The location was excellent. The staff and owners were fantastic. The breakfast every morning was amazing. Probably the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect - beach and town were steps away yet it was very quiet. The staff and family who owns the hotel were fantastic, generous, kind and helpful 😊. Breakfast was home made with lots to choose from every morning. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat

As we had the top floor the stairs up can be a bit challenging if you have lots of luggage 😉. But our terrace more than made up for it.

Great location with less than a minute walk to the beach and a short walk to town. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and greeted us each time we came and went. They provided a varied and fresh breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. The smiles, welcome and hospitality at Kymata were warm and friendly from every member of the lovely family and staff who run it. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean, and breakfast was just delicious. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We followed many of the recommendations given to us for restaurants and things to see, and all were fab! We loved beautiful Naxos, thank you for our parting gift, we have left a piece of our heart in return 💙

Un petit cocon. Excellent accueil, comme à la maison. Tout le monde a été charmant, accueillant, serviable. L’hôtel est très propre, plutôt bien équipé (climatisation, plateau de convivialité). Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent (photo du buffet). La plage est juste à côté et le centre ville et le port a quelques minutes à pied. Apres notre journée de visite, toute la famille était là pour nous accueillir et nous demander comment s’est passé la journée.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte, mais franchement, vu l’accueil, on l’oublie vite.

Poppi was great communicating and offering recommendations on what to do around the island The hotel is in a great location, not far from old town and restaurants and a 1 min walk to the beach. The bed is comfortable and they provide everything you need in your stay. The breakfast is great as well!! Would definitely come back

There was such a warm welcome from family and staff such as I’ve never seen before! Breakfast was amazing and they could not do more for you! We had a wonderful stay.

The only regret we had was that the roof terrace wasn’t available to all as it would have been wonderful to sit outside. I think the photo is misleading about this.

It was a beautiful welcome by the owners. Their hospitality was truly special.

Loved it all. However, there is no lift for those who may need one but staff happy to help.

Posizione vicinissima al centro, camera molto confortevole e pulita e completa di ogni servizio. Colazione top. La famiglia che ti accoglie é premurosa e gentile e ti fa sentire subito a casa. Carinissimo il benvenuto del sig. Dimitri con l assaggio dei dolcetti tipici e uno shortino di liquore greco. Inoltre alla nostra partenza "la dolce nonna di casa" ci ha regalato un souvenir molto apprezzato. Se torneremo a Naxos sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente Kymata Hotel.

The location was amazing The staff were incredible, we absolutely felt like home and were so sad to leave!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The breakfast was also delicious. It was run by a beautiful family and they treated us like their own. Such a wonderful and warm stay!

Everything was 10/10. Family run business with so much warmth, kindness and character. Beautiful rooms with absolutely everything you need. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were fantastic. Poppy and her mum were one of the highlights of our trip. Could not recommend more. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Would like the bath a little bigger

A simpatia com que fomos acolhidos: sentimo-nos em casa. Mrs Anna e Maria merecem uma menção especial. A localização do hotel é excelente: rua muito tranquila, a 200 metros de uma praia ótima e a pequena distância do centro. Por último, apreciamos a qualidade dos pequenos almoços: produtos caseiros, muito bons e variados. Impossível encontrar melhor.

Il bagno molto piccolo e non quello riferito alla camera prenotata. Ci sono molte foto del terrazzo panoramico che però è chiuso e non accessibile. A mio avviso, la struttura va bene per qualche giorno, non settimane.

Für unseren Aufenthalt auf Naxos haben wir ein kleines Hotel in ruhiger und zentraler Lage gesucht. Hierzu bietet sich das Kymata hervorragend an. Der Strand Agios Georgios ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Das Stadtzentrum ist entspannt in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht. Es handelt sich um ein kleineres traditionelles und familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Familie, welches das kleine Hotel betreibt ist liebenswert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich in dieser gemütlichen und familiären Atmosphäre sehr wohl. Wir wurden in dem Hause sehr herzlichen empfangen. Trotz unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns sofort wie in einer großen Familie. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war außergewöhnlich gut, vielfältig mit wechselnden hausgemachten Speisen. Unser Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof war hell und sehr sauber und im traditionellen Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für die sehr angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre und für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hôtel familial idéalement situé à la fois proche de la plage et non loin du centre-ville. Calme Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse la personne a l’accueil nous avait préparé une carte avec ce que nous pouvions faire lors de notre séjour et une recommandation pour différents restaurants. Une mention particulière pour la cuisinière du petit déjeuner qui est adorable et ses préparations culinaires étaient divines. Nous sommes repartis de cet établissement avec un petit cadeau ce qui nous a beaucoup touché !

This hotel is a gem! Perfect location, close to the beach, great restaurants and supermarket, walking distance to Port. Breakfast was home cooked every morning, traditional Greek food. I am coeliac and gluten free food was available. All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and arranged taxis and tours. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Popi, Maria and YaYa!

El ambiente es muy familiar y acogedor. La famila que lo lleva te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del puerto, de la playa y de zona de restaurantes pero en una calle tranquila. El desayuno es increíble, es todo casero y riquísimo. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias a Popi y su familia por el buen trato, las recomendaciones y siempre tener una sonrisa

Beliggenheten er perfekt! Nært stranden og korte avstander til «liv og røre». Ligger i et stille område, i en stille koselig gate. Menneskene på hotellet er nydelige. Vakre smil:)

Todo muy bueno y calido en este alojamiento. El personal es muy atento y amoroso. Es desayuno es muy bueno y completo, y sus instalaciones son buenas. Tiene free parking a unos 100 mts. Está super cerca de la playa.

Ένα πολύ φιλικό εως κ οικογενειακό περιβάλλον θα έλεγα..το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο κ καθαρο..η τοποθεσία δεν θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη , είναι σχεδόν στο κέντρο από την μία κ στην παραλία από την άλλη.. πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη ,το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

I liked everything.

Breakfast was homemade by the sweetest ladies every morning and varied each day! Delicious! Our host Popi was able to give us a VERY early check-in around 10 am, told us to enjoy breakfast, and gave us a great list of recommendations to see, do, and eat- and we followed many of them which were great!! The location was great to walk around easily as well! Lots of parking in the lot nearby. Right next to the beach!

The shower and bathroom was a bit small, but that was expected and was fine!

The property is managed by a family who are vey hospitable and friendly. They are always on site. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly baked goods every morning.

This is a family owned establishment. Great hospitality, the lady who checked us in was helpful on tips on exploring the island. I booked a room which didn't have the sea view and this same lady happily accommodated our request. On our departure, the lovely, sweet matron of the hotel gave us a small box of sweets. Nice touch to our stay. May not need transport if you're travelling light but it is a 15mins walk from the port

Just a reminder to bring your own beach towel. Otherwise the lady at reception can provide a spare towel. There is no lift. So not great for less mobile travellers.

The location was extremely convenient and staff were so sweet. It’s a family run hotel and you can tell they love what they do. They cook the breakfast every morning and care a lot. The variety could’ve been a little better as well as the coffee machine.

The pictures were very misleading. There’s no rooftop terrace, the bathrooms are SMALL and very old. They don’t change towels. No elevator and the stairs are scary for anyone older or to carry a suitcase up and down.

C’est une vraie pension de famille, l’hôtel est soigné, très bien bien tenu et très bien placé, juste en face d’une plage très agréable et près de nombreux restaurants. Il y a un très beau buffet de petit déjeuner.

Nous avons oublié les 2 brosses à dent électriques de nos enfants et des lunettes de plongées dans le tiroir, on a prévenu le jour même, on voulait revenir tout chercher et nous avons reçu comme réponse que les 2 brosses à dent seraient à la poubelle le jour-même et nos lunettes non trouvées.

Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée accueil chaleureux, gentillesse exceptionnelle d'Anna et Maria. Nous avons apprécié qu'Anna invite notre fille, qui ne résidait par au Kimata hôtel, pour notre dernier petit-déjeuner, personnel présent & discret. Fenêtre équipée d'une moustiquaire. Nous recommandons cet hôtel familial.

La salle de bain qui était très propre mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Personal muy agradable y simpático, que nos dio buena información sobre restaurantes y qué ver en la zona. Muy buena ubicación, a un minuto de la playa de Agios Gorgios y a 5 del centro. Además, se puede ir andando al ferry sin problema (15 minutos de agradable paseo por el puerto). Repetiría. Efjaristó!

El hotel está a un paso de la playa y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno es fantástico, con mucha variedad. El personal siempre muy amable, totalmente recomendable!

Liked that it was very close to the beach and restaurants and within walking distance of the main town. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the hosts. Their recommendations for places to eat and things to do was spot on. And the breakfast was outstanding. They really were fantastic hosts.

Balcony was a bit on the small side so it was a bit tight to sit out there with two people but it worked. It was nice there was somewhere to hang laundry although it would have been nice to have some cloths pegs.

Prachtig hotel op een top locatie, zowel dicht bij het centrum als bij het strand. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel en super vriendelijk ontvangst. Ook namen ze de tijd om me een beetje wegwijs in naxos te maken om alles uit mijn trip te kunnen halen aan prachtige plekken, middels een kaart die ze hadden voorbereid. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en vers en iedere ochtend werd dit door 2 super lieve vrouwen in het keukentje voorbereid. Al het personeel en familieleden waren super lief en warm en ik kijk er naar uit om ooit weer terug te mogen komen naar dit prachtige hotel!

Everything was easy and delicious

I loved the location ...cental and less than a minute to St. George's beach. Stayed 3 nights and because we fell in love with Naxos snd location of hotel, we took the later ferry onto our next destination. Hotel allowed us to store our bags on day of departure. The wonderful receptionist who wrote out in great detail on tourist map places to visit and recommended restaurants at each place. The family that run the hotel have genuine Greek hospitality, offering local liquor and loukoumia on arrival. Anna ...a true lady and a lovely human, always smiling. The homemade breakfast choice was amazing and all so delicious ...the spanokopita and homemade cakes every morning ...yum! A lovely family, friendly hotel and very kind staff.

The staff was incredible here. So hospitable and kind, took care of anything we needed. They also suggested the best lunch place with the kindest staff. The room had a gorgeous sea view. You couldn’t beat the location, nestled in between a wonderful beach and the main strip. A short walk from the port. Truly could not recommend more.

Fantastic location, run by lovely Greek family and very close to beautiful beach with sun loungers and facilities. Also only a few minutes walk to Chora, the main town in Naxos.

Our room was small and balcony even smaller but the twin beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a fridge stocked with water and all the bathroom amenities. Even had a shower cap and a toothbrush (which i happened to need as i left mine at last hotel). Breakfast was very good with a variety of homemade options including eggs and fresh fruit with yougurt. Location was quiet, close to a beautiful sandy beach and short 10 minute walk from ferry port. Lovely staff that created us with local Citron liqueur and gave us a small parting gift. Great 2 night stay!

I loved everything about this hotel - the beautiful facilities, warm and friendly hosts, convenient location, and delicious breakfasts! Everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff were truly lovely people and communication even before arrival was great. Poppy was especially helpful. But we also loved the view from our room which, from the balcony, you could see the ocean in three directions. Gorgeous!

The owners were delightful, homemade breakfast every morning was phenomenal and varied every day. The beds were so comfortable- definitely the most comfy out of all the places we stayed in. Right next to the beach so a great location. Such a lovely family feel to it and just cannot recommend this place enough! We were so sad to leave!
