La posizione è perfetta, centrale ma tranquilla , le camere spaziose e pulite. Il valore aggiunto a questa struttura è sicuramente il personale molto accogliente e gentile. May, Ted e Sana ci hanno sempre accolto con grandissimo calore e ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi problema.

Ich habe ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht und die Bilder stimmten dann bei der Ankunft nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Man bekommt ein Zimmer, daß zwar Fenster hat, aber der Ausblick geht direkt auf eine 2 Meter entfernte graue Wand eines Nachbargebäudes. Ich wollte sofort ein anderes Zimmer, aber es gab keins. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir gesagt, dass ich bei einer Stornierung trotzdem die komplette Buchung für 3 Nächte bezahlen muss. Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich um 8!!! vom Telefon geweckt, nur um mir mitzuteilen, daß KEIN anderes Zimmer frei wäre. Am selben Tag jedoch in der Mittagszeit bekam ich doch noch ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße.

Ein Teil der Zimmer geht zu einer Wand des Nachbargebäudes. Das wird nirgendwo erwähnt. Diese Zimmer haben praktisch keine Privatsphäre, es sei denn, man hat den ganzen Tag und die Nacht die Vorhänge zugezogen

The location is good. You can rent a scooter right there.

I was strongly encouraged to pay by cash even though I repeated many times I didn't have enough cash. Even telling me to go to an ATM. The room's windows and balcony were directly across a different building around a metre away. So no sunlight gets in and you can see the other people in the room across.

Staff was amazing..!!! May and her colleagues are so professional, kind, respectful, always with smile all we wait to a perfect reception.. I’ll return in this hotel just for them

Хорошее, спокойное место в глубине улицы, не доходит шум от основных улиц, просторный номер, убирали чисто, В общем впечатление хорошее. В принципе если б не заявленое в рекламе, про завтраки , то было б нормально, а так ожидание и реальность чуть не совпали.

Когда заказывали номер на сайте было написанно завтраки шведский стол. Но когда приехали, завтраки только наборы- сеты, и выбора никакого. Цена не маленькая, но есть нечего. В соседнем кафе у Тайцев дешевле и больше выбор завтраков. Не далеко в соседнем отеле шведский стол за 220 батт тоже лучше , чем сет 170. В одном номере были порваны шторы , мы сказали, обещали поменять, но так все и осталось. И в 2-х из 3х номеров балконы выходили на другие балконы соседнего здания , на растоянии протянутой руки. Здание стыкуется с другим, так что на балконе не посидишь. Да еще, пляжные полотеца - платные! Сколько отдыхали везде бесплато давали и меняли, а тут 30 батт за каждый раз.

Very nice staff

The staff were really attentive and cleaned the room everyday if you requested it. Nice comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and all the facilities were stocked up regularly.

Showers were not great and the location was a bit far from the main drag in Patong. There was also a fair bit of Construction noise

Located in a quieter part of town but close enough to walk to the busier parts. The staff are all excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Nice and comfortable room that is kept exceptionally clean

Peaceful. relaxing, far away from all the noise and yet still walking distance from the beach and the mall.

Nice hotel, massive bed and good location. Best thing about the hotel was the staff though. Very welcoming, very chatty and even helped me with a cut that wouldn't stop bledding when i was drunk. Would stay again

Everything was beautiful, and clean. The staff we had such lovely conversations with them. We from south Africa , for a 3 star the hotel it lovely.

I didn't like the location, but it didn't really matter. We were always on the move exploring and walking around, so it's a great hotel if you want to explore Thailand and not just sit the room.

This hotel is located in a good position, away from the noise of main busy roads, but really close to everything. 15 mins walk from the beach, big food markets and the busiest roads with bars and night clubs. The staff were always nice and offered a good service. The room was simple, but spacious and nicely cleaned every day.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes when I arrived into my room, but with a plug in mosquito repellent the situation got better. Also the aircon system just outside the window was quite noisy.

The place was in a good spot to walk to many attractions around the area. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk. At night, it’s noisy with the bikes driving by at all hours of the evening. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. You can walk to the Patongo Night Market. In my opinion, the staff were great. They were friendly, patient, and answered all questions. The bed was hard, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. Something I noticed. There is no shower curtain for the shower and it’s a handheld shower head. I only wanted to do all things beach on this trip and the room was good for that. Sand was all over the floor, showers, and bed sheets. I got a room with a balcony which was nice. One last thing, there is a rooster that starts crowing at 6:10AM.

My jewellery was stolen from my room. Also other people had the same problem.

Cleaners steal jewelry. Other reviews online with other people have same problem.

The double room I booked was spacious and the double bed was very comfy. It also came with a small balcony for me to dry my clothes. The wet bathroom was basic but clean and the shower was excellent, hot water was always available when I wanted it. The room came with a fridge, a TV and a table for working, something that I could not find in many other hotels for the price that this hotel offered. The aircon was excellent and made my stay very comfortable when it got hot. The staff were very friendly and courteous too. The hotel was also a decent distance to a supermarket and shops for groceries and about 15 - 20 minutes from some Phuket hotspots by scooter.

A minimal complaint - I booked a "mountain" view room, and I did get the view of the mountains - but only slightly. All-in-all, I appreciated that my room overlooked the front of the hotel to the main road, with the mountains in the distance. I would say that it was still worth the money I paid to ensure I had a decent view and not facing a wall or overlooking the rear of the property.

Enjoyed my stay was there 11 nights. Room was great A/C worked good. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff was very helpful. Price was right. I rented a scooter so getting to anywhere was good. Only thing is its a long way to the beach. Not really walkable if your wanting close to beach.

There's no staff, no bell boy, only 1 lady at the reception. you have to carry your own luggage. The room was small. bathroom had no shower curtains so all floor was well and only small shower, No TAP!. The AC wasn't getting cool and the functions of the AC were very difficult. No central AC. The room they gave me had a tiny balcony but of no use as it faced directly a wall at 6 inch which felt claustrophobic. no use of balcony, we asked for a road facing room which they gave saying its deluxe room & gave free upgrade, had a good view but it was only view in the balcony and no difference in the room size or look. the curtains were torn which I photographed and showed to the staff saying this need to be on record. boring breakfast, lonely hotel. smelly bathroom. overall a bad hotel. definitely not recommended for the price I paid. I booked looking at the reviews and pictures but to my surprise, experience is not great.

I've stayed at Breezotel five times. It's a budget hotel and I typically stay there for at least 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes even longer. So the price matters to me. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. The hotel is in a quiet area of Patong which I like very much. I was there just a few days ago and I've noticed that on a clear night, you can actually see the constellations because there isn't so much light pollution in this part of Patong. Star-gazing is on my bucket list and being able to do it in Phuket makes it even better.

Super friendly staff, excellent cleaning and good location, you can easily walk to beaches and restaurants and 7eleven. Close to c-department store and Jungceylon mall. Toki laundry minutes away. In the room fridge and watercooker. Good ac and great pressure in shower. Has elevator!

The hotel has a very eerie feeling. It’s far from the main attraction and not close to the beach at all. You check in at building 1 then you’re directed to your room in building 2. Building 2 looks like it’s still under construction or has been neglected. There’s no staff nor receptionist. The room is very small. Safety Deposit box is not provided in the room, to store your valuable items in there. The shower and faucet needs an unpgrade. Plumbing job on the faucet is terrible, broken pipe and leaking. No drinking water or bath towels. The hotel is next to a construction building, with no views or attraction, very isolated in a back street. The signage needs upgrading, doesn’t light up at night, makes it hard to find the hotel.
