The breakfast was good, location perfect. The property is clean and the car parking lot is also very well maintained.

There was some HVAC exhaust that made a lot of noise usually in the morning hours. This exhaust fan sound transvered through the courtyard to all rooms adjoining the courtyard.

Needs more cleanliness. Electrical sockets are bad

Hotel location at certer of Karur near many resturant and market, room was ok compare with a price. the hotel staff also nice and good service.

Breakfast is not vairety for foreigns but they are good service if you want anything all staffs can help you.

Very convenient location in the city center. With good parking and well maintained restaurants a great place to stay for few days.

The exhaust fans in bathrooms didn’t work and the staff simply said they cannot fix it. There were cockroach found inside the Club room! The mini fridge inside room didn’t work and had to follow-up to get that changed finally. Overall very poor facilities for the money they charge in a place like Karur !! Given a choice - pl avoid this hotel !!

Seems to be an old property, trying to maintain cleanliness.But this has a limit. The room was stinking a bit. The food quality seems to be compromised.They don't know how to prepare roti ie chapati. In the morning the sambhar appeared as if it was prospered from daal of last night. This does not mean everything is bad. Things would improve through some effort.

My dad fell on bathroom floor and fractured his spinal cord due to wet floor tiles from shower and moisture and no ventilation. Room and bathroom are aged. I will recommend this hotel for any senior citizens.

Centrally located. A charming cowboy themed bar. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating for a late check-out.

There was no iron provided in the room, though laundry service is available. Some pre-planning is required to avoid wrinkly shirts.

The room ac not working. The toilets are stinky. The mattress is old and out of shape. The towels are old and appear dull. The keys to the room are old and not working at least once. This is a crap hotel and not worth the price. The breakfast was very ordinary.

Food cost is too high

I recently stayed at Residency, everything was truly outstanding. From the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations, it was a flawless experience. Highly recommended!
