1人の従業員の態度が最悪 オンラインの予約がうまくできなかっただけで チェックイン時にサインなしで終わるチェックインも わざわざ部屋まで来てサイン書かせられた 完全に嫌がらせです 気分最悪になるくらいイヤミ言われ、 本当に嫌な顔して対応されました これ、来たばかりのお客さんにする態度とは思えない あえて、3泊してみましたが、次の日ロビーに長居されたくなかったのでしょう お部屋空きました！と部屋へ戻るよう促されました 他のお客様にはチェックイン時にサインなしで通してました その方の機嫌が悪いのか知りませんけど、 初めての広島の旅は最悪なスタートでした

恐らく多くの方が不満に思う点は、wifiの強度が弱い点。 フリースペースでは問題ないのだが、寝室は結構厳しい。 コンセントが１つしかないのも、人によっては困る点になるだろう。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026チェックアウトが12:00なので朝かなりゆっくりできました。 シャワールームも腰掛けるスペースがあり嬉しかったです。 洗面スペースもシャワールームも混雑して使えないということもなく、清潔感もあってとても快適に過ごせました。 広島駅から徒歩でも行けますし、ホテル出て目の前に路面電車やバス停があるので利便性も◎です。 また利用したいです。
キャビン内にバスタオルやアメニティなどがまとまったバッグがありました。クレンジング、洗顔料、化粧水、乳液のセットやカミソリや歯ブラシ、クシ、スリッパなど全てが揃えられていて、いい点なのかもしれませんが、持参していたものもあり使用しないものが沢山ありましたので、最初から用意するよりも必要な人がとっていくスタイルでもいいかなと思いました。

二段ベッドのはしごの位置が横にありすぎてかなり昇り辛く危ない。かなり踏ん張って昇らないと上ベッド部屋に入室できない。足腰悪い方なら上ベッド使用は無理。この宿のネガティブな面はこれだけ。あとはパーフェクトな宿。

Only a couple minor complaints - The fan in the capsule wasn't the best, took a little while for the capsule to cool down, Wifi wasn't great (found it faster to use data).

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The size of my room was perfect. About the size of a dorm room but 1/2. But it was easy to sort through my suitcase and store it without limiting my movement. The room also had a closet with a lock! I loved that I could adjust the bed. I slept well. The ammedities came in a bag and were easy to transport. They face products felt nice. I prefer using a body towel and a face towel so I appreciated that as well. This stay is also great for exploring shopping streets and night life. There were some nice nail salons and spas nearby, too. I wish I could've stayed longer.
You will likely have to wait for the elevator.

J'ai pris une chambre capsule. C'est fermé par une porte accordéon qui ne se barre pas et offre aucune insonorisation. Si quelqu'un parle, marche, ouvre sa valise, ronfle, on l'entend. Aussi la seule chose qui se barre est le casier pour ses souliers. Même si le Japon est un pays sécuritaire, ce n'est pas rassurant. J'avais plus l'impression d'être dans un dortoir qu'une chambre.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Wir wollten es mal testen. Für eine Nacht gut machbar. Sehr ruhig, sauber, bis auf Haare auf dem Biden von anderen, passiert beim Föhnen und das Personal kann ja nicht daneben stehen. Selbst verschließbarer Platz für große Koffer vorhanden und der Kapsel.

贅沢言うと部屋のスイッチが入口にしか無いので寝る時真っ暗でベッドまで行かないといけないので新たにスイッチ付ける事は出来ないだろうから枕元に間接照明あると良いかも まぁTVつけっぱなしで消しに行くかスマホ点灯させとけばよいのかもしれないけど ご飯をコンビニ等で買ってきて部屋で食べれないからラウンジで食べたけどゴミと、缶、ペットボトルの2択のゴミ箱だし、ゴミ箱の入口が小さいからちょっと大きめの物は入らないからゴミ箱の蓋を開けて入れました あとホテルの状況把握せず汁物を買ってきてしまったのでその処理に困ってスープも惣菜タレも飲むしかなかったので処理方法を決めるか禁止するかを決めた方が良いと思う

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Capsule hotel was good if you want to save money. The capsule was immaculate, very clean and each one was provided with an amenities pack. For someone who doesn’t like shared spaces (first time in this environment), it was the best possible for the situation. Bathroom facilities were clean and tidy and the washer/dryer came in handy for ¥300 per use.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026J’ai passé une semaine dans les dortoirs avec une sorte de petite chambre privative. Malheureusement cette « chambre » ne se ferme pas à clé, seulement séparée du couloir commun par un rideau. Mais elle dispose d’un grand casier qui se ferme avec une clé. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Hiroshima Le quartier est calme, il y a un arrêt de tram en face ainsi qu’un arrêt de bus. Vous pouvez donc rejoindre la gare en seulement deux arrêts de tram. Sinon il est également possible de faire une bonne partie des attractions de Hiroshima à pied. Il y a un konbini au rez de chaussée de l’hôtel ce qui est également très pratique. Le personnel est très gentil, et parle anglais en cas de besoin. Les espaces pour les femmes sont séparés et sécurisés pour éviter que les hommes puissent entrer. L’hôtel dispose également de salles communes. C’est globalement propre, surtout pour le prix de la nuit. L’hôtel fourni gratuitement tous les jours des accessoires de toilette, comme une brosse à dent, des serviettes ou encore un pyjama. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue m’attendait même à mon arrivée. Je recommande, en tant que femme seule, je me suis sentie à l’aise dans cet hôtel.
J’aurai préféré que la chambre se ferme à clé.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Het was een fijne plek om te verblijven. Je eigen capsule en het was stil in de kamer. De badkamers zaten aan de slaapkamer en hadden alle faciliteiten, zoals een föhn, stijl/krultang, shampoo, conditioner etc. Je kreeg elke dag een nieuwe tas met schone handdoeken, pyjama, beauty producten en tandenborstels. Ook kon je je eigen was doen.
De lichten bleven ‘s nachts aan. Het was niet heel storend aangezien je je eigen gordijntje hebt.

El colchón era de 5 cm. Se notaba la madera en la espalda. Hacía bastante frío en las zonas comunes. Exceso de aire acondicionado.

あまり肌トラブルを起こす体質ではないが、ボディーソープが合わなかったのかベッドが原因かその他なのか分からないものの、滞在後数日間全身が痒かった
