Все було просто чудово.За цю ціну ми були в шоці з готелю!Супер домашньо спокійно і дружньо.До моря зовсім недалеко.Прибирали часто,рушники нові були,з кондиціонером все в порядку,персонал дуже крутий,у всьому допомагали.Працівники готелю просто молодці.Атмосферні вечори біля басейну!Смачний обід/сніданок,кава/чай/водичка протягом дня.Це реально вау!Дуже вдячні їм за цей відпочинок❤️

Very good place!

Прекрасный отель. Не понимаю почему есть негативные отзывы, наверное люди ожидают получить люкс за низкую стоимость. Отель оформлен не в современном стиле, но он очень чистый, комфортный, красивый. Прекрасно сохранен. Номер большой, кровати большие и удобные, по 3 полотенца на человека, своевременная уборка и доставка воды в номер. Видя что у нас с подругой длинные волосы, нам поставили 10 баночек шампуня. Завтрак очень сытный. Персонал дружелюбный. Мы приехали на одну ночь, но решили остаться еще на три, так как поняли что комфортнее отеля за такую стоимость нам не найти. Большое спасибо владельцам отеля и персоналу за такое отношение к отелю!

Сантехника убитая, полотенца убитые но чистые. Балкон 1м с видом на помойку. Стены в душевой не мытые, везде слои пыли, липкая мебель, поверхности, холодильник грязный не мытый. Пульт от ТВ было страшно в руки взять, обернули в кулек. Русских каналов нет.Часть занавесок сорвано. На подоконниках кладбище из насекомых. По поводу завтраков: как и везде стандарт для 3 звезд, но посуда старая битая и грязная. Сомнительно моется в посудомойке. По кухне шарятся все кому не лень из посетителей. За порядком следит один мужчина, который и собак гладит и столы вытирает. вода очень грязная и пахла металлом.

The staff tried their bit whenever approached. The shower area was up to standards and value for the money The bed was comfortable and measured up to my expectations.

Staff were amiable and tried as much as they could to help. The language may have been an issue but the resources they used were limited. The WiFi was my biggest disappointment. You can only access it via the Lobby and corridors. Thats not fair especially in the evening if you have to communicate to the world in a different time zone. Secondly, the breakfast was served cold at times. dont know why? There were no coffee/ tea in the rooms. One has to go down in the lobby all the way from 3rd floor to get a cup of tea? Thats quite inconveniencing!

Azért foglaltam ide, mert volt bőséges reggeli igérve, és medence. De a medence le volt engedve, pedig okt 30 ig elvileg működik. (Ma okt 17 van)A reggeli pedig gyakorlatilag nem volt annak ellenére hogy a személyzet és a tulajdonos közöttünk ülve az étteremben jó izűen reggeliztek tele tányérból. Nem zavarta őket hogy nekünk pár szem oliva és paradicsomot kézzel kirakott egy férfi, ezt ettük kenyérrel. Ők jóízűen falatoztak! A wifi katasztrófa! Inkább nincs mint van. Nem tudtam megtervezni a másnapi utunkat a neten!

Quiet neighborhood, lots of greenery on the hotel grounds, 24-hour tea service. Helpful tips about trips from Mr. Osman. The room was worn but decent and spacious. Breakfast was basic.Wi-Fi worked fine on the first floor.

The room location wasn't explained clear durning check in, no information about where the room is located and how to get there, little interest in the new guest. There's no fridge, although there's space for one. Any food you bought had to be thrown in because it broke. The strong air conditioning was right above your head, and the remote control was permanently hold to the wall, so you had to get up many times. The bathroom was old, with a foul smell of sewage. Yellow toilet seat. The toilet was held on by only one screw, it's a joke because you have to keep your balance sitting on it because it's constantly moving! There was mold in the shower. In the evenings was dark, only half of the bathroom light on the mirror was on. Two days before my check out, the hairdryer burned out and stayed that way; no one fixed it. The towels were stained and rough. Unpleasant looks from the receptionists during my guest's visit, even though I specifically booked a bigger room with two beds and paid for it on the spot. I didn't feel comfortable there because of that. Overall, not a very good experience after this stay, worst so far.

Этот отель выбрали для проведения трёх ночей в г. Анталия. Для нас было важно близкое расположение к морю. В первую очередь понравился персонал отеля, всегда внимательные, по любому запросу предоставляли решение. Завтрак был обычный, яйца , картофель фри, оливки , сыры, колбасы и всего было достаточно. И самое главное была кофемашина. Днём мы гуляли по торговым центрам, где обедали и ужинали, а вечером на террасе отеля пили чай. Чай и воду можно пить в любое время при желании. Особенно в жаркую погоду это очень важно. При выезде из отеля сотрудник любезно вызвал нам такси в аэропорт и договорился с таксистом о цене. В общем нам очень понравилось дружелюбие, внимание, быстрое решение проблем персоналом, а также расположение отеля, близость к морю и магазинам. Желаю всего хорошего, развитие и расширение бизнеса.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren auch freundlich mit den Tieren. Der Hotelhund war auch toll.

Снимали данный отель на сутки. В номере относительно чисто, есть всё необходимое. Учли пожелания в отдельных кроватях. Рядом есть магазины.

Не работал тропический душ. Сломана лейка. Горячая вода долго нагревалась. Цена ужина очень завышена.

Otel personelleri cok ilgili. Misafirlerin rahati icin ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar. Odalarin bakima ihtiyaci var. Ufak dokunuslar yapilmasi lazim. Bircok otelde olmayan imkanlara sahipler ancak odalara biraz özen gostermeleri gerekli.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut – vielseitig, mit frischen Produkten aus der Region und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich jederzeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch durch den guten Service teilweise ausgeglichen wird.

Очень душно в номере, кондиционер висел прямо над кроватью, с ним холодно под утро, сон получился прерывистым. Очень маленькая комната, тесно. Напор из душевого шланга слабый. По-моему, за такой номер дороговато.

Для нас соотношение цена-качество было идеальным. Может нам повезло, но все было в хорошем состоянии, не было проблем с водой, светом или чем-то ещё. Кровать и подушки были удобными, соседи не мешали. Раздражало, что постоянно в окно кто-то курил,ночью просыпались от вони курева, но это не во власти отеля. В любом месте люди могут курить в соседнем номере или квартире. Каждый день меняли полотенца и убирали. Завтраки отличные, персонал дружелюбный. Также убирали и мыли каждый день общую территорию и трассу, бассейн был чистым. За такие деньги условия отличные.

Это лучший отель рекомендую всем

Очень хороший отель, море близко. Убирали хорошо, подушка и матрас удобные. Есть лифт, завтрак норм, кофе вкусный. После перелёта была уставшая, спасибо, что заселили раньше. При раннем выезде предлагали завтрак. Интернет не для работы, но для отдыха норм. Бассейн чистый. Вид на горы был красивый.Не считая звуки минарета, соседей не слышно, отель тихий.

Informationen sind nicht richtig. Einzelzimmer nicht 17 m2, sondern nur ca 8 m2, extrem klein. Erst nach einer Diskussion wurde mir am 2. Tag anderes Zimmer gegeben. Personal am Empfang desinteressiert und lustlos. Zimmer riecht unangenehm nach Zigaretten und Kanalisation. Ausstattung im Bad schrecklich, keine klobürste, Fliesen an der Wand fehlen, Duschschlauch kaputt

Çok berbat bir yer, odanın resmi ile oda da aynı değildi. Çift kişilik yatak altında tekli baza vardı resimde de göstereceğim. Tüm gece her yerden su sesi geldi yalıtımı çok kötü eşyalar çok eski. Diğer odaların banyo klozet sesi odanızda. Banyodaki duş başlığı az su akıtıyor ses çıkarıyor aşırı eski. Sıcak su sorunu var. Klima kumandası bir yerde asılı ve kilitli olduğu için oda ısısını ayarlayamıyorsunuz istediğiniz gibi. ve klima tam yattığınız hizada olduğu için çok rahatsız edici direk başınıza gelen konumda. Oda sadece yataktan oluşuyor.

Wir sind als Familie ins Perlo Hotel City mit dem Auto von Deutschland gereist. Nachts um 02:30 Uhr sind wir angekommen. Der Anblick vom Hotel war schon kein hingucker. Das einchecken ging sehr schnell. Als wir die Zimmer betraten kam uns gleich ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, die Möbel sind total veraltet, die Betten stinken sehr veraltet, überall sind gelbe Flecken, ins Bad bin ich nicht einmal hineingegangen. Da wir eine sehr lange Fahrt und sehr erschöpft waren blieb uns nichts anderes übrig wie ein paar Stunden zu schlafen. Am Morgen ist meine Frau mit den kleinen Kindern zum Frühstück runtergegangen. Sie kammen ohne was zu essen zurück. Überall Tierhaare besteck schmutzig und sehr kleine Auswahl an essen. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr klein und eng. Für uns war schon nach dem einchecken klar das wir nicht bleiben wollen und werden. Morgens um 11 haben wir ohne zu duschen und ohne Frühstück ausgecheckt, und haben uns auf die Suche nach einem anderem Hotel gemacht. Ich bin eigentlich nicht wählerisch, aber dieses Hotel kann und werde ich niemanden weiterempfehlen. Booking habe ich schon mehrfach angeschrieben, leider meldet sich niemand. Sobald ich zurück in Deutschland bin werde ich mich drum kümmern mein Geld wieder zu bekommen.

The location was good, close to the beach and the neighborhood was quite. However the room was tiny , and the breakfast was very limited, if you come late by 9:30-10:00 you may miss some food.

Major Issues Experienced Room Cleanliness & Maintenance Dirty rooms: The rooms were not properly cleaned upon arrival.Hair in the shower from previous guests. Noise issues: You can clearly hear sounds from neighboring bathrooms, including every detail, which is extremely uncomfortable. Balcony not cleaned: Cigarette ashes from previous guests were found on the balcony. Shower problems: Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Overall condition: The rooms are in urgent need of a complete renovation. Facilities & Amenities Wi-Fi issues: The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, pool, or terrace—only in the lobby. Pool problems: The pool water is uncomfortably cold, as the sun does not reach the pool area. Broken sunbeds: Most sunbeds are damaged and unusable. Staff & Management Unfriendly manager: The manager was unfriendly and disrespectful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Booking Experience Booked for 7 nights, but the experience was so poor that I contacted booking.com to intervene and refund the remaining 6 nights. I am not a picky person, but this was the first time I felt compelled to leave early due to the unacceptable conditions. Recommendation Avoid this hotel at all costs. The poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, broken amenities, unreliable Wi-Fi, and unprofessional management nearly ruined my vacation. Do not risk your holiday here.

Close to the beach(Konyalti)

The hotel room was in a very poor condition, specially the bathroom which was very dirty and broken in many places. You also could hear others in neighbouring rooms speaking, caught and even fart. The balcony door didn’t close which was problematic regarding safety and also a lot of noises coming from outside. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all, would just give up after few seconds. We were forced to buy our own internet which came in quite expensive and the hotel staff didn’t want to change the room or fix the Wi-Fi either. Overall, not worth the money even if it was cheap. Just not worth it if you are on vacation and want to stop worrying about everything.

Temizlik çok iyi , sabah kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetli ayrıca gün boyunca ücretsiz çay ve kahve içebilirsiniz. Çalışanların tavırları gayet iyi yardımseverler , otelin konumu çok iyi Konyaaltı plaja yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Yine otele yakın mesafeden Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer otobüsleri geçiyor. Karşılaştığım bazı aksaklıklar şunlar; odamda buzdolabı ve su yoktu bu durumu resepsiyona söylediğimde bana restorandaki buzdolabının ortak kullanıldığını dolayısıyla onu kullanabileceğim söylendi. Suyu ise oda numaramı söyleyerek günde bir adet alabileceğimi belirttiler. Böyle bir şeyle ilk defa karşılaştım.

Not so far from the beach ⛱️ 10 min walk Lobby , tea and coffee all the time. The staff was nice and friendly especially the evening and night staff.

Es war toll! Die Mitarbeiter sind herzlich interessiert und sehr hilfsbereit. Normales aber gutes Frühstück, Kübras Omlet sehr lecker! Das Negative: sehr sehr unbequeme Betten, Matratze ist durchgelegen. Zimmer sehr einfach und klein. Wir würden aber nur wegen der Familenfreundlichkeit wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank!

For the 3rd year, i come with family for perlo hotel. It is still the same everytime. Very nice staff, helpful and polite. Very nice location. Very good breakfast They are very nice. The swimming pool as per their policy was closed till May, 31st. After we arriverd on May, 23rd we asked them to open it for us and they fill it and cleaned it. Really i appreciate all the hotel staff. I recommend it for every one visiting Antalya

Duş başlığı kireçten ölmüş, adam akıllı su gelmiyordu, rahat duş alamadık. Kahvaltılıkarı iyidi. Geçen sene de kalmıştık, o zaman daha bakımlıydı, sezon bittiğinden dolayı mı bilmiyorum? Boşvermişlik vardı sanki her yerde. Hani yap geç, sil geç inceleme gibi

really liked the stuff and the hotel .

I chose this hotel due to its convenient location and good reviews. Also breakfast was included so it was a plus and tea was available 24h. Housekeeping came every day which was great. However few issues happened throughout my stay that cannot be acceptable, moreover the hotel is advertised as 3 stars. First, the door is supposed to be locked automatically when closed. Everything was ok until the second day when I came back and discovered the door was open. When I asked to check it, they showed me that if I used keycard few times eventually it’d get locked. This issue was never resolved, and I had to keep locking the door many times so it would close. Secondly, the internet was barely working, there was no fridge in the room, the door didn’t lock from the inside and TV wasn’t turning on. I asked twice to change the batteries in the remote but nothing changed. Also some inexpensive items from the room were missing after housekeeping visit and the reply from the day shift receptionist was that the hotel wasn’t responsible for our personal items in the room. Luckily it wasn’t more than 15$ but safety in this hotel was very questionable, since apparently anyone can take your things from the room and the hotel won’t take any responsibility. None of the day shift receptionists spoke English, and only the night shift receptionist Shukru did which made me wonder why he wasn’t working day shift instead, that would be more helpful. The room was very simple but that was ok for me.

It was a delicious breakfast, friendly staff and free coffe and tea.

Over two months before I arrived the hotel confirmed that I would get the specifically room I had order. When I arrived they had given the room to somebody else. I stayed in that room for two nights and got the chance to move to the room I was promised after two nights. They should not promise and confirm something when they cant keep it. It surprises me that they dont have the possibillity to block a room for other guests when I ordered it over two months before. This is possible for other hotels I have been visiting.

Location. Close to supermarkets, beach, aquarium, mall. Lots of parking places. Ok Wi-fi.

We've got rooms near the elevator and it was a nightmare with so much noise till late in the night, it's advertised that there is a minibar in the room and it's a lie, the rooms are not looking like in the pictures, the furniture is very weared and the bathroom is filled with rust. The bathroom ceiling is falling apart also. The communication with the reception was done via google translate, they don't speak english.

I liked how relatively close it was to the bus stops and the beach. The check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient and the best thing was definitely the coffee machine with a nice lounge/dining area. I loved the elevator because it made it easy with the bags. The room was spacious and comfortable for working and sleeping. The staff was helpful enough, they even gave me the sunny side room as I requested when booking but definitely not talkative or very willing to talk to you. I didn't like the automatic door locks - the card I had was super glitchy and i constantly had to spend 3-4 minutes trying to put it at the right level of the door handle. I also didn't like water pressure in the shower. I was in a room on the 4th floor and it was impossible to wash my hair in the shower as the water was not strong enough unless it's cold water.

I would like to thank the hotel for its hospitality. There are several advantages that I would like to highlight. Constant cleaning, we had it every other day. Quiet enough area. Of course, you can hear the prayers that have a schedule, but this does not interfere. There is a very beautiful elevator, a swimming pool, a beautiful hall and floor area. Hot water and good water pressure. Cute dog. 500 meters to a good beach. No problems with public transport if you walk for 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Someone speaks English, someone speaks Russian. I would also like to thank the administrator Bariş. A good person. So that my review does not seem too ideal, I want to say a couple of minuses. Perhaps for someone this will not be important. There are no dishes and cutlery in the room, none at all. There is no safe. Breakfasts are quite monotonous, someone may not like this. General fatigue of the room. The pool in September was very cool and deep enough. Despite all this, my overall impression is 10/10 regarding the price / quality ratio. If I am in Antalya, I will choose again.

Otel tam bir dolandırıcı, rezervasyonumuzu görmeyip, ya da bile bile bizden resepsiyonda nakit para aldılar, hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaparken sürekli hata verdi ve rezervasyon oluşturulmadı olarak bildirim geldi. Ve o yüzden bizde resepsiyondakilere güvendik. Yani bu konuyu otelden ayrıldıktan sonra fark ettik, (mobil bankacılıktan para çekildiğini)oteli aradığımızda, yetkili kişi yok diye yüzümüze telefonu kapattı. Dedim dava açacağım, siz bilirsiniz 10 katını avukatlara ödersiniz diye de bana ters konuştu.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Hostels that are three times cheaper are cleaner and more comfortable. There was someone else's hair on the bathroom door, the toilet rim was also covered in hair. The bed linen was old and all in pellets. The towels were with hard surface. The plumbing in the bathroom was leaking, so the floor was always wet. There was no normal lighting. The tiles in the shower were broken. The audibility was terrible. You could hear people in the next room using the toilet or washing themselves. I don't understand how this place got positive reviews, I absolutely don’t recommend it

Mesut, Usman, Oguž & Bariş ‘Hope I got those names right’ This men are very helpful, they will always assist you with whatever assistance you need. Mr Usman gave my daughter a surprise birthday cake. We really appreciate that moment, thank you so much. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the ever busy Konyaaltı beach, chops & restaurant close by. 25 minutes drive to MarkAntalya & Mall of Antalya. Breakfast is minimal, but you’ll surely be okay. Comfy bed, room not big but spacious enough with balcony. Good size swimming pool. Chilling Air conditioner in all room.
