reported by the rest of our party we did not waste time or effort reporting . Again no one suddenly speaks English . The hotel is full of Russians who for some reason do not seem to like us ? From barging in at food queues barging into lifts even taking food off of our children’s plates it all adds up to the completely wrong atmosphere and environment for a relaxing and enjoyable break which after all is why we are there . The two stars are for cleanliness . Staff are always cleaning and overall facilities which are ok despite being too cramped . My advice is look elsewhere . We’re home and need a holiday says it all for first time ever I was glad to leave !!!!! Included is a lunch menu cheese burger picture . We never did identify the yellow paste which I assume was a cheese ?
From arrival to departure this holidays was a night mare. Check in was smooth l, nothing was explained (breakfast times al cars restaurants ect ect). Porter took us to the room, showed everythink and was standing there waiting foe the tip, but at 4am the last think was me looking for the change in my wallet. Took us nearly a minute explaining that we are fine and we just need a sleep from all night travel. Wake up in the morning and we off for breakfast. What a dissapointment that was. I understand that is the country where the main religious is muslin, but not having bacon or beans for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. The only thing we eat all 10 days was boiled and fried eggs. Lu ch was another disappointment, hardly anything to eat, no meat just vegetables. I like vegetables but eating them only for 10 days it's not fun. Dinner just repeat from lunch. Fish, tiny bit od beef and load of vegetables. Put that way vegetarian or vegan would be in heaven shame im not one of them. My son was leaving on boiled rice during all stay. On second day we eat in pool bar, and the foot was good in there specially pasta Alfredo and margarita pizza was etable. Kids club i havent used as my son is to old for places like that. But I have notice that was closed most of the times. Pool area- is like war over sun loungers. If u not down before 8ish you can only dream to get one. I have been a witness on 2 arguments between guest over them. And believe me it's nothing nice to witness. Shouting and screaming adults arguing on front of children. Management are not doing anything to resolve this issue, they just let the guest deal with the problem them self by reserving bed at night or early in the morning. Lucky me I had a room looking over the pools so I could see all my self. Beach are is good loads of sun loungers. But the beach it's self it's average. Load of stones so getting in yo and out of water is quite painfull to your feet. But that is not a Hotel fault. One point I was trying yo reserve pavilion on the beach went to beach bar but the staff member couldn't speak English, so made my way yo reception where I have been directed back to beach bar again. So on the end I havent book one as I just give up trying. 60% of guest are from Russia. So staff speaks fluent Russian but hardly English. Room size was great, spacious, clean, big balcony. There was a bits not cleaned properly but was acceptable. Housekeeping staff was very helpfull and polite. Big shout out to Omar from beach bar, such a lovelly guy. Helpful, kind, who looks after all guests. There are also 2 brothers working in pool restaurant and main restaurant in the evenings, they are so lovelly. All of the a fantastic asset to the company. They made our stay more enjoyable. Overall this hotel is not 5 star at all, I will never come back there and would never recommend this hotel to any of my friend.
We spent two weeks here, we had issues on our first night with room and we didn’t get in to our correct room until 2:30am! The hotel is lovely and clean. Two members of staff in particular made our stay amazing, couldn’t do enough to help, a lovely lady who works in the lobby bar called Aleyna always had a smile and came straight over every time we were there. Other staff would tell us to wait or we would have to search for them to place an order but Aleyna went above and beyond for us! A lovely man working in the restaurant and beach bar called Halef was always lovely asking us where we had been and what we had done during our stay! He always checked in with us and also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! These two made an experience at the hotel amazing! We made sure to say goodbye on our last night and even got a photo to remember them both! I would like to thank them both for all the help and fantastic service we received from both of them!
All good! Reading a lot of bad reviews, don’t really understand what they are based on. If you are negative in your nature everything sucks…
Pretty decent hotel, Aleyna is the Best waitress, her customer service is top notch, the hotel it self was okay 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
We recently stayed at Noxin Delux Hotel and overall had a decent stay, though there were clear highs and lows worth mentioning. Room: Our room was one of the highlights – very clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful view. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. Food: Breakfast was underwhelming. The pancakes were nice, but the lack of variety (no omelettes, toasts, or beans) and the long queues were frustrating. I had to wait around 20 minutes just to get breakfast – not ideal when you’re trying to relax. Lunch was better. There were a few dining options – the main restaurant, beachside, and poolside – which helped keep things interesting across the stay. Dinner was enjoyable too, with some dishes repeated from lunch but presented nicely. However, desserts were a big letdown. Basic fruits, tasteless watermelon, and ice cream that just tasted like frozen milk. I’ve got a sweet tooth and found nothing tempting – maybe a hidden blessing, but still disappointing! Facilities: The swimming pools were excellent – probably the best variety I’ve seen at a resort. That said, finding a free lounger was a daily battle, with many guests reserving them early and not using them for hours. The beach attached to the hotel was lovely and well-maintained – a great place to relax. Spa: Huge shout-out to the spa staff. The massage and hammam experiences were top-notch – probably the best spa experience I’ve had. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel completely relaxed. Entertainment & Kids Club: Entertainment was quite poor, especially considering it was during the school holidays. There wasn’t much suitable for kids, and most of the shows were loud or boring. However, the kids club was a saving grace – our daughter had a great time, and it gave us a bit of much-needed adult time. Final Thoughts: Noxinn Delux has a lot of potential – stunning rooms, amazing pools, a great beach, and a top-quality spa. However, it falls short in areas like breakfast, dessert quality, entertainment, and poolside management. If they improved in these areas, it would could easily become a top-tier resort.
I have just come back from a week here with my family. We really enjoyed ourselves, I was really worried having read a lot of negative reviews previously. The good Staff - we found the staff to be helpful and polite. The staff at reception and the flow bar were amazing. Most staff we spoke to could speak (or at least understand English) the kids had a great time using Google translate to help them try to speak Turkish. Pools and facilities - the pools are great. Open from around 8am - 6pm. The slides are open from 10 - 4 with a break for lunch. We did not use the indoor pool in the spa but it looked lovely. The waster slides are great, adults and children were on them all the time. The lifeguards are good at keeping control in this bit. In fact the lifeguards were brilliant the whole time. The kids got their hair done on our last day at the hotel hairdresser - he was lovely and the hairstyles are amazing. We did not use the spa, although I would have loved to get a massage. Food - I enjoyed the food for the most part. It was all very much as expected for a Turkish all inclusive. Lots of meat, cheese, bread, fruit. Breakfast has great options. The fried bread outside by the eggs was a winner in my household. The kids loved the cereal options and all the fruit available. The flow bar or seaso bar were where we had lunch most days. The ice cream was nice by the beach. Dinner had a kebab every day, chips, pasta, chicken, meat, cheese, salads and then some small sample plates which were great. We did not try any of the a la carte restaurants. Drinks come in plastic or paper cups unless you are in the lobby bar. We had no issues with this and you could go up as often as you wanted. I don't drink alcohol but my husband said the beer and mojitos were fine. Room cleanliness - was immaculate our whole stay, fresh towels and sheets daily if we wanted the room cleaned. The mini bar was regularly topped up with water and juice. The hotel shops - a bit pricey but great staff and great selection of floats, goggles, snacks etc. we were there most days - you could quite easily walk 10 minutes down the road to some cheaper shops if you wanted The not so good The lack of space at the pool - there is a sign in the lifts saying they do not allow people to reserve sunbeds but this is not followed at all. Our first three days people were leaving towels out day and night and never taking them in. On our fourth night they started clearing the sunbeds after the pool closed but not stopping people reserving beds early and not using them at all. It is frustrating. I just told the lifeguard them moved towels, but I was usually down there quite early with the kids. Lack of space in the restaurant - it is very busy for breakfast and dinner. Staff are clearly working hard to clear and clean tables but it was difficult to find somewhere to sit sometimes. Evening "entertainment" - was very much focused on adults, children got to dance until about 8.30 and then we're ignored. One night they had a karaoke and wouldn't let children do anything - we were directly told "it will ruin the evening" which devastated my daughter. I'm not sure allowing children to sing would ruin the evening based on the adults I heard but hey. It would have been better to do a children's karaoke for an hour then an adult one afterwards. The Miss NoxInn and the Couples NoxInn competitions were awful and in some cases massively inappropriate to show in front of children- imagine men thrusting a cow bell towards a woman and you get the gist of what the evening was about. It's a shame because the day time dancing, aqua aerobics, water polo, volleyball etc were brilliant but the evening stuff was not great. The kids club - was very basic, some colouring and crafts and that was about it. You could do more if you paid but my girls went once for about half an hour and didn't bother again. The electricity - in your rooms the electric is only on if you put they key into the slot in the wall. No other cards worked. I do understand this to keep costs down but it meant the mini bar fridge was never cold during the day if we were out of the room. Overall we enjoyed our holiday. There weren't many English speaking families there but the kids made friends with lots of others despite not speaking the same language and had a great time. Would I go back... Possibly but my husband found turkey too hot for him in the afternoons so next time we go away we might go somewhere not quite as hot (I loved the sunshine and the heat though!)
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. Breakfast was terrible. Lunch was a bit better, and dinner was quite good. Room cleaning was very poor. Towels were missing every day, and I had to call the front desk for them. Aside from the front desk, practically no one spoke English. The cocktails were very poor. We will definitely never return to this hotel.
Ive just returned home from a 10 day holiday staying at Nox inn. After reading the reviews before our holiday I was a little nervous however I was very pleased with my stay. On the first day i had a problem with our room but it was sorted out straight away thanks to Can on reception who was very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and mini bar was filled daily with water and juice. The staff in the main restaurant again was extremely nice and helpful particularly Burak. I read alot of reviews about other guests being rude and a language barrier with staff however i didn't have issues with any of them things. If i return to Turkey i will 100% stay at the hotel again. Thank you Nox inn for a wonderful stay.
Food is normal, could be better, but coctail bar and it's workers Enes and Erdal is very excellent. The room is great and has nice feature's.
We recently visited as a family of 4 for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay! And I'm really surprised at the comments regarding discrimination as we, as a Scotrish family, did not experience this. Yes, there were staff who didn't speak English but we just got our phones out and used Google translate to communicate. You can't expect everyone in another country to speak your language. We made an effort to communicate and be friendly and tipped a little for good service and we're treated amazing all holiday, hardly had to even move for a drink! Staff were very helpful. I've written a break down of our stay Hotel We found the hotel nice. The reception area was good (frappe and milkshakes are fab! But service here was slow). The rooms are basic but OK, air con is good and the shower was good! 2 things you need on holiday!! Water, fruit juice and iced tea in the mini fridge. The cocktail bar is a nice addition! My 6 year old loved the kids club and the ladies there. Thisnis the first holiday kids club he has ever wanted to go to! Isa, Halef and the young boy at the pool bar were all fantastic and anastassia and Dennis on the animation team were lovely and always stopped to chat. There are cats here and a hotel dog which personally we love! We saw people being mean to the cats, if you don't like animals just leave them alone! Food and drink The Food was OK. Breakfast was not what youyube videos showed! No Croissants, pastry etc. There is fruit, breads, cheese, meats, yoghurt and Cereal. And a station where someone makes eggs and Pancakes (kids loved). Lunch we had at the pool or snack bar and daily there was a woman making tuekish breads which my son loved sprinkled with sugar. Dinner was OK, always something to eat. Usual all inclusive. Patisserie at reception was nice! Drinks were nice. Cocktails were good and my husband liked the beer. Although if they ask if you want vodka added to the cocktails.say no 🫣😅 Soft drinks were branded. Local area The local town is nice, we went to some shops and for a kebab at the street cafe nearby which was so good for 5 euros! We went to alanya, to cleopatra beach which was gorgeous, and got a cable car to the castle which was nice too. We also visited heaven beach which was gorgeous! We went for 2 meals out, one to the blue shark which was fab and free pick up and drop off :) We also went to Moods bar and resturant which was fab Food ans the staff were good with my son. However theyade quote a few homophonic/transphobic comments over the microphone which is not cool and put us off returning. Beach/pools The beach is nice and we hired a cabana 2 days whi h was a lovely relaxing day. Plenty of shade and breeze! We snorkled and saw some fishes. The pools are nice although not enough sun beds! And we saw people reserving some at MIDNIGHT. What is wrong with people 😅 we were always able tp get beds though, just not prime spots. There is a relax pool behind reception on the 3rd floor which is hidden! So look out for this. In summary, would we come back? Probably not as we like to try different places but we wouldn't say never!
I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel as one of your holiday destinations. I have paid for superior room and was accommodated in a tiny cell with a sewage smell. Night staff at the reception desk was just awful. I had a feeling he was literally mocking us or looking at us like we were stupid. If it was my business, he would be out of the job. Day reception staff was okay and so were the guys serving food by the pool. Repetitive dishes, hotel was clearly in favour of Russian people which would be fine if other nations were also included and if Russians didn’t drink and start fights between each other everyday by the bar. Rude girl from guest relations that couldn’t even speak English, approached me before dinner to say that my skirt was too see through which it wasn’t as it was a wrap around that was totally appropriate. She works in guest relations which is very funny as being only able to speak Turkish and Russian leaves a lot to wish for when „relating with guests” Pete serving drinks by the beach bar was brilliant and probably one of the nicest people in this so called „deluxe” hotel. I’m not a demanding individual but for €650 I’d expect a little more kind. Overall 2/10 as they had cats everywhere. Would not go back.
Klima im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, konnten ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Waren sehr unfreundlich als wir die darauf angesprochen haben. Essen war auch nicht genießbar. Alles in allem nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
If you are first time in Turkey, this hotel is ok. If you have been in other hotels here, then this one is not the best. Its middle ground. What is suuuuuuper annoying is that many times you have to sit and wait for waiters to get drinks. Want cocktail at the lobby bar? Wait 20minutes before somebody comes. Want cocktails at the cocktail bar near the pool? Wait 20 minutes. Oh and dont forget aditional 5-10 minutes before you get it. They have this stupid rule where majority of drinks are served like that. Only beer, some stronger drinks (like you can ask for whiskey cola) can be served like usual and only at some bars. Even coffee during breakfast is served like that. When you approach they tell you sit down, ask waiters. I mean come on, ive been here almost a week and havent seen a single waiter come during breakdast and ask / bring drinks to customers. When somebody shows up, ask for like 5 cocktails if you want to enjoy them for a while because it will take forever for them to get you another one. Hotel staff, if you are reading this, stop this weird rule. Allow customers to order at the bar like in 99% of hotels. Ive been like 11 or 12 times in Turkey, never encountered this stupid rule. Oh by the way, cocktails are otherwordly. I recommend citrus blend! Oh and about beer. Its ok but at the beach and everywhere else (except restaurant) it is served in small paper cups. You get like 5 sips and done. And it is 50/50 beer / foam so get like 4 at once. Only at restaurant it is served in proper glass. This is just my subjective opinion and does not reflect everyones experience.
Very good personal, good offer, good drinks, good food, beach and pools are nearby. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
We had a fantastic time at NoxInn Deluxe! The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the animation program was super fun and well organized. A special shoutout to Josefine, the best animator – she made our stay unforgettable with her energy and smile. Totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday!
Got scammed 100 euros by someone who said they were table service. Paid £39 for 2 double gins. Music is okay but what a rip off. The whole of turkey rip you off. Been 3 times to Turkey, this is my last. Everything is more expensive than LONDON!!
I can say proudly that the worker called ASLAN is one of the best workers that the hotel have and they should be happy he is working there . Everytime I want for example drink or something he gave it to us with happy face and passion , he talks to me and when ever he saw me and my family he come by and talk to us . Basically in overall best service and just because of him my holiday here was good other then that this hotel its not really what I expected and for the money I've paid and spent here is nothing close of my expectations. FOOD WISE I had to order food from domino's so that my baby and my wife can eat . The food here in hotel its everyday Same and keeps repeating . I could carry on with the list but I'll eave it like this .
First holiday in Turkey and because of the hotel the most terrible holiday. Where to start? Bad food, you had nothing to choose, you can not eat in the morning zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and fried peppers in a ton of oil, the staff do not know English even the basics things, Full of Russians who are very rude, room wos small for 4 people, we arrived the hotel at 4 in the morning and we had nothing to eat, the cleaning staff in 9 days came 2 times to clean the room, I agree that my son spent a lot of time in and the busy sign of busy but don't if we have, if we have, if we have clean. Towels, if we need anything, and today until the time when we checked out came 2 times to check. In the hotel very noise, at the pool we found only one day place because they came and put towels from 5 in the morning, the only thing we enjoyed was the ocean. So he doesn't deserve a star.
The interior is pleasant. A lot of interesting places to look for. The Manager of the Hotel, Zilia is very friendly and willing to help. The parties are enjoyable, also it’s a very nice place for family with kids. The beach is very clean, the water is warm. The restaurant has a variety of food options.
Okay for the Price, but nothing crazy - A lot of Russian -bad roomservice + Josefine from animation team is doing a great job + good bartenders …………….:.:::::::::::::::::/::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::333333::::::::3:::::::
We stayed at the hotel from 29.09 to 06.10.2024 This was our first family vacation in Turkey. We made the right choice of hotel. Although at first it seemed that moving around the hotel would be difficult and you could get lost, in fact everything is quite logically structured. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom was decent. The minibar was free (although it was written that it would only be refilled with water from the second day, our children were so fond of the staff that they always had their favorite iced tea in the fridge.) We were satisfied with the food. The main restaurant had a large selection, everyone found something for themselves. We mostly ate there in the morning and evening. For lunch, we chose the Flow restaurant by the pool or the restaurant on the beach. We mostly had lunch at the beach restaurant because of the wonderful view and nice sea breeze. The drinks were okay. The kids were offered milkshakes in the lobby. They really liked it. We mostly drank either wine, which was good, or some cocktails. Buses from the hotel take you to the center of Konakli and Alanya. This was a good way to visit the bazaars and shops. The beach was sandy, which was great for children. While snorkeling, you could see crabs, sea urchins, and various fish. There were evening activities for children and adults, but my family and I didn't take part in them because we spent our time walking or just talking and resting. In conclusion, our whole family really enjoyed this week and we will be back at the same time this year.
The hotel did not meet my expectations. Service oriented towards receiving tips. Not thoroughly cleaned rooms, no change of towels without a reminder. Food monotonous, arriving for dinner an hour after the restaurant opened meant empties or only chips and vegetables .
Werry nice experince! Nice people. Clean bigg rooms and balkoni. Close to sea, you can bath in november and it is 25 degri. There is a nice spa and relax with nice people. Love that and makes me feel good. One new experince and will olways rememeber.
Stayed 10 days, like in paradise, got a room with such a magnificent sea view, the sunset from the balcony is fancy and indescribable It is a huge 5 stars luxurious beach hotel but 5 stars is not enough to rate it, if there was an option for seven stars I would rate it. There are several bars and restaurants , All was great. All inclusive everywhere, beautiful beach and pools Food very delicious and lots to choose from whatever your taste is you will be satisfied very rich salad buffet all the time fresh vegetables and fruits Different type of bread, traditional cooked food, a buffet with wide assortment of desserts and sweet things. You will always find what to eat it's impossible to starve You will not be thirsty either, All kind of conventional and non-conventional Beverages All the staff, waiters, bartenders,...are incredibly professionals and always welcoming guests with a smile on their faces, they go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great holiday Finally thank you all, keep up the good work and I can't wait to see you again
The vacation was great. This hotel is in my opinion the best hotel I have ever been. Congratulations for the great experience we had here. The food was great, the shows, the bars, everything was great. Just one point to consider is that staff should speak more in English, in the another hand they speak Russian maybe that's why this hotel during our stay had 70℅, 80℅ Russian people. We would be happier to communicate more with staff... Thank you. Me and my wife want to come back soon :)
Food was ok, not impressive, drinks are bad, you have to take taxi every time when going to town. Long lines at the restaurant, limited quantity of coffee cups, knifes and forks.
Overall it’s a good 4 star Hotel, but not 5 star
We had 3 rooms, none was available when we arrived. We were placed into very poor condition rooms at NoxInn club half a mile away. This was my first time in Turkey and I was shocked by the "club" rooms condition. The hotel promised to issue a refund for 1 night when Expedia contact them. Expedia is saying they cannot get a response from the hotel and cannot give the refund. Additionally, there was some stinky sewage leaking just 100 m from the main beach (from the diving center to the sea). Terribly slow elevators. No ATM, no tour guide services. Fresh beach towels were not available at least one day
Ist zu außerhalb gelegend.
Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice.
The hotel was ok, but: 1) the check in time over than an hour…. 2) during the waiting, the reception team advised us to have coffee while wait from lobby as all inclusive, but the lady was rude and refused as they asked for bracelets… 3) 4 rooms which we have as family, was separated very far a part and after long complains they changed 1 to make them closer 4) the internet is the worst ever. The number of routers are very less which do not have enough bandwidth for the number of people, so every time you try to connect you will be booted immediately. 5) The team at the pool area was rude at the time of requesting the snacks as they delayed alot and was arguing with us for the reasons of delay and forgot the hospitality of the Hotels… 6) the spa team was the worst, as they were arguing for no reason and trying to convince you to purchase their service packages and every time you want to your the facilities they have without paying they will either tell you it is not working as the steam area and sauna which will break from adding water and the jacuzzi was broken until they fixed it The only 2 things which was good, are: 1) the food was nice and several options available ( but restaurant AC damaged as it is very hot inside) 2) the pools was good and nice.
Very congested hotel! Sometimes u feel the working Stuff lose control, two hours to check in ,we booked 4 rooms they gave us every room in different story. No signage at all u lose ur way easily between floors and facilities. Very noisy A/C, shower cabinet leaks.
Ikke tilfred tjekkede ud før tid
Vänta på hissen det va den värsta halva resan gick på väntan eftersom vi bodde längst upp så vi va tvungen..annas det va ok
A warm welcome, friendly staff, large rooms and delicious food, thanks to everyone at Noxinn for a great stay.
Generally it’s good. But when they couldn’t find our booking in their computer at the beginning, the hotel didn’t wanna help uns contacting Expedia. They asked us to call Expedia by ourselves while didn’t let us use their telephone. Fortunately they found our booking later, otherwise we would be there alone and helpless in turkey while everything’s actually paid.
Surprised that the beach was two floors down and across the street from the hotel. Also the beach is a bit rocky and rough.
