Staff was extremely helpful

Better breakfast selection. Overall breakfast facility was clean and bright.

Betten

Great location,

Poor facilities in the room !

Close to the train station, clean, great staff

Very clean and inviting. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Very good bar and really well located near the old town and central station

Nothing

Fast and easy check in

Neighborhood

Tutto benissimo.

Bliskość dworca kolejowego i autobusowego , 3-4 minuty spacerem, blisko do centrum czyli główny deptak i stare miasto, śniadania jak na Włochy ok

Super convenient for our first night arriving from Bari airport—right next to the central train station and an easy 15–20 minute walk to the historic centre. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. We loved the free welcome drink on arrival. Clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choices.

Clean rooms, great staff. Allowed a late check out at 1300hrs instead of 12 at no cost. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of food. Omar (waiter) was excellent. Very friendly and spoke 4 languages. He couldn’t do enough to help and is an asset to the hotel. Well done Omar. Situated very close to the station and about 15 min walk to the old town. 10 min to the street with multiple restaurants.

If anything the room was a little noisey from above but fortunately the noise ceased overnight.

Het ontbijt was lekker

Parkeerplaatsen waren volzet.

The location is conveniently situated directly adjacent to the main train station.

Badzo dobre śniadania. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko dworca ( dla osob korzystających z dojazdów pociągiem). Czysto.

Mi i mojej malzonce podobalo sie wszystko. Bardzo sympatyczny personel. Swietni ludzie. Bardzo pomocni i mili. Hotel lepszy niz na zdjęciach. Polecamy.

Super miejsce. 20min piechotą do centrum. 3 minuty do stacji głównej pociągów i bus.

Localização, funcionarios, estacionamento, restaurante, quarto

Wszystko. Super baza do nocowania i do zwiedzania pobliskich miejscowości.

Great location for access to the railway station. Wonderful restaurant and breakfast.

Rooms were very basic, with no shampoo or conditioner provided.

La cama y la habitación. Nada

Nada a destacar.

Junior suite stupenda. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Air conditioning was not good, room was les than I saw in photos

Staff

Very basic rooms

Our stay was exceptional and amazing. From the 1st day to the last. Spent 7 days and reception and waitering staff were friendly and did their job excellently. Katerina and Marina were great!! Place was in a central location. Sad thing! It ended :(

Close to railway and easy walk to historic old town

The restaurant on our first night as it was convenient not to walk to find a restaurant the food was almost inedible … disappointing as the room staff and breakfast were all excellent

This hotel was great! So close to the central railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good air con, breakfast was amazing. Lidl is practically next door for handy purchases. The free welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff looked after our baggage until we could check in. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property is very nice, new, rooms are very clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All the stay was very comfortable. It is very good place, near bus and train station, beach is near too. Everything can be reached by walking.

Didn’t liked one thing - cant control AC, it was little too cold for us, we couldn’t higher or turn off AC on thermostat.

It’s so close to the train station

The staff were excellent, and there was great choice for breakfast. Fridge in the room was also a plus.

The bed felt a bit basic, the aircon was weak and the bathroom was a shambles - some lights weren't working or hanging out of the ceiling, the door knob fell off from the inside while the door was closed.

Locatia este excelenta daca doresti sa calatoresti si in alte orașe.

Property was very clean

Away from old Bari if you wanted to go in evening.

Location was perfect near the train station All facilities around it was available Room area are good

There are no electrical clothes hanger and drier in the bathroom water banio are slippy plastic type The cabin and ass washer are of small size Tv channels may disappear quickly and no back No shoes for the toilet is available

Great place, great location, great staff. Close to bus station and train station. Would definitely stay again

Camera grande e colazione ottima

Impressive lobby, lounge and bar areas. Welcome drink We ate dinner three times in the restaurant and breakfast each morning of a five night stay. À very well run restaurant. Staff really friendly and efficient

Nothing to dislike

Location

The Stafff who’s not really hospitable.

Bella struttura.

Breakfast has a good selection. Welcome drinks at 6pm was a hit. Underground parking is convenient and has a lift that goes directly to the room floors.

The hotel is not bad but the air conditioning is not strong enough for our room. It showed as 26C. I called and the receptionist said they could adjust the desired temperature on their end. At the end, it was still 25C overnight and could not get any cooler. There was no signs on how to adjust the overhead shower head to the handheld one. Could have added a sticker to advise the instruction.
