Auberge d'Anjou-Sūrya Café

Room was so charming and full of character with claw foot tub and old hardwood floors. The space was tight, but it was workable for us. Although we did not use the common kitchen area, it is a very nice option for guests. Our breakfast at the café was tasty and presented very nicely.

The matress was not super comfortable, and the lightbulb in the bathtub area was not functioning properly...neither of these really affected our stay.

Jolie chambre , propretés impeccable, attention des propriétaires. Aussi le déjeuner à la carte qui a des propositions pour tout les goûts dans un cadres chaleureux . Merci pour le délicieux cortado !

Un excellent petit-déjeuner était disponible au Surya Café situé dans le même bâtiment que les chambres situées à l'étage. Les hôtes sont absolument attentionnés et disponibles. La chambre était très confortable.

Unfortunately other guests walking back and forth at night can be heard in our room.

Emplacement extra, tout près du port et de la mer. Mathieu et Mathilde ont été des hôtes vraiment extraordinaires, et nous ont aidé à planifier d’autres activités. Vraiment à recommander!!!

La chambre familiale. Le nombre et la qualité des lits. La beauté de la pièce. La propreté.

La cuisine partagée, le format n’est pas adapté aux nombres de chambres et de convive. Inspiration pour vous, le gîte commun accord en Mauricie. Absence d’un poêle. Pour le prix, une formule bed AND breakfast aurait été bien. Location d’une chambre mais sans service / présence humaine, expérience pas conviviale.

The mattress probably needs to be replaced, the soap ran out in the bathroom and they did not replace it. The milk ran out in the kitchen and it was not replaced by the following morning. It just seems like a lack of attention to detail.

Schönes Freundliches Zimmer, in keiner Weise durchschnittlich. Küche vorhanden, wenn auch ohne Kochplatten.

Lage im Ortszentrum, leicht zu finden. Sehr freundliche Inhaber. Erstklassiges Frühstück, das man für angemessene Preise zubuchen muss. Das Zimmer ist angenehm klimatisiert. Schöner Abendspaziergang an das nahe Meer möglich.

Lage an einer Kreuzung mit hohem Verkehrsaukommen, viele Motorräder. Nachts wird es aber ruhiger. Winziges Zimmer, kein Platz für Koffer. Boden und Betten quietschen.

Ein Gasthaus mit viel Flair - unten eine französische Bäckerei mit Lunchmöglichkeiten, betrieben von den Eigentümern, die auch die Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer atmete viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail. Eine charmante kleine Gästeküche sorgte dafür, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlte.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Das Frühstück im Lokal, das zu der Unterkunft gehört, war sehr gut und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

In dem Zimmer, in dem wir untergebracht waren, war es mit zwei Koffern zu eng.

Lovely clean quaint accommodations. Very well put together. Super happy to have kitchen space to enjoy our own dinner. Loved waking to the smell of fresh baking.

Nothing notable to mention here other than not much to do or see in the area.

Allowed us to visit an area in NB that we had not seen before, including the Gaspe Peninsula. Very rural with lots of interesting architecture.

Unfortunately, the auberge was right on the main road through town and there is a commercial port just up the road so there was very heavy/noisy truck traffic beginning at 5am. Impossible to sleep in. Most of the rest of the day was lighter traffic. We also found out after we arrived that the restaurant was closed Sunday/Monday/Tuesday (the 3 days we were there) as the tourist season was over so only got to try it out Wednesday morning for breakfast. Otherwise, mostly fast food joints nearby.

Well put together and amazing friendly staff. Matilde and Mathieu were very responsive.

Some art could be more inclusive but I understand those belong to the previous owners and are being removed.

Very nice place ,personal very accommodating . One thing I have a hard time understanding is why most places install those small,low seating TOILETS?

Overall a really nice accommodation with a discount at their delicious coffeeshop, which offers healthy options.

Great location and lovely breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable, with a shared kitchenette to prepare and store food. The cafe served the best coffee of our trip with the breakfast and delicious baked goods.

Petite auberge pleine de charme. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre mais le café Sūrya à l'ambiance très cozy se trouvant juste en dessous des chambres faisait largement l'affaire proposant des produits de qualité (excellent café et très bons sandwichs pour le petit déjeuner aux champignons) Nous avons aussi découvert Petit Rocher ♥️ et ses artistes locaux exposant leurs oeuvres près d'un très bon restaurant Le Quai à 8 minutes à pieds de l'auberge.

Bel accueil ! Conseil sur les endroits à voir dans le secteur. Très apprécié !

Très beau café! Ce fut très agréable de déjeuner au Surya Café avant notre retour vers la maison. J'ai également aimé la pièce de lecture commune, le bon service avec les propriétaires, les recommandations... Je conseille un arrêt à Petit-Rocher et le lieu est idéal avec la rue du quai, les food truck et l'animation. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, c'était propre et ça répondait à nos attentes.

Communication prior to our stay was excellent and the keyless access was very simple. Our room was very comfortable and the linen and towels were luxurious and wonderful to use, The coffee in the morning was perfect.

Très belle place. Emplacement fantastique tout près du quai où a lieu le festival des rameurs. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont su répondre à toute nos questions. La chambre était propre et décorer avec goût. Le café en bas sert de très bons gâteaux, et le déjeuner! La cuisinette est grande et très bien équipée avec un grand frigo/congel.

We knew we would arrive late, so appreciate the call from the host to provide all check-in details we needed. What awaited us was a cozy stay with a clean room, comfy bed, and some very welcomed AC! A great breakfast at the downstairs restaurant sent us on our way... We would definitely return.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé votre b&b. La chambre était cozy/bijou mais ça, nous le savions en réservant. Le coin cuisine à partager est un plus. Nous avons bien mangé dans votre coffee shop. Merci pour le tuyau "street food" resto près de la plage. Nous ferons votre pub autour de nous à notre retour en Belgique.

Hote et personnel très avenant. Très sympatique. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à un quai au bout de la rue, il y a une petite marina et un genre de petit parc. Vous pouvez aussi y aller en voiture.

Il y avait une odeur de cuisson quelconque dans la chambre car c'est au dessus d'une boulangerie et d'un café mais sinon, tout était parfait.
