Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The receptionist was very rude and unkind. He wasnt happy we booked cheaply with Booking.com and had us waiting to do the booking for 20’ at 22:30 pm with 2 small kids. He tried to sell the room more expensive directly. He made us feel very unwelcome. I would have gone if I could have cancelled the booking. Terrible service
The person in charge was awful Very unfriendly and unwelcoming Not recommended for families
