Ubicación bien y hay un parking de pago cerca.

Las habitaciones son extremadamente ruidosas. Escuchas absolutamente todos los ruidos de las zonas comunes y de otras habitaciones. Además, el suelo está desnivelado y la cama estaba inclinada por ello. Si quieres descansar, no es el sitio adecuado. OJO, te cobran una tarifa adicional que no esta en booking si pides dos camas separadas.

La ubicación es perfecta, a pie de playa. El concepto de hotel con espacios comunes y la posibilidad de hacerse un café a cualquier hora. La decoración tb es un 10

Hubiera preferido vistas al mar. Pero lo que le faltó a nuestra habitación fue un baño completo con todos los sanitarios, más convencional.

Freundliches Personal, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer " Primera Linea" Die Lobby entspricht ein boutique Hotel mit 3 Sternen. Die Zimmereinrichtung sehr modern und funktional.

It is a small old hotel with its own charme but with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. We also liked that it is located on the beach - very practical. Small town is very local, not too touristic, but with decent choice of caffes and restaurants. No private parking, but a public parking nearby, we easily found parking slot.

Somehow found it very strange that we were asked to pay for our stay in advance and noone was avaialble at the reception for checkout. Didn't like 'smart home' approach for light in the room, found it stressfull, but it is a question of taste.

Dit hotel is een verborgen parel. Het is denk ik een oude herberg van origine, helemaal gerenoveerd met behoudt van de authentieke stijl en sfeer. De inrichting is gezellig en smaakvol, de kamers comfortabel, fijne bedden, mooi linnengoed, fijne badkamer. Wij hadden zeezicht. Heerlijk slapen met het geluid van de golven. En dan het ontbijt: het is een familiebedrijf dat de gedachte van de ouders voortzet. Eén van de broers is de kok en maakt een zalig uitgebreid vers ontbijt voor je naar het idee van zijn moeder. Bij inchecken melden dat je dit wil, ze maken het obv werkelijke bestelling. De kok haalt zichtbaar eer uit zijn werk en is de vrolijkheid zelf. Fijn om je dag zo te beginnen. Ik snap werkelijk niet waarom dit hotel 1 ster heeft. Alles is minimaal 4 sterren waard. Dank voor het fijne verblijf en jullie service!

Die außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels ist atemberaubend. Ab dem ersten Betreten des Hotels fühlt man sich willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Nach einer kleinen Führung durch das sehr modern und stilvoll ausgestattete Hotel (kürzlich renoviert) wird man persönlich ins Zimmer gebracht. Unser Zimmer (33, Junior Suite) war sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wobei es nicht überladen wirkt. Die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum und den beiden Gemeinschaftsterrassen direkt auf den Ozean hat jedes mal aufs Neue für ein Glücksgefühl gesorgt. Trotz Vollauslastung viel Raum für Privatsphäre. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, Hotel ist in 4.Generation familienbetrieben, was man in der Liebe zu jedem Detail merkt. Nach 5 Metern ist man tatsächlich am Strand. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen und können dieses Erlebnis nur weiterempfehlen.

Pero esta vez mas alla de hablar de lo bonitas que son las instalaciones, las vistas y la comodidad; que una vez mas son igual de perfectas que lo anterior, quiero sobretodo centrar esta reseña a lo importante que es el trato humano, a lo importante que es una sonrisa, un detallito, y a como suma la diferencia ante todo el resto. A personas como a mi que han perdido mucha confianza con el mundo, cuando veo a gente con el corazón de Unai; que espero que alguien le de un abrazo muy grande y un enhorabuena enorme por el trato porque es un ser de luz, el cual despues de volver de un aguacero nos dio unos pastelitos, igual que la mañana que nos fuimos y estuvo un rato hablando con nosotros tratandonos siempre educadamente y con una sonrisa constante. O como con una de las chicas la cual no recuerdo el nombre (mil perdones!) pero que nos vio esperando en el jardin y nos dejo subir antes a la habitación y nos trato con muchisimo cariño, igual que el chico que nos recibio que nos mostro todas las instalaciones y se quedo hablando con nosotros. Volveremos seguro y recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo que quiera una buena posicion en Bakio a pie de playa y con todo cerca, pero también a quien valore el respeto y el trato humano que tanto se esta perdiendo. Igual un poquito cara para jóvenes como nosotros pero lo vale, es mas por la pena de no haberme podido quedar mas noches por presupuesto jejeje

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel in guter Strandlage.

Kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz war jedoch kostengünstig und hat gut funktioniert.

Ein Traum von einem hotel. Sehr behutsame Sanierung. Alte Elemente wurde mit neuester technik und Optik kombiniert. V.a. Bäder und beleuchtungskonzept. Das freut auch den architekt. Für ein solches Haus wurde das Wort Boutique - hotel zurecht erfunden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell. Vom Küchenteam über die reinigungskräfte bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption. Jeder einzelne arbeitet mit einem Engagement als wäre es sein eigenes Haus. Man kann sich hier nur wohl fühlen.

Es ist bedauerlich dass das Haus oft ausgebucht ist

Hay q salir a las 11 am, hemos hablado con el personal de limpieza (no hay nadie en recepción excepto de 15 a 20 horas) y nos han permitido salir un poquito después. Ha sido muy amable

Das Frühstück wurde von Unai mit Liebe zubereitet. Es gab regionale Spezialitäten die frisch zubereitet wurden. Von Lachs, Avocado, Seranoschinken, div. Eierspeisen, Früchten und selbst gebackenem Kuchen wurde eine grosse Auswahl gereicht. Die Lage von Zimmer 34, die Suite, ist einmalig.. man denkt man ist am Strand, so nahe beim Meer.

Leider war der Internetempfang (WLAN) im Zimmer nicht ausreichend… im Aufenthaltsraum okay. Licht zum Lesen zu wenig hell. Leselampe wäre toll.

Es un edificio antiguo reformado que, aunque tiene cierto encanto, presenta importantes carencias en cuanto al aislamiento acústico. Los suelos y las escaleras son de madera y el ruido que generan los vecinos y otros huéspedes se percibe muchísimo desde las habitaciones, por lo que el descanso puede resultar complicado. Las ventanas no disponen de mosquiteras y encontramos varios mosquitos dentro de la habitación. Además, el cuarto de baño de nuestra habitación desprendía un olor muy desagradable que no desaparecía ni siquiera manteniendo el extractor encendido. Parecía proceder de la ventilación o de algún sumidero. La habitación tampoco dispone de nevera y ni siquiera había una botella de agua como detalle de bienvenida. El desayuno se contrata aparte y, además, no está disponible para todos los huéspedes ni todos los días. En cuanto al café, las cápsulas hay que solicitarlas al personal y se cobran por separado. En definitiva, el alojamiento tiene aspectos agradables, pero consideramos que algunos servicios básicos y determinadas condiciones de la habitación no están a la altura de lo que cabría esperar por el precio.

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce. Cudowny wystrój ale i tak najważniejsza w tym miejscu jest dusza. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Nie tylko ze wzgledu na to jak przytulne są wnętrza ale przede wszystkim z jakim ogromnym sercem zostalismy przyjęci i ugoszczeni. Polecam z całego serca! Lokalizacja przy plaży i jako miejsce wypadowe to tylko dodatkowe plusy

De locatie is fantastisch, direct aan zee. De nieuwe kamer met de grote ramen en de deur die toegang tot een kleine tuin aan de zee geeft. Het enorm vriendelijke personeel. Chef Unai maakt een top ontbijt voor zijn gasten en maakt heerlijke zoete lekkernijen gedurende de middag!

Even opletten: ontbijt moet je tijdig reserveren. Ook: de kamer had geen airco maar twee (goede) ventilatoren.

We loved staying here. It’s is so close to the most beautiful beach. We swam numerous times each day. There are great paths for hikes nearby. People are extremely friendly.

The place is a treasure in every sense - starting with the fact that it is one among the few (if not actually the only one!) vintage style older houses right on the beach among all the newer and rather faceless higher buildings on the first line. It is a family-run hotel and you can feel it all the time with the personal care and attention of the owners and the staff. Having a bottle of fine local wine in the courtyard facing the beach in the evening was a great experience, long to remember. Restaurants and pintxos bars are in walking distance along the beach promenade. The stylish interior of the rooms and the comfortable size of the bathrooms were also something to certainly praise!

Finding a parking place in the high season was quite of a challenge. It seems to be an issue for the entire village and not for the hotel itself, but it was a quest. The good point is that the large municipal parking is really close to the hotel (2 min. literally), but, being apparently the only one serving the entire beach, much patience is needed until you get the luck of some car going out just in front of yours... The single weak point of the hotel iteself to note was the fact that one of our rooms did not have AC (the other had and probably all will soon). It was not a major problem for us, but in hotter days those sensible to temperatures should probably check this in advance.

Blick aufs Meer, nur Promenade zwischen Zimmer und Starnd. Meeresrauschen beim Schlafen :-), sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit sehr persönlichem Service.

WC zum Zimmer nur durch tlw. durchsichtige Glaswand getrennt..

Uitgebreid ontbijt, super vriendelijke bediening. Direct aan het strand via mooi tuintje en terras.

Die direkte Lage an der Strandpromenade, dass man zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit nach San Juan de Gaztelugatxe wandern konnte und dass wir am Ende unserer Nordspanienreise in 20 Minuten am Flughafen Bilbao sein konnten.

Dass man sich bei einem doch höherpreisigen Zimmer um das Parken kümmern muss. Es gibt einen relativ nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz, der aber nur stundenweise bezahlt werden kann, das heißt man muss jeden Tag die Zeiten und das Parkticket rechtzeitig überprüfen/nachkaufen.

Moderne et charmant à la fois. Petite terrasse privée donnant directement sur la plage depuis l'hôtel. Petit balcon avec vue sur la plage pour relaxer. Séjour magnifique. Et le cuisinier du déjeuner est fort sympathique. Je recommande. Ça vaut le prix.

Het balie personeel was erg onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Ook vreemd dat rekeningen van anderen zo open achter de desk lagen. Vraag me dan af hoe er wordt omgegaan met de privé gegevens van de hotel bezoekers

Közvetlenül az óceánparton áll. Szépen fel van újítva. Egyszer kipróbáltuk a reggelit is, ami nagyon finom volt, csak picit drága. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Minden nap volt takarítás a szobánkban.

Nincs légkondi. Kicsit büdös volt a felmosószer, amivel minden nap felmostak. A szobában nem volt túl sok akasztó, amire lehetett volna pakolni vagy teregetni.

La localizción es excelente, no se puede pedir más. Salir del hotel y estar en la playa es un lujo. Además todo el staff es muy agradable. Destacar también los desayunos, hechos en el momento y de manera artesana, todo excelente.

Hotel encantador al borde del mar, cuidado y limpieza máximos. Magnífico desayuno con productos locales (hay que reservar en recepcion).

Das alte Gebäude wurde sehr geschmackvoll sarniert. Durch die hintere Terrasse kann man direkt zum wunderschönen Sandstrand laufen. Beim Frühstück wurde man mit viel Leidenschaft bedient und bekommt nur lokale Produkte. Es war wirklich lecker! Man sitzt gemeinsam mit den anderen Gästen an einem großen Tisch mit Blick aufs Meer! Wirklich toll!

Für die Kaffeemaschine tagsüber kann man Kapseln kaufen an der Rezeption. Diese ist aber nur nachmittags besetzt. Am besten zu Beginn ein paar besorgen.

Une perle rare! Hôtel familial et chaleureux (c’est la 3e génération ). Une partie plus récente a été intégrée qui comprend des chambres spacieuses, climatisées et avec de la domotique. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très accueillants. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en supplément (20€ / pers.) et ne l’avons pas regretté. Beaucoup de produits faits maison ou locaux et cuisinés avec le cœur. Repas très copieux et délicieux. Pour finir, l’emplacement est incroyable, en bord de plage et tellement charmant au milieu de ces grands buildings qui défigurent la côte. Je recommande chaudement, incroyable que cet hôtel n’ait qu’1 étoile!

Hervorzuheben ist das phantastische Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Brot und Pain au chocolat, Lachs, Avocado, Schinken und Eierspeisen. Der liebevolle und zuvorkommende Service beim Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut.

Durch die offene Küche, die unmittelbar an den Frühstücksraum grenzt, ist es zeitweise laut und das stört die ansonsten tolle Atmosphäre.

La habitación con vistas al mar abuhardillada. Cama muy cómoda. Hotel recién reformado pero que mantiene su esencia. El desayuno un lujo… todo recién preparado y con productos frescos locales y de su propia huerta. Si os alojáis alla os recomiendo pedir el desayuno 🤗🤗. La atención del personal muy familiar… en cuanto pueda cuando vuelva a Bakio alla que me alojo.

El único pero es que hay que pedir las cápsulas del café en recepción, una minucia pero para los cafeteros como yo cuando te apetece un cafecito fuera de horario de recepción si no lo sabes te quedas sin café 😂

Un grand merci et bravo pour l’excellent petit déjeuner

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement parfait de l'hôtel sur la digue et si près des attractions touristiques. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner servi avec beaucoup d'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

De lokatie direct aan strand met privéterras is geweldig! Het ontbijtmenu (op reservering) is heerlijk en bijzonder. (wacht wel even tot je alle uitleg hebt gehad over combineren van de verschillende dingen die op tafel staan voor de beste ervaring!)

Helaas nu erg warm op kamer. Hotel was nog niet voorbereid op nu tweede jaar zoveel langdurige warmte waardoor gebouw erg opwarmt. Op dag van vertrek werden ventilators aangeschaft voor kamers voor zover die eerder niet aanwezig waren (want niet nodig) Automatisch) aangaan van verlichting (bewegings-sensor) in badkamer in nacht vond ik niet prettig.

Die Lage ist super, vom Hotel direkt auf die Strandpromenade. Im Erdgeschoss hatten die Zimmer alle eine Terrasse nach hinten raus, sehr ruhig.

Leider gab es zu unserer Zeit ein paar Bauarbeiten an der Fassade. Wir verstehen, dass das auch mal sein muss.

This place has great public spaces and a very authentic feel and is right on a beautiful beach, with a lovely patio and direct access to the water. We enjoyed being able to use all of the side patios and tables and to watch one of the World Cup games together as a hotel on the big, central television. This was an incredible location and had an easy check-in process and all the basics we needed. We also loved how central this was to the town of Bakio, including the camino walking trail to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, which we took up the hill on one of the days.

Our room was absolutely tiny - especially compared to what I expected. I would not recommend this for a family of 3 and would purchase a second room or not stay here. We were surprised that staying in a beach-friendly hotel, there were no hooks for drying things or a spot to put your soap in the shower. We were also given misinformation about breakfast: were not told we needed to book the day before and were told it was not served on Monday, then came down to a breakfast table set for others that we weren't included in. I think the hotel could do more to be thoughtful of the guest experience, which would make these accommodations feel more worth the price.

Super Lage, direkt an sehr schönem Sandstrand. Sehr hübsches Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, üppiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Surfschulen direkt vor Ort.

Etwas wenig Platz für Garderobe, Liegestühle auf Terrasse wären ab und zu auch angenehm gewesen.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment agréable donnant directement sur la plage. La chambre avait une vue sur la mer mais la fenêtre était un peu petite pour en profiter pleinement. Le petit déjeuner ( 20€ supplémentaires par personne) était excellent avec des aliments de qualité et un chef très investi qui avait à cœur de nous préparer un délicieux petit déjeuner.

La superficie de la chambre et de la salle de bain étaient un peu justes pour ce tarif. Les fenêtres un peu trop petites pour profiter de la vue. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation et le ventilateur sur pied n’était pas suffisant pour rafraîchir la chambre. Il faut stationner dans la rue car il n’y a pas de parking privatif.

La ubicación es muy buena, y el alojamiento muy bonito, lo mejor el desayuno, con productos de muy buena calidad y hecho con mucho detalle.

Au milieu d'innombrables immeubles, le petit déjeuner maison est extrêmement copieux et qualitatif mais trop si chaque jour. Avoir 2 formules ? : celle ci et une plus simple café viennoiseries jus. Le parking est à 2 pas de l'hôtel mais Il peut être difficile de trouver une place certains jours.

Suite très spacieuse et très confortable avec belle vue sur la mer. Personnel très sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner avec produits frais et locaux.

A family based hotel with very friendly and accomodating staff. Absolutely great location, almost directly on the beach (100% cleaned each morning!) . Nice atmosphere, - traditional building (after reconstruction, clean and pleasing). And the breakfast! Rich, local - and with the explanation how to eat it! :-) A lovely place.

The room we had was quite small - good enough for an overnight stay, not much for more days.. But O.K. - you can use a common places, both inside the hotel and on the seaside terrace.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr nettes Personal/Inhaber. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel mit schönem Salon. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, liebevoll serviert und aus regionalen Produkten hergestellt.

Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hat sich an sehr heißen Tagen stark aufgeheizt (keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator)

Die Lage, das Ambiente, die Gastfreundlichkeit... ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und zum Erholen

Ubicación increíble!!! Muy buena atención. Unai es alguien excepcional. Y la habitación era una estancia con vistas al mar!!!!!! Además de preciosa. Qué más se puede pedir?

La ubicación, la limpieza y las zonas comunes.

Habitación calurosa y sin aire acondicionado. Echamos en falta infraestructura para poder disponer las cosas de la playa.

El trato del personal, tanto en recepción como el Chef Unai, nos trataron como si fuéramos de casa.

La luz del baño era demasiado tenue, más iluminación.

Proximité de la plage, la maison est très belle à la base avec des planchers en bois

Parois de verre entre la chambre et les toilettes/salle de bain donc aucune intimité , bruit de la route dans la chambre’ côté jardin’ , forte odeur de parfum ‘ de maison’ dans tout l’hôtel, pas de climatisation alors qu’il faisait 39, bruit d’alarme regulier , on a demandé au gentil réceptionniste qui faisait déjà tout de venir avec une échelle nous aider à la débrancher pour que ça s ‘arrête

Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy plaży. Piękny wystrój hotelu ze starym drewnem, cudowny widok z okna na ocean.

Brak lodówki w pokoju. Niewiele miejsc w pobliżu żeby coś zjeść ale to raczej kwestia miejscowości.
