The stains everywhere on the wall and some part of the cleaning. The worst part was that house cleaning comes way too early. As early as 9:15 in the morning it would ring, for early bird it won't be a problem, but was for me

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great location, very close to the subway and Gwangjang Market, where you could eat delicious, inexpensive food and buy souvenirs. Ikseon-dong was within walking distance. Close to Dongdaemun Design Plaza. There was a coffee machine in the lobby for guests to use.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026関わるスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。受付の方の言語力や愛想、毎度綺麗にお掃除してくださる清掃の方のおかげで、快適で楽しい旅となりました。 部屋も静か、そし清潔で、ウォーターサーバーや電子レンジは4階に、コンビニや空港バスの乗り場も近くにあり、大変便利でした。
トイレの扉は薄いガラスかプラスチックであり、あるようでないものなので音が筒抜けなこと。家族以外と利用するにはハードルを感じるかと思います。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Очень удобное расположение)) Метро ,магазины , кафе , галерея и ТЦ в пешей доступности . В номере чисто -уборка каждый день. Кондиционер работает , вода . Проживала в августе , все понравилось . Персонал отличный! Напротив остановка автобуса до аэропорта , очень удобно , ходит каждые 15-20 минут. Имеется прачечная рядом. Все было замечательно , комфортно , удобно, вкусно !

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Staff is their number one asset. Location is best. Bus lines everywhere. 2 subway stations close by. Convenience stores close by. The DDP a short walk away. Myeongdong is close by as well. Truly the location is a prime.
Nothing really. The shower could use a separation curtain to prevent water from getting to the toilet area but otherwise, it was ok.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026駅からのアクセスがよく、大通りに面していているので夜でも安心してホテルに戻ることができました。空港リムジンバスもすぐ近くに停まるので便利。フロントのスタッフさんが明るく挨拶してくださり、どの方もとても親切でした。チェックアウトもスムーズ。建物自体は古いが、部屋のエアコンなどは新しくて快適だった。
シーツ、枕カバーはよく洗濯はされていたものの、古くて黄ばみ汚れが目立ったのが残念だった。新しいものに買い替えると清潔感が一層よくなると思います。

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Pokoj byl čistý, ručníky měněné každý den, každý den jsme také dostaly láhev vody na osobu v lednici. K dispozici byl barel s horkou a studenou vodou a mikrovlnkou.
Byly jsme ubytovány ve vedlejší budově, jejíž vchod rozhodně nepřipomínal vchod do hotelu. Zklamal nás výhled z okna, který směřoval do zdi sousedního domu.

Odalar kesinlikle çok kirli, nevresimler, havlular ve odanın genel durumu kötü ve pis. Hijyenik değil. Uyardığımız halde günlük temizlik yapılmadı ısrarla söylemlerimiz sonucunda yaptırdık. Genel olarak tesis performans açısından çok kötü.

I had trouble sleeping because of the temperature. I tried various temperatures with the AC but regardless I felt too hot under the blanket but too cold without it, and if the AC was off at all I would sweat. But overall manageable!

The room cleaning was not that good... my shower drain was clogged. They cleaned once, but I still had problems after. And one day they forgot to take out the trash as well.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Convenient location. 2-3 minutes to the metro with three metro lines that will take you anywhere. Excellent check-in managers. You guys were awesome. The room was quite spacious. It was clean.
1. I'd like clean windows. 2. I'd like them to check for clogged pipes. 3. I'd like sanitary pads (everyone's been adding this as a standard for a long time now, I don't understand why hotels haven't had this).

大門口沒有門禁以及電梯也沒有門禁，櫃檯時間為8-23點 雖然說五號線6號出口有電梯，但是從B1到地面層還是要爬樓梯，帶大型行李需考慮，會爬到崩潰😫 房間斷電後冰箱就不冰了，如果買東西要注意一下 剛好住的這間浴室門不能鎖，連要關門都關不太起來 最後有一點蠻嚴重的，某天晚上突然冒出兩隻蟑螂，我們沒有在房間吃東西而且蟑螂也不知道從哪裡冒出來⋯有點可怕⋯

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The property location is amazing and super convenient. You have coffee shop, bus station, metro, airport limousine and convenient store located in less than 3mins walking distance from the hotel.
Rooms are too small but I guess that’s how it every where in Korea. So if you are planning for 2 person in a room reconsider. But one person it’s decently manageable.

Le personnel est toujours très gentil et prévenant, s’il pleut ils vous demandent toujours si vous avez de quoi vous protéger, vous accueillent toujours avec gentillesse et sourire. Ils vous proposent même des objets de première nécessité tels qu’une brosse à dent ou même des protections pour les dames si il nous arrive d’avoir une petite incommodité durant le séjour. J’adore le fait que le détecteur affiche à l’extérieur de la chambre si nous y sommes ou pas grâce a la carte à insérer à l’intérieur de la chambre, surtout si on a décidé de dormir trop longtemps un matin. Le personnel est toujours prêt à aider c’est très agréable.
