I didn't like the mattress it was as hard as a wood

The staff was very nice and friendly. The location is far form the city center but close to the old town, so you can see the authentic Thai lifestyle and all the temples are close. The locaiton is cozy, good value for the money.

The room I had was a bit small, the sink, the table - were quite small too. But, if you're not spending too much time in the room anyway (like it was in my case), it won't matter tremendously.

The room is very comfortable and spacious, its a great experience and I can recommend to my friends.

There is no lift, specially if you have big luggage but still the staff helped us to carry it bring to our rooms.

Really enjoyed the stay, polite staff. Good location.

Zimmer sehr klein und Matratze direkt auf dem Boden. Schwierig den Koffer irgendwo hinzulegen.

La zona del hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona histórica de Bangkok. La habitación limpia y el personal muy amable. La habitación que me tocó a mí, muy chica, apenas cabían las valijas y no había espacio de pasada.

Não foi a primeira vez que fiquei no Smile Inn. Quero ficar todas as vezes que eu voltar à Bangcoc! O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom. O banheiro sempre esteve limpo. A vista da janela era o rio que passa na rua de trás. Dá pra ver as pessoas que moram por ali fazendo coisas do dia-a-dia e é bem tranquilo. A área de convivência é bem grande e pode-se fumar lá varanda.

As portas dos quartos fazem barulho quando abrem e muitos dos hóspedes deixam as portas baterem e faz barulho também. Nada de mais. Para os mais sensíveis, tampões de ouvido resolvem tranquilamente. Mas poderiam dar um jeito de silenciar as fechaduras eletrônicas que apitam quando abrem.

Very affordable and cosy accommodation near the Grand Palace. Simple but nice and clean and altogether amazing for the price. The staff was very kind and helpful and understood English very well.

Nice functional albeit small rooms. Big communal room with terrace overlooking the canal, kitchen, washing machines and dryer available too. Residential neighbourhood with two gorgeous temples close by (one opposite), and plenty of local restaurants. Location is great with canal boat pier 5mins walk and both Khaosan Rd and Chinatown 20mins walk; Bang Sue Grand Station (train) about half an hour depending on traffic. Will stay here again when I'm in Bangkok :)

Communal room and terrace need large fans to bring cool in the extreme heat and wifi needs an update as speeds are not great (if you need to work online).

Room is small but clean. The air conditioners make too much noise and lady in the reception kindly changed my room. Location is 20-25 min walk to Chinatown and you can easily go many places by bike or taxi. There is a laundry inside where you can wash and dry your clothes.

In general everything was good.

Il est propre et abordable. Le personnel est bienveillant. Le quartier est calme donc on peut très bien dormir.

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc avec un gros bagage c'est pas pratique mais quand on est fort c'est pas un problème.

Very nice Staff, the older people dont really speak english, but are very nice and consideret. It is very quiet for being in the middle of the city. There is a very nice sitting area outside, graeat to sit at end of the day when it cools down a bit. The room are not huge, but absolutely enough, if you are planing to modtly just sleep there. It is very clean

Camera un po piccola, ma dotata di tutto. Se non avete particolari esigenze, allora va benissimo. Se cercate il lusso, cambiate.

Camere piccoline, ma dotate di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno a Bangkok. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, considerando anche chi vuol viaggiare da solo ed avere una camera privata.

Very kind staff. I arrived at 1am and the desk woman showed me the laundry area so I could do late night load of laundry which was very much needed.

Ottima sia la camera che la struttura, ed in posizione centrale, personale molto presente e disponibiile a risolvere eventuali problemi, cucinino a disposizione, area comune. Buona pulizia.

Zwei Mädels an Rezeption waren mega freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Ich hatte Einzelnzimmer und bin damit sehr zufrieden gewesen. Kann nur empfehlen!

Im Zimmer und Badezimmer fehlen Hacken.

La rue était assez bruyante avec les motos qui passent… assez dur de dormir

Room was as indicated in photos (a window I could open for fresh air). Location overlooking the canal was lovely. The girls on reception were absolutely stars and shorted all my queries quickly even providing a charging lead as i had wrong one. Rooms cleaned on request when fresh towels were provided.

Ok - im sorry to have to say anything but the beds were so hard i might as well have slept on the floor, i woke most mornings with a sore back. The ac could not be altered for temperature control so i had it constantly on/off. The lounge is lovely but cannabis smokers also use this area and if you don’t indulge (as i don’t) the smell can be overwhelming- it even permeated to the reception area at times. The location (although quiet) was quite some distance from tourist life, even having somewhere to eat after 7pm was a struggle - thank goodness for 7/11s (a short walk away). Although the rooms were cleaned (thank you ladies) - black mold is present in the bathroom tile grouting. I know its not easy to get rid of but it needs mentioning.
