معفن مرة مايصلح لعوائل، مافيه مصعد، المدخل مطعم هندي، حجزنا غرفتين والمكيف بالاثنين خربان

1. There is no lock for the toilet 2. The water heater broken .. water slow 3.has a smell in the room 4. I stayed at the 3rd floor need to go down and look for assistance if anything

Nagbook ako sa 3 different location pero ito ang pinakanagustuhan ko.mura at malinis.pagtinulak kita ng malakas,patong beach na.lsa ground flr may kainan.lahat na yata ng klaseng food international niluluto nila palibot ay puno ng establishment.pharmacy dr clinic.711,near jungceylon and central mall at bangla road the famous street.if u visit Thailand 5 days is not enough.make it 10 days.better to withdraw money from atm and choose without conversion.credit card is usefull.airport transfer? booking.com. safe.

The 4 flights of stairs as there was no lift, half our outdoor area was taken up with there laundry room, air conditioners didn’t work properly, for a 3 bedroom apartment there was only 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 knife and no teaspoons

- staff are nice and friendly. - location is good, walking distance to the beach. - suitable for low budget target. - internet is good.

- no parking space. (But internet said you have it) so we forced to pay for the parking from neighbor space a 100 baht/day. - i stayed at Penthouse so i have to walk up the stair for 4 floors (bad for old people). - day time is terrible hot, even air con cannot beat the sun, so you cannot stay in the room, better you go somewhere else. - water pressure was not enough strong. - this place not change bed sheet and towel everyday. - cooking smell come into your room. We know what you have cooked in every single dishes. - TV is only available for youtube and internet. Local Thai TV is not available.

Brzydki, stęchły zapach w pokoju, klimatyzacja strasznie głośna, wszystko mocno zużyte, okno na ścianę, pokój nad restauracją, bez windy. Na 15 min. przed godziną check-in przysłany personel sprzątający, dobijał się do pokoju i stał przed drzwiami nie pozwalając spokojnie się spakować. Po check in zamówiłam coś do picia, zapłaciłam, zawsze daję napiwki, zostałam pożegnana pytaniem czy na pewno zapłaciłam. Na pewno tam nie wrócę, nie czułam się tam komfortowo

It’s very nice hotel. location is also perfect - just a 2-minute walk to the beach, everything you need is nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The service was great, and the room was cleaned every day - everything was always neat and comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The guy helping us with our bags to the 3rd floor it has no lift in the hotel. You have to use the stairs only

The bed sheets were not clean the mattress topper felt dirty. We asked on the 3rd day to change the sheets. The lady couldn't find bed sheets to fit over the bed. The towels are old don't smell fresh.

The location was good

Everything. Paid for 2 nights, and never slept there. Bed was dirty, with broken springs. Air con didn’t work to cool the room, only rattled and made noise. Worst part was the disrespectful staff member on the second day. We were told when we checked in that we would be changing from room 202 to a third floor room for the second night. After attempting to sleep the first night, we rebooked for the night at the Crystal Hotel and were going to see if the third floor room was any better for our second night. We had asked what time we would be changing rooms and the reception could not give us a time so we left the Crystal Hotel and walked back to this place, only to find all our belongings had been removed and placed outside the room for anyone to take. The staff member angrily said “give me the key…you have checked out and not paid… give me the money”. I showed him the booking receipt for Booking.Com and he took my phone and took photos and then tried to say we had only paid for one night, which was not at all true. We could not get out of there fast enough. No apology for his mannerism, his mistakes or disrespect.

The location is great, very close to the patong beach and Bangla walking street. Lots of places to eat and dine in. Lots of places to explore around. There is no lift, but it's already mentioned in the description and the staff helped us carry our luggage to the room. We had a great stay here.

Great stay! The location is perfect — very close to Patong Beach and just a short walk from Bangla Walking Street. The hotel facilities are good, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help when needed.

Die Lage war das einzig Gute.

Das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig, es roch beim Reinkommen direkt extrem muffig. Sofort fällt einem auf, dass das Zimmer stark von Kakerlaken befallen ist. Das ist für uns ein absolutes Nogo und wir mussten eine Nacht früher gehen als wir geplant hatten, weil wir nicht noch eine schlaflose Nach dort verbringen wollten. Alles ist sehr heruntergekommen, zum Beispiel der Toilettensitz ist lose und fällt immer runter, aber damit könnten wir ohne Probleme leben, wenn es nicht SO schmutzig dort wäre.

I didn’t like anything about this place, really nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL – BELIEVE ME. It is located inside an Indian restaurant, there is no privacy at all, and the owners and staff are extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. In all my travels, I have never experienced anything like this.

The hotel owner was extremely unreasonable. After many bookings through Booking.com, I have never experienced anything like this. The owner was extremely unfriendly and simply turned me away just because I am deaf.

The property was located above an amazing restaurant which we ate at twice during our stay! The staff were so friendly and recommended us the best beach to go to! The property itself was big, clean and located perfectly… a few minutes walk to the beach, markets and Bangla road!

I was surprised when I went to the place it's seems only restaurant but after the check in go to the room was very nice and very comfortable.
