Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The hotel is ideally located; the breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, the main drawback is the significant traffic noise, as the hotel faces busy roads on both sides. Installing double-glazed windows would greatly improve guests’ comfort and help the hotel make the most of its excellent location. The hotel should also repair the water-heating system, as the shower temperature can suddenly change from extremely hot to very cold. Guests should take extra care when showering, as this could pose a safety risk.
I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were very helpful. As I mentioned above, the Traffic noise can affect comfort, as guests spend time in the room and need maximum quiet.

Por la mañana y durante mi estadía el hotel se quedó sin agua, si bien me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación esta tampoco tenía agua, asi que no pude bañarme ni usar las instalaciones sanitarias. Cama y almohadas totalmente incómodas.

Llegamos más de las 15 hs y aún así la habitación no estaba lista para ingresar . Así mismo y teniendo en cuenta esto, luego no nos dejaron hacer late check out. Reservamos dos habitaciones iguales , y a una, nos dijeron que no estaba incluido el servicio de caja fuerte , estando la misma en la habitación. Irrisorio

The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed very little willingness to accommodate even simple guest requests. Breakfast starts relatively late on Sundays (8:00 a.m.), and as we had an early flight, we asked whether it would be possible to arrange a simple breakfast box slightly earlier, around 7:45 a.m. Unfortunately, there was not even the slightest attempt or willingness from the staff to find a solution to accommodate our request.

Eu tenho dois eu ganhei foi um caso específico no meu quarto onde vazava um pouco de água pelo Box Mas isso não me incomodou muito.

The window in the room was broken. They didn't fix it, they sealed it so I couldn't open it up. Thermostat can't be controlled. Was very hot. Lousy amenities. Not enough towels and towels had holes. No flexibility for arrival time or departure. If you are outside the check in/out time because of your flight time, they will rip you off in any way they can. Palo Santo Hotel, on Bonpland Street accommodated me at once, since my flight arrived at 5:00 am. LM is a cheap Building, unpleasant atmosphere, badly located. Again, NOT TO AMERICAN STANDARDS> STAY AWAY.
