Shangri-La Tangshan

Понравилось всё. Отель с невероятной атмосферой, чистый, ухоженный. Название говорит само за себя. Попадая в отель, чувствуешь как время замирает. Не знаю что именно способствует ощущению умиротворения, поскольку интерьер в номере относительно простой. Думаю как раз отсутствие визуального шума позволяет обратиться внутрь к себе, отдохнуть ментально, эмоционально и физически. Уборка на высоком уровне, персонал очень приветливый и помог решить все мои проблемы с размещением несмотря на трудности перевода. Очень хочу побывать в отелях этой сети в других городах и странах.

Very nice

The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. She offered to make coffees every morning and the coffee actually was better than what I expected. Housekeeping staff was very kind as well.

It should be non-smoking hotel. The non-smoking signs are everywhere. However, guests holding cigarettes walked freely in the hall. There was no staff helping with luggages. Yes there was always a man standing at the front gate. But he wasn't greeting to anyone even no eye contact. I'm not sure what he was exactly doing. LOL. Compared with other Shangri La hotel in Beijing, Tangshan needs a bit improvement in management.

The receptionist questioned our choice of bed for my spouse and I. The janitor of the changing rooms was very abrupt (shouting) to my spouse about leaving before the pool closing time. The management later apologized. Assistance at arrival with baggage. Improved staff training.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden view. staff is friendly and the lobby is to die for. I didn’t lose any of my belongings either. I felt safe. breakfast with diverse options 👍🏽👍🏽

The cafe staff is super nice.. the room is spacious. Services of the front desk can be improved.

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family at Shangri-la Tangshan. The hotel is located downtown. The room is tidy and clean. We enjoyed the welcome fruit very much. High-speed Wifi and fancy gym&pool. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is pretty new in a good area. Everything related to this proptery was solid, easy check in/out, nice lounge area/lobby.Everything (room, gym, and lobby) was clean and nicely laid out. I will stay here again for sure.Russian,GRO,welcomed us and introduce hotel facilities, she was kind and so helpful.

Excellent hotel in the steel city. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, near to a beautiful park, nice area. Also has a annex shopping center with some shops and good restaurants. Service is very good.

This is a very nice hotel, good facilities. Good options on food and drinks and the staff. There is a gym 24/7 and a very nice sauna. Good location . Thank you Russian lady, Kristina, helped me a lot.

We have a seminar at Shangri La Hotel so I decided to stay Shangri la hotel Tangshan for two nights ! Upon check in , I’m so surprise they don’t want to collect my USD as deposit and demanded me to pay by WeChat pay instead ! As a foreigner , it understood that we definitely don’t have WeChat pay so how to pay them the deposit! In the end , I got my china friend to transfer me some RMB to my WeChat to pay the deposit ! As a international hotel brand , this really not acceptable!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and prices are much lower compared to other hotels in that class, e.g. in Bejing, Nanjing, Shanghai, etc. I paid about RMB 667 which is ok. There is a good but less crowded restaurant with excellent service and food. Unfortunately there is no bar area but a lobby cafe area providing some little live music in the evening.

I have spent there two months in fully equiped apartment - I had small kitchen, waschint machine, refrigerator, microvawe and cooking equipment. Nice, big room, big batrhoom with bath and separate shower. Of course it's china, so there were some small problems, that nobody was able to fix, like some small water leackages, but generally hotel stuff did well. In case of problems I could talk to hotel stuff or menagement and they arranged what I asked for. Really recomend it, wish all hotels I visit had the same standard.

The front desk do a good job. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Kristina, the Russian lady, helped a lot. She was always active on duty and responding to my inquiries. Thanks for the great hospitable experience you gave me!

- Fairly new hotel, clean rooms and very comfortable - Amazing staff. Especially Allen, Alisa and the housekeeping staff. Very well trained and very polite! - Room for improvement - More food options could be provided at the Horizon club lounge and breakfast buffet. I believe the chef is really not well trained. So even the limited options that were there were not good enough. Very disappointing! We actually stayed in Shangrila Dalian right before Tangshan and the food quality between the two Shangrila's is really different. Food was so good in Shangrila Dalian and a lot of options where as it was the complete opposite in Shangrila Tangshan. If this could be improved Shangrila Tangshan is a great property! I will definitely go back :)

It’s probably one of the best places to stay in Tangshan as far as Western comfort goes.

From food to environment are superb especially the stuff work in horizon club on the 23rd floor name diying do a great job and make me feel kind and considerate. This is the first time I choose the xiangrila hotel brand and i think I will continue the journey with it. Nice trip nice mood!

The room was very wide and perfectly cleaned. I had the opportunity to try the 23rd floor lounge for both breakfast and dinner. Obviously the choice of dishes was limited, compared to the restaurant at the ground floor, but it was really comfortable! The personnel was kind and helpful.

It is a brand new hotel located in the heart of Tangsang Business District, this comfortable hotel turned out to be a good choice for a business convention. The room was spacious and comfortably appointed, the reasonable price offered the very high quality offered, the service prompt and attentive. Great! The room has its own washer. The only thing bothered me was the nearby convenient store is not close but it is in walking distance.

This hotel is amazing! Their staff is very nice and helpful, even help me to go train station for switching my train tickets as i need to go back to beijing later. Their restaurant is very nice too, quality of food and service is unexpected good. very nice experience

Good hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Some restaurants and bars at walking distance. Hotel facilities are clean and well maintained.

シャングリラというと高級ホテルとしてかなりステータスのあるホテルだと思います。実際、他の都市のシャングリラはどこも超高級ホテルです。 唐山のシャングリラは、シャングリラとしては破格といってもよい値段ですが、内容もそれ相応です。 オープンからそんなに経っていないはずなのに、シャワールームの扉が合わず、閉まらない。換気口の蓋が何故か外れかかっている。などなど、設備の不具合が多発しています。恐らく唐山にはまともな施工業者があまりいないのでしょう。 朝食なども特に特色はなく、中国の地方都市の普通の高級ホテルという感じです。そう思って泊まる分には決して悪いホテルではないですが、シャングリラというブランドに期待して泊まると失望する、そういうホテルです。

Fantastic service, great staff, awesome facilities. Staff went out of their way to make sure my colleagues and I were having a good experience. Food was very good and the staff got to know our favorites and would deliver them as soon as we sat down. Lobby staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel even sent a staff member to the train station to get me a return ticket to Beijing. service above and beyond.
