Staff isn’t so nice. Rooms are very small, but you pay a lot.

Dated . Elevator super slow. Small room. Room with view to air con machines, inner patio. And room in front of laundry room so was noisy . When asked to call a taxi to airport they wanted to charge 50% more of normal price. I just want the bell boy to page a taxi. They refuse. They have their own business with airport transfers as well. Even though I book a room with breakfast when I arrive they made me pay for a crappy breakfast

Despite sending a communication my friend arrives earlier than me and they didn’t let her check in despite have sending all the details. She had to wait till 9pm I arrived when check-in I was available since 3. Need policy revision or let to book under 2 names

Kleine Zimmer, nicht genug Platz um Kleidung unterzubringen, 1 Bettschublade und 1 Ablage nur mit Stuhl zu erreichen. Und die Klimaanlage die genau aufs Bett geblasen hat..

Excellent location just a short walk away from Myengdong shopping street and night markets

Rooms a little on the small side but exceptionally clean and serviced daily.

הופתעתי לראות שהמלון הוא בדרוג של 3 כוכבים. לדעתי הדרוג שלו צריך להיות הרבה יותר גבוה.אומנם החדר לא היה גדול אבל היה מושלם. עיצוב יפה ונעים.נקי מאוד.ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וברמה גבוהה תחושה של מלון בוטיק.המיקום של המלון , מצוין, ליד שוק הלילה ותחנת הרכבת., הינו גם במלון אחר באותו אזור שדורג ברמה של 4 כוכבים,אבל היה הרבה פחות מהמלון הזה. ממליצה עליו בחום.

Great location, rooms pretty small but good looking.

Some of the staff is not really great. Lady at ground floor was literally rolling her eyes when we asked for some info. Overall below average hospitality.

לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר למרות שהיא די משתלמת. הלכנו 10 דקות לקופי בין. הקפה שם טוב כל שאר המאכלים והמאפים פחות. מיקום המלון הזה מושלם. אין יותר מרכזי ממנו במיונגדונג.

The location was superb; it was close enough to enjoy Myeongdong but far enough away to avoid the noise. Having a 7-Eleven, convenience stores, and a Starbucks right below the hotel was incredibly convenient.

The room size was a bit compact, making it a tight squeeze for two pieces of luggage.

The room had everything we needed. Bathroom was great and powerful shower. Breakfast was also excellent and a good choice of food and drink on offer. Also at a reasonable price per person.

The only thing that could be better was a slightly bigger room. I found it hard to get into bed unless i crawled over it as I was next to the divider for the bathroom.

Everything. Location was fantastic, close to transport, shopping, restaurants. So easy to get to from the airport. Room was small but we knew that, it was very clean & cleaned thoroughly every day. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Everything, I appreciate the cleanliness so much and the comfortable beds and pillows. I am 100% recommend this to everyone, worth the money! We were a bit lucky we got upgraded to the deluxe twin room, normally we had the standard twin room.

立地が良く、何よりもスタッフの対応が良かったです。タクシーやレストランの予約も、嫌な顔一つせず対応してくださいました。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

La cama para dos personas era sumamente pequeña , el interior del baño tiene todos los acabados despegados .La relación calidad precio no es la mejor y la gente de el hotel no es la más simpática tampoco , salvo la chica con la que coincidimos en recepción el último día.

Nice location

Reception area is in 17th floor and have to go up to check out. Rooms are a bit small with not much room for luggage but I guess you get what you pay for!

まずロケーション抜群。 リクエストしたとおりお部屋もバスタブ付きで、いつもどおりのお部屋でした。 またチェックイン時間も早めだったのに、気持ちよくok。

部屋に入って、何かわかりませんが、アレルギーが発生。くしゃみが出て、鼻水が止まらず困りました。薬を飲んでも、止まらず…。 部屋は、とてもきれいでしたが、もしかしたら、エアコンにハウスダストが…かもしれません。部屋から出たら、鼻水止まり、また入ると鼻水が…アレルギー体質の私が悪いのでしょう(苦笑)

El desayuno espectacular, abundante, variado, buenísimo y en la planta 17 con vistas. La habitación muy bien, nos pusieron en una más grande de la que habíamos reservado y estuvo preparada antes de la hora del check in. El check out una hora más tarde de lo habitual, vos que se agradece. Ubicación inmejorable.

La posizione centralissima a 2 passi dalla metropolitana e dal centro cuore di Myengdong. Vicinissima a tutti i servizi necessari. Super consigliato! Essendo una famiglia con 2 bambini ho dovuto prenotare 2 camere comunicanti per avere lo spazio necessario e i letti per tutti. Ottimo anche il servizio laundry all’interno dell’hotel

Hotel molt ben situat per a una primera visita turística a Seul. Ben comunicat i en un barri amb molta animació. La qualitat preu molt bona.

Habitació molt petita i llit còmode però molt petit.

立地は最高！すぐ目の前の階段から明洞地下街に行けるのと、ロッテのフードコートへのアクセスも抜群！コンビニ2軒が隣接してるし、1階は広めのスターバックスで、明洞中心ではないからか必ず空席もあります！大通りから少し入ってるのもあり車の騒音などもほぼゼロ。エレベーターも３基ありすぐに乗れます。

良くなかった点はなかなか見当たらないけど…部屋に着いたとき、今回泊まった部屋が低層階で窓の外が隣の建物があり少し圧迫感を感じました。でも、あまりカーテンをオープンしたまま部屋で過ごすことも無いので、滞在中はそこまで気にはならなかったです！

Kamers waren klein, maar dat is vaker in een grote stad. Hotelbar had weinig keuze qua drankjes.

エアコンの効きが強すぎたり弱すぎたりして、夜中に目が覚める

ホテル前の地下街への階段で明洞地下やロッテ百貨店、地下鉄駅にも行ける好立地。1階にはスタバ、隣にはコンビニ。とても便利。明洞のナイトマーケットへも1分未満でつく。とにかく便利！初めての利用だったが今後も利用したいホテルの一つになった。

できたらお部屋の掃除をもう少し早めに終わらせてほしい。順番もあるかもしれないけど昼前に出て夕方前にもどったがまだ掃除されてなかった。コーヒーカップはあったけどグラスも欲しかった。
