To be fair, the room was clean and the breakfast was fine. However, these positive aspects do not change my disappointment with the way the reservation issue and our arrival were handled.

0/10 — Extremely disappointing experience I booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 child (a 7-month-old baby). I have screenshots showing that the original booking was made for 4 adults and 1 child, including the original price displayed before I completed the reservation. During the booking process, the reservation details somehow changed, and the hotel received the reservation as only 2 adults and 1 child. I contacted the hotel and explained the situation several times, providing screenshots as evidence. Unfortunately, I felt that there was very little willingness to help or find a reasonable solution. I was eventually asked to pay an additional €120 for the two extra adults. I agreed to pay it simply because I did not want this issue to create even more problems during my holiday. The €120 itself was not the main issue for me — what disappointed me was the lack of understanding, flexibility and willingness to resolve the situation, despite the evidence I provided. The hotel told me that the problem came from Booking.com. However, as a guest, I expected the hotel to show more understanding and help resolve the situation instead of simply asking me to pay extra. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When we arrived, the baby cot was not prepared in the room for our first night, even though we were travelling with a 7-month-old baby. Having to deal with this after such a stressful booking experience was extremely disappointing. Overall, this experience caused us unnecessary stress before and at the beginning of our holiday. For me, the biggest disappointment was not the extra €120, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of care and flexibility shown.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut!

Det var väldigt modernt och fräscht och personalen var bra.

Frukosten var inte bra, mycket tråkig och ingen variation. Interneten var katastrof.

Micul dejun de nota 4 cu indulgenta. Foarte sărac, mezeluri cele mai ieftine și foarte puține sortimente. Daca se termina ceva, nu mai aducea și pentru cine nu a apucat. Produsele prăjite sunt înnecate în ulei. Mult mai slab că data trecută când am stat la acest hotel. Recomand schimbarea bucătarului strica ratingul hotelului.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est particulièrement attentif. La chambre etait très confortable au rez de chaussée avec balcon et juste à côté de la piscine. A un prix imbattable

Закуската е богата и разнообразна. Местоположението на хотела е на комуникативно място, но същевременно тихо и спокойно. В непосредствена близост има голям безплатен обществен паркинг.

Hotel se nalazi nešto dalje od centra grada, što možda neće odgovarati gostima koji žele da budu bliže dešavanjima. Iako smo smeštaj rezervisali i zbog parkinga, parking mesta ispred hotela nisu bila dostupna. Apartman bi mogao biti bolje održavan i detaljnije očišćen. U sobi nije bilo kuvala za vodu, što bi dodatno doprinelo komforu gostiju. Pomoćni ležaj za dete bio je prilično neudoban za spavanje. Takođe, tokom boravka na bazenu osećali smo se neprijatno zbog ponašanja jedne osobe iz osoblja, koja je neprestano posmatrala goste, što je umanjilo osećaj opuštenosti. Smatramo da odnos cene i kvaliteta usluge nije bio na očekivanom nivou. Nažalost, nakon ovog iskustva, verovatno nećemo ponovo odabrati ovaj hotel.

Το ίντερνετ δεν έπιανε καθόλου στο δωμάτιο. Η ντουζιέρα δεν είχε πίεση και έβγαλε πολύ λίγο νερό.

Este un hotel cochet, cu o terasa foarte frumoasa, piscina cu apa incalzita, camere super frumoase si personal foarte amabil

Nu am gasit nimic care sa ma nemultumeasca la aceasta locatie

Locatie frumoasa, camere mari, curate, personal amabil si plin de energie. Mic dejun diversificat si foarte variat si bun.

Am avut o mica problema cu ac, dar s-a rezolvat cu ajutorul angajatei de la receptie care a rezolvat problema.

Un hotel foarte bun , se face curățenie în camera în fiecare zi , micul dejun oferit destul de calitativ, personalul prietenos ,camere foarte mari , mobilier modern

Das Hotel liegt zentral und Strand und Umgebung ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles war sehr sauber. Es gab ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück.

modernes hotel in sehr guter lage nahe dem zentrum des ortes und auch des strandes. attraktives erscheinungsbild, sehr gepflegt. bei unserem aufenthalt waren überwiegend kurzzeitgäste im ort, in der hauptsaison sieht das dann anders aus :-) das zimmer hatte einen grossen balkon und war mit einem sehr bequemen bett ausgestattet. sehr vielfäliges und wirklich gutes frühstück, alles frisch und schmackhaft. sehr freundlicher empfang und gästebetreuung.

zu wenig abstellflächen im zimmer und bad. das schlafsofa ist durch die unterteilungen der liegefläche sehr unbequem. in vielen hotels im ort waren mitglieder einer gruppenreise untergebracht, die tag und nacht mit party und lauter musik verbrachten - das ist aber nicht dem hotel zuzurechnen, das betraf den halben ort.

Sve je na vrhunskom nivou, osoblje, sobe ma sve… Sobe su custe, prostarne, ciste se na 2 dana…

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Kleiner Hotel, sehr sauber, täglich würde das gesamte Zimmer gesabbert, der Boden würde anschließend nass abgewischt, die Handtücher ersetzt . Das Frühstücken ist in Bufe-Form mit auch Typisch traditionellere Speisen. Frisches Obst und Gemüse war auch abwechslungsreich und alle Mahlzeit würden immer wieder aufgefüllt. Ein kostenlosen Parkplatz befindet sich in der nähe.

Es gibt nichts negatives.

L’emplacement par rapport au centre animé et aux plages. La taille de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner correct.

Pas assez de rangement. L’odeur dans la salle de bain. Le savon pour les mains qui s’effrite. Le pommeau de douche pas adapté à son support. Le gel douche mal attaché au mur qui se décolle. L’absence de nettoyage autour du bac de douche. Les signaux de présence ou d’absence dans la chambre pour le nettoyage qui ne fonctionnaient entraînant le non nettoyage de la chambre.

The hotel room is nice, spacious and, above all, extremely clean. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast is varied and suitable for everyone's tastes. Parking is available next to the hotel.

Удобно място, лесно за паркиране. Стаите са чисти, леглата са много удобни. Нямаше никакви комари, което е изненадващо.

Закуската е минималистична и за повече от два дни ще ви омръзне. Душовете в банята са странни. На балкона светят по цяла нощ някакви светлини заради които ще трябва да дръпнете плътните завеси, а това блокира потока на свеж въздух ако искате да държите прозорците отворени.

Стаите, терасите, хигиената и персонала са на ТОП ниво, локацията перфектна.

Може да има по-голямо разнообразие в закуската - всеки ден е една и съща. Вентилацията също не охлажда, а климатика е леден дори на 26 градуса - това направи отпочиването трудно.

Πολύ, πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικό, ωραία δωμάτια, αν κ λίγο μικρά. Στα θετικά η πισίνα κ το πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές καθημερινά

Αν κ η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή, τα κλινοσκεπασματα δεν αλλάχτηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας.

Personalul foarte amabil, micul dejun bun, nu foarte variat, dar extraordinar de gustos. Camera mega spațioasă, la cam. 306 unde am stat noi, Baia avea si geam pentru aerisire. Terasa mare, prosoape schimbate zilnic, șampon,săpun la fel, înlocuit zilnic. Doamna de la recepție super amabila. Piscina nu am încercat o, dar e foarte buna pentru copilasi, are înălțimea de 1.40 Pentru sejururi, croaziera pe Skiathos ne a recomandat cu drag Paralia Tours, dna Oana O sa revenim cu drag la acest hotel, a fost o alegere extraordinara!

Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στα 200 μέτρα είναι η παραλία. Το πρωινό ήταν αξιοπρεπέστατο .

Ușa de la baie! Fiind din sticlă și fără să se închidă , era destul de incomod!

Pentru noi a fost o solutie de tranzit pentru o deplasare intre Atena si Bucuresti si am descoperit cu placere acest hotel nou, curat, cu o camera foarte spatioasa, piscina si mic dejun diversificat. In concluzie, o surpriza extrem de placuta pe care o recomandam.
