Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, das Team extrem zuvorkommend, das Essen war sowohl beim Frühstück, bei der jause als auch beim Abendessen exzellent. Die Nähe zur Rastkogl- Bahn und der große und gepflegte Wellness – Sauna – Bereich runden das Paket ab. Jederzeit wieder!

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Schön war, dass nach der Ankunft am späteren Nachmittag noch das Angebot eines kleinen Snacks verfügbar war, sowohl süß als auch deftig. Sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut und reichlich. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet, ebenso der Ruheraum. Abends konnten im UG noch ein paar Runden Darts spielen.
Für mich war die Matratze etwas zu hart, das ist aber mein persönlicher Eindruck. Es sind nur wenige Dartspfeile verfügbar, Ersatzspitzen gibt es keine. Hier sollte für Ersatz gesorgt werden, sonst wird irgendwann wird kein Speil mehr möglich sein. Leider war der Lärmpegel beim Abendessen im Speiseraum sehr laut, weil eine laute Gruppe an einem großen Tisch saß.

Schöner Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Aber für größere Fahrzeuge sehr eng.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Skvělý zážitek! Personál je velmi profesionální, empatický a vždy s úsměvem. Komunikační nabídku mají rozšířenou o slovenský jazyk. Andrejka je báječná. Jídlo je fantastické! Pokud máte rádi zážitkovou gastronomii, tak tady jste na tom správném místě. Při cestě ke spodní stanici lanovky Rastkogelbahn doporučuji v polovině uličky odbočit vpravo (pokud půjdete přímo, tak posledních cca 30 metrů je prudké stoupání). Zastávku skibusu (směr Hintertux) zvolte tu blíže k Mayrhofenu, budete mít více šancí si vybrat místo. Parkování, pod celým hotelem je podzemní garáž, která má i dva zakladače. Kapacita je tedy dostatečná. Do tohoto hotelu bychom se určitě rádi vrátili.

Zum Frühstück gab es auch die Möglichkeit, Extra-Wünsche wie Waffeln oder Omelett zu bestellen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön – nur ein Pool hat ein wenig gefehlt. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gern zurück.

Camera grande e pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile. La cena è una vera chicca, presentazioni curate e piatti deliziosi. La zona benessere è dotata di tantissime saune e bagni a vapore. Super consigliato, anche col proprio amico a 4 zampe

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Ein echtes Juwel in den Alpen! 🌟 Das Hotel Alpenjuwel in Tux macht seinem Namen alle Ehre – es ist wirklich ein kleines Schmuckstück inmitten der beeindruckenden Bergwelt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich zugleich, und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche Personal: Jeder ist aufmerksam, herzlich und authentisch. Der junge Besitzer bringt mit seiner lockeren, sympathischen Art eine tolle Stimmung ins Haus – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Herz geführt wird. Ein echtes Highlight ist Andrea, die sich mit unglaublichem Einsatz um die Gäste kümmert. Im Restaurant scheint sie fast zu schweben – immer präsent, immer freundlich, und stets mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Solche Gastgeberqualitäten sind heute selten geworden. Für alle, die Erholung, Natur und echte Gastfreundschaft suchen: Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024If it were possible, I would rate it 15 points out of 10. Beautiful hotel very cozy rooms and very comfortable mattresses! Nice sauna wellness area, whirlpool, everything clean. Parking available at the hotel, garage room for skis and ski boots with drying. The hotel is 200 m from the cable car, you don't need to drive or ski bus. And now the most important thing in this hotel is a very good idea to order half board.The quality of the food and the professionalism of the service is at a very high level.Indeed, you will be very pleasantly surprised.This is how I imagine service in a 4-star hotel.You do your job very well!

Reviewed Feb 1, 2024The hotel's atmosphere was very nice i loved the traditional Alpine design , the spa was really good , good choice of saunas , nice jacuzzi and rooms to relax . The staff was very friendly and helpfull . The dinner was really good .
In my personal opinion there was few things i would expect from a 4 star hotel . In the rooms there was a coffee and coffie machine but unfortunately no kettle and tea in the room . The breakfast had a good choice of regional products however was the same every day , there was no sausages for brekfast what i find a must in Alpine hotels to be honest that was first 4 - star hotel that didn't serve sausages for breakfast what was a bit disappointing for me . Also the brekfast coffee was a bulk brew filtered coffee i would expect a pressure coffee machine brew in a 4 star hotel . Also the brekfast was too late if You want to enjoy early skiing it should be from 6:30-7 am latest.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2016Wij zijn er 8 dgn geweest voor een ski vakantie Wij gaan altijd een week voor kerst. Heel aardig personeel, erg goed ontbijtbuffet en iedere avond een uitstekend 5 gangen dineer, gezellige bar. De manager was erg behulpzaam. Wij zaten eerst aan een klein tafeltje net in de loop van het personeel en gasten, ik vroeg of wij een ander tafeltje konden krijgen aan het raam want het hotel zat nog niet helemaal vol, dit hebben wij ook gekregen zonder enige moeite. De kamer werd erg goed bijgehouden en iedere keer als we terug kwamen van het skiën was het bed erg mooi opgemaakt. Ondanks dat de laatste tijd geen vers sneeuw was gevallen, waren de ski pistes erg goed bijgehouden en zagen er goed uit. Wij komen zeer zeker volgend jaar weer terug.
