Ich hätte mir eine Möglichkeit gewünscht auf dem Zimmer Kaffee zubereiten zu können.

Faciliteiten super in orde zowel voor kinderen als volwassenen. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken zowel voor ouders als kinderen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Rutsche fehlt im Innenschwimmbad

Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste war phantastisch. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung waren auch gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch eine Stunde über der check out Zeit das Zimmer nutzen lassen. Fitnessraum war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Abendbüffet für Kinder war sehr überschaubar in der Auswahl mit wenig gesundem Angebot. Das hätte man für den Preis anders erwartet. Kellner im Restaurant waren aufgrund der Vielzahl an Gästen sehr langsam, wenig persönlich.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with many options to choose from. In deed all the meals were very good and beautifully presented. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Location ideal for skiers and surrounding area ideal for walking and taking in the scenery especially the lake.

Perhaps the choice of a glass of wine or a beer being included with dinner instead of being an extra cost.

Das Hotel wurde mit all incl. gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand ausgewählte Getränke. Das aber nicht mal ein Schankbier oder Hauswein unter ausgewählte Getränke zählt und das der Kaffee zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr extra berechnet wird, finde ich bei dem Preis nicht in Ordnung. Dies sollte schon im Angebot eindeutig beschrieben sein.

Das Zimmer war einfach schön. Die Angebote für die Kinder sind vielseitig und einfach toll. Egal ob es regnet oder die Sonne scheint. Beim Essen war immer viel los aber das Personal war trotzdem stets gut gelaunt. Jeder Wunsch würde freundlich bedient. Das Hotel ist zu 100 Prozent weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir hatten AI, da war aber nicht alles inkludiert. Der Kaffee zum Mittagessen zum Beispiel. Oder Bier und Wein zum Abendessen.

De gedeeltes die gerenoveerd zijn zijn mooi.

Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Eten is matig en eetzaal heeft weinig gezelligheid.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alle sehr freundlich und zimmer top. War eine sehr grosse Auswahl an Essen und trinken. Und die Teenie club war für mein kind fantastisch

Some really good parts: kids club, pool, ski school, horse rides for kids. All great. But two big downsides. Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. Same with alcohol: all had to be paid for as extra, and staff were trying to flog it as soon as we sat down. It makes the place feel a bit cheap and money-grabbing. It was so odd for these things to not be included in all-inclusive. Very different to other all-inclusive places I’ve been in the past. Then one other thing: it’s the first place I’ve stayed since at least the pandemic that didn’t have a smart-TV. Most people are there with their kids, so have to stay in the room from relatively early each evening, so the very old-fashioned TVs are not ideal - this would be such an easy thing to upgrade. Also, there were some really odd design things. There is a baby monitor system, but it attaches to the phone line, and the phone socket is in the adults’ room not the kids’ room. So weird. And if we had wanted to watch TV, it was mounted on the wall of the children’s room. Such a bizarre place to put it as it’s going to wake light-sleeping kids up. Literally anywhere else in the room would have been better. So yeah. Some really good bits, but I don’t think I would recommend to friends as the above downsides took the polish off.

Modern and clean room, great child care for our 14 month baby, delicious food, lift near the hotel, facilities for kids, sled available for use, convenient ski room, nice staff.

Not connected to the hotel - the ski resort is very small, but if you want to learn ski\snowboard or just spend time with your kids in the nature - this will be enough.

Wir waren in einer Suite untergebracht. Sehr schön. Schönes Hallenbad. Sauna direkt daneben. Service beim Essen hervorragend.

Has good potential. Pool/slides were not clean - however sinple but fun. Checkout time is 10 and IMPOSSIBLE to get later check-out time. If you like sleeping in and not stress, choose another hotel. Check out our YouTube videos soon.

The staff were really friendly and approachable, and the facilities such as bike hire and play park and planned activities were all great and better than expected!

The bedrooms and restaurant were quite hot and stuffy, but that was expected for a building designed for winter hospitality.

We had a nice stay. We would expect more choices of food and better matraces.

Excellent hotel with great facilities for families. They thought about every detail to make the place suitable for children and adults to enjoy. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We loved the reception area as well, both for its design and the games availability. The view and atmosphere from SaaAlm restaurant were amazing, with a great playground and water slide just beside it. There is a horse stable on site and many activities both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Everything was excellent. If I would think about something it will be to add a window net on the room window and balcony door.

I appreciated the room's size and the presence of a separate kids' room within it. The breakfast and dinner offerings were very good, both in terms of variety and flavor, with options even suitable for young children. Additionally, the hotel's playground and outdoor facilities were truly great and beautiful.

The toilet had an unpleasant smell, although it was clean. The bathroom can use an update.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Familienparadies Sporthotel Achenkirch. Auch dieses Mal haben wir uns als Familie wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Einem weiteren Besuch steht somit nichts im Wege.

Family hotel with full board and kids club.

This was our first time staying at a kinderhotel and this place didn’t disappoint. There were endless activities to keep the kids happy and childcare available for all ages from 9am -9pm. Everything was so well thought through from the design of the rooms which had a built in bedroom for the kids and the sink heights - one for grown ups and one for kids. The kids pool had two depths which were perfect for my 2 & 4 yr olds meaning we could relax while they splashed about. The outdoor slide was a particular highlight for my boys, I think they’d have played on that all day if we’d let them. The dinners were so easy with buffets for the kids meaning no hanging around waiting for their food. And the quality of the food was top notch. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Without doubt the most relaxing and fun holiday we’ve had as a family. And all this in the beautiful setting of the Austrian mountains with so much to do and see by the nearby lakes. Thank you for having us Familienparadies Sporthotel Achensee.

During our stay at Familienparadies Sporthotel Achensee, there were several aspects that I truly enjoyed. However, what I liked most about my stay was the seamless integration of family-friendly amenities and activities. The hotel truly understands the needs of families and goes above and beyond to provide a memorable experience for all age groups. The children's club was a standout feature, offering a wide range of engaging and educational programs. The dedicated staff at the club ensured that the children are entertained and well-cared for, allowing parents to relax and enjoy leisure time. Moreover, the hotel's location was truly breathtaking. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Achensee lake created a serene and picturesque ambiance. It was a delight to wake up to such stunning natural beauty every morning and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

As for improvements for next time, one area that could be enhanced is the Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel. While the Wi-Fi was generally reliable, there were a few instances where the signal strength could have been stronger, especially in certain areas of the property. Strengthening the Wi-Fi infrastructure would ensure a seamless and uninterrupted connection for guests who rely on it for work or leisure purposes. Furthermore, I would have appreciated more variety in the menu, particularly for snacks and lunch. While the overall quality of the food was good, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of options available. Additionally, it was surprising to find that hot drinks were not included in the package, and we had to pay extra for coffee, especially during lunch hours. It would be more convenient for guests if hot drinks were included in the meal offerings. Moreover, we requested to extend our stay at the facility after check-out, but we were disappointed to learn that it would cost an additional 200 euros for an extra 5 hours. Considering the price we had already paid for our stay, this additional fee felt excessive and left us feeling somewhat upset. It would be beneficial if the hotel could review their policy on extended stays and offer more reasonable options for guests who wish to prolong their time at the property.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 7 and 4 year olds and had a great time. We particularly loved the outside area with the pond and waterslide, with plenty of nice places to relax for adults nearby. We went horse riding and walking near to the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Great facilities for families, we loved how they had thought about all the little details. The family room was very comfortable with a separate bedroom for the children. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Good breakfast and great dinner offer, facilities for children, friendly and accommodating staff.

Lunch offer was quite poor, especially warm dishes, which rarely included healthy options. Majority of the times it looked like it was frozen food defrosted.

It’s really a paradise for families with kids! Great facilities, fantastic guys in Kid’s club who make the little ones happy and the parents may have a good break from the routine

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sauber. Frühstücksbufett und Abendessen sehr gut. Beim Kinderbufett sowie Mittagsbufett und auch bei der Nachmittagsjause sehr wenig Auswahl. Schwimmbad nur für Kleinkinder!

Dès l'accueil sur place par Julia, tout s'est déroulé de manière idéale dans cet hôtel familial, avec en priorité l'aspect culinaire, très à la hauteur et fourni, dans la bâtisse voisine en bois de forme chalet, avec la chance de rencontrer la très gentille et serviable Nadia. Tout est parfait dans ce lieu, vraiment, avec quelques petites remarques constructives éventuelles: le hall d'entrée, très luxueux, est très peu utilisé en hors saison de ski et il faudrait peut-être y aménager des activités pour le rendre vivant, car le bar notamment est fermé. De même, une décoration plus attractive du bassin enfant de la piscine serait sympathique. Nous avons juste regretté de n'être pas informé de la présence d'une boutique tout au sommet du chalet, donc invisible pour qui ne fouine pas, mais c'est certainement un souci de langue lors de la présentation à l'arrivée. Et le prix des cours d'équitation est un brin élevé, compte tenu du coût du séjour qui devrait inclure ce genre d'activité, surtout hors saison quand les vélos à pédales sont inutilisables en raison du froid et les bassins extérieurs sont vides.

Wie immer ein rundherum passendes Gesamtangebot, vorallem auch für Kinder. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel für Familien mit Babys, Kleinkindern und Kindern bis 12Jahre (älteren könnte es etwas langweilig werden). Es wurde Pferdereiten, Schwimmunterricht und altersentsprechende Kinder- und Babybetreung (sehr viel nettes und kompetentes Kinderbetreuungspersonal) geboten. Man konnte kostenfrei Kraxn und Fahrräder ausleihen. Kinder hatten ihre eigene Speisekarte (Kinderbesteck vorhanden) - für Babys gibt es eine separate Babyküche, in der man vorhandenes oder mitgebrachtes Essen erwärmen konnte (Mikrowelle, Flaschenwärmer, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Herdplatten). Immer nettes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal!!!

Unser Zimmer war eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber sehr groß. Es gibt je nach Preis aber schönere Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Hotel aber sehr schön.

Das Gesamtkonzept hat mir sehr gut gefallen, aber leider ist das Sportprogramm wegen Krankheit ganz ausgefallen und es gab keinen Ersatz :(

Ok. Ill start with writing that if there was 10 stars to give i would have give 11. In the 1st day when the hotel receptionist noticed we are late, she called us to ask if we will make it for dinner so she can keep food for us in case we won't. 👍 (the food was great for the adults as for the young ones). The room- wide, clean, great views, equipped with all what family with kids need (they also gives u changing products for babies). There is also special bathrooms for kids and changinv equipped area for babies around the hotel. In the area there is the amazing achen lake and u can rent e-bikes in just 16€ with a basket for the kids to stroll around. The restaurant food is great and the stsff is even better (colin, nadia and rayan- THANKS!). There is indoor and outdoor pools that just inviting u to jump in. Spa in a reasonable prices. Kinderclub which is actually kids dream that become real (for the parents also- there is babycare service for 12 hours a day). They are thinking on the little things such as stairs railings for the little ones, they have free icecream bar, 4 meals a day, carting route and much much more. Thank u very much !!! Ausnahmlos bester Service in allen Bereichen. Wir waren bereits in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels. Der Service vom Achensee-Team war immer besser. Tolles Ambiente, Überragendes Kinder und Aktivitätenprogramm. Tolles Kinderbuffet und Überragendes Eltern Menü. Das Essen verdient durchweg eine 1. Kleines Manko, welches Architektonisch sicherlich nicht zu beheben ist. Die Belüftung könnte in den Zimmern des 1.OG (Nur da lebten wir, deshalb können wir die anderen Räume nicht bewerten) etwas besser sein. Es muffelt nichts, das ist klarzustellen. Nur es könnte mehr Luft rein kommen. Jedoch, besser als eine nur bedingt regulierbare Klimaanlage wie in dem 5 Sterne Haus zuvor. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Und beim nächsten mal bleiben wir auch länger als 5 Nächte.

Il ragazzo della reception estremamente gentile: ci ha perfino contattato prima del nostro arrivo per sapere se saremmo arrivate in tempo per la cena, altrimenti ci avrebbe fatto trovare un piatti freddo in camera. Un grande grazie a Daniel, il cameriere, che con grande pazienza ci ha aiutate durante i pasti (mia sorella è celiaca e lui si è veramente prodigato nello spiegarle quali cibi poteva o non poteva mangiare). SPA comoda e molto bella

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen obwohl ich alleine war. Finde dass es sehr gut überdacht ist und war sehr froh ein so schönes und Grösse Zimmer zu bekommen

Hotel molto bello adatto particolarmente per bambini. A 5 minuti di bicicletta dal Lago e di fronte agli impianti sciistici. Le camere family molto belle e spaziose un po' meno bella la camera doppia presa da noi. Servizi ottimi con biciclette a disposizione, piscine interne, spa e wellness. Personale molto gentile solo che parlano il tedesco e pochissimo l'inglese. E' da trascorrervi una intera settimana con tante attività da fare. Ottima colazione, pranzo, merenda e cena. Ci ritornerei...

this hotel is not brand new anymore but the owner really invests in the renovation. the hotel is well equipped with various saunas, steam bath, indoor pool etc. the food was delicious. We came with a 6 month old baby and gave her to the day care every day and I really have to say that the staff was extremely friendly and well trained.

Ein schönes Hotel, in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Der Wellness-/ Hallenbad-Bereich könnte etwas größer sein. Das Essen war für ein 4-Sterne Haus sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Alles Klasse kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, Personal alle Hilfsbereit.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Personal - alles toll. Mit meinen Söhnen (9&6) habe ich die Fackelwanderung gemacht & wir waren in Stans in der Wolfsklamm wandern -ganz toll, wir kommen wieder!

Trotz des miserablen Wetters ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Hotel. Für die Kinder gab es viele Annehmlichkeiten und Aktivitäten, welche den nicht unerheblichen Reise-Preis absolut rechtfertigten! Von der An- bis zur Abreise lernten wir nur super freundliches, motiviertes Personal kennen. Das war beeindruckend! So ist auch ein Winterurlaubsaufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine echte Option!

Wenn das Kind sich freut und rundum zufrieden ist, gibt es keinen besseren Ort für die Eltern. Zusätzlich ist das Essen zu 80% ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss, die Umgebung /Natur eine Wohltat für die Seele und auch für Fitness/Welness gesorgt. Die Kinder haben die Möglichkeit an den unterschiedlichsten Aktivitäten teilzunehmen, wobei unser Sohn sich bei der Kinderbetreuung so wohl gefühlt hat, dass wir ihn überreden mussten mitzukommen. Das spricht für die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Teams Sporthotel Achensee!! Wir kommen wieder! !

Das Hotel ist bestens auf Familien ausgelegt. Es gibt eine kostenlose Ganztagesbetreuung für Kinder, eine Skischule direkt am Hotel, ein Kinderbuffet, Schwimmkurse, einen Reitstall, uvm. Außerdem liegtcdas Hotel direkt an der Talstation zum Skigebiet Christlum.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Achensee entfernt, mit den Fahrrädern die man kostenlos vom Hotel im Sportshop leihen kann, in 5 min. zu erreichen. Wandermöglichkeiten vom Hotel aus. Sehr nette Belegschaft. Alles vorhanden. Würde sofort wieder buchen
