It was nice, but a LOT of constructuon
They are trying to charge me MORE than what was originally stated for my stay, and it is a difference of $200. Also, The maids walked in on us when we had a 1pm checkout…BAD COMMUNICATION within the workers I think.
NA
Everything was great however, the access to vending and ice was difficult to find.
Everything, the staff were SO great. The room was really nice, we had a great time.
Nothing
Wr like yhe food choices the ride to the venue and the casino
The shuttle to the concert venue and the food places that were still open when we got back. Great place to stay
Awesome staff. Very helpful. Very clean.
The room was great and the transportation to the concert was first class. All the staff we worked with were amazing.
Price was pretty high.
The location was perfect for attending a show at the new Mystic Lake amphitheater and they provide a shuttle bus which is amazing. My room was absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so big and spacious. I love all the features like the electronic blinds and sheers and the complementary pop and water that was in the refrigerator. The bathroom is huge as well. The staff were friendly, although they didn’t do a great job of always having information to answer questions, but there is a lot going on at the hotel currently.
The construction definitely creates a maze and difficulty navigating the hotel at times. Some of the staff didn’t appear to have answers to questions about where to go to get certain things done, which was disappointing but overall they still were nice.
The ease of attending the concert.
Long line to check in
The bartenders they were definitely honest about the venue and were not to go!!
Walked around for a hr to hotel as the staff didn’t know we’re we were staying! Place is under contraction hopefully it improves! Night life was amazing
Easy to get to and very clean rooms and casino!
The drinks and food are too spendy.
The room was great . Transportation to & from concert was very convenient.
The atmosphere
The machines are tight
Saw Rufus Du Sol at the spectacular amphitheater
Finding the shuttle back to the hotel was a serious challenge.
Everything is perfect!
The room was very nice. We stayed in the promenade tower and it was clean and nicely furnished.
When trying to pay cash for the room prior to going to bed , the clerk said I'd have to wait 5 minutes because he had to go get cash in order to do that. I told him I would wait. He then said but I would literally have to go get the money in order to do that, or you can do it upon checkout. I did do it the next morning, thankfully the line was not bad- but was what I was trying to avoid.
The room was comfortable and in spite of the construction, was acceptable.
The distance from the amphitheater and difficulty in parking.
Location - room was extra large - clean
The price was a little over the top
The rooms were clean and comfortable
Noisy at times
The room was nice
Well, it was a room to stay in, so there's that. Shuttle busses to / from concert were nice.
VERY expensive for the room. I realize there was an event there, but still outrageous prices. Had I known the amphitheater was not within walking distance from the hotel / casino, I would have likely stayed somewhere else. Looooooong wait to check in. Maybe should have had more people there to make that quicker. The whole place is much larger than I thought it would be, which meant a long walk to the room. I recently had both knees replaced so it was difficult for me to walk that far, especially with luggage.
Ok
Bottom sheets came off the bed so we ended up sleeping on the rubber mattress cover.
Friendly staff, very clean, great pool Easy to get to Amphitheater Good food
Room was very cold and thermostat could not be changed Also there were no blankets and when we asked for extra towels we waited an hour and then gave up and went to sleep
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the concert at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. Loved the free valet service.
It was a little loud in one section of the casino due to construction. But other than night was a great facility!
Very convenient. Lots to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was a Vegas experience in our own backyard.
Location
Staff was short, not extremely polite, was double billed. Rooms were average to below average. Lots of construction.
The reason for us to be at Mystic Lake Casino was our 45th anniversary. We did not stay in the hotel so I cannot read that. We did eat at the steakhouse and it was absolutely fabulous, so delicious. We saw the Mavericks in concert. They are the best. I would rate this experience a five star.
Patricia. Cleaner in the bathroom on gaming floor. 5 stars for her for keeping the bathrooms looking fabulous
The steakhouse was exquisite, the room was spacious and the view from it was very nice.
we couldn't adjust the temp in the room, and there was no fan/heating/ac unit.
It was huge
I felt like I was in Vegas
They’re not on the level it’s fun when you’re winning when you’re not it’s not
The staff was very friendly, only one elevator working at time of check in, so waited a bit to go up to our room, a lot of remodeling and extra time checking in and walking around it, but overall staff exceeded expectations to make up for that.
one elevator at time of check in, excessive walking due to remodeling, slower check in lines as not as many open due to remodel.
The friendliness of the bartenders and reasonable prices.
I don't splurge on my hotel stays, by the circumstances allowed it for this event. I have a hard time spending more than $150/night, but we used the shuttle and thought it was worth it.
I stayed 2 nights in the promenade tower and it was amazing, clean and they made sure we enjoyed ourselves, and I appreciated every night I stayed there!!!! Thanks mystic lake!!
Clean and quiet.
Ice machine both nights was out of order and vendor machine the 3 days never replenished.
Nice view and it was spacious.
Dusty window ledges and discolored TV due to the tv is no longer working. The bed is hard as a rock.
Dawn at the bell hop station was an amazing lady. Talk about customer service! Because of her exceptional customer service, that would be the only reason we would return to this hotel.
Housekeeping was the poorest I've ever experienced anywhere we've ever stayed. We were there four days and never once did Housekeeping service or room. I even made two requests thru the front desk and nothing. I went as far as to find the guy cleaning rooms on our floor (he was cleaning the room next to ours) and asked if he could service our room and he gave me sheets and towels and said he wouldn't be able get to it. So basically, I had to strip our bed and remake it myself. I ended up doing this and placed the sheets, old towels and trash out in the hall for them to pick up.
Don't take the coach bus. They will not wait for you to sit down. Floor the throttle almost make you fall down.
We stayed at this hotel to attend a concert. Free shuttle service to the concert was so convenient.
High price for room. The room was very clean and comfortable however.
Clean, shuttle to amphitheater
Bed really soft would roll to the middle, expensive , noisy hallways early and late
hotel was great
I checked in then they somehow checked me out. I had to register again and they double charged me. Still waiting for closure. No return call.
Room was clean.
Getting to the room was a marathon, maze of useless walking. Parking from access to the room sucked, Prices were way to high for what was received.
location of hotel
no daily cleaning of our room by housekeeping, that is the hotel policy guests staying on same floor very noisy at night disrupting our sleep staff in restaurents not well trained
It was easy to get to. Large, very clean. Casino non smoking lots of machines. We tried the craft house beer good selection food/beverages. There are quite a few restaurants. We only stayed one night so we didn’t have a chance to experience the other offerings. The shuttle to the amphitheater is great.
very nice
very expensive
Room was amazing
Stuff, location, beautiful location
Big remodeling in the lobby and corridors, bed could be little harder
Shower was clean.
Way too expensive 🤧
spacious room, infant accommodations, very helpful staff, bell service for luggage and complementary vallet service.
Casino took all our fun spending money quick!
how everything was accessible
There was very rude and incompetent service at Caribou
Room was amazing. Super clean bathroom.
Price was quite steep for one night.
Clean, fun, won money back.saw a comedy show.
Hard to get to a restroom, etc. Us old people like directions.
I loved the atmosphere
I didnt love the price but it was worth it
Entertainment gaming was great
The room did not have a microwave
For a no smoking casino the Marijuana smell is horrible.
QUICK TO TELL ME THAT THEY HAD TO MOVE ME, SINCE I STAYED THE NIGHT BEFORE. BUT DIDN'T WANT TO SWITCH ROOMS.
THEY SAID THEY HAD CLOSED ROOMS, DUE TO MAINTAINANCE.
WE were charged $500 for the same room others paid $150 only because there was an "event" there. We weren't there for an "event." We were there to attend a family wedding. We have not had a vacation in over 20 years and thought we might enjoy playing some slots at the Casino and eating some good food for our mini-get-away. But the room alone was so expensive, we didn't spend much in the Casino or on food. On Sunday just after our check out, I went to the lobby bar and ordered a Bloody Mary. After getting and paying for my drink, the Bartender never returned to check on me or ask if I needed anything. She waited on the 2 men sitting 4 chairs away from me, but never checked on me. I wanted to order a second drink and one for my husband, but I couldn't get any service so I left.
Prices are unreal
The casino was big and rooms were nice.
Hotel was a little spendy especially if we gamble alot.
Clean and neat
Nothing

Everything was perfect!
The food
TV did not work. Requested towels. Never received. Check-in was terrible. They wanted me to pay extra.
Everything
Nothing
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was large and lovely.
Everything was great.
Room was comfy and staff always friendly every time we stay for an event
Accessibility
Parking
The rooms are OK there’s nothing to write home about. There’s nothing special if you get a free room for the casino it is the bareminimum. It’s like as if they’re telling you you’re really not that important to them. I would say the worst thing in all of Minnesota is this of existence of this Casino) it’s I’m not trying to talk trash. It’s not just because I’ve lost a lot of money here. It’s because they treat youlike garbage. I don’t think they actually know physically how to treat people well they’re so used to treating people like crap for so long they just think that’s what you’re supposed to do.
We liked everything!!! Beds were great!!! Shower was amazing!!!
There was nothing not to like.
BEWARE! I was playing "Deal or no Deal" slot machine at Little 6 casino on 3-23-2026 at 75 cents a spin. The piggy bank at the center of the machine was showing signs of going off. All of a sudden, I noticed that I was betting $3.75 a spin which I did not authorize. I tried to change the spin amount back to 75 cents, but the machine would not allow it. This is outrageous and the public should be aware of it. Apparently, as you get closer to getting the bonus, the amount of the bet is increased in the hope you will keep playing anyway. Watch the amount of your spins every spin!!!
Everything was great
the rooms were nice but the cleaning lady who came and knocked and when my husband crawled out of bed and looked through the peep whole, she then opened our door and smacked my husband in the face while looking out the peep hole!!! At 8 AM !!Luckily we had the lock thing on. where she could only open it a little!! Then she came and knocked 2 more times wayyyy before 11. WE had our do not disturb sign on then handle too!! Needless to say we were angry ...we are on vacation and needed some relaxation. This was on 2/10/2026
Not being woken up at 8 AM
Everything, very nice staff, rooms were spacious and clean
Love the hotel and casino
More breakfast options
Food prices were decent. Staff was friendly and helpful
Internet prices are wrong.. motel states $160/night, I was charged $200 plus deposit of $50. Golf is listed at $140, I was charged $160.
Didn’t offer breakfast
Need to offer continental breakfast with the stay.
Room looked brand new!
Our room was a little farther walk from the casino than we thought it would be.
I liked the how clean it was. Lots of entertainment
The bed and pillows were HORRIBLE!! I hardly slept. And woke up sore and tired. Probably would have slept better on the floor. The shower water was warm at best.
The casino was, clean, quiet, smoke free, and enjoyable.
Very courteous staff nice clean comfortable room and bed
Construction
It was clean and very nice. Had a great view from the top floor! Restaurants and food choices in casino.
