Nice appartement not far from a beach and a train station. Included parking is really helpful.

The sofa bed isn't very comfortable, and the double bed blocks the door to the balcony.

Tutto estremamente positivo. Alloggio bello, nuovo e funzionale, servizio di gestione tramite app, impeccabile e comodissimo. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, arredi nuovi, cucina ben attrezzata. Posizione eccellente, silenziosa ma vicina a stazioni ferroviarie per Barcellona e alla slpendida Playa de Ocata dove tornerei assolutamente. Chiringuito Bamboo super!

Nonostante tutte le positività, do solo 8 perchè l'alloggio è perfetto per due persone ma per quattro, come nel nostro caso, è veramente piccolo. Il divano letto, con materasso e cuscini super, è molto ingombrante e non permette più il passaggio dalla camera alla cucina quando è aperto. Il climatizzatore spara molto sul soggiorno dove i miei figli non riuscivano a tenerlo acceso tutta la notte perchè troppo sopra al divano letto. Il bagno è privvisto di doccia fili pavimento, molto bello esteticamente, ma poco funzionale per un alloggio vacanza, era sempre allagato! Quindi ottimo per una coppia, buono per una coppia con figli, specialmente se adolescenti. Spazi molto ristretti.

L'appartement se situe très proche de la plage, avec en plus tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. L'accès au parking est aussi un atout.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre mais que dans la pièce principale donc obligé de laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte pour se rafraîchir la vmc de la salle de bain qui fait beaucoup trop de bruit et elle est reliée à la lumière donc si quelqu'un y va en pleine nuit c'est tout le monde qui se réveille. Si vous voulez aller à Barcelone sans voiture, le bus est tout en haut à quelques km du logement et ça fait une trotte avec le dénivelé qui va avec, et le train en face n'y emmène pas directement

Близко к морю. По пути есть магазинчики, кафе,аптека. Нужно внимательно читать инструкцию по заселению, тогда быстро найдешь свое жилье) Апартаменты при заселении чистые. Есть чайник, тостер, посудомойка, кофеварка, посуда. Балкон, правда с балкона не открывается никакая панорама, закрыто деревом.

При заселении ожидали номер большего размера. Для 4 человек мало места. Одна комната с кроватью и кухня с диваном. Когда диван разложен проблематично пройти на балкон. Диван старый, очень скрипит. Изоляция плохая. Слышно когда сверху кто-то ходит. Номер никто не убирал. Полотенца стирали сами. Пакеты для мусора и туалетную бумагу нужно было просить чтоб привезли.

Proximité gare et plage

Insonorisation inexistante, on entend les voisins sous la douche, la rue, le train, les piétons, pas terrible la nuit. Agencement intérieur mal pensé, on ne peut plus accéder au balcon une fois le canapé lit déployé ; la chaleur des plaques de cuisson se transmet à l'ensemble du recouvrement inox de la cuisine, attention aux brulures, surtout les plus jeunes. La vue mer est finalement cachée par les arbres qui ont poussés depuis les dernières photos.

Klaustrofobiczne miejsce, kraty w oknach, skrzypiąca i okropnie niewygodna kanapa, bardzo malo miejsca do wypakowania rzeczy cztereoosobowej rodziny.

Le moteur de la climatisation se trouvant à côté de la chambre double très bruyant ainsi que les bruits: route, train. Qu’on nous promet du savon et le troisième jour il n’y en avait plus! Après notre appel la dame (très sympathique et serviable) qui nettoie nous en a apporté 😁 Je sais que cela n’est pas un hôtel mais si vous notez sur votre offre qu’il y aura du savon et des produits de nettoyage(que je n’ai pas vu!) faites en sorte que cela soit présent! Vu le prix pour 6 nuits!

La ubicación fue lo único que nos gustó, ya que el apartamento se encuentra cerca de la playa.

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue muy decepcionante. Para empezar, la limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear. Tuvimos incluso la impresión de que las sábanas no se habían cambiado (durante la noche me picaron bichos)... El apartamento desprendía un fuerte olor a suciedad y humedad, había moho visible en el baño y la zona de lavandería estaba realmente sucia. Además, consideramos que las fotografías del anuncio son engañosas y no se corresponden con la realidad del apartamento que encontramos al llegar. Otro aspecto muy negativo es la falta total de contacto humano. Toda la comunicación se realiza de forma virtual mediante una inteligencia artificial que responde a las incidencias, algo que resulta muy frustrante cuando tienes un problema real durante la estancia. Por último, nos pareció excesiva la exigencia de dejar el apartamento prácticamente "impecable" especialmente teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de limpieza en las que nosotros lo recibimos. Esperamos, al menos, que la fianza sea devuelta lo antes posible. Sin duda, no volveremos a reservar aquí y no podemos recomendar este alojamiento. La relación calidad-precio es nefasta.

駐車場は無料なんですが、違う場所に泊めなくてはいけないのと、初めに仮に停める駐車場と、もう一つの駐車場もあり、部屋と駐車場を行ったり来たりしないといけないので、かなりめんどくさかった。 apartmentの前の道はかなり細く、車でも入れるのですが一方通行が多く大変でした。 お部屋は素晴らしく良かったです。

Location, near to the beach. Near to the train station/public transport. There are couple supermarkets (food store) in walking distance, nice local clothing shops and coffee shops/restaurants. Apartment provided the beach umbrella, we appreciate that, thank you. Kitchenette was small but well functional. All appliances were provided and were in good condition. TV, A/C, functional, thanks.

Got confused in the beginning to enter the property, realised I did not follow the instruction property, was my bad luck. This property has a huge door on one side of the road where we got stucked for some time (reached there following the Google map). We called the office and came to know that ours was on the same building but had to go from the back (different road). Later I found those information were sent to my email by the management team.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Naher Strand und Restaurants. Parkplatz, kann vom Zimmer aus beobachtet werden. Aussicht.

Den Abfall soll man selber irgendwo im Dorf entsorgen . Sollte im Preis inbegriffen sein.

The apartment was good and the location fine for getting a train into the city. A few good local shops.

Finding it was difficult, the instructions were confusing, and we needed help from a person in the same apartment group who had problems also before we arrived. The facilities were ok but appliances lacked any instructions. The parking once we found it was good but difficult to find the entrance. If you had been part of the team that put it all together…fine….but if not, details were vague at best.

INFERNALE les instructions ne sont pas détailles et les bonne information ne sont pas fournies literie inconfortable, le lit est mou comme un trampoline, Le sol est sale, non nettoyé!!!!! c’est dégoûtant BRUYANT passage des voitures et train Les instructions d’arrivée en plus d’être difficile, sont incomplets, aucune mention sur le lieu ou se trouve les clefs, avec une boite a clefs fermée sans info sur le code, j’appelle la plateforme, on me communique un code qui ne fonctionne pas, et après avoir essayé et réussi aléatoirement a trouver le bon code, la boite est vide et les clefs sont perchés au fond de l’appartement, mais en absence de lumière, impossible de trouver les clefs du premier coup. Il aura fallu que je me déplace deux fois en voiture pour valider l’entree du parking, comme je n’avais pas le badge parking initialement, jai pris un ticket et il aura fallu faire une entree payante et une sortie 2h après mon arrivée.

Der Ort El Masnou ist richtig schön, man ist nahe am Meer und vielen Restaurants, aber auch schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Barcelona. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat zweimal schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.

Die Küche war nur sehr spartanisch ausgestattet (nur Mini Salzpackungen und wenig Geschirr) und es gibt nur eine durchlässige Schiebetür zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich.

Ontzettend propere studio! Comfortabel bed, maar beetje aan de smalle kant 🤪 Fantastische goede en ruime douche. Alles aanwezig in de studio (beperkte ruimte, maar heel goed ingepland) wat men nodig heeft voor een kort verblijf. Geweldig dat ons hondje hier ook welkom was. Het ecologische aspect sprak ons ook heel erg aan en was 1 van de redenen waarom we deze studio boekten. Perfecte locatie om Barcelona te bezoeken.

Ondanks de gedetailleerde uitleg, moeilijk te vinden en waar en hoe zich men moest parkeren. Gelukkig kwamen we iemand tegen die werkte voor ecoGrus en ons wegwijs maakte, anders liepen we er nog rond 🙃 Jammer van het lawaai van de trein 's nachts, gelukkig hadden we oordoppen mee. Er werd hier vermeld (zelfs met foto!) dat er bij de studio ook een gratis ondergrondse parkeerplaats hoorde, niet dat we de auto op de parking van de haven moesten achter laten. Heel jammer, maar er werd een autoruit ingeslagen. Er werd niets uit onze auto gestolen, omdat er ook niets meer in lag! Dus puur uit vandalisme mss? Echt heel onfortuinlijk, wat wel een domper op onze citytrip plaatste.

The washing machine was in the different part of building ( opposite side of entrance ) so it was inconvenient to use. Also parking is beside marina, which need 10 mins drive ( as the road is lots of one way restriction ) and there is no loading bay . To return from parking you need to take either 15 mins walk or short cut way to cross under the bridge which is not safety during night time.

Parking space , as it’s hard to return from parking space . Also entering room process is unkind.

The apt itself was clean and tidy ..albeit a bit simple in decor.. Its in a good location once you can find it !!!!

Trying to find this apt is a nightmare and dealing with codes etc to check inis a bit of a disaster.. Also the checkout..we paid for cleaning but we were informed that we had to clean the dishes and take the rubbish out and leave the apt clean or they would take the security deposit!!!!!! We never met the landlord..they just sent us codes to enter and horrendous directions to find the apt and the car park .

Lo elegí porque tengo una discapacidad y los muebles ,armarios ,ducha imposible para personas en silla de ruedas o bajitas

De locatie was ideaal en het cafe/restaurantje voor de deur was erg fijn. Goed centraal en goede ligging voor (openbaar)vervoer. Mooi uitzicht op zee en veel leuke straatjes nabijgelegen op loopafstand.

De keuken mag wat meer aandacht krijgen. Alles is aanwezig maar niet alles was even schoon (glazen en koffieapparaat). Daarnaast is het bed wel aan vervanging toe.

it was very smooth check in, code worked great and we got access without issue.

The 'key' was a little confusing but it was fine as we just continued to use the code for access each time. It would also be nice for an additional blind for the balcony doors, it was quite bright from the streetlights during the night as the curtains aren't wide enough to cover the whole window.

Вид из окна, я бронировала номер с балконом, мне дали просто с окном, от моря идти минут 7, но нужно переходить в подземном переходе, так как я была с коляской и маленьким ребенком, это было максимально не удобно! В номере нет сушки для белья, мокрые купальники пришлось вывешивать на решетку на окно! Цена за этот маленький номер, была завышена. Вообщем впечатление не очень. Ожидала лучшего

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch in einer guten Lage direkt am Meer. Mir hat sehr gut das Personal gefallen, sie waren immer erreichbar und antworteten super schnell. Auch der Ablauf des Check-Ins war super. Rundum Top!

Zu bemängeln ist, das die Wohnung jetzt im Winter etwas kühl ist. Es gibt auch keine richtige Heizung. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar eine „Heat“ Funktion aber so richtig wärmen tut es nicht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung relativ hellhörig, ist aber meiner Meinung nach noch in einem normalen Rahmen.

Questionable cleanliness of the accommodation – dirty walls, stained curtains, stained towels, overall insufficient cleanliness. Owners demand that you clean appartement behind you while walls are dirty on your arrival, as well as towels with stains and bed sheet on the sofa 🤨 Very poor sound insulation –and this is not the first feedback, owners are aware, nothing improved obviously. The apartment above us can be heard completely; every step and noise is audible, there is absolutely no soundproofing. When a motorcycle passes down the street, it feels like it went straight through your room. The kitchen has very little cookware, and only a small number of dishwasher tablets. The chek in process is fully automated – you communicate the entire time with a chatbot and receive instructions by email. At checkout, they require that absolutely everything be left exactly as it was: the apartment arranged, towels placed in the bathroom, bed linen tightened, trash bins cleaned, dishes washed. Essentially, you are expected to clean the apartment yourself, and on top of that they take a €150 deposit. In winter, heating is provided by an air conditioner, and the apartment is quite cold when you first enter. You go all the way down the stairs to reach the apartment, so there isn’t much space. The sofa in the living room is suitable for one adult or two small children, and it is difficult to open and close. Nothing interesting in the neighborhood

It's modern.

The place is very small for what they charge. The parking is a bit far ... 3-5 mins walk. It's also noisy. The street noise, train, church bells.

Está ubicado cerca de la estación de rodalies y de bares/restaurantes y tiene muy buena vista del puerto. Se agradece poder disponer del parking del puerto, que queda muy cerca del apartamento. La cama es muy cómoda, aunque habría estado bien disponer de alguna manta o edredón extra.

El sofá es muy incómodo. Me hubiera gustado alguna estantería o una mesa pequeña, aparte de la que hay para comer.

Location and good facilities

The extractor in the kitchen had grease stuck to it which fell onto the cooking hobs . The shower had an unpleasant smell and had to have the fan running all the time

Almost everything was very good. As described by other reviewers, the location, proximity to Barcelona, close to the sea, the parking, equipped kitchen, etc. A very detailled check-in/check-out/access to premises/parking was helpful.

1. A major problem was the strong smell of sewage/humidity/whatever from the bathroom. The vent fan was helping but not too much. It was also loud. 2. Initial communication ping-pong with info request/signing contract/access code sending only 24 hours before the check-in/etc.. was a bit too much imho. 19h before the checkin the code was still not sent, I had to request it, then I received it. It was inconvenient as I was driving. 3. Suggestion: An extra blanket. Luckily we had one in our car. I also had to fix myself the terribly noise-making legs from our bed and also to clean the AC filters, It wasn't a big deal but I think that this is the landlord's job. 4. The noise from the tram/train was sometimes loud but it cannot be different given the position of the appartment.

Ich hate das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss leider, aber mit Doppelbett, Internet schnell, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, großes Badezimmer. Schönes Altbau mit hohe wunderschöne Decke, Eingangstür sehr schönes altes Holzbearbeitungs Meister Stück. Haltestelle für Zug nach Barcelona sehr nah, El Mansoun ist eine sehr schöne klein Stadt zwischen Meer und Berge.

Heizung nur mit Air-condition teilweise laut, das eine Fenster läßt sich nicht öffnen damit man Blick ans Meer hat. Die Eingangstür hat geklemmt über Code. Das Treppen Licht muss eingestellt werden damit nicht die Handy Taschenlampe nötig ist abends.
