Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο,ζεστο, καθαρό και άνετο. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε τις υπηρεσίες μασάζ και μείναμε επισης ενθουσιασμένοι. Το πρωινό ηταν πλούσιο, είχε μεγαλη ποικιλία φαγητών! Τέλος, το προσωπικό ηταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό. Σίγουρα εκεί θα μείνουμε σε επόμενή μας επίσκεψη!

Das Hotel passte für uns gut, etwas außerhalb und ruhig gelegen. Frühstück super, Kaffee könnte besser sein. Essen in Taverne in der Stadt… alles in allem wir würden wieder buchen.

Περιποιημένο άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο του οποίου όμως ο προσανατολισμός δεν ήταν καθόλου καλός καθώς το μπαλκόνι έβλεπε στο πάρκινγκ και ήταν κλεισμένο με τοίχο αριστερά και δεξιά.

Ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο ! Με απόλυτη ηρεμία για να χαλαρώσεις στους όμορφους χώρους. Με απόλυτη ησυχία για να κοιμηθείς στα όμορφα μεγάλα δωμάτια με τα άνετα κρεβάτια και τα εξαιρετικά στρώματα. Πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και όλα προσεγμένα. Ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό όλες τις ώρες και σε όλα τα πόστα. 'Όλα τακτοποιημένα και .. Calma !

One of the best hotel properties I’ve used either in Greece or overseas. The property was conveniently close to city center without the hustle and bustle. Parking was ample and close. Cleanliness throughout was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to please without being intrusive, and was always eager to assist in all instances. Breakfast buffet spread was timely, fresh, and as good if not better than properties costing a lot more. The pool and gym were impeccably maintained as was the grounds and all public and private areas of this facility. All in all an excellent location and our must stay whenever we visit Kastoria.

Staff were friendly, I had a problem with my rental car (flat battery) the girl at reception rang rental company and organized a new battery, I was back on the road within 1 hour. Calma Hotel is located about 3-4 Klms from the centre of Kastoria,

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο λίγο έξω από την Καστοριά σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Άνετα δωμάτια άψογη καθαριότητα και ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό προσωπικό έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν.σε οτι ζητήσεις. Ξεχωριστός και πάντα ευγενικός ο κος Παντελής με το χαμόγελο του να ξεχωρίζει. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό με διαφοροποιήσεις καθημερινές. Το σπα και το γυμναστήριο με προδιαγραφές υψηλές. Η πισίνα και γύρω χώρος πάντα άψογος. Πραγματικά είναι το ξενοδοχείο που σε κάνει να νιώθεις ιδιαίτερος .

what a wonderful hotel.... the grounds of this hotel are beautiful. The pool area is stunning. we stayed there 3 nights and absolutely loved this hotel. Bedrooms were very spacious and well appointed. large bathroom with fantastic water pressure. The breakfast was wonderful with many great options.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Greece.there as been a lot of thought gone in to the decor the rooms are spacious. The ground are so well looked after around the building the pool area is fantastic with a life guard and plenty staff to look after your needs. The staff here have been well trained to look after you. Breakfast is very good with a verity for every taste Will definitely go back

Very nice new hotel..near to the city...quiet location...and very friendly staff!

Mooie ruime kamers met fijne badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Hotel mist alleen wat sfeer. Sauna faciliteiten zijn niet inspirerend.

Everyone very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We will tell all our friends amd relatives to stay at your wonderfull calming hotel.

Stayed here two nights and I wish I had stayed more. Great food and breakfast. Friendly hotel and nice wi fi. Also has a pool and a little playground which are great for families. Nice big parking and accessible by wheelchair.

Confortable bed queen , not 2 twins put together , very relaxing atmosphere, decor is nice modern, staff friendly and helpful , breakfast is OK, free towels for the pool, we are coming again this year

Located a couple of km outside of the city center but it's very quiet and the rooms are brand new! You need about 5 minutes by car to reach city center but it's better to live outside.. Nice breakfast and friendly staff!

maybe the best hotel in town. We were there for weekend and we were very pleased for choosing this hotel.Very clean ,fantastic decoration,very large room and a big bathroom with every equipment that you can imagine.More than helpful staff and breakfast full of everything(i thing i get 1-2 kilos).Also a good gym with new prof equipment.We recoment it and we'll go there again ....don't forget it's 5 minutes from town and you'll need a car.If you go at summer also has 2 pools(one for adults and one for kids)...Have fun.....

Hotel's location around 3 km from Kastoria center in a very peacefull environment. Modern decorated rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, great hospitality. Wi-fi signal very strong. No lake view from my room. Entrance at Spa facilities (Sauna, Hamam) 10€ per person. Gym for free. Breakfast needs improvement.

We spent five nights at this hotel. The hotel is very attractive, peaceful, and immaculate. The rooms, particularly the beds, were very comfortable. It is on the lake, with a lake view, but in a less traveled part of Kastoria, although it is an easy drive to the busy nightlife. The extensive and beautifully presented breakfast buffet has items for vegetarians, as well as the usual breakfast staples for meat lovers. The staff is happy to make you specialty coffee, if you do not like the coffee on the buffet. The swimming pool is exceptionally clean and cared for by the staff. They do allow the community to swim in the pool during the summer months for a fee, but make certain the hotel guests have lounge chairs, etc., Staff is caring and professional. Panteli anticipated and took care of our every need. I cannot say enough about his service to us. The poolside staff were also very accommodating. This hotel truly attempts to be green and energy efficient. We were very pleased with our stay and found it to be truly calming.

Our stay at Calma, Kastoria was very special. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are amazing as well as helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, I opened my suitcase and my clothes were wet. We left Toronto Pearson airport during a tropical rain storm. I believe my suitcase must have been on top and not covered. I went to the front desk to ask about using a dryer for my clothes. The desk clerk, Dimitrios, took care of everything. I also had a white skort that was dirty and Dimitrios communicated to the day time clerks, Anna and Elenora, to have it cleaned. All this was done at no charge to us. Also, the pool staff were very friendly. We were impressed with Georges, the lifeguard, Paeaaelles (Pandeles) and Sotiris both servers at the pool bar. Every time we would leave to visit family we were always asked if we would like our loungers saved which was helpful as the community could come to use their pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff at Calma.

Been there 3 times this August with kids to enjoy the swimming pool and have snacks and dinner. Unbeatable service, truly awesome personal touch in every service delivered. Very good prices and clean, attended swimming pool, clean and modern rooms and toilets. Only downside is food served in the pool which is cheap but also not good, not even average

Πολύ προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. Άνετο δωμάτιο με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση. Το πρωινό χρειάζεται λίγη βελτίωση.
