Emplacement parfait. Directement dans le coeur de la vieille ville et de son ambiance magique. Hotel charmant et personnel à l'écoute qui a bien voulu nous donner une autre chambre avec un lit double plutôt que 2 lits simple. Piscine très agréable.

El lugar, sumado a la atención de todo el personal y, la calidez de los mismos hacen de esta estadía una de mis mejores vacaciones

El calor de Cartagena es muy duroooo! Pero todo lo demás lo hace salvable

Desayuno bien surtido. Las encargadas te atienden muy bien y preparan cosas variadas a gusto de cada quien. La piscina se ve muy linda pero no tuve tiempo suficiente para disfrutarla. Mi habitación me pareció un poco pequeña en comparación a lo que se ve en las fotos del hotel. Diría que es un hotel recomendable.

Se vende como Boutique mas tem instalações de um pousada . Quartos muito pequenos com cheiro de morfo . Café d manhã muito pobre e sem variedades. Hotel não queria disponibilizar colcha ( edredom ) pois informou que somente tinha para quarto casal , segue foto com o que eles me deram p me cobrir . Além de tudo, reduz o valor das diárias próximo as datas . Não vale a pena reservar antecipadamente.

Es un hotel precioso en el centro de Getsemaní, barrio con mucho ambiente y también muy cerca del casco antiguo y de los restaurantes y tiendas. Nos dieron la suite y hemos estado muy comodos y el desayuno está muy bueno. Las instalaciones y la piscina son muy bonitas. El personal encantador también, nos recomendaron y ayudaron con los tours.

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff.

El desayuno es hiper abundante y exquisito. La cama es enorme, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la pileta es hermosa, tal como las fotos y mejor, en la entrada hay para tomar jugos que son deliciosos. El personal es tan calido que sentis que todos son tus amigos jaja es un 20/10. Como adicional, el barrio tiene mucha historia.

Es muy difícil esta pregunta, este lugar lo tiene todo y para tomar una cerveza parada obligatoria "bar las tablitas"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it is an old building that was restored well. Room was very comfortable. Finally it is an excellent location.

Very central position in Getsemani, and 10 minutes walking from historical center. Personnel very gentle and corteous. Good breakfast

The rooms are never hit by sun, the room of first nigh stinked of mold in such a way that I had to find another hotel as they were fully booked. The room of the second night stinked of vomit and the ac dropped water all night and we had to use a bucket.

It was beautiful- pool, breakfast. Our best stay in Colombia so far.

De locatie is echt fantastisch. Het personeel is zeer aardig, vooral de dames van het ontbijt. Kamers zijn ook goed. Wij waren vooral blij met de lokatie midden in Getsemaní.

Excelente localização. Ambiente agradável e decoração de muito bom Gosto. Quarto confortável. Excelente café da manhã. Ana e Ester muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Pessoal da recepção também muito solicitos e prestativos.

La chambre très petite, pas de place pour circuler et pour les valises autour du lit. Pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur, juste une ouverture avec des volets donnant sur le couloir d’accès aux chambres de l’étage qui rend impossible toute intimité. Petit déjeuner médiocre.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, possibilitando fazer quase tudo a pé. As instalações são confortáveis e a decoração de bom gosto. O destaque vai para a amabilidade e a simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente, as meninas da cozinha que preparam um café da manhã muito gostoso e com muito carinho, Ana e Esther sempre sorridentes e acolhedoras! Sentimos falta de começar os dias com a comida e a alegria delas ao som de Shakira! Adoramos tbm as meninas da limpeza, Zaira e Cindy, muito queridas e prestativas. E o pessoal da recepção, o Wil e a Lina, que nos receberam muito bem e nos deram dicas e indicações para que a viagem fosse muito boa! No final das contas, o mais valioso de qualquer local são as pessoas!

De manhã tinha um pouco de barulho no corredor com as pessoas subindo para o café, pois estávamos em um quarto em frente à escada.

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la zona más movida de getsemani pero sin tanto ruido y con una plaza abajo muy agradable, el personal es genial. Nos hicieron un upgrading a la suite, así que genial y el desayuno también muy bien!

Creo que necesita un poco de renovación en algunas cosas como las ventanas o las duchas;

Funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã no padrão Colômbia (pães arepa, ovos mexidos, iogurte com granola, sucos, bebidas quentes e frutas). As frutas eram deliciosas. Cama confortável, água quente no banheiro e uma ótima piscina.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful staff that go above and beyond. The pool is lovely to cool off in. The breakfast is amazing. I was unwell and the staff made me something off the menu that I could eat at an inconvenient time, which I was incredibly grateful for. They also organised a doctor for me to come to the hotel. The room we had was excellent and felt very luxurious. There was not much noise, the aircon was great, the shower was great. The servicing of the rooms was amazing. The staff also kindly allowed us to leave our bags at reception when we arrived before check-in. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.

The street this is on is very untidy and run down towards the end where the hotel is, which I wasn’t expecting as it didn’t match the street view photos online… I wouldn’t necessarily say the price was worth it for the area it was in. I mistakenly thought I was booking inside the walled city, so that’s why I was happy to pay so much when I booked it.

We loved the hotel. The staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast was very tasty. The swimming pool was inviting with all the plants hanging. The location was excellent even though it was busy outside it was quiet in the room and 7 minutes walk to the Wall City.

We liked everything.

El desayuno en muy básico, todos los días el menú era (arepa de huevo acompañada de huevo). Hay pan pero es completamente industrial, no hay queso, jamones u otras opciones. El precio por noche es alto para un desayuno tan limitado. El agua de la ducha se salía, nos daban hasta 7 toallas para poder poner en el piso porqué no podían solucionarlo durante nuestra estadía.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—don't miss the freshly made mango, banana, and pineapple jam. We loved it so much that we bought two jars! The staff were amazing: very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect as well. Highly recommended!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ana and Ester at the breakfast sang happy birthday, brought cake which was beautifully decorated and even brought a hat. It was not only the fact that they did this, but also the way they did it, with so much love and care, it was super touching. The reception staff is also fantastic always helpful with a big smile. Thanks to Cindy and Lina for all their support and care. The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is airy and very Caribbean, and the whole vibe of the hotel is great.

Nothing I can think of. It was a wonderful stay. Sometimes there is some noise from the street, but you should expect this in getsemani, but it is not too bad, i am very sensitive to noises and still i was able to sleep quite well.

C'était vraiment très agréable, on a adoré la piscine et le rooftop. Mais surtout le personnel était super gentil. Mention spéciale à Ana et Esther qui étaient adorables, toujours souriantes et joviales, et le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux!

Windows are inyard so everyone is walking in front of you. You can not open it and be in room or leave the room...From the other side i guess it is more quite that way.

El servicio de los empleados es muy bueno, la ubicación, cercana a Centro Histórico, Muelles y Bocagrande. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

If I had to pick, a complementary bottle of water each day has been standard across all our accomodation in South America and would be a nice offering at the hotel. The water in the minibar is very over priced.

O bom desse hotel é que pia, box e vaso sanitário são separados. A cama é grande e confortável e as atendentes do café da manhã são muito simpáticas. Uma delas até descascou uma manga pra mim, já que eu estava com dificuldades rs. Cada dia tem opções de pratos quentes distintos no café da manhã. Outro ponto positivo é que eles ajudam com agendamento de passeios em Cartagena.

Faltou um cobertor/edredom no quarto. Não achei que a roupa de cama estivesse super limpa/cheirosa.

Ziemlich hellhörig

Nos encantó y nos ofrecieron la experincia de nuestra vida durante nuestra luna de miel en Cartagena. Nos prepararon una sorpresa con flores en nuestra cama y fueron sin duda uno de nuestros puntos destacados del viaje. De 10, y Cindy, un auténtico encanto. Ójala podamos hacer nuestro aniversario allí

Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Pool war in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer sind null isoliert, das heisst man hört alles und riecht alles, was draussen geschieht (jemand hat vor unserem Zimmer geraucht und es roch wie wenn wir im Zimmer rauchen würden). Wenn man Tageslicht möchte, hat man gleich auch die ganze Hitze im Zimmer, da es keine richtigen Fenster sind. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und das Badezimmer ist kein eigenes Zimmer. Schade, dass die Liegen auf dem Dach sind und nicht beim Pool.

La tapa del inodoro tenia un detalle, estaba partida y no cerraba del todo bien. Es solo un detalle, todo lo demas estaba excelente.

Casa Pizarro is ideally situated, very close to cafés and restaurants, yet it is very quiet. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast on the terrace was excellent. We loved coming back to the hotel after sightseeing and relaxing in the pool.

Sehr ausgiebiges, leckeres Frühstück und super nettes Personal! Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig trotz belebter Umgebung.

Im Bad könnte es mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern etc. geben.

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale dans la citadelle. Un personnel disponible et agréable. La piscine qui rafraîchit après les ballades. Le petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse.

Will & Esther die in het hotel werkzaam waren! Ze hebben ons verblijf zoveel warmer en mooier gemaakt! Met z’n allen dansen tijdens het ontbijt als hoogtepunt!!

De matrassen zijn wel wat aan de harde kant. We kregen nog wel een topper wat zeker wel wat hielp!

Logging Lekkere ontbijt

Geen gezellige lobby of plek om even te zitten. Er is ruimte bij balie maar die is heel donker en boven op dakterras was niet comfortabel door de regen.
