Nomi Suites Marina Herzelia

The property was clean, modern and in a great location. The pool was lovely and our host went out of her way to accommodate us. We had a small problem with the shower which was immediately fixed and we were goven an extra late checkout which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

הייתה בעיה בחדר עקב כך שקירות החדר הסמוך למקלחת היו עם עובש שנתן ריח חריף . הבנתי שהנושא יטופל במהרה ע״י צוות האחזקה של הבניין.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Supermarket,restaurants, and stores are in walking distance. The hosts were attentive and helpful. The apartment was sparkling clean. I highly recommend this place.

This place is ok only for 2 people. Unlike described, the living room is impossible to sleep in. The sofa bed is extremely worn out, the padding totally sink inside the wooden construction, so you basically sleep on pits and wood pannels and poles. Worth to mention when we asked for an extra matress to somehow make it more tolerable the host indeed sent in one single mattress. But the condition of the sofa bed is so unbearable, that it was basically a wasted effort (even as a sofa, sitting on it was extremely uncomfortable, with the wood pannels sticking out, and the bottom of the worn out padding shifting all the time). Moreover, there are no shutters in the living room huge window/balcony door, and the white curtain lets all the light in, so after 5 am the room is full of bright light. If you are just a couple, then this apartment is ok, since the bedroom condition is fine. But no way this place can host people in the living room in the current condition. It's a shame it's advertised like this. We counted the nights until we could leave back home. No way we would book this place in advance if we knew all these, and by the time we arrived and found out all of these, no other options were available.

Location was excellent. Our host, Nomi was outstanding. Always helpful and quick to respond. Parking was easy and secure.

The apartment has little natural light and the lighting inside is poor. There is no drier so if it rains it is difficult to dry clothing. Refrigerator doesn’t have light inside. There was no toilet paper upon arrival (we were then given 3rolls for 3 people for 5 days; rolls are very small in Israel). there was no hand soap, no garbage bags to replace the ones in use. This was a 1-room apartment. The room is the bomb shelter, so there is poor phone reception. you have to go to the LR to speak on the cell phone.

Nomi provided great service during our stay and was very helpful answering our questions.

Flat 249. The good points - lovely position overlooking pretty gardens next to Marina. Good size balcony gets the sun afternoon/evening. Corner view of the excellent swimming pool. Sofa comfortable. Bad points - kitchen equipment had not been checked before our stay. As soon as we plugged the kettle in, all the fuses blew. Boiled up water in a saucepan, but handle very wobbly and dangerous. No toaster. Only small kitchen knives provided - no larger knives for chopping, no bread knife, no chopping board. Owner contacted and by next day, we had new kettle, saucepans, frying pans, knives, chopping board and sandwich maker. Also a hairdryer, which had not been provided, so much better equipped. Not suitable for someone who wishes to cook a lot as lack of cupboards and work surfaces - had to prepare food on table. No oven, 2 hob rings, microwave (plus sandwich maker). Bathroom ok, but only one towel rail behind toilet - nothing by sink and no hooks on the door. Bed comfortable, but furniture mis-matched and hinge on one wardrobe door faulty so didn't close properly. Good air conditioning. Had difficulty operating TV as only 1 controller provided. Internet was unreliable and kept dropping out. Couldn't use it on balcony.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights, this location is excellent, friendly doorman, walking distance to awesome beach and shopping center.

The description of the apartment marched the lobby and the outside of the building definitely not the inside. Tv did not work, floors were filthy, the bathtub had rust on outside and the toilet seat was not installed properly.there was one bed and a couch where even a teen would not fit. The only benefit was the location.

Lovely flat on the Marina close to anything you may need. Secure bulldog with a person at the desk, plus a gym.
