Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss vor Mülltonnen & zu Strasse, sodass man Fenster nicht auflassen konnte.Unsere Bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen wurden utopische Preise verlangt! Bis Stephanie kam & etwas entgegen kam.Da wir eine Woche gebucht hatten war es uns wert. Ferner gibt es keinen Kaffee &Teestation am Frühstücksbuffe man muss es bei den Kellnern bestellen Kommunikation war schwierig da nicht alle Kellner Englisch konnten. Frühstück war kein Niveau von 4 * Im Zimmer sind Wasserkocher & zwei Teebeutel die nicht nachgefüllt werden. An der Rezeption wurde für einen Teebeutel 1 € verlangt

Hinweis: Ich war an einem Montag im August in Ponte di Legno und es war schwierig überhgaupt ein Restaurant zum Abendessen zu finden, entweder weil die Restaurants Urlaub oder Ruhetag hatten. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

Camera senza aria condizionata, mi ha costretta a dormire con vetri e ante spalancate anche di notte. La camera era “vista strada” (moooolto trafficata): le persone e le macchine passavano praticamente a due metri dal mio letto. Privacy, di conseguenza, inesistente. Senza contare che nella vicina zona cassonetti il rumore dello scarico del vetro rendeva la camera molto rumorosa.

Il posto é tranquillo, la colazione ottima! Un parcheggio privato e comodo. Lo staff é disponibile,gentile e di livello, sia il personale della reception sia quello di sala. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Migliorerei la colazione poco caria e torte poco appetibili. Non ho compreso invece orario di apertura del bar: chiude alle 23 ma già alle 21.30 non è stato possibile avere un caffè. Nel soggiorno precedente era successa la stessa cosa con amaro chiesto alle 22.

I cuscini scomodi, la stanza piccola e claustrofobica tanto che a fatica si girava intorno al letto. Il frigorifero non raffreddava, e per essere un 4 stelle mancava una zona solarium esterna, solo potrone in terrazza.

L'hotel non dispone di ristorazione ma prima dell'arrivo ha inviato una lista di ristoranti convenzionati: tra questi vorrei citare il San Marco per la raffinatezza dei piatti proposti in un ambiente piacevole.

The beds are hard and the pillows are harder. They charge extra for breakfast eggs.
