C’etait juste parfait ! Le cadre , le staff qui est adorable , on y mange super bien. C’est très paisible c’est le paradis sur terre.

Ottima location, curata nei dettagli. Ristorante molto buono (consiglio di ordinare prima dicendo a che ora si vuole mangiare perche il servizio è lento). Acqua delle doccie a temperatura ambiente ma non molto fredda. Consigliatissima l'escursione di snorkeling. Barriera corallina mozzafiato presso Babi Island

Great stay at Coconut Garden Beach Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed our time there!

While the weather can be quite hot at times, a hot shower after a long day would have been nice. Unfortunately, there was no water heater in the shower.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt mit herrlichen Rückzugsorten. Auch die Bungalows mit Meerblick sind mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und das Personal war sehr bemüht. Toll ist auch, dass es Trinkwasser zum nachfüllen gibt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Ressort ist weit weg von anderen Restaurants, sodass wir so gut wie immer vor Ort gegessen haben. Das Frühstück ist zwar prima, das Abendessen leider nicht. Viele Gerichte sind schlichtweg total versalzen oder geschmacklich nicht zu genießen (dabei lieben wir die indonesische Küche). Zudem gibt es nur Fischgerichte, kein Fleisch. Nachdem die Kinder außer Fischstäbchen nichts mehr essen wollten, hat das Personal dafür gesorgt, dass es am nächsten Tag Hühnchen gibt. Am besten danach fragen. Auch wenn es Energie spart: Eine warme Dusche hätte uns ab und an gut getan.

We liked the accomodation they were close to beach and restaurant. Clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious.

Paddleboards were in need of repair, showers could be warmer. Need fridge in room, for our cold drinks.

Emplacement idéal sur la plage, coup de cœur pour la petite maison de pêcheurs blanche et bleue. Excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant à tarif très correct. Personnel très agréable.

Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu faire de snorkeling parce que la baie de Maumere était fermée sur arrêté gouvernemental suite au séisme.

Personnel très sympathique. Mention spéciale pour la journée snorkeling qui vaut vraiment le coup, et le chauffeur proposé ensuite pour notre tour qui était parfait.

You can really relax at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. We spent several nights there and would definitely go back! You can also hire snorkelling equipment there – even for a day trip. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone :-)

Even though it’s always warm, I would have liked a hot shower for the price, especially in the evening. Unfortunately, there’s only cold water. That didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable, though.

Cadre idyllique !! Les pieds dans l'eau. Chambre spacieuse et propre d'un très beau design. Au milieu des cocotiers, tout pour se restaurer et passer de très bons moments. Un coup de coeur pour cet endroit si agréable

Sublime hôtel très bien entretenu ! Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain en extérieur (eau à température ambiante). Personnel aux petits soins, restaurant délicieux et aux tarifs corrects. Il y a un service de laundry pour 35k / kg (que nous recommandons). Il y a pas mal de sièges sur la plage pour se poser et la possibilité d’avoir des canoës et paddle gratuitement.

Les 2 seuls points à avoir en tête : l’hôtel est très excentré de la ville (environ 10 km) et les grab ne viennent pas (nous avons attendu 30 minutes). Autre point : la plage est soumise à des fortes marées et quand nous y étions c’était marée basse de 13h à 17h donc pas de baignade mais de la pêche dans les rochers !

Im östlichen Flores wahrscheinlich die komfortabelste Strandlocation. Wunderschön gelegen, alles sehr sauber, von den Zimmern bis zum Strand. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, große Villen mit sehr sehr vielen kleinen Details. Gym bräuchte ich nicht:) Kajaks und Stand Up Paddles sind Kostenlos und lassen sich gut nutzen. Sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten vor den Cabanas und auch am Strand. Viele ohne Schatten und auch einige mit Schatten. Publikum ist international mehr Familien als Pärchen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurant und Bar hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Auswahl ist für 1-2 Wochen durchaus ok. Preise sind für touristische Einrichtungen in der Lage ok bis günstig, die Portionen teilweise etwas kleiner. Tolle Mitarbeiterinnen, die sich täglich um Strand, Anlage, Garten und Zimmer kümmern. Abendessen muss man vorbestellen, klappt dann aber sehr gut. Nette Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr ruhig, die einzelnen Bungalows sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie sind großräumig am Gelände verteilt, damit hat man vollkommene Privatsphäre.

Das Meer war sehr trüb. Es gab nur Sonnenstühle, keine Liegen. Das ist für den ganzen Tag sehr ungemütlich.

Een geweldige plek in Maumere. Kamers met uitzicht op het strand, leuke zitjes op het strand en vanuit je kamer zo de zee in lopen. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend. Top!

Verstikkende rook door verbranding van afval door nabijgelegen kampung. Luide muziek in de nacht.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Es war sehr sauber und der Strand sowie die Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt. Das Personal war immer außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant hat ein tolles System entwickelt, sodass keine langen Wartezeiten entstehen, wenn man das frisch zubereitete und sehr leckere Essen genießen möchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig huisje aan het strand! Plek waar je echt tot rust kan komen na een reis over Flores. De snorkeltour is ook echt een aanrader! Hele dag op stap en lekkere bbq op een mooi eiland. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk!

Houd rekening met vliegveld van Maumere, deze was soms gesloten ivm vulkaan iets verderop.

Heerlijke bungalow aan het strand. We hadden een familiebungalow geboekt en deze was erg mooi. De bedden lagen prima. Het eten in het restaurant is goed en het personeel is aardig. Ze helpen je overal mee, zo hadden we voor een goede prijs vervoer geregeld naar de volgende plek. Ook de snorkeltour die ze aanbieden is een aanrader prachtige vissen en koralen gezien.

Een relaxte locatie aan zee in de buurt van Maumere met een schitterend aangelegde tuin en heel veel ruimte in en om de accommodaties heen. Personeel dat met je meedenkt en zaken adequaat voor je regelt.

Waarschijnlijk al eerder vermeld, maar douchen vraagt om aanpassing. Hoewel je kunt genieten van een mooie, ruime badkamer ‘buiten’ is de waterdruk laag en de temperatuur van het water ook.

We loved everything about Coconut Garden. From the warm welcome by Siska and the team with fresh coconuts, to our beautifully decorated beach cottage just metres from the sand, every detail was perfect. The food was excellent, breakfast was fresh and delicious, the cool fresh-water shower was ideal after swimming, and we ended up spending far more time relaxing at the resort than exploring Maumere because we simply didn't want to leave.

Everything. The property is very well maintained, the bungalows are beautifully decorated and very clean, amazing bathroom, the food was delicious, the staff was extremely kind.

At low tide, it is difficult to swim. The sand is not white but grayish.

Magnifique séjour au Coconut garden ! Très beau bungalow et confortable, restaurant délicieux, sortie snorkelling au top ! Notre vol pour Maumere a été annulé et ils ont accepté de décaler notre séjour de 2 nuits au dernier moment! A recommander sans hésiter !

Alles war toll!

Prachtige en grote kamers op het strand Heel het hotel heeft een gezellige coconut beach sfeer Lekker gegeten in het restaurant, uitgebreide kaart (met natuurlijk veel vis en zeevruchten) Kano en SUP gratis beschikbaar! Snorkelen bij de eilanden (onder andere Pulau Babi) is een aanrader, zeer helder water en mooie koralen, zeeschildpadden, grote pijlstaart roggen enz. En de vis-barbecue op het strandje was heerlijk

De massage was ok maar niet geweldig

Dat er geen waterkoker en klein koelkastje aanwezig zijn in je accomodatie. Vooral als je voor langere periode daar verblijft. De wc staat op kleuterklas hoogte, ik ben creatief geweest om de toiletbril te verhogen😉

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Paradies. Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Meer, und in einem Wald aus Kokosnusspalmen. Es ist einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten das Cottage gebucht und es war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Outdoor-Badezimmer. Es gibt keine warme Dusche, aber das hat uns wegen der heißen Außentemperaturen in Maumere nicht gestört. Es gibt im Cottage eine Klimaanlage und ein Mückennetz über dem Bett. Man hatte direkten Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Service war immer nett und bemüht. Das Essen hat uns in den meisten Fällen sehr gut geschmeckt, wir können insbesondere den Mangosaft empfehlen. Auch das Frühstück war beeindruckend, es gibt eine große Auswahl und dazu immer Früchte, frischen Saft und Kaffee oder Tee. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Beautiful and peaceful resort right by the beach. The location is perfect, surrounded by coconut trees, offering a true tropical vibe. The bungalows are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the coastal view.

Everything was great, only very minor details that didn't take away from the overall excellent experience.

Om eerlijk te zijn vonden we het eten en drinken niet zo lekker, op de bbq fish en de coconut pancake na.

Sehr nettes Personal. Es wurde sehr individuell auf Wünsche eingegangen, da wir einen Kindergeburtstag vor Ort zu feiern hatten. Gutes Essen. Tolle Häuser mit viel Handwerkskunst.Tägliche Reinigung. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge.

Es gibt nur kaltes Wasser. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr alt und das Gebäude halb eingestürzt. Abgesperrt ist es nicht und wird auch noch beworben. Nur dünne Decken, zu wenig für kalte Nächte. Kein schöner Badestrand, keine Liegen oder Schirme, nur Stühle und 2 Gazebos. Sie waren noch im Wiederaufbau nach der Regenzeit. Die sehr lauten Boote fahren auch nachts. Das Restaurant erfreut sich großer Beliebtheit bei den Einheimlichen zum Sonnenuntergang. Da kann es schonmal voll werden. Abendessen muss deshalb vorbestellt werden.

Food was a little limited in choice but once we had been there a couple of days we soon worked out what was was worth ordering. Breakfast which was included was very good. We could pre-order chicken satay which was delicious. Mango juice sooo good.

Spot magnifique! Le lieu est incroyable, le personnel adorable et aux petits soins, la chambre magnifique et confortable, le restaurant au top! On vit les pieds dans le sable. Certes la mer n'est pas tres profonde a l'hôtel mais elle permet de se rafraîchir. Merci au Coconut pour la journee snorkling avec le déjeuner bbq sur une plage déserte. Superbe endroit pour se poser et profiter :)

Beautifully designed and decorated beach front bungalows. Clean and comfy beds and a lovely garden bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Booked for 2 days ended up staying 4! It was a wondeful place to finish our tour across Flores. We would definitely go back!

Wifi connectivity was poor with signal lost on a number of occasions (not that you wanted to be on your phone in this beautiful setting). No sunbeds.

Tutto! Il posto è meraviglioso. Una spiaggia ancora abbastanza incontaminata, paradisiaca, con un giardino di palme da cocco. Il nostro bungalow era perfetto, pulito e comodo. È stato un piacere soggiornare per 2 notti in questa struttura, tutto è silenzioso e puoi davvero rilassarti anche durante il giorno. Abbiamo fatto il bagno, preso il sole, rilassati sui pouf. Il tramonto è stato incredibilmente bello. Il cibo va bene. La colazione in particolare è molto buona. Lo staff è amichevole e disponibile. Abbiamo anche fatto la lavatrice, e ci è stato riconsegnato tutto pulito e profumato.

Le vespe credo abbiano fatto un nido nella zona bagno. All’inizio credevamo ce ne fosse solo uno piccolo appeso che le donne delle pulizie hanno eliminato. Ma poi ci siamo accorti che hanno iniziato ad andare nei buchi nella sabbia intorno al wc, forse stanno iniziando a fare un nido sottoterra. Queste vespe sono molto attive al mattino quindi è un po’ fastidioso non riuscire a stare in bagno con calma appena svegli perché ti vengono addosso. Però poi durante il giorno sono più in giro e quindi non ci sono e va bene. Consiglierei un disinfestatore per la pink2, non so gli altri bungalow.

I ended up not staying at the hotel due the fact I was already 3 or 4 days on the road and they did not have HOT Showers. Besides, staff not responsive, took too much to answer some questions and it's answers to bad reviews show they are not prepared to handle customers.

Mooi gelegen direct aan het strand.

Ik vond dat er veel te veel decoraties waren. Overal stond of hing wel wat. Heel veel maskers en beelden. Persoonlijk hou ik daar niet van en geeft mij een naar gevoel. Maar dat is puur persoonlijke smaak. Wij kwamen net van Moni en daar was de sfeer en vibe ook heel anders dan in Maumere. Dat kan ook meegewogen hebben.

Coconut Garden est un havre de paix pour se reposer et ralentir le rythme. L’ensemble hôtelier est très bien entretenu, joli et de qualité ! Nous avons absolument adoré le cadre, le calme ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Ils nous ont organisé un Snorkeling trip ainsi que la location d’un scooter ou encore le transfert vers Moni

Bungalovi so fantastični in cel resort tudi. Lepši kot na slikah. Osebje je zelo prijazeno in ustrežljivo, ko sem vprašala za karte za igranje, so jih takoj prinesli iz trgovine. Tudi hrana je dobra in pijača. Zelo zdravo, naravno, brez sladkorja ali drugega balasta.

Beware, no fridge, jug or blanket. Takes half hour to get one drink. no scooters or help with transport. Food was passable at best. Find your own driver or youll be stuck there with limited services/food. Staff were friendly but not helpful, took half hour just to get boiled water! The villas are absolutely stunning though and nice beach to swim in

Die gesamte Anlage wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Die Hütten liegen wunderbar idyllisch zwischen Palmen am Strand und hatten eine Klimaanlage. Kajak und Stand-Up Paddling waren kostenlos.

- Kein Pool - kein Kühlschrank in den Hütten - wenig Ablage- und Hängemöglichkeit, da alles mit Deko vollgestellt ist

Wunderschöne Anlage. Der Strand wird jeden Tag gereinigt, so daß kein Müll rum liegt. Das Personal geht auf die Wünsche ein. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich. Urlaub wie im Paradies.

Wer dem Trubel auf Bali entfliehen möchte ? Maumere Flores ! Die Bungalow (alle mit Meerblick) sind wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich wirklich richtig Gedanken über die Einrichtung gemacht. So toll jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer aufzuwachen! Und über das Staff zu reden ist wie die berühmten Eulen nach Athen zu tragen ! I Don t know ob man diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft steigern kann.

Le confort du lit, les repas simples mais bons , l’environnement pied dans l eau , la propreté de la plage et de la cocoteraie , le bruit des vagues .

En premier et pour moi le plus gênant c’est qu’il n’y a souvent pas de wifi correct, il est coupé la nuit sans doute pour économiser la data ; mais de toutes façon le signal est de très mauvaise qualité. On doit se connecter en partage sur le téléphone du personnel et cela ne marche qu’au restaurant !! Mais voici en fait un point noir noir ici : Il n’y a aucune sécurité dans ce resort, on ne vous communique pas de nr à appeler en cas d urgence donc aucune possibilité d’appeler à l’aide si p ex problème de santé ou autre … Pas de safe box . On doit courir après le personnel en cas de besoin; Y a t il un capitaine sur ce bateau ?? Le personnel est donc livré à lui même et fait de son mieux mais voilà, il n’y a pas de management ici. Pas de chaises longues en bord de plage. Ce Resort paraît bucolique, oui. , mais en y regardant plus en détail il y a des choses très importantes à améliorer ici. C’est dommage , car c’est de loin le plus beau Eco Resort de ce côté de Maumere, désolée de le dire mais il manque un pro à la tête de ce Resort . Finalement côté confort salle de bain on aime ou pas! Carte postale pleine de coquillages partout oui, mais pas trop pratique, pas d’eau chaude . À vivre pour pouvoir en juger .

Nous avons tout aimé, l’emplacement sur la plage, la qualité du bungalow et de ses équipements, le gentillesse des personnes sur place.

The hotel is lovely. A true beach side paradise, with good facilities. It is a great place to spend a quiet few days and visit the volcano. The restaurant is good too with all food prepared to order and a good selection of veggie and fish dishes. There is no meat on the menu. The activities you can do with them an locally such as snorkelling and kiyaking a real plus.

One real problem we experienced is that Maumere airport is small and prone to closure due to environmental issues while we were there it was closed due to a volcanic eruption a few weeks earlier that was producing ongoing problems. The hotel was aware of this problem when we booked but did not give us any advanced warning! This really spoiled the last day our stay. We became aware of the problem through other travellers. The hotel staff were unable to help us contact the airport and unclear if the airport would indeed be closed. This was not easy for them either but if we had had advanced warning, in hind sight we would have reconsidered our stay. We had to take an extremely stressful 12 hour journey back all the way to Bajawa to get a flight and lost considerable amounts of money as the local airports and airlines have almost no customer service. We were lucky to get home in the end! I would recommend the hotel be much more clear and transparent as this really soured what would have other wise been a great stay. I would recommend anyone booking get free cancellation and ensure to check with the hotel before travelling as locals informed us this happens often. If it is a risk then do not rely on a flight, instead plan to get back to Labuan Bajo or other locations by road. One final feedback - the hotel could be better at clearing plastic waste from their beach. it was not bad and I appreciate the problem is an environmental one but they could do a bit better.

Right on the beach 🏖️ and being able to wake up to sunrise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice dining restaurant area to sit and enjoy the view.

Cold showers. Warm shower would’ve been nice. A female masseuse would be a bonus rather than a male. Signage on the road extremely poor there was no signage guiding where to turn for the property also the road to the property was in the best with a massive puddle that we had to ride through on our scooter. It was quite ironic because the write-up on Booking.com stated that they have high speed Wi-Fi but we literally didn’t get any Wi-Fi while we were there for four days. Do not depend on their Wi-Fi..

Traumhafte Lage und sehr originelle Gestaltung und Möblierung. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich auch noch, dass auf unseren Wunsch während unseres Aufenthaltes doch auf die Bauarbeiten im Bungalow nebenan zu verzichten, wurde weitesgehend eingegangen. Dies war uns sehr wichtig, da wir auf unserer Reise durch Indonesien immer wieder, fast regelmäßig mit Baulärm konfrontiert waren und von daher diesbezüglich sehr empfindlich waren.

Die Bungalows sind ein Traum und das ganze Ressort ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Überall finden sich kleine Ecken zum Staunen! Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser klar (wenn auch nicht türkisblau durch den dunklen Sand). Wir konnten hier 4 Tage nach unserer Reise über Flores total gut entspannen & wurden rundum umsorgt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt & wir würden jederzeit wieder hin.

The huts are super cosy and comfortable. You find details everywhere, in the huts and in the rest of the area. Food is good as well. If you want to go around, you should rent a scooter at the lobby (150k).

Von der Deko der Rezeption/des Restaurants bis hin zu den Zimmern ist alles sehr liebevoll dekoriert/eingerichtet. Das Resort liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Der Strand (vor dem Hotel) ist schön und gepflegt.

Do internet não funcionar e de não haver no menu nenhum prato com carne.

It's a paradise, nice people, nice beach, nice facilities and good food. Don't forget to snorkel a bit further nice reefs too.

Strange neighbors

I would have given this place an exceptional review apart from a couple of issues that let an otherwise perfect stay down. I would still highly recommend staying and would go back if I'm in the area again. The accommodation is beautiful, large and beautifully decorated in a lovely setting. The majority of the staff were superb and the food was excellent. Amazing snorkeling day trip.

There was loud music throughout the night. Given the relatively isolated location I think this can only have come from the staff residences within the resort. It was beautifully peaceful without this awful intrusion- the music choice was as offensive as the volume. I also saw a couple of male staff bullying a dog as we were leaving. It was a small friendly dog belonging to the resort. I'd also recommend using Grab to arrange airport transfers/local travel, it's more than half the price. Book ahead if you want to go diving as we couldn't do this when we arrived, they use a local dive outfit who were full.

Comfortabele kamers aan het strand. Mooie aankleding en sfeer. Bed lag erg lekker. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het eten in het restaurant was lekker.
