Tray under freezer in fridge filled with dirty water, air conditioner only worked on high (loud, had to turn off at night) and shower head was in need of a clean.

Clean and quiet rooms. Great value for the money, Nearby restaurant was a pleasant surprise - food much better than we expected.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - not a lot of choices and the coffee was not good.

The Caronport location adjacent the Trans Canada Highway is great and prices were reasonable. We booked the Pilgrim Inn in June while heading to Ontario and returned in August while heading back to BC We liked the comfortable and clean rooms which included a fridge and microwave. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available throughout the day. The breakfast includes fruit, waffles, bread, bagels with yogurt, fruit cups, and boiled eggs. Cereals included both hot and cold with milk and both apple and orange juice.

The overgrown mugo pines and bigger trees in front of the Pilgrim Inn obstructed the building sign and room light on the ground floor. It was also difficult to see our vehicle in the front parking lot.

I loved a huge room, and it was CLEAN. Nice staff who welcomed us after 12AM.

Everything was fine.

Everything in the room was fine...but the bed did not allow me a very comfortable sleep. I injured my back k some months ago...not yet healed and the bed did not improve it any. Not sure why.... Bit of a ' one off ' case but maybe the bed was more worn than usual?

Its great to know that there is still fair pricing in todays world and the facility is wayyyy above average!!

The staff were helpful and nice, which is an important factor especially when a guest is coming from a long drive, tired, and hungry. Checking in was fast and not complicated.

There were limited places to buy food, leaving you with limited choices.

Laundry was available for free

Staff, facilities and breakfast were great, great value.

We stayed there in 2021 and the staff and facilities were amazing. This time it must be under new ownership as the lobby and halls are not very clean and staff was not very friendly

Allergy to dogs. Pet free room but reacted as if dog had been there.

Very clean and well kept. The price was very affordable and quality was great.

The breakfast menu was limited. Would have been nice if there was eggs and maybe some sausage or bacon included.

For a continental breakfast it was good--had the choice of making a waffle. The location, right of the trans-Canada highway was excellent.

I am not sure anything good have been better, given the facilities. It would have be nice, but not necessary, to have a pool and/or a sauna.

Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast! The room had a shower seat for mobility-restricted users which was very much appreciated. Having games available for guests is a nice touch.

The front doors are not wheelchair friendly - not power, manual only and have to be held open by another person. The ramp and front step are very awkward and kind of dangerous. They should be replaced. In the room, the air conditioner unit is very loud and rattling and grinding. Also needs replacing.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was large and had chairs to relax in. Good tv with a variety of stations. The shower was good and the pressure was good. There is a free guest laundry which was an added bonus. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options from bagels to cereal to fruit to waffles to hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

The mosquitos outside were annoying but that's not something you can control, so no biggies there.

Breakfast was stated as continental but waffles were a unexpected treat.

The hotel had a worn out appearance i.e wear on the bedroom furniture, bed and toiled set at a low high created a little difficulty accessing.

Great location when driving through, very clean and quiet hotel. Beds are very comfortable too.

Breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. The breakfast hours were helpful for our schedule. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was cheaper than comparable places in the area.

We couldn't find a thermostat to set a certain temperature and I was up both nights trying to figure out what the settings were. The AC was very noisy and cut in and out constantly.

Location is right next to freeway makes it easy to reach, staff was very friendly.

Place was expensive for the very small town, which has one restaurant, one cafe and one church.

Close off the road, great price and even better that it included breakfast!

The bedding was quite minimal, so we were a bit cold at night.

We just returned from a short trip to Milwaukee staying at motels along the way to and from, the breakfast at the Pilgrim Inn was pretty sparce compared to those motels .

Some eggs and sausages would have been nice.

The Inn was close to the highway with easy access. My room was pet free, on the ground floor with a window at the back of the building away from the highway noise.

Just outside of Moosejaw. Great pit stop on way to Alberta from Manitoba. The complementary breakfast had great options. Comfortable rooms.

Location was great - easy to find.

Had to run the hot water for almost 5 minutes to get it hot enough for a shower. Beds were speaky, pillows uncomfortable, room much too hot with no thermostat control in the room that we could find to turn down the heat. We opened the windows to let heat out the room but the noise from the highway was too loud to leave them open for sleeping. Breakfast very mediocre. It was over $100 a night but for that price I expected better.

Only objection was the room could have a bit better lighting, a little dim, but not bad. Everything else was excellent

It was very clean and quiet at an excellent price. Truly an unbeatable value, I wish every hotel I have to stay in could be run this way.

It was super convenient as my daughter was playing volleyball at Briercrest. They unfortunately lost the game but I was able to spend more time with her because of the convenience of the hotel. The pizza and coffee at the restaurant across the street was an added bonus!

The place is clean with friendly staff

The heat in the room was high..never slept under the blankets …the heater and cooling system by the window cooling option was loud and didn’t have cool air come out .. you could open the windows but it didn’t help much ….but in fairness the never raised the issue but it looks like they are planning to mitigate the issue cause new air conditioners units in boxes were stacked in the hallway
