- kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer - das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber ( Teppich) - die Beleuchtung im Zimmer hat teilweise nicht funktioniert

Comodidad y decoración. El personal fue amable, el desayuno muy bueno, aunque pudiera haber más variedad. Muy buena ubicacíon en pleno centro.

Ligero olor a humedad en la habitación, pero fuera de eso nada más, todo muy bien, como ya se comentó antes.

The property was dirty, the conditions of the bathrooms were bad. We couldn't use the toilet in our room because it was clogged and the shower was also backed up. I called for maintenance, they came into the room to fix, however the problem wasn't resolved. They have a venue hall upstairs and they hosted a wedding on Saturday and it was extremely Noisy, you could here the music and the vibration of the walls until 1am. Also the restaurant hours were not as specified current hours are from 7am-3pm.

Well first of all, the bathroom light was low then the light went out . One of the bed lamps was broken. The shower drain wouldn't drain right. Would get full of water. Everytime I ordered in my order wasn't never right. I have stayed there over 16 yrs and this has been the second time I was satisfied.

My house keeper she was amazing and the bell hops and the velvet parking service.

The hotel is both elegant and well-maintained, offering a pleasant and refined atmosphere. Conveniently located in the downtown area, it provides easy access to a variety of shops and dining establishments. This establishment has become my preferred accommodation whenever I visit the city.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Along side from what Expedia stated they refund money, im general overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for Americans.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and would stay again. The staff treats you like family. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and it’s very safe.

It was run down , lacked upkeep

Breakfast is good although before was a buffet without extra charge. We have been in several times in the last 6 years.

Noting that you can control. Sometimes outside noise but you cannot do anything on that matter.

Everthing was great except for one thing... the person the greeted us at the front desk. She was rude and wanted to chamge my room just because it wasnt ready...she ignored us the rest of the stay..but the room was great, close to everything downtown..

the property is very nice, and most people are wonderful, except during breakfast (hotel restaurant), they were several rude people , which we reported to the manager right away, We think some of those people they shouldn't be working in a place where been courteous and polite is part of their job

Property is old, staff is rude and not helpful- I was having problems with the Wifi and politely asked if there was something wrong or if I did something wrong (when trying to sign in), and they answer right away was “well you are the only one complaining!” I’m not complaining, Im asking!!- they have no manners , the girl who was at front (I believed her name is Karen - well deserved name), she treated us like we were asking things for free!! No, Im not! Im paying and she should be more helpful! We left after 3 hrs of checking in, I can believe they charge like they were a good resort, rooms NEED UPGRADES!!!! Is like walking back into the 90s!! Old furniture, old a/c- it was a transportation to the past, but paying the future 😪 We went to the Holiday Inn Express, they were so helpful, hotel is new and they charge the same as them , but you getting what are paying for!!

This hotel was probably nice in its early days. I stayed in a junior suite on the floor with the 600 room numbers. It was a bit dated. There were a few reviews about dirty carpets and floors and can confirm that is still the case. I didn’t see a vacuum on the house keepers cart so it makes sense. Bring shower slippers if you can just to be safe. Note that due to their being a venue here, they do host weddings and parties, so I could here the music loud and clear. If you’re a light sleeper, this will definitely keep you up. If you plan to leave anything charging in the room, note that outlets won’t work unless your room key is in the slot in the entry way of the room. I don’t think the hotel likes this as the cleaning lady would always pull it out, even when leaving the do it disturb sign on the door. Breakfast is included daily with the stay which was nice. If you’re just looking for a central/affordable place to sleep, you won’t have a problem. I’m just critical cause I used to clean hotel rooms.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe. The rooms where very clean.. Staff was courteous and attentive. The Host at the restaurant was exceptional I forgot her name She is tall, light skin blondish hair and very outgoing so cheerful. I would like to see her in some nice red color nails it would make her shine even more that personality that she already shines. Breakfast was very tasty as well various choices to choose from.

Overall it was okay, but did not expect to find a roach by the bed stand as a unpaying guest.

I liked location, bed was comfortable and nice shower, restaurant, gym, and service was not very good,.. but for the price might be good for Some people..

I thought the problem was pretty nice I did not like that I did not have access to the beach it was roped off because of a rose in which I understand.. I would have liked more transportation going by so if I wanted to take a ride down to the center of town I could have without thinking me... And it would be nice to have remorse shops around within walking distance but understand is an upper coming area maybe in a couple of years.. Put over all the rooms clean everything was nice to people.... It was very nice to eat at the restaurant 8 there twice had a dinner by myself and Was very very good shuffle was excellent service staff was... Think the staff for me..

we went out to the pharmacy and around the entrance steps (outside) was a huge roch, 🥹😱 maybe needs more attention around the property .

the hotel is pretty awesome with a great location and great staff, the English speaking staff were very helpful and the Spanish speaking staff always did their best to help.

the on site restaurant is a joke, the included breakfast options are so unclear, what was included and what was charged for varied depending upon who your server was, this included my having the same breakfast two days running, one day it was included the next it was charged. in particular Frank and Perla were incredibly unprofessional and tried on several occasions to serve me wine that was clearly off and then charge me for premium wine, In fact Frank was so blatant that he told me to order food from the premium menu as he needed the money!!! The hotel is great, just stay away from the on site restaurant

Cleanliness and location. Too bad they do not allow taxis to be at the property, so it is a bit hard to find one. You have to go out. I asked the taxi drivers on the street why they did not park in front of the hotel, and several of them told me that the "staff" demand $50 pesos per person they pick up.

Clean, convenient and quiet place

Stayed here for a week for my wedding. All our family stayed and everything was exceptional. Only complaint is for the reception desk. The only female they have attending always seemed moody and annoyed. As for every other staff member exceptional service, thank you!! Definitely would stay here again.

Restaurant staff was horrible . The worst i ever had . Hotel staff was great ! Really disappointed they only give you 2 free breakfast when you get a suite . I registered for two jr suites double beds and 8 people total only got 4 free breakfast even though the ad says free breakfast . Really bad service and overcharge me even i had a free breakfast .

The electric plugs need to be change.

There is absolutely nothing I disliked. The hotel is located in downtown close to everything. It’s very clean and the staff is excellent.

It was an excellent stay with great service. Went out of there way to provide us with refreshments after midnight when restaurant was closed. Nice location on the city's main street. Restaurant's buffet and other dishes are delicious. Have stayed here before and will continue to do so in future trips.
