La posizione dell'hotel è congeniale.

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa al Dewan Hotel Bangkok. L’aspetto più deludente del soggiorno è stato il comportamento dello staff: accoglienza poco cordiale e, in diverse occasioni, atteggiamenti che abbiamo trovato poco professionali e non adeguati a una struttura alberghiera. L’episodio più spiacevole si è verificato al momento del check-out. Ci è stato richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo per un telo da bagno che, secondo lo staff, sarebbe stato sporco. La cosa che ci ha lasciati ancora più perplessi è che la stessa identica richiesta è stata fatta anche alla famiglia che viaggiava insieme a noi. Di fronte a questa situazione abbiamo discusso con il personale, contestando la richiesta. Alla fine, per evitare di prolungare ulteriormente una situazione già molto spiacevole, abbiamo preferito pagare quanto richiesto e andare via. Avevano una cauzione che si rifiutavano di restituire. Ho viaggiato moltissimo, soggiornando in numerosi hotel e in diversi Paesi del mondo, e non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza simile. Il fatto che la stessa richiesta sia stata rivolta contemporaneamente anche ai nostri compagni di viaggio mi ha fatto sorgere seri dubbi su questo modo di gestire il check-out. Peccato, perché un hotel non si giudica soltanto dalla camera o dalla posizione: accoglienza, professionalità e correttezza nei confronti degli ospiti sono altrettanto importanti. Personalmente, dopo questa esperienza, non tornerei al Dewan Hotel Bangkok e non mi sento di consigliarlo.

La struttura era molto sporca, ma la cosa più fastidiosa e’ la tecnica da scammer che adottano. Eravamo due famiglie: al check in hanno chiesto soldi in contanti (non accettavano carte) a deposito per garanzia. Al momento del check out, hanno fatto una meticolosa verifica della camera, trovando per ciascuna famiglia un asciugamano sporco e chiedendo un pagamento extra, sotto la minaccia di trattenere l’ingente. La ridicola pantomima ci ha fatto inoltre perdere oltre venti minuti preziosi per l’aeroporto. Insomma, un inganno collaudato.

Está super bien ubicado y, estando al lado de todos los restaurantes y del ambientillo de la zona, está en una calle super tranquila. Habitación muy grande y cama muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido pero se lo indicamos al personal (super amable) y nos cambiaron de habitación al momento y disculpándose. El desayuno correcto. Justo debajo hay un centro de masajes con amplio horario de apertura y por 10 euros puedes hacerte un masaje de 1 hora muy bueno, y siempre tienen disponibilidad. Para llegar puedes coger un Bolt desde el aeropuerto BKK por poco más de 10 euros, aunque el trayecto es de aproximadamente 1 hora. La piscina muy bien, con apertura hasta las 20h, ideal para darte un bañito después del masaje 🤭. Relación calidad-precio genial, muy recomendable.

No es muy relevante, pero las cortinas dejaban pasar mucha luz por la mañana (amanece pronto). Las vistas bastante feas 🙃.

Nice breakfast buffet. Small but tasty. Hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and bars. Rooms were basic but clean.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment super. Nous avons aimé la propreté, la piscine sur le toit avec une vue très sympa sur Bangkok... Le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus mais nous l'avons pris en plus car il était très copieux pour un prix raisonnable. Très bon séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Good hotel in a great location, close to everything and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, and the overall stay was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.

Zeer mooi hotel met leuk zwembadje op het dak.

Leuke buurt in Bangkok en mooie kamers. Faciliteiten wat standaard/ ongezellig.

Restaurant oogde wat ongezellig. Ontbijt was keurig geprijsd voor wat je kon kiezen.

Airco maakt echt veel lawaai en zoals bijna in heel thailand de matrassen aan de harde kant.

Extremely friendly and helpfull staff. My wife lost her phone in a taxi just before checkout. The staff went through heaven and helm to retrieve the phone so we could make our connecting transport. The staff was always very polite and nice, but racing 1,5 on a scooter in Bangkok rush hour to meet a taxi driver to get our phone was well beyond expected from anyone. The location of Dewan Bangkok is perfect. Very close to Khaosan Road and all the fun, but still in a quiet street. Clean and nice rooms. Complimentary water and coffee.

Everything was good. Should I find the smallest thing to improve, the aircon was a bit noisy, but we sleep very well and comfortably every night.

Central beliggenhed. Roligt og alligevel tæt på det hele. Hjælpsomt personale, rent og pænt. Hyggeligt med pool på toppen.

Morgenmaden og særligt brødet var ikke så godt. Virkede tørt. Restauranten var lukket om dagen og aftenen, hvilket man ikke fik nogen information om hvorfor. Det kunne være rart at kunne bestille en kaffe eller en juice om eftermiddagen.

Dicht bij het uitgaansleven, je stapt buiten en er zijn tal van bars en restaurants. Simpel hotel maar voor deze prijs kan je niet meer verwachten.

Prima hotel en alles is goed te doen met een uber. Personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden sliepen fijn. airco/ ventilator was absoluut niet zachtjes qua geluid. Het geluid kwam door mijn oordopjes heen.

In het zwembad zaten veel haren en de hotelkamer was ook niet haar vrij. Kan een keer gebeuren, maar ik vond dat vies.

The design of the hotel is gorgeous and even though it's super close to the nightlife you feel completely tucked away from it here

Location was perfect, nearby Khao san road but far enough to be out of the chaos. Super clean rooms and amazing food at the restaurant which was also very cheap! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Ottimo hotel con colazione varia ed abbondante. Vicina a ristoranti e negozi. Bellissima piscina sul tetto. Dovendo prendere un bus notturno ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e permesso di utilizzare la piscina. Staff molto gentile.

Temiz olması haricinde hiçbir şeyini beğenmedim

Odaların camları kapalı açılmıyor rot kokusu var, klima odanın içerisinde çok fazla işitiyor uyumak için mücadele vermek gerekiyor hatta baş ağrısı yapıyor, banyoda her zaman böcekler var oldukça büyük böcekler, çatıdaki havuz çok kullanışsız saçma ve küçük.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man hört nicht viel von der Party auf der Khaosan road. Der Pool auf dem Dach gibt eine tolle Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist absolut ausreichend. Ein 7 Eleven ist direkt gegenüber.

Die Betten sind sehr hart.

I was drawn in by the unique Arabic-style, which was unusual to find in a place like Bangkok, and it was very cozy, especially in the Khao San area. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool isn't huge, but it's still nice to swim in, and the pool area would work great for groups or families. The location is great and full of life, with temples nearby and a Muay Thai Stadium as well. The TV did not have smart features, so I had to get an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to it.

The breakfast could be a bit better. The bacon was rubbery, and some of the hot food was a bit cold. You do get fresh-made omelet or fried eggs, though, so that's good. Still, this is probably the area I would improve first.

Geen zitstoel in de kamer, er is ruimte genoeg. Je kon je kleding niet kwijt, behalve op 4 hangers in de kast.

I loved the Arab influenced decor throughout the hotel. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They prepared a pre packed breakfast to go when we had to leave for the airport super early. The location was perfect,busy markets etc but peaceful in our spacious rooms. The rooftop was beautiful with greenery and seating and a pool with shower and toilet facilities.

Personnel très gentil et très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et d’un bon repas au restaurant de l’hôtel.

We stayed there for one night in two rooms. We loved the style and decor of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great too and it’s walkable to many touristy places whether for shopping or site seeing. We ordered in dinner and had it on the roof top which was nice and cool. So much potential for this hotel.

The rooms definitely need work and updating. One of the rooms had work done in it and the floor was all dirt and paint dust - though we were exhausted and didn’t bother tell the staff to clean it since it was for one night. The AC was very loud and the mattress in one of the rooms was rock solid. We didn’t end up sleeping well. It’s unfortunate that the restaurant closes at 3pm, cafe at 6pm and pool at 8pm.

Cute Moroccan-inspired hotel located just one street over from the bustling Khaosan Road! We stayed here during Songkran and was right in the thick of all the festivities. Staff and security were very warm and friendly. Our stay had breakfast included but we skipped it mostly as there were many better options for food all around the area which we could easily walk to. The rooms are very cosy and their beds were so comfy!

The staff was very nice and attentive. The room itself was clean and very spacious, and the bed was comfy. It had all the amenities you need throughout your stay. The rooftop area with the pool was clean and well stocked. It also had plenty of seating areas to relax.

This is my go to place to stay in Bangkok. The location is amazing, a few minutes walk from Soi Ramboutri with all its restaurants. For those who want the Khao San Road, it's also close enough to easily walk to, but far enough away that you don't hear it from the hotel. Royal Palace and various temples also nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Rain showers in the bathrooms are nice. There is a lovely peaceful rooftop pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay, a home base from home. I look forward to being there again in just over a week on my way back through Bangkok.

Rooms like this were okay 5 years ago when they were $20, they have upped the prices but the value has not gone up. Standard tourist money grab in Thailand where they don't care, the walls haven't been wiped, ever. Corners of walls etc are all mouldy. Aircon sounds like a helicopter. Requirement of 2000thb cash deposit on check-in is very strange. It's 2026, shouldn't need to do this and is not common practice. They make you keep the deposit slip, if you lose it you lose your deposit.
