Hotel Villa Del Sol

Old

Excelente lugar para Descansar.

Place is old and dirty, bathroom towels old and small.

Noce

Hotel is old in really bad conditions. Not very clean.

Was so noise, the room was bad dirty

To old

They have not done anything to this hotel. I stayed here 15 year ago and rooms look a outdated

This should not be an option on any website. No joking this is a place where you will get robbed, kidnapped, or come up missing to never be found again. I am not very picky on hotels it's a place to sleep, shower, and store belongings. The parking lot is full of pot holes, hotel is ran down outside and inside plus dirty. Shady characters hand around. People constantly peaking out windows. The chain was missing on the door dead bolt non operational. The door knob lock worked but the door frame was flimsy and looked as if a credit card could open it. Also signs of previous brake in. The sliding glass door had major signs of previously pried open. The bedding looked dirty and I could continue but I will leave you with this,

Nothing very dirty not tecomend

Didn't stay there it was too filthy

It was nothing, nothing like it shows on picture. So stink, blanket very dirty, furniture and door broken, the room was in very bad conditions. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, not even for free.

The hotel rooms are dirty, touches, but the people were cool. It was laid back and easy. If they would clean up more it would a 4

This property is horrible! It has nothing to do with the photos, the pool didn't have any water. It almost looked like an abandoned building and it was dirty, filled with cracks and muck. Not worth your money. When I saw the conditions the hotel was in I didnt even try to check in and went to anothet hotel. God forbid theres bedbugs.

No me generaron factura

Stay was great

Great Hotel for the price

I dint like anything room was derti swimimg pool did not work TV was like a 20" TV bed was verry unconftrbel martes was broken had a big dent in It they didint even haber a microwave to worm food reseption was terrible and many more things that were offile

We did not even check in. We literally pulled into the parking lot, took one look at the location, and immediately booked a different hotel and left.

The photos do not correspond to what you find, that is really not a hotel, it is a motel.

Puerta insegura ruidoso habitación sucia

Muy agradecida con el servicio del personal. Gracias.

Patio outside lobby and lobby were very impregnated with tobacco (they stunk), odor came through the door into the room (had the second room from the lobby). Bed mattresses were as hard as the floor. A part of the floorboards was falling apart with a hole in the wall. Double bed room had only one soap. Their advertising is very well deceiving. They have a 3 star rating which I believe is not correct, they shouldn't have any stars.

For the price it was worth it. The window didn’t lock and we were on the ground level. Our first day the water was shut off without notice. They were working on a pipe.

It was a terrible experience, the beds were with bedbugs, and some other guests were to noisy, 😠

Everything is dirty

We did not stay in this hotel. The rooms were horrible. Uncleaned bathrooms, and rooms in need of repair. The furniture was broken and in worse than poor conditions. However, no cockroaches as even they would stay in such dirty place

The property was at a very high traffic area so it was very loud. The room looked very old and falling apart with holes in the walls. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Nothing

The place is not really good

Everything was old and breaking down bugs on the bed

Not amazing, got bitten bye a mite, bed edges very protruded I go hit a couple of times tv didn’t work ac filter was clogged of dust won’t work properly Awful experience!

Rooms and lobby had a very institutional like feeling. Bathroom sink had slimy black substance around drain

The property was falsely advertised and looked nothing like the photos. The pool was dirty when we arrived and the rooms are not pretty at all. The beds were extremely hard and squeaked and the shower and toilet had a constant leak. I was disappointed when I arrived. I guess you get what you pay for!

It was good enough to feel safe and quiet.

Hotel is old. saw a coach roach on the wall. Staff not friendly.

Cleaningness good ! Safety needs to improve, by mistake I open next room of mine with the same key! Tv service was out of order noise outside loud !

Hotel had a nice lawn and a bar next to the small pool that everyone could use to get drunk and play loud music . Zero security, the gate was left wide opened all day.

I appreciate that they had a security guard at the one entrance of the property. But I hated the fact that they had a an interior door lock for my room which means my door could easily be opened by a child with a credit card. Furthermore, there wasnt a secondary lock. It looked like there used to be one, but it was removed.

No telephone, food service, pool tiny and rooms all and small not as shown in photos. Should be call Motel not suitable for families.

Amazing. At first the guy in the office gave us a room on the top floor all the way at the end of the corridor. But after i pleaded with him explaining i was disabled and that we had all of our belonging and lots of luggage with us he gave us a room on the ground floor. The room was larger than the one we had origionaly paid for so we were more than thankful to have room for all of our stuff. Great service as well. We usually dont like to have our room cleaned because we are usually sleeping during that time and we really appriciated that the maid did not try to wake or distrub us in any way. Plus the mattress was so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed!!!

Nice comftorable room.... very clean.. but was super cold.... and there was no towels!..... and just torgot to call to ask for some.

I don't recommend this hotel at all, it's dirty, everything in the room was in horrible condition. Dirty beds, bad smell in the restroom, I'll never go back to that place.

Hair, Stain on bed sheets in both rooms that we booked We asked to switch rooms but the new rooms were pretty much in the same condition. Everything was super old. The bathroom was smelly probably coming from the sewage in the shower. Cannot securely lock the windows.

Very dirty, changed rooms 3 times. Forgot to leave towels and extra toilet paper.

Shower curtain smelled like milldew, leaking foucet, charged 100 pesos for supposedly staining one of there towels, free breakfast ?

Location is pretty good. Looks like they have put some effort into giving room a modern look which is perceived from their pictures on the website and again in person you can see that effort but doesn’t seem to be given attention perhaps in its maintenance

Very nice

Bed was sinking... too old.

Poor light, hairs on the floor of the bathroom

The out side looks okay but not in the room, yes is Old and that’s okay but is not clean, the floors where dirty not just couple of hair on the floor there was make up, food, papers, dirt and even mucus on the wall bathroom yes there was. I know I will be not be staying there again.

Fast service and clean room. Bed very comfortable. Nice.

Front desk was courteous. Problem I had was that the room had dirty sheets, when I complained the lady in charge of cleaning was very rude and said the there was no problem with the sheets that I was seeing things! Not very professional!

The HotelCo Inn is Good facilities and conditions cleanliness staff nais

Room needed more towels and upgrade of the appearance of the room, but for the price it was ok

It is not your 4-5 star hotel but if you just need a place to crash for the night it is a good choice. Every worker I talked to helped me with positive attitude.

Allways have a pleasant stay ,great staff. I get a good nights rest and breakfast is good.

It esa amazon , great customer service.

room is clean and comfortable, but we were promised courtesy breakfast for 2, but its not what i call breakfast at all ..its just fruit , toast and coffee you have to actually pay for the real food....no hot water also.

just like the time ,what I spend on this hotel. thank you very much. and the price very good

Stayed last week, because the room was clean & staff very attentive, stayed again. Will be staying at this hotel while doing business in Mexicalli (going for medical treatment). A very basic hotel, has no pool & no families stay. The people that stay here are mostly locals, says a lot for the hotel. Very quiet, clean & they do give you soap & shampoo. They do not have hair blower, which I always carry my own (some more expensive & well known hotels do not have them in the room, you need to ask for the use of the one they have in the check in counter). It is a nice hotel to stay for various day if you are looking for quiet & peace. Older couples would enjoy. They have a continental breakfast & they also have a menu that you can order (you pay for these), still prices are not bad. In the evening you can order dinner. & it is brought to your room, for a fee, which again is not bad. Over all I will keep coming to this hotel while I have treatments in Mexicalli.

Stayed at Hotel Co.Inn, staff was very friendly, food good for the price, they have a small cafeteria that you can get dinner, what they have on hand, very tasty & I liked it. Have continental breakfast & u can also order extra for a minimal price. The place is very clean, quite, & they have free parking. Locals stay here, so you know it is good. Will definitely use this hotel again. Very close to downtown. Over all stay EXCELLANT! Very simple place, no frills, very, very clean. Great air conditioning.

Not happy at all, it was a last minute choice just to go sleep, shower and go but no sleep at all at this place, super loud music right behind the hotel that didnt stop till 5 am right after someone staying upstairs starts singing for hours non stop, someone else with super loud tv etc. overall not a good place to get some good sleep. i wouldnt stay here again.

Hotel location was not the greatest but quality of service and room condition was not bad for the price.

This place ! Was very nice and clean , but to much noise ! Lots of children running outside till very late ! I wasn't sure if they were guess !

Simple and clean hotel. Excellent service by reception and dining attendant. Very friendly, and glad to help. Hotel needs updates but is Reasonably priced.

This place was a bit hard to find but once we did we(my son and I) we were pleased. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. For being on a busy street it was quiet and the grounds were pretty. We had no problems here and left happy.

Wasn't what I expected and hotel staff was rude the room was small and air conditioning was not good

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything I needed. There was a gap around the door that let in a lot of noise and had me question security but I had no problems. I would certainly stay hete again.

Breakfast, amenities and the staff were good, I liked the green backyard. Close to the civic center was a plus for this hotel. This was like a last resort hotel for my trip and it was ok, just like any other Motel in the US. Some areas were like under construction or remodeling.

It was a last minute hotel, ok just for an over night stay. Complimentary breakfast was only for one person per room. Which sucks if you travel in a group. Close by the freeway and not to far from the border. I'd come back only if I had to.

good hotel for a good price.

The bed was comfortable but the hotel itself looked old and weathered. The value was good overall and it was close to major intersections although about 2 miles south of downtown.

it good cleaning people very respectfull and also front dest

When I arrived this hotel told me they didn't have my Expedia reservation and demanded my credit card for payment. I called Expedia and they told me that the room was already paid for through my credit card. I am very disappointed with the Expedia never received a refund just a credit and lost money and ended up trying to find a hotel in Mexico. Again very disappointed
